By decision of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Russia, Vladimir Putin, as part of preparations for the strategic training Center-2015, a surprise readiness check (HPBG) of the group is carried out aviation and Air Defense Forces of the Central Military District (CVO).
About 12, thousand soldiers, are involved in the inspection, up to 250 airplanes and helicopters are involved, 689 units of various weapons and military equipment (AME). During the audit, it is planned to assess the capabilities of the Air Force and the Air Defense of the Central Military District, in cooperation with the attached forces and reinforcement means, to ensure the fulfillment of tasks to defeat the enemy's air.
In 13: 00 (Moscow Time), the Joint Strategic Command Center, the 2 Command of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Central Military District, as well as the reinforcement forces — part of the air formations and military units of the Long-Range Aviation Command, Western and Southern Military Districts — were given a command to bring in combat readiness "Full" with the established restrictions.
During the first day, temporary standards will be checked and measures to bring to the established level of combat readiness will be assessed.

      Concerning subsonic aerodynamics. The frontal drag, which is the largest in the bundle of the sum for determining Xa, is determined by the midsection, not the fairing.
