The problems that our liberal government cannot solve become the problems of the people

“What the government is doing is destroying Russia faster than sanctions.” I understand that people today are ready to suffer every kind of hardship in order for Russia to defend its principles during such an external threat. But this cannot go on forever. The president needs to pay attention to these problems, otherwise he will soon lose people's respect, which now rests only on hatred of an external enemy. ”
Russian satirist writer Mikhail Zadornov.

Correspondent of our information and publishing newsletter (IIW "OM-SEARCH) Alexander Budyachevsky met with famous Russian political scientist, Ph.D., Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation By Alin Belkovsky Jr. and asked him to answer a number of topical issues.

TO.: Alin Yakovlevich, please describe the reason for the decline of our industry and the transformation of our once powerful industrial country into a raw materials appendage of the West and China.

AB-m: Let's, like Kiselev, let us mumble and frankly say that the liberals broke our industry, science and education and turned the country with a commodity liberal economy into a raw material appendage of the industrially developed West ... And neither the president nor Prime Minister liberal Medvedev even stutters the need for a transition to an industrial-mobilization economy to boost our industry ... For now, this will not be done, Russia will not be able to go to industrialized countries and will, as now, depend on the industrial West, no matter what vorili nor promised the current leaders of the country!

TO.: How and why did this happen? After all, pro-Western liberals are not the majority of Russia ...

AB-m: The Russian government, which voluntarily gave all the economic federal and regional economic levers into the hands of the liberal Gaidar-Yasinsky bloc, has still not parted with the liberal economy, which destroyed the powerful Soviet industry and predetermined the colonial way for the raw material storehouse of the West ... "from the high incomes from the supply of natural resources to the West, primarily oil and gas, more than two decades have been lost to finance and revitalize the industry with money for the expo Resource resources ... And as a result, we got what we got - a raw materials economy serving the industrial West ... Now the Russian economy is not an industrial boom in the production of industrial goods, for industrial enterprises have either been destroyed, or redeveloped or converted into shopping and entertainment complexes, and the trade-speculative boom: beats life with the key from effective managers-speculators, in proliferated banking structures, in trading corporations with numerous sellers and buyers of all kinds of real estate, There are money stocks, securities and other "intellectual" resources ... It seems that everyone is doing everything, everyone is doing something, but there are no Russian goods, practically everything is imported, from where it is not imported ... Look at the electronics on our shelves, Refrigerators, TVs and other technologically complex products - almost all imported, mostly from China ... Even screws and other hardware from China or Thailand - our manufacturers do not want to do, because it is not profitable for them ... And so almost everywhere ! And why is it unprofitable to do your own? Yes, because we live with a liberal government, with a liberal economy, we play by the rules of the WTO and the IMF, we depend on the decisions of the American Fed - that is, we meet the characteristics of the raw materials appendage of the West ...
Even the "right" officials get around these issues, but we are mumbled, because we are not expelled from "nourishing bureaucratic bureaucrats", and therefore let us be frank that import substitution in our country has a chance of success only with the mobilization model of the industrial economy. ..
With the liberals who build our economy along Western patterns, you cannot build such an economy ...
But Stalin was able to build a mobilization economy and create a powerful industry, which allowed the USSR to kill the backbone of German fascism, which relies on the powerful economy of all Europe in the war with the Russian people.

TO.: Why the government does not go to the model of mobilization economy, if the liberal fails and hinders the development of the potential of the country under the pressure of Western economic sanctions?

AB-m: You are right about the slowdown of our economy. But the liberals have reasons to hush up this inhibition. They lie on the surface: a liberal economy in a country rich in natural resources means that the economy will remain raw. It is clear to everyone, not just economists, that it is much more profitable to buy Chinese consumer goods and sell them in hypermarkets built on the site of factories with the proceeds than to build and restore oil, gas and other raw materials and sell it abroad. plants. The profitability of trade in consumer goods and capital turnover is much higher. No plants will bring such a quick profit as from the export of raw materials and imports of consumer goods. And while there are people in power who do not want to carry out re-industrialization, do not want to transfer the economy to a mobilization regime, until then Russia will have a raw-materials economy and a very high dependence on imported goods ...
Russian patriots are calling on the government headed by the prime minister-liberal, but unsuccessfully, to change the course towards the continuation of the liberal economy that has made our country a raw materials appendage of the West to an industrial-mobilization model of the economy, as Stalin did, which allowed him to build a powerful industry, science and education, to defeat Hitler’s fascism, to create an atomic weapon and much more than we still use today ... And now we have an industry destroyed by the liberal Gaidar-Yasi economic bloc, but a liberal economy, and as a raw country, we pray to God for high prices for oil and gas ... And Now we recall that the economic bloc in the Russian government and the leadership of the Central Bank, the true owners are not in Moscow.
Recall that in the liberal government and the Russian liberal economy completely liberals.
First, Medvedev is a liberal, and the economic bloc of the government has been headed for more than two decades by the Gaidar-Jasin encirclement, which has created a liberal economy in the country according to Western patterns, guaranteed to turn Russia into a raw materials appendage of the West with fattening industry ... Most Russians openly declare that they expect Putin to abandon his liberal economic friends (Medvedev, Kudrin, Gref, Nabiullina ...) and the liberal economy and a decisive transition to industrial-mobilization nnoj economy, as did Stalin, who created a powerful industry.
Secondly, it goes without saying that many Russians do not like the fact that liberals have been in charge of everything in Russia, that for more than two decades we have a liberal economy that has made us a raw materials appendage of the industrial West. Russians do not like that their life is determined by the constitution written by the Americans after the collapse of the USSR for the country - the future colony of the West ... Recently Medvedev said that “we will remain true to the market economy and will never accept the Stalinist version of the economy”, under which practically a powerful industry from scratch that allowed us to defeat the Hitlerite military machine for which the entire European industry worked ... Why should we, along with Medvedev, unsuccessfully look for ways to improve our industry within e two decades of our current liberal economy, tailored to Western patterns by Egorushka Gaidar, Chubais, comrades?
Thirdly, what are we going to do with the economic bloc of the government, consisting entirely of liberals, stupidly following more than two decades on the broken track of the “liberal economy”, which has destroyed the former power of Soviet industry and retards the development of the present? Perhaps, to endure, because “God endured, and told us,” and Vladimir Vladimirovich is silent ... A dangerous position - you can wait for misfortunes, because the West has always been, is and will be opposed to a strong and independent Russia ... Wars, especially nuclear, death to yourself Of course, none of the patriots want relatives and citizens of Russia! But they also do not want to fool around like Svidomo from the outskirts, and Russians, too, do not want and will not cherish the invitations of the US and EU to our masters!

TO.: Alin Yakovlevich, judging by your publications in the press, you are extremely negative about the liberals and not only in the Russian government, but in general ... Explain your position.

AB-m: “Russian patriots are sounding the alarm that economic liberalism is leading our country into the abyss, but the liberals do not want to hear their people ... Dostoevsky was right, calling the liberals demons, hating Russians, Russian World and Russia ...
And Dostoevsky’s conclusion was confirmed by another Russian liberal, Mikhail Kasyanov. Former Russian Prime Minister Misha-two percent, who took business on 2% for his signature on every financial document, didn’t cause anything to Russians except hatred and disgust ... And his next betrayal of the Motherland only strengthened him the contempt of the patriotic Russians ... And whatever they say about the consolidation of different sectors of Russian society Medvedev and Co. or the president, the majority of Russians believe that there should be no such income gap in Russia! The greed of the nouveau riche does not allow either the Duma, or the government, or the president to introduce even such a small amount as a progressive payroll tax instead of 13% tax for everyone - for the rich and for the poor! What kind of patriotism can the authorities ask in a society divided into exploiters and deprived, and who will defend the capital of money-bags in arms in the event of a military situation in the country?
No matter how sad and annoying it is, but our prime minister directly and publicly voiced his credo: “The statements that we have to change everything, adjust everything, live according to a different model, they are wrong.” The conclusion from his words is clear: nothing will change in the economy. The prerequisites for the further collapse and stagnation of the industry remain, and there will not be any departure from the discredited liberal tenets and the raw materials economy, that is, there will be no renewal: “All our priorities, our strategic installations must remain the same, and they will remain so”, “even Crisis conditions should not change our intentions. ” In other words, the government and its economic bloc, even under conditions of drastic sanctions by the United States and Europe, will not take any measures to save the country, despite the changing conditions, and Russians are encouraged to prepare for "a different economic reality that will test all of us for strength." Purely liberal, you suffer a little, guys ... Tighten your belts, but we will not do anything to improve the economy ... It will resolve itself, the market will put everything in its place ... Again rotten, cheap demagogy.
And a few words about Russian, yes, yes, Russian, not Russian identity ... When we hear the word "Russian", the soul is filled with pride for involvement in the "Russian world" ... In the West, in the same America, no one calls us Russians, only Russians ... Please note that the organization "Russian Youth of America" operates in New York ... Yes, yes Russian, not Russian ... And our liberals are contemptuous, like demons in Dostoevsky , frown on the words "Russian", "Russian world", "the Orthodox world of the Slavic brotherhood" ... Removed from the passport the column "National spine "and made all the rootless cosmopolitans-Russians ... Why Germans are proud to say that he was a German, a Pole, calls himself a Pole, a Frenchman - a Frenchman ... And why do we, Russian, Russians should be called?
Remember that Alexander Suvorov said: "We, Russians! God is with us, we will win!"
And Georgian Stalin, in his toast for the victory over fascist Germany, recognized the Russians as the state-forming people, who cemented all peoples of the USSR to defeat fascism.

TO.: Do you think that Western sanctions, worsening the economic situation of ordinary Russians, can affect their compliance with the requirements of the West, and through them - compliance with the West with our highest authority, including the president?

AB-m: Many Russian patriots are not afraid of the negative anti-Russian sanctions of the West, and they do not want a quick lifting of these sanctions ... Why? Because only under Western sanctions, our higher authorities began to talk about import substitution, collapsed Russian industry, problems in science and education, and began to “look askance at the liberals”, who introduced a market-oriented, liberal economy in Russia and spread out all federal and regional power corridors structures of "effective" managers and managers who systematically destroy our industry, science and education ... And there is a hope that from the "sidelong glance" of our power "on the actions" of the liberals and their henchmen- objective managers "in industry, science and education before applying the" broom principle "to them - one step ... Everything goes to this, and sooner or later this will happen: the liberals in Russia will be swept to the back storiesand the managers, with their “ability to transfer everything to money” will be put on the back burner and will go to assistants to the managers-professionals in a specific field of knowledge ... And managers who did not fit into the future changes in Russia will be rejected by the system unnecessary tool.

TO.: Why is the topic of the replacement of liberals in the economic bloc of our Government not put forward in the media among the top priorities? And does the passing from time to time replacement of some liberals for other liberals is able to deploy our government for not verbal, but effective modernization and development of our industry?

AB-m: “That's right, such a replacement is useless for the cause ... Not only the authorities, but also political scientists carefully go around the topic of discussion and assessment of the president’s environment, drafting his future decisions ... And this environment is mostly pro-Western, these are liberals: Medvedev, Dvorkovich, Ulyukaev, Gref, Siluanov and others, included in the "powers that be" ...
As before, those who destroyed our economy in the 90 and subsequent years, especially the so-called young reformers, remain invulnerable. Having repeatedly said that there is a significant stratum of foreign agents of influence in the Russian elite, our president has not done anything to eradicate it - the liberal lobby dominates the economic and social bloc of the government, torpedoing any attempts to recreate our country's high-tech potential ... which would contain a clear understanding of social justice and demonstrate that our state is built on the basis of justice. But it was precisely the loss of this idea that became one of the main ideological reasons for the fall of the USSR. Frank injustice in the relations of the Russian elite and the people does not contribute to the emergence of spiritual uplift, self-sacrifice, without which it is impossible to make a technological breakthrough within a reasonable time. And this leads to an increase in social tension, intensifies negative phenomena in the economy ...
Strategic uncertainty in Russia itself brings confusion in the minds of Russians.
Vladimir Putin calls for the structuring of the economy, and the liberal German Gref clarifies the need to structure management. But none of them calls for the abandonment of a raw, liberal economy and the transition to an industrial-mobilization model of the economy.
What does the Western protege liberal Kudrin want? Judging by his latest statements, the preservation of the raw materials and liberal economy in Russia ..
Siluanov, Ulyukaev, Nabiullina, Gref and the Prime Minister himself are liberal economists who can only add and minus money in articles of the curtailed budget, but are not taught how to develop domestic production and productive forces, that is, what even the mediocre Soviet leader knew and knew economist.
And it’s worthless to admire the fact that Nabiullina and Ulyukaev were trained in the USA - graduates of the IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program - International Guest Leadership Program) program organized by the US State Department, as the main goal of this program is to educate participants about American values and views on life, which adhere to US citizens.
And from this it is clear that as before, in our country, like-minded people, pro-Western liberals, who still hold all more or less important command posts in federal and regional authorities, will "rule the ball" ... And everyone understands that it is very important for them to preserve the Russian economy as a raw material, liberal, fertile for "effective managers" - specialists in corruption and cutting state budget funds ... And there is not any support for the transition of Russia to the course of the industrial-mobilization economy, in which alos upgrade "frozen in the paddock," Russian industry.
Soul and thoughts of the elite surrounding Vladimir Putin, with the West ... And therefore she deeply cares about the position of the Russian worker, whether it is a working man or a "white collar" ... Let us recall how a few years ago Brzezinski, communicating with our scientists on the issue of missile defense , he said that he does not see a single case in which Russia could resort to its nuclear potential, while in American banks lies 500 billion dollars belonging to the Russian elite. And then he added: you still have to figure out whose elite it is, yours or already ours. This elite does not bind their fate with the fate of Russia. Their money is already there, the children are already there ... ”For some reason, in this connection, words from the Gospel are recalled:“ For where your treasure is, there will be your heart ”...

TO.: Alin Yakovlevich, state your position on the relationship of the destruction of domestic industry by liberals with the collapse of Soviet education and science inherited by us ...

AB-m: Russians are not enthusiastic about liberals destroying Soviet education and science, whose main goal was to educate a man-creator and a patriot ... Instead, education (since the times of ex-ministers Filippov, Fursenko and current minister Livanov) is rebuilt according to Western recipes with preparation " creative consumers "and the slogan" nothing personal, gentlemen, only business ... "
Industry, education, science and culture have been handed over to "effective" managers ... The result is deplorable: everything is falling apart, and soon we will write out engineers, doctors and teachers from abroad!
Conclusion: until Russia replaces a raw material, liberal economy that has made our country a raw materials appendage of the industrial West, to an industrial-mobilization economy, no breakthroughs and major achievements in industry, science and education can be expected! The terrible thing is that the scientific and technical reserve of the Soviet era is ending, and there is no one to replenish it.
In Russian education now everything is like in the West: what does not fit the needs of the market is excluded.
Why? Because the global market in Russia, in the West, does not need a moral, educated person who knows the history of his Fatherland well. Therefore, the separation of education from education takes place.
By the way, the ex-minister extruded from the post of education Fursenko is now the assistant of our president. The former former head of the Ministry of Education and Science Filippov, who joined Russia to the Bologna process and introduced the USE, is now the chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia ... The current Minister Livanov successfully continues the "work" of his predecessors ...

TO.: At the end of the interview, I ask you to express an opinion on your vision of the necessary, top-priority tasks of our highest authority for the development of the country's economy to bring it to the leaders of the industrial world.

AB-m: If Vladimir Putin does not replace the liberal economy with a mobilization for the restoration of industry, then in the course of time the West will economically “wring” Russia. It's funny, but this was what the Assistant to the President Sergey Glazyev used to say about Ukraine, and now this idea can be fully attached to the evaluation of the economic policies of our liberal government and the liberal central bank acting on Western, liberal patterns.
Sergey Glazyev in Russia is neither heard by the authorities, nor by Vladimir Putin personally, but the president offers a showcasing, cheap economy in the country by reducing the salaries of officials by 10% (six months ago, their salary was raised by almost 30%, this is for information) instead of the transition expected by the Russians from a liberal market economy to a mobilization to restore the industry destroyed by the liberals. Industry will be restored, and no one will need a window-dressing with a reduction in the salary of officials!
Otherwise, the West will sweep away an economically weak Russia with all the salaries of the liberals who have been entrenched in power, turning Russia into a raw materials appendage of the industrially developed West ... Many also understand that it is not necessary to think about filling the American pod (Reserve Fund), but about restoring industry. depend on the price of oil!
The majority of Russians are against the liberal economy that has finished industrial, science and education of Russia and leading the country to a complete dependence on a stronger, market economy of the West ... And therefore it stands for a mobilization economy that provides for financed influences in and development of Russian production, instead of expanding oil and gas gas production and other raw materials for export to the West.
And the majority of Russians are not at all against statism. But the trouble is that this ideology is aimed at the development of the commodity sector in Russia, and not industrial production, as required by the Russians!
Now, if etatism changed the vector of application (from the increase in the extraction of raw materials to the commissioning of new industrial productions, and even we began to import nails and screws from China), then we would understand our president, whom the Gaidar-Yasinsky liberal lobby takes care of, filling in ours government and leading the liberal economy for more than two decades.

It was 1991 that year, when liberal forces seized power in the country, led to a catastrophe in the field of demography. In the 1990-ies, the people were subjected to a real attack, socio-economic, drug, alcohol and tobacco genocide. Liberals act as real occupiers, seize (privatize) those productions that can bring profits to their accomplices - oligarchs, destroy those systems that cannot bring them quick profits, “optimize” science, education, culture.
This is exactly how Russia needs to hurry in replacing its liberal economy, serving the industrial West with industrial raw materials, with a mobilization-industrial one in order to revive its industry that has become thin and ruined by liberals.
Let us recall the prophetic words of Professor MGATO Kasatonov: "... The mobilization economy helps any country that wages a war or is preparing for it to win or at least not lose. Russia is a special country in this regard, during the 20th century there were" hot "or "Cold" wars. Russia as a state, as a civilization can exist only in the conditions of a mobilization economy. This, as they say, is a "medical fact." All attempts to transfer the economy to market relations are simply attempts to destroy our state ... "
The mobilization economy is characterized by: “First of all, a high rate of accumulation, that is, the volume of investments in increasing fixed capital (real production). Countries that at various times demonstrated an economic miracle, like Germany or Japan after the war, increased the rate of accumulation. It reached them 30-35% and sometimes 40% of GDP. In the USSR, after World War II, the accumulation rate was at the level of 25%, and during industrialization, according to experts, 50-60% ... "
If we do not do this, then the raw materials economy of Russia will lose the battle to the industrial economy of the West! Putin can no longer sit on liberal and patriotic chairs at the same time. Otherwise, it will fall along with the economy.
The main liberal Egorushka Gaidar promised in the 90s that only the liberal economy would make the Russians richer and happier ... Chubais, Gref, Kudrin, Koch sang along with Yegorushka later, they deceived, the economy was in a stop, the industry was in ruins ... curse all liberals and their appointees in the face of effective managers and leaders ... But there would be no turning to national history, besides the film "Chapaev": "Whites will come - rob, red will come - rob, where will the poor peasant go?"
The question has remained open until the present time - the adoption of a mobilization economy is in line, in a Stalinist way and without liberals!

TO.: Dear Alin Yakovlevich, thank you very much for the interview, I wish you success in your creative work!

AB-m: Thank you, and your messenger - all the best and success!

    I agree ...
With all due respect to the guarantor of the constitution, I do not understand the actions of the government of his protégé ....

prices rose two and sometimes three times a year, but the salary remained at the same level and how long it will last is unknown ... there is no certainty about the safety of deposits in rubles, they depreciated as well ... it turns out that we work in the future pennies and they will depreciate as a result of some sort of crisis.

The somersaults of the Russian economy and government with a doom cause a state of mild shock.

I am afraid that we may again be given shock therapy with the expropriation of the money we have acquired on deposits in banks.

It’s from this brain and raskoryaku ...
He hopes that he is cunning and deliberately misleads the dark forces in order to declare at the right moment: - "I was joking!" (or changed his mind). And bend everyone with cancer!
And if everything is not so, then we are all khan.

Although in the meaning and interpretation of the word "liberal" initially nothing negative. It was already our authorities who put him down.

This is so, and if it lasts that way, then for sure we are done. New capacities are being introduced, but this is minuscule in comparison with the Soviet period, especially in comparison with the Stalin five-year plans. They are afraid to compare, because seeing such a comparison, we immediately understand who is who.

Putin's plan - in fact, is manifested by the growth of Western contributions from the top of the oligarchy and officials. That is, this is not a plan for withdrawing the Russian Federation from the failure of the economy. In vain they say about this plan as about something real, still believing in Putin. He will not bend anyone. We hear verbal husks, chatter. Brzezinski accurately said - as long as the money and children of the ruling elite are in the west - there will be no business. And our media do not let all these opinions on the screen, diverting our attention to Ukrainian affairs. An indicator of this is the absence of Glazyev, and other economists, people offering the replacement of liberals in the government, on our television.

It is precisely that Putin is obliged to abide by the constitution, which the Duma can change (EP), but which is not going to do this.

About "his protégé". Do you really think that any boy from the street is capable of becoming president, prime minister? or is the "boy" put forward by some force whose interests this "boy" is obliged to defend? Reducing everything to specific people - it is very convenient to manipulate the consciousness of the average person, but this is not correct. Medvedev (EP) defends the interests of the oligarchs, Putin (NF), within the framework of the constitution, defends the interests of the majority.

In the internet, I got this video about government affairs being done in a quiet one:

When you begin to analyze the results of presidents, you see a striking contrast between them ....

Having reduced everything to specific people, it’s very convenient to manipulate the layman’s consciousness
You are apparently trying to do this.

You are hinting that the president should be able to change the constitution on his own, at his discretion — to change the basic legal norm of the state. But this means empowering the president with the authority of an absolute monarch, translates the constitution from a legal norm into the category of a filinka letter and completely kills the meaning of its existence.

The constitution clearly states that proposals for amendments and revisions of the provisions of the Constitution can be made by the PRESIDENT, the Federation Council, the State Duma, the government, the legislative bodies of the constituent entities and a group of at least one fifth of the members of the Federation or deputies of the State Duma. But I remember only one proposal for a change made by the president, and it went off with a bang - the United Russia voted "FOR" with its full complement.

You figuratively compare Medvedev with a boy, hinting that a boy from the street cannot become president and prime minister, but for some reason you are silent about another boy - who appeared thanks to Anatoly Alexandrovich, Anatoly Borisovich and Boris Nikolaevich.
You write that Medvedev, who is EP, defends the interests of the oligarchs, but for some reason you forget to add that Putin who appointed Medvedev is also EP, because according to him, this EP was created, headed, and ran for it 3 times from presidential elections (that is, following your own logic, he also defends the very interests of the same oligarchs, who are oligarchs only by virtue of their political power).

You mention the NF, trying to separate Putin from his appointees and associates, but to anyone interested in the political life of the country, the whole pointlessness of such a separation will be obvious, since the ONF is a clone of United Russia, with the same United Russia party at its head, which the latest news of the NF fully confirms - "Rector Higher School of Economics (HSE) Yaroslav Kuzminov and State Duma Deputy Vyacheslav Lysakov became co-chairs of the Moscow regional branch of the ONF "http://www.interfax.ru/441251

But for what purpose you are trying to manipulate the consciousness of the layman - this is a question.

A constitutional reform is needed. Sane economists and politicians have been talking about this for ten years. Even some kind of commission has been created, the results of which are generally unknown to anyone. There is a right to a referendum, but there are no instruments for holding it. Deputies are elected by lists, not candidates, after which they cannot be pushed back. After 5 years of experience, judges acquire the status of "immortals", police and prosecutorial positions are bought and sold. State ideology is prohibited and it is not clear where we are going.

Something to me by the author Alina Belkovsky, Jr. reminds me of a madman with a persecution mania. Wherever you stick, everywhere is a liberal. And under the bed, and in the closet and even in the closet. A hundred times I repeated the word liberal, liberal and only 2 words in the case, "you need to make your own nails and screws." He repeated 20 times "mobilization economy", but did not explain what it is and why it is needed in modern times. Apparently he decided to fill up the whole country with nails. These are the talkers and destroyed the USSR. So the main thing is to crow, and then at least don't dawn.
And what’s most interesting, it claims that Russia needs a Stalinist military economy and immediately claims that the Western liberal economy has long overtaken us and can destroy us. What, all the same, is an open market economy much more effective than a socialist one? This Belkovsky Jr. seems to be stuck with brains somewhere in the last century. Such harm the country more than all liberals combined.

Sorry, but ALL THIS looks like a lot of Paranoia .... "Liberal Government" is Old Friends - Putin's People ... Managers of companies like "GAZPROM", etc. - old Friends, Putin's People ... GD - in fact the EP Putin's Party (although he is not a member of it) ... Federation Council - Likewise ... Governors - all are appointed, in fact there are no direct elections ... And so the whole System of Public Administration!
      A couple of examples:
Half a year, somewhere, back, Dmitry Medvedev lit the whole country in "News" - "... everything we did in the economy all these years turned out to be wrong ..." There are no responsible, The back seat is in the same Chair .. ...
When Forbes calls Putin the Person of the Year, all the central mass media are relentlessly trumpeting ... But the fact that Forbes called the Management of the Rosneft company the most disastrous in history is silent ..
The paranoia lies in the fact that Vladimir Putin is our "Krasno Solnyshkr" - the rating scales ... The Government, the Duma, and others - the rating is close to zero ... How is THAT? After all, in fact, they are inseparable! Everything is controlled by old Friends who have become super-rich People (the city of Sechin owns 0,127% of Rosneft shares - more than 3 billion rubles were spent on the purchase, without hesitation), all about the state business - Old Friends ... And they are all "like that he is not ashamed to be proud of his friends, "and they all are not responsible for anything and bear responsibility ...
Separation of "suite" and "king" as is paranoia ....
After all, the "retinue" rules, the "king" is just a body-flag ....
And when an old friend Yakunin says ".. I will not publish a declaration of income and property, it will threaten my life and the lives of my family members, fire, but I will not", what happens? a decree is written quickly, and an old friend does not need to declare anything!
So it's funny to hear this term "liberal government" .... It is not liberal, they work for themselves ... well, on a leftover basis at work, again, without bearing any responsibility ...

All Putin’s activities speak of his deepest patriotism and that he is by no means a liberal. The results of Putin’s activities over 14 years have led Russia out of the state, ready to fall apart completely into a world superpower.

Everyone should remember the statement of the GDP that in our country the growth of wages exceeded the level of production? If so, who in the government is in charge of forecasting and calculations? If not, then it is understandable why they took away almost half of the population's savings by "natural drying up", and the incomes of bankers and oligarchs immediately increased significantly. Now they want to launder criminal money through an amnesty for foreign bank deposits. That's okay. And who is not a liberal then?

Well, judging by the absence of the concept of "analogy" in the dictionary (this is to Tsiolkovsky) and the transition to cliches, I guessed right in the Internet. If you believe that your relatives did not die for the Soviet state, then it is really better to remain silent. Nikita's lack of literacy and his voluntarism have nothing to do with those undoubtedly positive achievements during his reign (and with his participation). My parents did everything to keep Soviet power standing, but you left me. I did, but I could do more. But do not forget that the Soviet state is only 70 years old, and while building socialism, mistakes will also be inevitable, as in everything new. The fact that they will be taken into account when the power is again Soviet is certain. But people like you have no future, because you cannot offer anything else. Yes, judging by Nikita's eulogy, you don't mind her either. You just want others to do everything for you.

communism is like the horizon, you can go to it all your life. and along the way, a welfare state was built, in which the priority was a simple hard worker, who built this state. Turner, locksmith, doctor, teacher, collective farmer, academician - we built it. the enemy understood that we could not be defeated by force, that we could only destroy the country ourselves. and the painstaking work of raising this bastard began. bastard sprouts were everywhere, but the turner and tractor driver did not interest the enemy - they were too far from power, but teachers, writers, directors, academicians, Komsomol members and young party members - in a word, those whom Lenin called Mr. Nation, having changed their beliefs to chewing gum, 100 varieties of sausages and a car on credit, receiving some money from the enemy, so they, united, under the control of the enemy and destroyed the country, under the slogan of fighting communism. In fact, they dreamed of breaking off a piece of the country for their own use. to achieve this goal, they went to any meanness and betrayal. and here is the result - dreams come true. and what do you think - they will voluntarily give up everything stolen? but never, they will go to even greater meanness in order to keep everything "honestly acquired". no words of any politician will bring socialism back. only the will of Narol and the political will of the leaders chosen by the people can change the situation. at this stage there are no people, there is an electorate. his needs and aspirations are of interest to the authorities once every 1 years for a couple of months. voted - and into the stall. so what if election commitments are not being met? you were not promised anything specifically, and friends who are not "shameful friends" do not complain, it is clear that they were promised, everything is being fulfilled

Liberals received all the levers of political and economic power in the country under Gorbachev and Yeltsin ...

      One example confirms this:

More than 300 thousand people from all over the world were trained in the USSR for free ... A significant part of the expenses was assistance to the countries of the socialist camp, there was a special conversation about Vietnam and Cuba ... And last, the USSR joined the unthinkable arms race with NATO and the USA, pecking at the imaginary threat of the development of US SOI (Strategic Defense Initiative) in space ... The Russian Federation pumps oil and gas and builds a nuclear power plant (where allowed) + in Skolkovo creates "high-tech, nano production". The Russian Federation, bypassing the "industrial system", immediately joins the post-industrial model of development.

And where does Vekselberg? He himself expressed a desire to lead the Skolkovo project?
        Did Chubais succeed in nanotechnology?
And Prokhorov raised the national biathlon to an unreachable height and made a breakthrough in the global automotive industry with his "own" Yo-mobile?

And Gazprom, which bucks hundreds of millions of dollars in stars and football coaches, has shown its effectiveness in this field?
There is no need to go over to particulars when it is obvious that the scheme used by the authorities regularly leads to failures in various fields of application.

Who drives the country for 15 years ?!
The most not guilty of anything in the world!

"Yes, Putin is to blame for not shooting Yeltsin, Abramovich and K. And if he shot it as a moratorium on the death penalty?"

And do not care about the moratorium! Is he your pope moratorium?
No one demanded to shoot EBN and Abramovich, but to ensure the integrity of these freaks ...
We all went to an evil school, but who asked Putin to be the first student?

"And wouldn't they have imposed sanctions for" friend Boris "?

But they would not have entered. Try to prove that you would enter.

"And Putin would be to blame for the cruelty towards the First People's President ...."

Now the second option is visible, I think all the money will be frantically spent on the defense industry, filling a 15-year gap, and ordinary people need to tighten their belts with understanding and be on a cooler, if you need to move to the trenches with songs from the apartments.

Speech by IV Stalin at a reception in the St. George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace on May 24, 1945 on the occasion of the victory of the USSR over Germany [3]
I would like to raise a toast to the health of our Soviet people, and above all, the Russian people. (Stormy, prolonged applause, cries of "cheers").
I drink primarily for the health of the Russian People because it is the most outstanding nation of all the nations that make up the Soviet Union.
I am raising a toast to the health of the Russian People because it has earned general recognition in this war as the leading force of the Soviet Union among all the peoples of our country.
I raise a toast to the health of the Russian People, not only because he is a leading people, but also because he has a clear mind, a strong character and patience.
Our government had many mistakes, we had moments of desperate situation in 1941–42, when our army retreated, left our native villages and cities of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, the Leningrad Region, the Baltic States, the Karelian-Finnish Republic, left because it didn’t there was another way. Other people could tell the Government: you did not live up to our expectations, go away, we will set up another government that will conclude peace with Germany and provide us with peace. But the Russian people did not go for it, for he
He believed in the correctness of the policy of his government and made sacrifices to ensure the defeat of Germany. And this trust of the Russian People to the Soviet Government turned out to be the decisive force that ensured a historic victory over the enemy of mankind - over fascism.
Thanks to him, the Russian People, for this trust!

There are some Azerbaijani women, Uzbeks and Uzbeks, and others like them. they even speak Russian with an accent. Every year the same thing - along with the snow, the asphalt concrete pavement, pits, potholes are washed off. And as a result, almost all day traffic jams. The price tag for housing and communal services is growing like in a fairy tale - the monopolies are fucked up in the end, but antitrust monitors say everything legally. In Kamchatka, only the military and poachers can live. By the way, it seems that one of them took a good place as a billionaire. Corruption just rolls over. The bodies of the campaign are not allowed to work. And the main one from men. sorry from the police, they say the people are the most important poacher. "Even screws and other fasteners from China or Thailand, - our manufacturers do not want to do it, because it is not profitable for them ... And so it is almost everywhere! Why is it unprofitable to do your own? Yes, because we live under a liberal government, with a liberal economy, we play by the rules of the WTO and the IMF, we are dependent on the decisions of the American FRS - that is, we correspond to the signs of a raw material appendage of the West ... "

And it is not profitable, because the cost of production is higher with China and the liberal, not liberal government, this does not affect the cost of production.
Where the cost is lower, production runs there.
Production and logistics will be cheaper in Africa, the flow will go there.

There are enough smart people in our country, they are doing their job and with this government.
It’s bad that everything is tied to almost one person — GDP!
It turns out that if a businessman wants to open his production, rare in Russia,
he beats with his forehead - "Uncle Vova, help us to establish the necessary production in Russia, otherwise they interfere
local authorities (kickbacks, taxes ....) "That is the question!

"Russia needs to hasten to replace its liberal economy, which serves the industrial West with raw materials, with a mobilization-industrial one to revive its decayed and ruined industry by the liberals."

They've already been bullied with the "mobilization-industrial economy"!
What is it, can anyone give a definition ?!
What is it - hard workers TO MAKE work on 12 hours for 10 thousand rubles !?
    Do we have martial law?
    Disagreeing in camps and sharashka?
This time is gone, we need people in government who can take the best of our
past and apply to real life.
The DAM team, it seems to me, is not capable of this.
Yes, something seems to me and the GDP is afraid of sudden movements, maybe it just has
    more information.
And sometimes it just seems that the Lord God does not allow Russia to unfold in full force,
if you look into the historical depth ...

In my opinion, you need to attract the best mathematicians and programmers for modeling
taxes on business, determine by industry, priority areas sizes
total tax burden, which will enable both the business and the state to develop
not at a loss to stay.
It is necessary to start this mechanism and, if necessary, to make adjustments to the mathematical model and

It is amazing why people at the helm do not want to understand this ...
By the way, the same Medvedev has education not in the volume of 4 classes of central vocational schools, not to mention others ...

Not all Stalin's People’s Commissars had a higher theoretical education, but they had a desire to see the country as powerful, strong, independent of the West ... And with this desire they had a lot of things, even everything turned out great !!!

It is high time the Higher School of Economics, as a breeding ground for contagion and pro-Western thinking, is thrown into the dustbin of history ... We need to go our own, Russian path, do what is necessary for the sustainable development of the state, and not enrich a handful of thieves ...

At one time, Henry Ford faced an unexpected problem: the conveyor increasingly stopped for a long time for repair and adjustment work, threatening ruin to lose time and downtime. After analyzing the situation, he realized that the repairmen and adjusters were not at all interested in speeding up the work, the quality of the repair and adjustment. Ford made a brilliant decision: to pay salaries to repairmen and adjusters only for the time at which they do nothing, and subtract if the conveyor stopped. The problem was solved instantly. So the government needs to establish a salary depending on GDP, but minus income from the oil and gas sector, only for the industrial and agricultural production groups. For one and the deputies to establish deductions for the adoption of laws that harm the economy. For example, they adopted a law that increases unproductive withdrawals from the economy - the salary of deputies is reduced. Indeed - enough mumble, or rather smear snot. No liberal thieves feudal capitalism, or rather hell generally knows that Russia does not need and is fatal. Nationalization, socialized state capitalism and a mobilization economy - sad as it may seem, will have to go through it again. It can be convenient and comfortable to sit on two chairs, but we, the people, do not need such power.

    Right, Grandpa Bzig says:

There is also no clear national idea that would contain a clear understanding of social justice and demonstrate that our state is built on the basis of justice. But it was precisely the loss of understanding of this that became one of the main ideological reasons for the fall of the USSR. Outright injustice in relations between the Russian elite and the people does not contribute to the emergence of spiritual upsurge, self-sacrifice, without which it is impossible to make a technological breakthrough in an acceptable time frame. And this leads to an increase in social tension, enhances the negative phenomena in the economy ...
Strategic uncertainty in Russia itself brings confusion in the minds of Russians.

Conclusion - you can quote the entire article from cover to cover - everything is true and matured. And it's time to say: word and deed!

I don’t understand one thing at all - why does the economy need some kind of mobilization regime ???
to raise the economy, it’s not a mobilization that is needed, but a distinct economic program,
primarily struggling not with liberals, but with structural problems: financial enslavement of private traders (access to finance, protection in court, pensions, etc.), non-sovereign issue of the ruble (which Starikov talks so much about), the dominance of various kinds of corrupt monopolies and their monopoly margins, which makes any attempt to develop industry unnecessarily centralized, excessive centralization of resource management in Moscow, activity of lobbyists of monopolies, lack of control of elected authorities and the police, unfair taxes, the population has no participation in the sale of the country's resources (including electricity) , lack of really effective support for agriculture, ecology, degradation of education and prof. learning, etc.

While the "rotten eggs" of the government are working - the economic bloc headed by the main member - the prime minister and two more "pipettes" from the Central Bank, there will be no order, the whole burden of economic stupid, stupid, criminal transformations is borne by the PEOPLE, not a bunch of oligarchs close to the bodies of officials, corrupt officials, and the PEOPLE, and all previously named live in COMMUNISM, which they are guaranteed by the GUARANTEE, they were not affected in any way by the collapse of the ruble, inflation, rising prices, unemployment, etc. That is why the PEOPLE are increasingly turning to STALIN, in 1947 cards were canceled, for 7 years after the war, the size of GDP was restored, prices periodically decreased, but at least look at how the first prime minister of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew worked or how China churns out GDP in the amount of 7-8 %% per year, it turns out TWO LAWYERS have failed completely internal politics, and in particular the economy and personnel. What does the head of state think, the question?

Absolutely correct article! We have no other way. Confrontation with the West will be long. We must sweep out all this liberal-American mold from all the organs of power, from all spheres of our life. And it’s time for the President to decide who he is and what future he sees for Russia, a raw materials appendage or an independent state with advanced science and industry. 24 years have passed since the collapse of the USSR, and what has been done? And how much has been done in the USSR in the same number of years?

Igor Strelkov: “A team has gathered around Putin, which, at the very least, have been solving the tasks that have been posed to them for more than a decade. But then a general crisis has come, requiring quick, radical and responsible decisions. And in the course of it, it turned out that, apart from the president himself, no one is capable to act in a new environment. Someone is stupidly afraid, but the majority is not ready, does not know how and does not want to learn. The offensive will begin from the moment when Putin starts what Stalin did after the catastrophic defeats of 1941 (let me remind you that they followed after the triumphant victories of 1939-1940) - that is, to the rotation of their decrepit and liberal-oriented team.Without this, any, even the most correct and decisive of his actions will be reduced to worthless (and secretly resisting) performers to a mediocre and humiliating defeat ... With the current team, Putin can only be guaranteed to get to the Hague Tribunal "

The President needs to pay attention to these problems, otherwise he will soon lose the respect of people, which now rests only on hatred of the external enemy. "
Russian satirist Mikhail Zadornov. Is it only out of hatred, do we support the president? In my opinion, NO. The article is correct and there is no doubt that Putin understands all this. Another thing is that everything that is written in the article is a matter of more than one decade. And all liberals, fed by this time, according to Brzezinski, it is not yet clear whose are they? Taking into account the political situation in the world, it seems not the best time to uproot the liberal-protruding root, with its all-embracing support from the West. Otherwise, we will not avoid the "swamp-maidan". And to act according to the principle which the president himself voiced: " if you don’t know how, we will teach, if you don’t want to force it, ”this root will turn into a rotten stump. By the way no one forcibly tears them away from the freebie trough, but only shows the inability of such behavior.

The source of all ills is private big business.
The largest owner should be only the state.
But there is a contradiction, the main source of development is also large private capital.
How to divide large private capital into smaller pools, how to effectively distribute them or transfer them to whom to transfer?
I must admit that the liberal-economic idea failed in the Russian Federation, but there is no other clearly articulated idea.
"Business must be socially oriented" is complete nonsense, it does not owe anyone anything, its task is to make a profit. Another thing is that the size of business and business participation should not exceed a certain level. Why in the city of 10 "Magnets" where to go 100 individual entrepreneurs who were squeezed out by large capital
Our oligarchs are studying the Ukrainian experience and will certainly draw conclusions to strengthen their positions. Our state also needs to learn from the situation in Ukraine, but unfortunately I’m not sure that the conclusions will be correct.
The presence of oligarchs is also beneficial for the state, in reality there are not so many of them, there are no more than 10 ultimate owners of the entire national property, it is much easier to agree with 10 people on an acceptable disposition and on its support than to agree with all citizens of the country.
Whether the state will be able to break this vicious system is unlikely.
The state authorities have no incentive to do this, but our people are fragmented, corrupted by consumerism and will not be able to clearly formulate their social request for power in the short historical period.

I am not against big business. What is bad about him?
I am against privileged capital, against the dirty methods of its creation and application.
This should be considered as subversive anti-state activity, because even 1 conditional Prokhorov or Usmanov can make our life completely unpleasant.

What is so grandiose created by large private capital over the past 20 years? hydroelectric power station, nuclear power plant, maybe Volgograd tractor? zil gas? or at least a sausage factory named after Mikoyan?
"The state authorities have no incentive to do this, and our people are disunited, corrupted by consumerism and will not be able to clearly formulate their social request for power in a short-term historical period."
      I completely agree with this.

The text is as follows: “In 2012, you appointed Sergey Vladimirovich Eroshenko as governor of the Irkutsk Region, who owned a number of enterprises, including Angara Airlines and the East Siberian River Shipping Company. According to our information, he copied these companies to his wife and daughter, and “golden rain” happened to these companies immediately from the regional budget. Subsidies for the carriage of passengers increased 4 times and reached 60 thousand rubles per passenger carried. Aircraft were purchased for the airline at the expense of the regional budget, leasing is paid by the treasury at 250 million rubles a year. The total amount reached more than 700 million rubles. IF IT IS NOT CORRUPTION, WHAT IS IT? Civilized "development" of the budget? " And how much Russia is losing money due to the theft of such governors and others like them. They do not need to develop the Russian economy, but only fill their own pockets. And from above "do not see" all this? It means that loot is more important to someone than the development of the country!

Stalin's words from 1935 that "cadres decide everything" have not lost their relevance today. Say what you like, but Putin 15 years ago and in 2015 are different people. New industrialization on a new information base is already knocking at the door. The default of the commodity model is already obvious. What's in return? The answer to it is now simple, since in fact one has to choose one of two: either neo-industrial and social approach, or "post-industrial" and asocial. There is no third, and there cannot be. This is already visible to non-specialists, but the front of the liberals, surrounded by Putin, is very united. It's not so easy to disperse them with a filthy broom. It remains to be hoped that Putin will be able to take advantage of the unprecedented support of the people and begin these serious reforms. They won't wait for us in the West.

I sometimes think that the situation is a stalemate. Maybe someone knows what to do, look, the president is surrounded by Yeltsin’s team, they put him there, at one time, they are sitting there with him, how can he, roughly speaking, relieve them from their positions if they surround him at all levels, who will guarantee his safety if he doesn't get along with them? When Stalin pulled himself up, he sat down behind the high wall of the Kremlin and never left it, and it seemed like they got him there too. So I think the president has little room for maneuver.

They got carried away with their supposedly powerful Soviet economy.
All its power was only in the military-industrial complex. This power remains.
Everything else was ineffective and rotten, maintained only by selling their wretched products to themselves and their satellites.
There were no satellites, and many of these products themselves no longer needed.
So this industry has become unnecessary.
What do the patriots offer us? Close the market back and start selling yours to yourself at exorbitant prices.
    No other way!
These jingoists believe that they are magicians who can go against the laws of economics.
    Any production only lives when
    a) it produces modern high-quality goods.
    b) they are in great demand.
    c) the costs are recouped.
These conditions must ALL be met!
In a closed mobilization planned economy, it is impossible to fulfill all the conditions!

“They got carried away with their supposedly powerful Soviet economy.
All its power was only in the military-industrial complex. This power remains"
The military-industrial complex is only the top of the pyramid, which was supported by powerful Soviet industry. and the pitiful remnants of the Soviet, now called Russian military-industrial complex, best speak of the “power” of the current economy.
"These jingoists believe that they are magicians who can go against laws economy"
The economy has no laws except the Criminal Code. That
what is now called the laws of economics is a compromise between the irrepressible greed of the merchant and the political will of the state, which sometimes hits these greedy little hands when they are completely stupid. We have practically no production now, and the points you cited are not applicable to trade
“In a closed mobilization planned economy, it is impossible to fulfill all the conditions!”
and they don’t all need to be implemented, they are not implemented anywhere. You just need to curtail the appetites of the group of “friends for whom you are not ashamed,” introduce a progressive tax, and finally begin real import substitution and your own production. and the interests of foreign partners in our oil, gas and strategic sectors should be minimized, and then completely taken out of the equation. Apart from harm, they will never bring us any other benefit

All of Putin’s activities speak of his deepest patriotism and the fact that he is by no means a liberal.

At the economic forum in Sochi, Putin said: “The most important liberal is me!”
    Whose interests does GDP protect?
-we are not in our 37th year - protects thieves and scammers
-there will be no review of the results of privatization -protects the oligarchs who stole the country
    - rearmament of the army - less to protect the interests of the people, more to protect what was stolen from the West, which can take it away by military means, like “rob the loot”
The interests of the people are the twenty-fifth matter for liberals.

If Putin doesn’t get rid of the liberals within 2 years, we won’t need Armata tanks. We will be taken away along with these tanks like Ukraine. 25 years of historical experience of the liberal government has clearly shown xy from xy. Resolutely drive out all the liberal evil spirits from the government and take up the industrialization of the country. Construction of factories, factories, bringing back education that can teach creators, not consumers. Putin needs to drive all Chubais reformers out of science and production. Otherwise, he will repeat the fate of Gaddafi, and the entire country will repeat the fate of Ukraine. While Putin has such support, he needs to cope with this liberal abomination and begin industrializing the country.

I am a sergeant, conscript service 1985-1987, Chinese border KDVO. My grandfather is a front-line soldier, the commander of a machine-gun platoon fought on the Kalinin Front in 1942. He was wounded, but miraculously survived. Rescued by a dog. In winter, she crawled up to him with alcohol, and then brought the orderlies to him. Nearby the Germans were shooting at our wounded. Well, I really liked the picture, it concerns us all. And it answers many questions.

    There is an opinion ...
    Delyagin
: “This is most clearly visible in the still complete subordination of socio-economic policy to representatives of the liberal clan, who fervently serve global business (and not some “people” of some wild “Russia”) and with all their might pushing Russia back into the 90s -s years.
Frightened by the independence of President Putin, who allowed himself to make a decision about Crimea based on the will of its inhabitants, without asking permission from the “masters of discourse” from the global ruling class, the liberal clan, managing the social and economic spheres of Russia, unleashed an essentially merciless war against her. The goal is probably to bring the country to ruin and uprising, which would be easy “by Ukrainian standards” to turn against Putin."

Once again about those who make decisions in our economy...

"Effective" managers, who are accustomed to dividing and sawing, will never learn and will not create, that is, organize and create modern industrial production, science and education in Russia, as would be done by professional creators, excommunicated by liberals from ruling the country .. ...
These two categories of people have different mentalities: some are from the category of creators, and others are from the category of destroyers with the soul of a huckster-market speculator-usurer, who is even scared to think about investing "hard-earned money" in "foggy" production for him, and even more so to take care of its constant technological improvement and maintenance of products at the world level ...
