A planned replacement of conscripts is taking place at the Russian base in Armenia, the newspaper reported Look with reference to the press service of the Southern Military District.
“The 3 order of thousands of soldiers and sergeants will be sent to serve in the service and then be fired to the reserve in the military district. They will be replaced by trained specialists from military training centers and military units. The arriving personnel will be distributed by specialties in the units of the Gyumri and Yerevan military garrisons, ”the release says.
The district stressed that "all arriving military personnel are selected for physical, medical, moral, psychological and professional qualities." All recruits arriving at the military unit “are introduced to the livelihoods of the formation and the traditions of the region of dislocation”.
The press service notes that “during the two-week adaptation period, the doctors will carry out examination with the delivery of tests, seasonal immunostimulating vaccination and a medical examination.”
The servicemen arrive in Armenia by civil aircraft from the 10 regions of the Russian Federation. According to the Southern Military District, the strength of the compound will not change during the rotation.
