Neighborhood Defense

7
Recently, cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan is gaining momentum. Only military agreements were signed by more than eight dozen. Among them is the March plan for a strategic partnership between countries. Cooperation also applies to joint exercises: there were ten of them in 2010, and 12 has already been held in the current one. Arms deliveries have not been forgotten either: they are carried out simultaneously by Rosoboronexport and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Now to the old agreements added a new one. The two countries will create a joint air defense system, similar to those already made between Russia and Belarus, as well as Russia and Armenia.

Thanks to the creation of a single air defense, Kazakhstan receives a unique opportunity to acquire the C-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems, which are currently in service with only Russia and are banned for sale abroad. However, the Kazakh side will not receive new complexes today or tomorrow. The production resources of the Almaz-Antey concern are now engaged in the manufacture of Triumphs for Russia. In turn, the production of C-400 for Kazakhstan will begin only after a few years. According to various estimates, you will have to wait until 2014-15 of the year.

Neighborhood Defense

During this time, the entire infrastructure of management, communications, etc. should be created. unified air defense system. Until the system is created and Kazakhstan has not received Triumph, its anti-aircraft gunners will use the systems of the previous generation - C-300PMU2 - the newest export version of this air defense system.

Negotiations are also under way for the supply of Russian military air defense systems. The delivery of the Pantsir-S air defense system is already scheduled. In addition to Pantsir, Kazakhstan is likely to purchase short-range Tor-2МE and medium-sized Buk-2МE complexes designed to directly cover the troops from the enemy’s air.

Russian Defense Minister A. Serdyukov said that future deliveries of new anti-aircraft missile systems to Kazakhstan and the creation of a unified air defense system with this country is bringing the day when all the CSTO countries will be protected by a single anti-aircraft and anti-missile shield.

Recall, in contrast to older complexes, C-400 can hit not only the targets of the type "airplane" or "cruise missile", but also the combat units of intercontinental missiles, which makes Triumph a universal system for protecting objects. The defeat of aerodynamic targets (airplanes, helicopters, cruise missiles, etc.) with C-400 missiles is possible at a distance from 2 to 400 kilometers, ballistic (ballistic missile warheads) - from 7 to 60 km. The height of the destruction of the target - from 5 meters to 30 km.

If everything is clear with the air defense, then the question arises about missile defense: from whom do we defend ourselves? The answer is logical: in recent years, a lot of talk has been going on in the international arena about the possibility of the emergence of strategic missiles in “unreliable countries” like Iran or North Korea. At the same time, the United States and Europe are creating their missile defense system located in Europe. But Kazakhstan is geographically closer to the same Iran than Poland or the Czech Republic. Therefore, the very fact of the deployment by the Kazakhs on their territory of “universal” missiles looks like a correct and logical move.

As for Russia's cooperation with Kazakhstan, and not with the European-American side, the clue may lie in the fact that Russia has not yet received guarantees from the creators of the Euro-Atlantic missile defense system that this system is not directed towards Russia.
There is also an opinion that Russia, while maintaining relations with China, cannot participate in strategic military projects of countries that have more complex relations with the Middle Kingdom.

The opinion of the Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia V. Kozin speaks in favor of the opinion on guarantees of the Euro-Atlantic system. He doubts that the planned deployment of nine hundred antimissiles by 2015 is too large a measure for the alleged defense against promising Iranian and North Korean missiles. At the same time, Kozin noted, American experts openly declare that such a number of interceptor missiles will be enough for defense against Russia, and this is a reason for doubts about the honesty of the motives of the creators of the Euro-Atlantic missile defense system.

In the meantime, there is debate about the reasons for the deployment of missile defense in a particular country, military cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan continues. About supplies to the Kazakh side of new modernized tanks The T-90S is out of the question, said Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces V. Gerasimov, but deliveries are being made in other areas. For example, at the August 30 parade in Astana, among other equipment, support vehicles for the BMPT "Frame" tanks, also known as the "Terminator", the TOS-1A "Solntsepek" flamethrower system, and a number of other samples were shown.

In addition to the supply of the technology itself, Russia and Kazakhstan are actively cooperating in the field of communications at various levels for the troops.

In general, all air defense control centers should be in Russia - then the enemy will not be able to suppress air defense control even with a massive strike - it will be difficult for him to suppress air defense and aviation bases on the southern borders, simultaneously strike air defense aviation bases in Karaganda (MiGov base 31) and simultaneously " to get "control centers on the territory of Russia - this will already be a global war - which can turn into a nuclear

Reference: The Air Force of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the second largest in the post-Soviet space after the Russian Air Force. At their disposal are more than 355 combat aircraft

In essence, the creation of a confederate union, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus is now observed. I think that for a single air defense, the creation of a single missile defense will begin. In addition to Iran, there is also the unpredictable Chinese dragon, which also has strategic nuclear forces and, in the event of China's aggression towards the confederation, for guaranteed destruction of the Chinese people's army by TNW forces, it is necessary to cover the sky with guarantee. Therefore, the creation of a single air shield is extremely necessary and timely, especially given the increasing desire of the Celestial Empire to play one of the main violins in the world and the lack of hydrocarbons and territories.

As for the Union, I agree - and I also hope it will grow into a new Russian empire - and maybe in the USSR-2 if you are lucky

And as for the opponents, I would like to add that the pendos are already nearby in Afghanistan and Iraq - and threaten Iran - I think this is the primary threat - constantly integrated air defense exercises are being conducted against it - and a common system is being created

They managed to throw a few air defense systems in Iran, though not entirely new. She also stands on the defense of the air defense of the nuclear power plant, but there are many of our military specialists there, for sure they are going, or maybe they have already undergone modernization. In principle, it is not so bad in Iraq, although there is little good, the country is still weak. All the more so if they fall on her with talpa. In November, like our "Kuznetsov" with a crowd of cover goes there, we'll have a look.

As it is not trite, but I recalled a parable from children's tales. When the brothers broke one knot, but could not break the whole bunch, etc. - Unification in any case leads to the strengthening of countries. Especially not to survive one-Belarus .. Soon it will reach Ukraine ... but apparently until it is burned.
