Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine allowed intelligence operations in the "occupied" territories
According to the authors of the bill, the new law will increase the effectiveness of the intelligence activities of the relevant Ukrainian authorities.

On March 17, the Ukrainian deputies considered the resolution, within the framework of which individual territories of Donbass are considered “temporarily occupied”. The appeal of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to the UN Security Council and the Council of the European Union with a request to deploy a peacekeeping mission in the country was also approved.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada adopted amendments to the law on the special status of Donbass, suggesting that areas controlled by the militia will receive it only if local elections are held under Ukrainian laws and under the supervision of international observers.
In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the decisions of deputies on the status of Donbass are in violation of the Minsk agreements, because, in fact, they rewrite them.
