In February of this year, the Donguzov violated his own recognizance and proper behavior, hiding from justice in the territory of Ukraine. Currently, law enforcement officers initiated the procedure of his announcement in the international search.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian media published reports that a Russian citizen, 20-year-old Vyacheslav Donguzov came to Ukraine from Moscow by hitchhiking, settling in Sumy, to continue to serve in the army. According to journalists, a week ago, a young man ran away from a Moscow cadet school, in which he allegedly studied in his second year, explaining that he "could not tolerate humiliation and insults in his address." In turn, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that Donguzov had never studied at a cadet school.
