It was the United States that gave the inventor of the "e-cat" (a completely new type of generator) the opportunity to come close to the industrial application of the novelty.
October 8 2014 of the Los Alamos Electronic Edition (Arxiv.org) published the next report of an independent group on the test of the heat generator E-Cat. 32 of the day checked the installation of six eminent professors from Italy and Sweden. Rossi himself was not there.
E-Sat parameters have been removed. Half a year was spent processing the results and analysis. The conclusion struck many who were skeptical about the work of the Italian scientist.
A member of the International Representative Committee on the Problem of Cold Transmutation of Nuclei (CNT), nuclear physicist Yuri Bazhutov described the result as follows: “The generator worked and produced an incredible amount of heat - the energy density is millions of times greater than the combustion of any organic fuel of the same mass 3,7 times more than the supplied electricity.
In the device itself, the isotopic composition of “combustible” materials (H, Ni, Li, Al) changed, that is, nuclear reactions took place that released this heat. ” Moreover, no nuclear radiation was detected outside the installation, which is very important.
In recent years, there have been many accusations of Russia for "excessive secrecy." It is unlikely that they are fair. The scientist relied on the commercial operation of the E-Сat, which alone could provide guarantees personally for the pioneer. Business had to understand how to work with the novelty.
Of course, Rossi took into account the sad experience of Nikola Tesla, who all tried to convince the capitalists of the benefits of science for humanity. Rossi seems to have found an understanding of this approach in the United States. It didn’t happen right away: for the first time, an “e-cat” publicly earned 2015 in Bologna in January. Then the experts and the press saw the operating reactor with an output power of 12,5 kilowatts.

They failed to make the right measurements and came under fire from ruthless critics, who were especially zealous when they saw the hype in the American press raised by the statements of scientists. Rossi did not say much. But in October, 2011 presented its first megawatt reactor for its first client, as well as scientists and engineers who are testing its work.
Some problems were. But the plant gave out 470 kW of continuous power for 5,5 hours in self-sustaining mode. It used 100 reactor modules, each with three reaction compartments in them, and in total there were 300 reaction chambers.
The orthodox physicists of the whole world then again ignored Rossi.
Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Anri Rukhadze described what happened: “According to all the canons of physics, this could not be: is the nuclear boiler on the table? Energy delivery with a factor of the order of 10 - the purest nonsense! And only a handful of "heretics" from science involved in the so-called. cold nuclear fusion (NSF) supported it.
Rossi behaved unpredictably, and not in the way one would expect from a rogue and a charlatan, of which he was accused by the Orthodox. He did not ask anyone for money, on the contrary, he sold his house to start these studies. The scientist avoided the interview. The work of the "cat" showed more to merchants.
Bazhutov notes that Rossi was not eager to conduct a dialogue with the preachers of nuclear physics. The inventor stressed: "The best evidence of my innocence would be a commercial device on the market!"
And the hard work has done its job. Worked and commercial approach to business. Rossi did not promise free flow of energy to mankind, and the business liked it.
“It was not possible to catch Rossi in fraud. He did not bring energy to the device, ”emphasizes Alexander Karabut, an employee of the SNA of NPO Luch and Rosatom. “Gradually, attitudes toward the scientist began to change.” That is why NASA has opened its arms for Russia. He did not refuse to step into them.
Rossi was in the United States. It was not only profitable, but also gave greater security. Rukhadze believes that "the United States intends to gain complete control over the new source of energy - the one who owns it, will break out far ahead in the technology race and get rid of oil and gas dependence." NASA, therefore, is only part of the cold American project.
The United States expects not only to further close financial flows on itself, but also on the basis of new technologies - possessing practically free, clean, unlimited energy - to realize export-oriented re-industrialization. This will throw other countries back if they do not begin to change.
We can expect the rapid development of cold transmutation of nuclei (CHT - a new and more correct name for the NFL - cold nuclear fusion). Breakthroughs are and will be, both theoretically and experimentally.

The United States is already betting on a revolution in the energy sector and may soon begin to receive a prize. It is known in advance: it will be grand. However, Russia is among the countries leading in the research of the CET, even in the complete absence of targeted funding.
The country has a Coordinating Council on the problem of CNT, annual conferences and monthly seminars are held, despite the resistance of the Orthodox opponents. The country only needs to evaluate it and prepare a US technology response.
Based on the principles of CNTA, about a dozen patents have been created in our country aimed at obtaining additional energy. Some researchers were able to get a small investment financing.
However, some scientists, unfortunately, are forced to work abroad. Meanwhile, Rossi is working tirelessly, and autonomous power generators are preparing to change the US industry. It will happen without fail, and we should be ready.
The "war of sanctions" against Russia, by the will of Washington, can go far. The United States sees in our country not a partner, but a threat to its domination in Europe. Russia's successes give the US a chance to retain the role of a global financial and industrial center, undermining the position of other strong players.
But a long-term drop in prices on the oil market will not necessarily mean a catastrophe for the Russian economy. American politicians need to be careful and take into account that our science is not by chance in the twentieth century made so many discoveries.
