The head of the Senate Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev considers it possible for Russia to recognize the independence of the DNI and the LC

58
In an interview with Kommersant FM radio station, Senator Konstantin Kosachev said that Russia could recognize the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics. According to Kosachev, this can happen only if there are no other options for resolving the crisis in Ukraine.
Konstantin Kosachev, who is the head of the international affairs committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, quotes the news agency TASS:

The head of the Senate Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev considers it possible for Russia to recognize the independence of the DNI and the LC

If and when all the other possibilities of reaching a political solution are exhausted, I do not exclude this option (recognition of the independence of the DPR and the LPR by Russia - note “IN”).

At the same time, Konstantin Kosachev added that, first of all, the future of these territories should be determined on the basis of the interests of the conflicting parties:

It’s not necessary for Russia to say: “No, you must be a territorially integrated state”, or “No, you will never be a territorially integrated state, you must disperse”, or “Only federalization”, or “Only autonomization”, or “Only decentralization. And note that we do not have such an approach, and the president has repeatedly said, and the foreign minister has repeatedly said: "Multivariance. The most important thing is that the final version should be the subject of mutual satisfaction and agreement. ”The chance for this is enormous, this is the only thing that Russia, the United States of America, the European Union, NATO, and everyone else should support.

Recall that last year, referendums were held in the DPR and the LPR. In the DPR, 89,07% (with the turnout of 74, 87%) of those who voted supported the independence of the republic. In the LNR, 90,53% voted for independence at 81% turnout.

This is a direct war so ... please do not forget that the state has only 2 reasons to exist:
      1. This is the life expectancy of the people.
      2. The level of his income.

If now or in the future, this decision will increase these indicators, then yes, completely.

        For us it is indirect.
But I completely agree with your two points and have to admit that if the Ukrainian confrontation continues, the situation of the population on both points can only worsen, but this will happen anyway: will we raise LDN on our own (then we will have to connect them), or But Russia will force both the Yankees and Europeans to participate in the restoration of the economy of all Ukraine (and remove the devastation in the LPR)!
It is clear that this can increase the amount of allocated funds, but it will significantly delay the start of work (with Abam, I think this process cannot begin).
However, if the ukrokhunt collapses and anti-fascist power is established, the States will be interested in any handouts to close the issue and step back from this problem as if they had never been here!

We should not adhere to double standards: recognizing Ukraine, we must recognize and - the LPR and the DPR, which actually withdrew from Ukraine.

The land of the DPR and LPR is primarily owned by the people who live on it, their ancestors lived there, their parents and now they live. Ukraine refused these people by cutting off their food supplies and ceasing to pay social benefits, i.e. they refused from this territory. There is every reason to recognize their independence.

Moreover, a hundred years ago in those parts no one had ever heard of such a beast as Ukraine, because of which today they suffer and die. Russia has been there for centuries. And now people want to live in it.

Neither the United States, nor the European Union, nor NATO, nor the Ukrainian authorities themselves will ever agree to self-determination. Their goal is the continuation of hostilities until the complete destruction of the militias and the seizure of the entire territory of Donbass. One way or another, it is possible that we will be forced to recognize the independence of the DPR and LPR. The people of Donbass have already paid for this independence with many human lives.

Usually this does not happen and has never been in history, no one always has enough time, so at any moment you need to be prepared for anything. Everything is now coming to the point that we and someone else will recognize the LPR and the DPR, or maybe Novorossia, if they can unite. And to this option we are strongly encouraged by our actions and the dill government and their sponsors and mentors.

Strelkov not only did not rule out, but also did. One of our famous politicians explained why the DPR and LPR did not join Russia. It turns out that such a question was not submitted to referenda. Now, in order to hold a new referendum, it is necessary to free the captured areas from the juntar. And is this necessary for our ruling elite? The big question.

In my opinion, the main reason for the existence of the state is the need to adopt the rules of the game in society for the hostel of the people living in it. This is a compromise. Compliance with the rules and monitors the state, having a repressive apparatus. There are also mechanisms for changing the rules. The ideology of radical nationalism does not allow other nationalities to exist with dignity. In the case of Ukraine, we have such a situation, albeit artificially created. There are all signs of genocide. In my opinion, at some stage of the process, it is simply inevitable. In these cases, from history, the Russians left with the territory.

There will be no peace in the Donbass, Puppeteers will not let Kiev fulfill the peace agreements. The couple must recognize the independence of the DPR and LPR and conclude agreements with them, as with Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Donbass arms in their hands proved their independence from Kiev. All the same, the West will not leave us alone, even if we recognize, even if we do not recognize the independence of these republics.

And after recognition, it will be possible to provide real help, and the US-Polish-other mercenaries will think about whether to climb into the territory of republics that have recognition from Russia and have an agreement on mutual assistance with it ...

Americans like children throw toys and let someone clean for them. They cornered themselves and do not know how to get out of it without losing face. What these advisers who came to Ukraine will do, what they will teach, and if they themselves can’t fucking, this war has shown that they will fight here and know how. And how they teach, we are well aware of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict. The trained Georgian army could not cope with a handful of militias. If Putin had kept his word and sent in troops at the very beginning of the conflict, they would have saved many thousands of lives on both sides. Alas, cowardice and not decisiveness of the leadership led to a bloody meat grinder. But despite this, the Russian leadership stubbornly continues to call the Ukrainian leadership partners. not partners but criminals who seized power and established a fascist regime. It's time to stop flirting with the fascists and insist on territorial integrity. Recognition of South Ossetia and Abzhazia occurred when blood was shed much less. And what did the DNI and LC do not deserve? We will not achieve any lifting of sanctions by flirting with the Nazis

GDP has NEVER promised anyone to send troops to dill. It would be frivolous and unworthy of the leader of a huge country with strategic nuclear weapons. Big politics is not a yard fight - who will. And above all, do not do what the enemy is trying to "push" you to. Dill is not just a sandbox showdown. This is another attempt to divide Russia into parts as a geopolitical enemy, the only one that poses a real military threat to mattress.
And do not substitute. The enemy is strong, and acts in a coalition with a geyropa.
First, you need to split this coalition, build your own, mobilize the economy and "detach" it from external dependencies.
But how can she, a geyropu, be charmed, if she shakes with fear, after the Russian troops enter the dill?

In the future, it will be necessary to recognize the Kharkov, and Nikolaev, and Kherson and Zaporozhye, and Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa People's Republics, and the Republic of Little Russia. Apparently, the question is not in the legal status and not in the name (the words "and we are for decentralization as part of Ukraine, blah-blah-blah" are intended for Western ears, we shove their usual formulas into their ears), the question is how to clean the whole territory from Nazism, including in the heads of people, former fellow citizens, who else can be saved. Tactics are also selected for this task. And the stuffing K. Dolgachev makes in accordance with the general line of the party. Apparently, it is necessary to intimidate, so that they would rather think at least something about the constitutional reform. They got a psycho, they removed Poroshenko, put the Nazi Yarosh (arrange a meeting with Merkel, let him greet her with a Nazi greeting on the cameras) ... and direct fire at him ...
