The Finnish human rights activist Johan Beckman, who received the status of the Permanent Representative of the DPR in Finland, filed a lawsuit with the police, demanding to initiate a criminal case on the fact of supplies weapons to Ukraine. This is a decision of the Finnish government, which approved the export of laser rangefinders LRF200 for the Ukrainian security forces.
According to Beckman, this is a gross violation of international norms and conventions, as well as the Minsk agreements and truce terms. He said that the Ukrainian security forces would use laser rangefinders of Finnish production against the civilian population of Donbass.
“We need to save perhaps thousands of peaceful lives and stop the illegal supply of the Noptel’s lethal weapons to the Kiev authorities. We have already filed a lawsuit with the Finnish police in order to initiate a criminal case concerning violation of the laws of the export of lethal weapons. We also believe that we are talking about the preparation of the genocide in the Donbass. After all, with the laser device company "Noptel" Ukrainian army can more effectively use heavy weapons against civilians ", - quotes him LifeNews.
Earlier, the decision of the Finnish authorities also officially condemned the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“Such a move by the Finnish side will not serve the interests of establishing peace and stability in Ukraine, especially now, when as a result of very difficult efforts there has been a real advancement of the parties along the path of a peaceful settlement of the internal Ukrainian conflict in accordance with the Minsk agreements set forth in the UNSC resolution. Deliveries of potential elements of lethal weapons can essentially be interpreted in Kiev as direct support for the “war party” line, the ministry said.
