In Kharkiv, the Nazi terror is growing, and the ATO scheme, which V. Rogov rightly calls the “anti-Slavic terrorist operation”, is being developed in the vicinity.

Before and after the New Year holidays, two events occurred that forced the Kharkiv City Council to meet for an extraordinary meeting.
A group of people in bandanas who met near the walls of the City Council on December 24 beat five citizens, including the prosecutor, who had their jaws broken. A young deputy of the city council V. Skorobagach was thrown into the trash bin.
And on January 21, the Kharkiv City Council considered (and accepted) the city budget for 2015. A dozen or so maydanshchikov broke through at the meeting, but they didn’t arrange fights in the hall. As a result, two of their representatives were - during the break - admitted to the microphone. The speakers demanded the allocation of 120 million hryvnia (this is two percent of the annual city budget) for the needs of the "defense" of the city.
To this, the mayor replied that the city authorities would not allocate funds to volunteers and activists who are preparing for the defense of the city: “Volunteers, activists will equip bomb shelters, checkpoints, learn about the defense of Kharkov, nothing is allocated from the budget. ... We do not believe that Kharkiv is in the ATO zone. We do not fund any units. Tomorrow we are opening a modular camp for refugee migrants, we give benefits to large families, students are our main job. The defense of Kharkov must be dealt with by the military. ” (By the way, the settlement of modular houses for IDPs from the Donbass was really open on January 22 on the avenue of the USSR 50 anniversary, 27. However, the deputies still voted for the transfer of 121 thousand hryvnia for the needs of the Kharkov military hospital. We are talking about funds that deputies receive every month as compensation for their activities. As the mayor noted, this money will be used to treat fighters wounded in the Donbas.
According to eyewitnesses, at a meeting on January 21, “a young man with a big trident on a jacket ran out to the podium and shouted at everyone that soon all the deputies of the City Council and the mayor were lyustriruet”. To which G. Kernes called him a jerk and said that he himself should be lyustrirovat. "Here are the representatives of the OSCE, and everyone can see how they behave today, those who broke into the session of the City Council," - calmly added the mayor.
Unsatisfied maydanschiki then went out into the street, where they were waited by several dozen accomplices. It was they who, at the end of the session, at the entrance to the city council building, in an extremely aggressive manner, tried to send the 65-year-old director of the Housing Department, Viktor Kitanin, to the trash can, by the way, a person who had worked in the city economy for four decades and had done a lot for the beautification of the city ( You can compare the condition of streets, squares and courtyards of Kharkov with Poltava, Sumy and even "European" Lviv). They demanded anti-Putin chants from Kitanin, shouting “who is Putin?”, However, the official fought back and several times called V. Putin the president of Russia, which in that situation was not safe.
From the surprising: the protesters, activist of the public organization “Gromadska Warta” (“Public Patrol”) V. Bystrichenko, who was known in the city as a provocateur and activist of the public organization “Gromadska Warta”, tried to reason with the participants He asked, "so that there was no aggression," but the "activists" threw eggs at the official and other objects. Actually, it was this incident that served as the final reason for convening an emergency meeting of the City Council. As G. Kernes later says, “I received a bullet from them, Skorobogach - a trash can, and Kitanin - tear gas”.
The heads of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region were invited to an extraordinary session “On the aggravation in the city of Kharkov in the context of inactivity of law enforcement agencies of the general social and criminal situation that could lead to a public explosion and mass protests” on Friday 23 in January.
The city prosecutor Yevgeny Popovich and the head of the Kharkiv city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alexey Boyko, made presentations on the public situation, including the progress of the investigation into cases of attacks on city council members.
It is noteworthy that the problem of explosions in Kharkiv and the region, for which Avakov arrived in the city, was not addressed.

Therefore, to anyone who puts on masks and runs after frightened low-worthy deputies, while still deputies of the Kharkiv City Council, my advice is: go to the front, earn a reputation there. After that, return to Kharkov covered with glory, win the city elections and change this composition of the City Council. And anyone who runs around the garbage and throws a deputy there - he is a provocateur. This is exactly how the police will treat him. ”

Law enforcers at an extraordinary meeting of the City Council invigorated, but their attempts to tell about the high detection of crimes G. Kernes stopped, asking to report on the state of affairs initiated on the facts of the beating of December 24 citizens and January 21. It turned out that seven criminal cases were opened against the “activists”. Meanwhile, the mayor of Kharkov was dissatisfied with the measure of restraint for the accused, as well as the fact that the cases were brought too slowly, only after “we ourselves provided all the materials to the law enforcement officers - photos, videos and even the addresses of the attackers”. Noteworthy is also the reaction of the mayor to the proud story of the city prosecutor about banning the activities of the public organization “Rus Velikaya” and repeatedly arresting its head Yury Apukhtin (who “undermined the state integrity of Ukraine”), as well as about the arrests of other opponents of the junta. The mayor, after the prosecutor’s speech, said: “They said that Kharkov residents seized the regional council building in March. What ended the extraordinary session of the Kharkiv City Council?
