On the presence of Poroshenko in Paris on the march of the world did not write any major Western media
On Sunday, demonstrations under the single name "Peace March" took place in Paris and other French cities. Street processions were dedicated to the memory of Charlie Hebdo employees who were killed at the hands of terrorists. According to French media, about 1,5 million people participated in the action.
The march was attended by heads and representatives of many countries of the world. In the first column were employees of the magazine and relatives of the victims.
“Then came the heads of state, among whom were French President Francois Hollande and his opponent Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas, European Union representative Donald Tusk, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. Also present was the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Francois Hollande did everything possible so that the leader of the National Front Marine Le Pen was not present at the demonstration ”.
No matter what was said in the Ukrainian media, not a single major publication noticed Poroshenko’s presence. The fact that the Danish prime minister slipped and fell was written by several media outlets. "Marked" in the German newspaper and Mahmoud Abbas, who made his way to Merkel through the ranks of politicians.
Noticed and smiling former first lady Carla Bruni.
But Poroshenko was noticed only by the channel “Russia Today”, which captured him waving to someone from the townsfolk.
Ukrainian feminists also took part in the march.
