Users of the site of the Echo of Moscow radio station want to see the head of Russia such a person as NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg

Radio station interview Echo of Moscow gave the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg. The interview once again demonstrated the use of double standards and approaches to their activities by Western politicians. In particular, this was expressed in the fact that Stoltenberg declared the constant desire of NATO to actively cooperate with Russia.
Stoltenberg:
NATO absolutely does not want a cold war, does not want clashes. We are interested in cooperation. Russia is our biggest neighbor. I believe this is a great country with a great historyand I hope that Russia will be a successful country. If Russia cooperates with us, I am convinced that both Russia and NATO will benefit from this.
What beautiful words, isn't it? If it were not for knowing that just a week before that same Stoltenberg, with the explicit suggestion of the US president, called Russia the main security threat in Europe, then one could consider that Stoltenberg is a decent and sensible politician . If one does not take into account the words of the US officials of the alliance that “Russia is on the threshold of NATO” and “is the enemy number one,” then Stoltenberg could even be applauded. But I do not deserve it ...
On the other hand, NATO Secretary General deserved special attention among Echo listeners and users of the radio station website. The editors asked them to answer the following question (the question looks just amazing!): Would you like a man like Jens Stoltenberg, the new NATO secretary general, to head Russia?
It turned out that 67% of users of the Ehov site see the head of Russia just such a person as Stoltenberg.
Bravo, “Echo”! .. The repertoire is unchanged ...
