In 2006, an interview with Oleg Vladimirovich Deripaska, which he gave to the “Eurasia Time” VIP newsletter, was released for several days on the Internet. The text of the interview, intended for maximum 500 VIP subscribers of the analytical collection, was published on the Ukrainian site “4-th Vlada” (“4-th power”). Literally a few hours after the publication of the interview, it disappeared from the pages of the site, but the Internet search engines managed to index it and save it in their archives. After that, the interview began to walk on the political sites of Runet.

The press service of Basel, on the day of publication, stated that it was a fake and threatened litigations with its “authors” and distributors, but so far no court trials have been known about the past years.
Moreover, the site of the National Council on Corporate Governance of Russia, which includes Deripaska, reprinted this interview, almost a year later - January 26, 2007. The NSCU is, as indicated on the website, “a non-profit partnership of the leaders of the largest Russian issuing companies, investment companies, federal authorities, and relevant committees of the State Duma”. Later, one of the authors of the sensational interview, the economist and political analyst who was president of the international foundation “Time of Eurasia” in 2006, Nikolai Asmolov, already abroad, said that after leaking scandalous text to the global network, the fund, which he financed Deripaska’s structure was closed and the newsletter was dissolved. However, in the first half of February 2011, a new interview by Nikolai Asmolov himself appeared in RuNet, which he gave to the correspondent of the oldest Russian-language newspaper USA “NEW RUSSIAN WORD” Igor Serebryakov. We publish it with small cuts.

The main thing in this scenario is to prevent the Slavs from consolidating, to have time to grow up microstates with Napoleons and gradually reveal their contradictions among themselves. It is necessary to roll back across the territory of Russia to 15-16 centuries, and the world will sigh with relief. Ukraine, by the way, will also need to be divided, it is almost ready for this.
Corr. - And what about the stocks of toxic substances and distemper, which you predict?
ON. - Troubles will not. All the resources of today's Russia have already been calculated, who will eat from which part of the pie - he will take care of the security of the planet. If Britain enters the northern shelf - it will dispose of the Novaya Zemlya nuclear test site, China will recycle the Trans-Baikal. I have already told you about aluminum capacities. There are still undivided spheres, but this is a matter of time. From the remnants of the Russian population are required only skilled laborers at resource-extracting enterprises and unskilled recruits - when disposing of chemical warfare agents or radioactive substances.

Everything is under control and there is - in Russia there is a controlled disposal of all natural resources and territory, military-technical developments of the Soviet era. Smart people, following the appeals of Oleg Vladimirovich Deripaska, built on this gigantic, thriving business, which is reliably protected from political or military shocks. All world powers are interested in this business anyway. The process of utilization of the territories will not take place as collapse of the Soviet Union, but gradually, as resources are exhausted, and necessarily in the process of bargaining. ON. - To fight? What for? How could you make money on it? Plebs mostly with gusto picked up evil for the lack of products at the factory directors and dreamed of free and affordable vodka, don't you remember? The “intelligentsia” rushed into power, not realizing that power is, above all, business, and not narcissism in the stands. So, if a stupid Gorbachev could not even make money and got into the maintenance of the Western services, then Putin could brilliantly. Today he is no longer a manager. He is a full partner in the business of companies with huge capitalization and European legal cache in the project, which can be called “Utilization of Russia”.

It turned out that earlier Mr. Zuckerman was convicted by the people's court of Nikolaev under the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR "For the corruption of minors", which is why he came to Siberia. Naturally, these data, stored in the archive of the Security Council of Ukraine and “not stored” in the archive of the Russian special services, should have been at least in the central archive of the KGB of the USSR.
