What role did the US intelligence services play in the events in Ukraine at the end of 2013, and they play today?
On the portal “Antifashist” an article was announced by Yevgeny Tarasyuk “Secret CIA operation“ Maidan-2 ”” written for the magazine “Izborsky Club”. In recent months, entire layers of information on Maidan-2 have been revealed. AND история with Maidan-2 lined up in a harmonious consistent picture. Very informative material on who is who in Ukrainian politics, as well as the origins of 2.0 Maidan.
The Ukrainian crisis, which ended with the February 22 coup d'état of 2014, was just one episode in the Cold War against Russia, which did not stop all these years. He clearly highlighted the main goal of the United States by provoking permanent conflicts in the world, including in Ukraine, and then in Russia - to seek to preserve his hegemony in the world with the dollar.
The mechanism of this murderous strategy was revealed by John Perkins in his bestseller "Confession of an Economic Killer." In Ukraine, the Americans used the entire arsenal of funds - from the innumerable number of funds and public organizations controlled by them to the agents of influence in the opposition, the ruling party and even in the closest circle of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. Were thrown out and, as it turned out, not at all the wind about 5 billion dollars, as proudly declared to the whole world Victoria Nuland - the official representative of the US State Department.
Today, hot on the trail, the whole mechanism for preparing and implementing a coup d'état in Ukraine emerges, though not completely. New evidence of American work in Ukraine will still emerge, but even what we know today allows us to say: the United States acted and acts in Ukraine as brazenly and shamelessly as in Latin America during the times of dictatorial regimes.
... At the end of November 2013, the secret services reported to the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, that the Americans had made an unusual request: to allow the landing of two Hercules military transport planes at the Boryspil airport with “diplomatic cargo”. What kind of cargo, the Americans did not explain. However, the head of the SBU Ukraine, Alexander Yakimenko, explained to Yanukovych that in the womb of American planes there are boxes with 60 millions of dollars. And small bills for Maidan.
At this time, the second Maidan flared up in Kiev. Kievans in unison came to the square to support the protesters, who demanded to immediately sign an association agreement with the EU and expel the government of Azarov, which suddenly took away the illusion of “living as in Europe”. Students became the driving force of the Maidan. The authorities made a sensible decision not to disperse the protesters, but to enter into dialogue with them. And part of the students went to the meeting of power: they even declared their Maidan on another square - European, and drove off with a whistle all the opposition politicians who tried to ride the next protest wave and come to power.
Kiev students was very heterogeneous in composition. Most of it came from the western regions of Ukraine. I thank Viktor Yushchenko for this, and Ivan Vakarchuk, the rector of Lviv State University, father of the leader of the popular Okean Elzy group, became the minister of education in the government. Through the efforts of the pope of a talented musician, crowds of students from the western regions rushed to Kiev, and with them the ideology of Ukrainian integral nationalism, simply speaking Ukrainian fascism, whose main preachers were Stepan Bandera and Roman Shukhevych.
... American Hercules landed at the right time: to swing the Maidan required a serious financial support. About this, the United States Ambassador to Ukraine Jeffrey Payette, the main Kiev oppositionist Arseniy Yatsenyuk buzzed all ears. He traveled to the American Embassy for work. He lacked there except the bedroom. Yatsenyuk's close ties with the embassy became widely known on the eve of the parliamentary elections in Ukraine in October 2012. A few days before the election, a group of caring citizens decided to check the Ukrainian oppositionists for lice. For greater certainty, the entire experiment was filmed and conversations were recorded on dictaphones.
The time of the experiment was also not chosen by chance: the Americans sent the organizer of many revolutions Marko Ivkovic, along with a whole group of “foreign consultants” to Ukraine. Foreign guests arrived at the Teh-Kamp activist Maidan Movement activists, which opened in Kiev, along with Alik Ross. This political consultant was famous for his work on lighting up "color" revolutions in Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, and Libya. “Hero” was presented to the audience by the US ambassador to Ukraine personally until August 2013, John Tefft. He introduced Alik Ross to his listeners as a “revolutionary”.
To test the politicians decided to offer them 5 million dollars for the revolution in Kiev. The money was ready to allocate an American congressman. The "draw" was conducted on behalf of the consultant Senator Ned Michalek and Assistant Congressman John Schneider. Their representatives offered Ukrainian politicians Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Vlasenko, leader of the Svoboda party Oleg Pyagnibok to meet and discuss all the details of the tempting offer.
The first to respond was the "Front for Change", which was headed by Arseniy Yatsenyuk. His secretary, Irina Bochar, from a work phone, and then from a mobile phone, readily informed that Arseny Petrovich received all the mail through the US Embassy and, therefore, should be contacted there. Participants in the experiment immediately went to the embassy, where they were met by a smiling embassy official Stephen Page and his irresistible assistant Anna Bondarenko. They promised to phone with representatives of congressmen in the near future.
When all this information spilled out into the Ukrainian media, appeared on Youtube and blogs, the question hung in the air: why and why Arseniy Yatsenyuk works in Ukraine through the American embassy? Who are these diplomats who control all his correspondence? Curators? Then from which organization? These questions remained unanswered, and when journalists tried to find out personally from Arseniy Yatsenyuk, he declared them to be provocateurs. Instead, Yatsenyuk was answered on this question by the official representative of the US State Department, Victoria Nuland. The record of her telephone conversation with the US ambassador to Ukraine Payette was made public. In conversation, she has already distributed portfolios in the new government of Ukraine with the living President Yanukovych, who used the European Union to checkmate for indecision. For Arseny, the Gosdepov lady reserved the post of prime minister. Everything came together: where, if not in the US embassy, would the future prime minister of Ukraine keep all his correspondence and receive instructions from the State Department.
The scandalous film dispelled the last doubts that in Ukraine, the State Department and the US CIA are working hand in hand with opposition Ukrainian politicians. The first selects them, the second provides funding channels. Arrived "Hercules" and had to provide Arseniy Yatsenyuk the role of the cashier Maidan, and therefore the opposition leader. Already after 3 of the day, the Ukrainian special services reported to Yanukovych that there were new US dollar denominations in denominations of 20, 50 and 100 dollars on the Maidan. And this time, Yanukovych silently swallowed information.
But during the first report on the upcoming landing of Hercules, the president was asked to "punish" the Americans. Take red-handed delivery of dollars, shoot it all on video and present to the world as a weighty proof of funding by the Americans Maidan. The first who waved his hands against such a turn of events, became Sergey Levochkin. He immediately began to frighten the president that all the fury of America would befall him. And, it seems, he achieved his goal: Yanukovych thoughtfully remarked: “Indeed, why do we need a scandal? Now we know for sure who finances the Maidan. ” The refusal of the president to conduct a special operation immediately became known to the Americans. Both the State Department and the CIA made the right conclusion: Yanukovych is a coward, he doesn’t know how to take a punch, we must demolish this regime without any ceremonies.
In this scenario, the head of the presidential administration Sergey Levochkin and his eternal sponsor, Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash played a special role. One can only wonder at the whims of history, when power in the largest European country with industrious people and beautiful culture falls into the hands of a recent president, who deftly traded with stolen gasoline during the days when he held the position of director of the Donetsk city base. With the same “dexterity”, Viktor Yanukovych decided to beat everyone - the State Department, the CIA, the United States, Putin along with the FSB. Perhaps he simply did not think about it, but only used his position and time for pumping billions of dollars from his own pocket into Ukraine.
Oh, to put it mildly, Viktor Yanukovych’s not quite adequate response to the information being reported to him is evidenced by one surprising fact. In the summer of 2011, the President was “tapped” on the table by the most influential trinity in Ukraine - the head of the presidential administration Sergey Levochkin, the sponsor Levochkin and the oligarch Dmitry Firtash and the first deputy prime minister Valery Khoroshkovsky. At the dacha, the last conversation was about how to better organize the removal of Yanukovych from power. Viktor Fedorovich read this post with a pen in his hands in great thought, which was interrupted by the question: “Well, let's remove all of them from the posts, do they prepare your shift?”. Frowning, the president replied: “If I expel them, I will never know about their plans. And so they are under my hood. " Less than two years later, Viktor Yanukovych from the Sevastopol base, rumbling in boxes with acquired good, fled across the sea to Russia. And his former head of administration, Sergey Levochkin, together with the United States, plunged into new plans for his return to power.
The history of cooperation between the head of the presidential administration of Ukraine and the Americans takes its report from the time when American political consultants led by Paul Manaforth appeared at the headquarters of the Party of Regions on Lipsky Boulevard. This happened in the autumn of 2005, on the recommendation of Rinat Akhmetov, the Donetsk oligarch and the main sponsor of the regionals at the time. Since then, the Americans, with some interruptions, have collaborated with the Regionals. Until March 2006, they were engaged in the operational preparation of the deputies ’" regionals "and Viktor Yanukovych himself for the historic parliamentary elections for the Party.
Paul Manafort played a tragic role in the life of a politician Viktor Yanukovych. This imposing gentleman, dressed up in bright ties, made no secret of the fact that he could help the former Donetsk governor to be guided in the intricacies of Washington politics. Naive Yanukovych believed that if Paul did not make it his own for Washington, then at least he would provide him with channels of informal communication with Washington Olympus. There was another much more serious reason for the appearance of American political consultants in the headquarters of the generally considered pro-Russian Party of Regions. They were supposed to strengthen the image of the Party of Regions in the United States and show that the Regionals are as contractual as their rivals from the party of Yulia Tymoshenko, who enjoyed unconditional support in the West. This task was assigned to a group of American consultants headed by Paul Manafort. Yanukovych and his party comrades believed that, in the person of Manafort, they got their man in the Washington corridors of power. Did these calculations of the fourth president of Ukraine justify?
To begin with, Manafort did a good job in the United States in the field of political PR with Republicans. He participated in several campaigns. He did not have enough stars from the sky, but he got the necessary connections and could well claim in the eyes of the regionals his role among strangers. With only one caveat: the appearance of a man of this caliber, surrounded by the leader of the pro-Russian party considered to be in the US, was immediately turned to the CIA. The Americans noticed the desire of the regionals to move away from the image of the pro-Russian force and begin a rapprochement with the West. When in February 2009, the leadership of the Party of Regions, represented by Rinat Akhmetov and Boris Kolesnikov, signed a new agreement with the team of Paul Manafort on the provision of “party building” services, several CIA officers immediately seconded to the team of the American political technologist. Senior comrades recommended to Manafor to take opinion polls. The CIA wanted to know the temperature of the patient in order to know what medicines to achieve the condition she needed. The Americans wanted one thing: fixing the Party of Regions on anti-Russian positions, and there was no better means for this than drift towards the European Union, which had long been negotiating with official Kiev about signing an association agreement.
The first test of Manafort's ties was the idea of the outgoing president and Russophobe Viktor Yushchenko to negotiate with Yanukovych about keeping himself in power. The Americans endorsed Yushchenko’s script, but did not consider him already very viable.
As Ukrainian political analyst Kost Bondarenko wrote, Yushchenko “sincerely believes in his highest destiny and in the fact that Providence will not leave him. Yushchenko is making weak attempts to repeat the old “focus” with the Party of Regions - agree on a scheme in which he either becomes prime minister under President Yanukovych, or is elected president in the parliament under prime minister Yanukovich. ”
According to Bondarenko, “American friends of the Ukrainian president” seriously considered this concept. Naturally, it could become a reality subject to the adoption of a new constitution with a bicameral parliament. Yushchenko in the upper house automatically became a life senator.
However, this scheme did not work, as Yanukovych was not recognized as his in the United States. The regionals and perplexed Paul Manafort to begin his lobbying activities with Victor Yanukovych to be welcomed in Washington. Political consultant in December 2009 of the year agrees on a trip to Washington, the main regional. But instead, the future head of the presidential administration, Sergei Lyovochkin, is flying to the United States, who is holding informal talks in the office of the US National Security Council and the US Department of State. There are the bride Levochkina, who stood them and came to the court. Levochkin convinced his Washington masters that he would be able to reliably look after Yanukovych and strengthen anti-Russian sentiments in him. It was not difficult to do this, since Yanukovych was not at all distinguished by his attachment to any ideology. And in Moscow at that time, no one demanded that Ukrainian politicians swear allegiance. In the political circles of Russia dominated the belief that Ukraine will not go anywhere and is doomed to be together with Russia. As for the “brotherly ties”, the “single canonical space”, the “historical community”, in Moscow all these categories were covered with dust for a long time. They were remembered only during the ceremonial feasts of Yeltsin and Kuchma. Neglect of ideology in Russia, the realization that Ukraine is another country with its elite and its legitimate interests ultimately cost Moscow dearly. While the purely commercial approach to Ukraine dominated in the capital of the South, in the United States, POL Manafort for the money of the regionals began a campaign to position Yanukovych as a pro-Western politician.
At the end of 2009, a series of publications appeared in the American press claiming that Yanukovich’s victory was not a triumph for Moscow. Here is just one of these publications in the influential American magazine Newsweek, which wrote that "in many ways he (Yanukovich) is no longer a man of Moscow," and "Ukraine has changed too much anyway so that it can be made a vassal of Russia again." And the victory of Yanukovych does not mean the victory of Russia at all. For Washington, things went very well: under the new president of Ukraine, a whole group of Americans settled, headed by Paul Manafort and his head of the presidential administration, Sergey Levochkin. The president himself, with his criminal past, will not be accepted by Europe, while for Russia he is out of confidence. Here you have one more puppet after Yushchenko, who can manage 5 for years.
But not everything went so smoothly in the calculations of the United States. The geopolitical factor interfered, or more simply, the Russian one, which was impossible to pick up and cancel overnight. But at first the Americans, everything went like a note. The head of the presidential administration constantly instilled in Viktor Yanukovych that his positions in the country and in the world would only get stronger if he dismissed the government of the “retrograde” Mykola Azarov. Who were they going to replace Premier Levochkin and his curators from the USA? Valery Khoroshkovsky was preparing for this role. And with tripled energy, Levochkin began to sculpt a biography, he hoped, of the future president of Ukraine. And for this, at every opportunity, Azarov was accused of being conservative, that age does not allow him to respond promptly to the challenges in the country and in the world. That all of his government was created from his friends who were not able to carry out reforms. Khoroshkovsky is another matter - both young and talented, and eager to engage in reforming the country's economy. And most importantly, he knows how to do it. Khoroshkovsky began his career under Yulia Tymoshenko: he was in charge of her customs. But when Tymoshenko decided to confiscate 11 billion cubic meters of gas from Dmitry Firtash, Khoroshkovsky was closely associated with Firtash, defiantly resigned and moved to the camp of the Regionals. After the victory of Yanukovich, Levochkin pushed his appointment as the head of the Security Service of Ukraine. Khoroshkovsky engaged in the "protection" of smuggling, which, under his leadership, a wide stream flowed into the country. From each truck, from each side of the aircraft, from each ship levies were levied. And all this fell into the hands of Khoroshkovsky, and from there it went into Yanukovych’s pocket. Fell from smuggling, and not a little, Sergey Levochkin. He was convinced that Khoroshkovsky, working for the president’s personal pocket, would earn in his eyes the necessary political points that would ultimately help him to take the premiership. And to make it happen as soon as possible, Khoroshkovsky began searching for compromising material on the premier Nikolai Azarov and his son Alexei. Little that they managed to dig up - a house in Austria, some kind of art salon in the wife of his son Aleksey in Vienna - all this was immediately transferred to the well-known Ukrainian journalist, anti-corruption fighter Sergei Leshchenko. The latter regularly dispersed this "garbage" in the Ukrainian media. Today Leshchenko denies accusations that he ate with the hand of Sergey Levochkin for having zealously threw compromising materials on the fan of his curator’s enemies. The “implacable fighter” frowns upon corruption when his fellow journalists remind him of this. This is understandable: after the Maidan, he is a candidate for deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Sergey Levochkin’s plans to push even a stuffed animal, even Khoroshkovsky’s carcass at the premiere did not come true. The president was continued to report to report that Khoroshkovsky was rushing to premiere in order to run in the upcoming elections in 2015 for the year as a presidential candidate. They didn’t just tell, but showed the documents according to which Khoroshkovsky had already started trying on the presidential mace - the main election prize in 2015. All this hurt the president for a living, as he himself slept and saw himself as the winner in the elections in 2015 year.
Yanukovych, convinced of the seriousness of Khoroshkovsky’s intentions, brought down his anger on him. Yes, with such fury that the former Deputy Prime Minister had to urgently flee the country. Packing his bags, Khoroshkovsky slammed the door loudly at parting: he said he was resigning in protest against the reappointment of Nikolay Azarov to the post of prime minister. The fact that yesterday was secret, became apparent.
This is not the end of the struggle between Sergey Levochkin and Prime Minister Mykola Azarov. The cunning head of the administration decided to use Yanukovich’s hatred for Yulia Tymoshenko for his own purposes. A woman with a scythe was the only politician in Ukraine who could challenge Yanukovych and thwart his plans to be re-elected for a second term. Yanukovych knew Yulia Tymoshenko all too well, with whom he spent almost 1,5 years in stubborn negotiations on creating a broad coalition when she proposed to divide power in the country: he had the presidency, elected by the parliament, and she was the prime minister. All this should have been fixed by the new constitution, which, behind the backs of the people, would actually consecrate the division of the country between the two clans - Yanukovych and Tymoshenko.
This deal, close to completion, was disrupted by oligarch Dmitry Firtash together with Sergey Levochkin. The reason is banal: Tymoshenko, having become prime minister, would have thrown Firtash out of the gas business. Levochkin and Firtash played on Yanukovych’s distrust of Tymoshenko: they convinced the president that as soon as Tymoshenko got the premiership, she would break all the agreements. Yanukovych at the last moment refuses to put his signature on an already agreed agreement. Tymoshenko was furious. And the old enemies again clashed in the struggle for parliament, and then for the presidency. In January, 2010, Yanukovych held a meeting on what to do with Tymoshenko. Sergey Levochkin and decided to take this chance to push the president to unleash the prosecution of Tymoshenko. With the full consent of the Americans, he proposes that Yanukovych initiate a trial over Tymoshenko on the gas agreement with Russia signed in January 2009. The head of the administration hoped to direct the trial in such a way that it would be possible to throw mud at Vladimir Putin at one point, which caused serious irritation among Americans with his uncontrollability. According to the plans of the CIA, an investigation into the activities of Gazprom in Europe was to begin at the same time.
On the table, the president lay down and another version of the prosecution of Tymoshenko. Powerful comrades-in-arms of the president told him that it was not his goal to put Tymoshenko in prison in order to make her the second Nelson Mandela. They offered to return to the criminal case of former Prime Minister Pavel Lazarenko, who was already in the US for money laundering. Yulia Tymoshenko also took part in this case as an accomplice. In December 2009, the US attorney general initiated a new lawsuit against Pavel Lazarenko with the aim of confiscating 250 million dollars to the former prime minister, who were frozen in his accounts. The purpose of the trial should be the confiscation of illegal means Lazarenko, consisting of kickbacks. Tymoshenko’s share in this amount was 160 million dollars.
Such a turn did not suit Sergey Levochkin at all. He didn’t like the Americans, who at one time saved Yulia Tymoshenko from prosecution in the United States: there is still no clear explanation for the decision of Judge Jenkis, who began the trial of Lazarenko in 2004, during which he unexpectedly decides to withdraw all the investigation materials on crimes Tymoshenko. One thing was clear: the State Department intervened in the case, since Tymoshenko in February 2005 became the country's prime minister. What Tymoshenko promised the Americans in exchange for the removal of all these materials is still a mystery. The turn to the Lazarenko case in 2010, obviously did not suit the Americans, because skeletons could fall out of their cabinets. That is why the head of the administration, Sergey Levochkin, is doing everything to reject the option of prosecution for complicity in the crimes of Pavel Lazarenko. Instead, he pushes Yanukovych to give the go-ahead to plant Tymoshenko for the gas contract with Russia 2009 of the year, according to which Ukraine was obliged to buy gas from Russia at a fabulously high price of 450 dollars for 1000 cubes.
Simultaneously with the commencement of the trial of the gas deal, the parliamentary commission created in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is starting to work. Inna Bogoslovskaya, who in political circles was known for her loyalty to Sergey Levochkin, becomes its chairman. As conceived by the head of the administration, Inna Bogoslovskaya should have given the investigation of the parliamentary commission an anti-Russian character. Americans from such ideas already rubbed their hands. Indeed, materials began to appear in the Ukrainian media with a hint of the second bottom of this gas deal. Send anti-Russian publications and in the West. Inna Bogoslovskaya did not disappoint the hopes of her American curators. From the first days of the work of the commission, she began to make loud statements about the questioning of Vladimir Putin about all the circumstances of this scandalous transaction. As if Putin was to blame for the fact that the Ukrainian Prime Minister put his signature on this really strange deal: at the time of signing the contract, the price for gas was the highest in Europe.
As soon as the first statements of Bogoslovskaya spread throughout the world, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov entered the office to President Yanukovych. In an emotional conversation, he explained to the head of state that hatred is hatred, but drawing the leader of a friendly country into court proceedings is excessive. Yanukovych retreated and gave the command to disavow the theological statement. He also talked over the phone with the overly zealous deputy and the Prime Minister of Ukraine. The case was hushed up, but the smell of all this fuss remained. American curators of Levochkin were also dissatisfied.
And yet, the trial of Yulia Tymoshenko on the gas deal, as predicted by some experts, led to certain complications in relations not only with Russia, but also with the European Union. It was precisely to this that Levochkin and the Americans did the calculation: drive a wedge into relations between Russia and Ukraine, isolate Yanukovich from Europe and make him a puppet in American hands. And in 2015, replace him with a much more controlled president. But the realization of this scenario was hindered by the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov. He had to be removed because he did not enjoy the confidence of the Americans and did not accept any compromising contacts with Washington.
The Americans turned out to be right in their suspicions: in the fall of 2013, the Prime Minister put on the table President Yanukovych’s calculations on how much Ukraine will lose every month if he signs an association with the European Union in November. Loomed a very disappointing picture. It was only for Russia in August 2013 to announce the suspension of trade with Ukraine under the pretext of the lack of agreed technical regulations, as the treasury revenues began to rapidly melt. Every month, Ukraine lost up to 2 billion dollars. From August to November, trade immediately fell by 25%. According to uncomplicated calculations, the prime minister turned out that by December Ukraine would go bankrupt. A turning point occurred in Yanukovych’s mind. The decision is made not to sign an association with the EU and start a turn towards Russia. In response to the cancellation of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU, protests erupt in the country. And in Washington they immediately make a decision that the time of conversations is over and we must get rid of President Yanukovich and Prime Minister Azarov. The green light is given to the inclusion of all the levers and resources to overthrow the "pro-Moscow" regime in Ukraine.
Only now are scandalous details of the nightly crackdown on the campus on Independence on the night from November 30 on December 1 2013 of the year, which was presented to the whole world, as “brutal beatings of children” are becoming known. From this acceleration in the Maidan appears second wind. And since January, 2014, on the Independence Square, flared up Molotov cocktails: the plan for the Americans to overthrow the Yanukovych regime came into force. Because of the war between the former head of the presidential administration Sergey Levochkin and the oligarch Dmitry Firtash with the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky, details about that most unfortunate dispersal of students surfaced in the press.
It turns out that the Security Service of Ukraine recorded SMS messages from one of Sergey Levochkin’s phones to Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s phone. The report talked about the fact that on the night of 30 November on 1 December, the stripping of the student Maidan is being prepared under the pretext of establishing a New Year tree. The order to install the Christmas tree was given personally by Levochkin. At midnight, the Golden Eagle actually moved forward on the Maidan and trucks drove up to dismantle the tents. But the most surprising thing is that at the same time the largest TV channels of the country began to deploy their movie cameras around the entire Maidan. It turns out that after receiving the message from Levochkin, the opposition immediately informed the media about the nightly operation. But this was not the end of the story: the video clearly shows how people around 100-150, far from college age, who began to provoke Berkut people, moved to the tents. Stones, sticks, burning logs flew into them.
Golden Eagles give the command to respond to provocateurs by force. And begins cleaning Maidan. When the next day, all the Ukrainian and world media from the morning to the evening, as if on cue, were turned around by the same bloody faces of the students, and the entire opposition crowd screamed, “they are hostages,” few people paid attention to the list of victims delivered to the nearest department of the hospital near Khreshchatyk. There were mostly strong men from the western regions of Ukraine aged 40 to 50 years. These were members of the militant group, mainly from the fighters of the Freedom party, who were supposed to provoke the Golden Eagle to a tough sweep of the protesters. The next day, the head of the presidential administration defiantly resigns, and his wife goes to the Maidan, which in a blink of an eye is going to the center of Kiev and begins to spew out his rage at the “bloody regime” and “murderer” of Yanukovych. The first blood appeared in the Maidan. Everything went according to a familiar scenario, when it becomes right, if blood flows under it. Yulia Tymoshenko was the first to utter these words at the headquarters of the “Orange Revolution” when she demanded that her comrades-in-arms go to storm government quarters. A member of Tymoshenko’s headquarters, a person close to her, and now a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, David Zhvania, in an interview with the popular Ukrainian portal Ukrainskaya Pravda, told how Tymoshenko planned to ignite the people with hatred of the regime. “She expressed Tymoshenko’s attitude towards the people in her speech at Inter,” the MP said. “She called it biomass. She also treated the people who stood on the Maidan. Therefore, she is not the leader of the Maidan, she is a traitor to the Maidan. Tymoshenko insisted that there is no revolution without blood. Like, "so what? Well, 1000 people will die, biomass is biomass, ”Zhvania stressed.
The technique of Yulia Tymoshenko was in demand in the days of the second Maidan. Sergey Levochkin turned out to be a good student, and Arseniy Yatsenyuk was an excellent performer along with American curators. But the most surprising thing was that Yanukovych never dismissed the head of his administration, whose wife on the Maidan angrily denounced the authorities for bloody crimes - “brutal beating of children”. Sergey Levochkin coped with his work in general. Like its curators in Washington, who in the blink of an eye decided to allocate 60 million dollars to finance the overthrow of the Yanukovych regime.
The methods of Americans to overthrow regimes they dislike are notable for their well-known work, but they are always one thing: from the bottom, society is undermined by a huge network of non-governmental organizations, which in Ukraine were about 3000. Having entangled the entire social life of the country with this network, the Americans are creating a breeding ground in order to incite and direct the protest movement from below. They don’t regret money for their work. But in the work with the top, oligarchs are involved, all accounts and business are mainly in the West. The oligarchs pick up and corrupt officials, penetrate the president’s entourage, and bring in the necessary political technologists. Complex and systematic work is paying off. Recall the "Confessions of an Economic Killer" by Perkins. There, the Americans pushed the top countries into corruption schemes, allowed them to steal, hide money in the West, and then overthrew them with the help of popular anger. So they worked in Ukraine, when Yanukovych’s inner circle, overseas political technologists, created in him the illusion that you could safely steal, profit and hide money in the West, in exchange for serious geopolitical concessions. In the case of Ukraine, such an assignment was the association of Ukraine with the European Union. Yanukovych’s realization of reality cost him dearly. But instead of resistance, the president chose to make a deal with the Americans, and then he simply fled the country.
