US intelligence is a private matter
The version that intelligence is to blame for all the failures of the US Middle East policy - they overlooked, they say, underestimated and misinformed, which Barack Obama offered to America and the rest of the world, it looks quite plausible. But…By virtue of its plausibility, the "harsh criticism" of the American president of spy agencies officially subordinate to him was amicably picked up by the media. Journalists immediately began to remember the "Knights of the Cloak and Dagger" all their failures since the Second World War.
The performance was a success. The White House managed to slightly improve its reputation. The American establishment has once again managed to hide from the rest of the world the truth about its own special services, the truth that the US intelligence community has long been turned into a private corporation, not subordinate to the American president and acting solely in its own interests.
This truth is worthwhile, in order to conceal it from its own people, a play with the participation of the president himself was played. Otherwise, it will be difficult for Americans to explain why a country's budget withdraws from 60 to 70 billions of dollars annually for the needs of a private corporation. Her daily activities are not in defense of the “people and the US Constitution,” as recorded in the oath taken by intelligence officers, but in realizing the interests of a narrow group of the American elite.
This truth is worth it to hide it from the rest of the world, because then the myth of America as a legal and democratic state will be smashed to smithereens.
How the “right” of the United States will speak out to condemn “police and totalitarian regimes”. But this myth, among other things, plays a serious role in the subversive information-psychological operation that Washington has been leading against Vladimir Putin for almost a decade and a half. "Coming from the Soviet secret service, the bloody gebni, which never in its activities was guided by law and universal morality," - this is a set of characteristics, walking in Washington.
Outwardly, everything looks like a decent way. Intelligence agencies that are part of the “intelligence community of the United States,” officially in the amount of seventeen units, regularly report to the US Congress, where they are periodically murmured, and sometimes even denied additional appropriations. The Director of National Intelligence, with 2005, is a weekly report to the White House master, who is his immediate superior. With respect, he informs the next inhabitant of the Oval Office that "what is new in the world" and from where at present America is threatened with adversary.
The President of the United States can make his comments to a subordinate both in private and in public. After all, America is a democratic country, here no one is immune from criticism. If this is not enough, intelligence will be strictly reproached in the media, and Hollywood, on the topic of the day, will make up the next cash fighter about how individual tsrushniki decided to break the “law and order”. But with the efforts of honest American citizens — policemen, journalists, and military (to underline the necessary) —their criminal intentions were thwarted, and the guilty were punished, right up to physical destruction.
All roles in this Washington political theater have long been written and learned by heart, only performers change. The performance has been played for a long time, but in the States themselves, in spite of the occasional exposes of dirty intelligence operations, they continue to believe in it. For at least the reason that directors skillfully use one psychological feature of the “American character”: for the local philistine, first of all, it is important what happens inside the country, and what is happening in the rest of the world, on the outskirts of the America Globe is the tenth thing . And with this approach there are no formal reasons for dissatisfaction with our own intelligence services. Because, as one American journalist noted, “admittedly, in the list of US threats after 11 September, terrorist attacks rank higher than shark attacks, but lower than most of the rest.”
The American intelligence services convinced everyone inside the country, and tried to convince the public abroad that such a level of security in the country was solely the result of their work. And therefore, to periodically erupting scandals, such as stories with secret CIA prisons, the news torture of individuals suspected of terrorist intentions and the revelations of the same Edward Snowden in the United States are treated with philosophical indifference.
“Yes, our intelligence monitors everyone, yes, terrorists are tortured and killed without a court decision,” argues the American man in the street. “But if it helps protect my life and the safety of my family, then why not?”
Here it is, a carte blanche to the fact that the American special services can do whatever they want, if only in the territory for which they are paid from the budget, everything was closed. Well, the fact that they are under control and not too willful, is confirmed by the performances with “public flogs,” which were arranged by all American presidents since the end of the Second World War.
History about how the CIA and the other members of the US intelligence community that joined it achieved complete autonomy from official Washington and got out of the control of the American government, becoming a private corporation, a “state within a state” - fascinating. This saga is replete with a mass of juicy details and dramatic episodes, but too long to tell it, albeit in a very brief summary, in one article. Therefore, let us turn to the concerns of today's day: to the corporate identity of this private corporation, that is, the production of fakes, with the help of which the world is shaken by the "attacks of the Islamists." The United States Intelligence Corporation, the military-industrial complex, American lobbyists and politicians in heartfelt alliance with their Middle Eastern accomplices are extracting billions of dollars in profits.
However, one historical excursion cannot be avoided, since the hot in every respect Teheran August 1953 of the year laid the foundations of the above-mentioned US intelligence style. The success of Operation Ajax, which resulted in the overthrow of Iranian Prime Minister Mohamed Mossadegh, turned out to be a drug for American intelligence, gave her the illusion of the omnipotence of forceful dictatorship and covert operations. “Romantic gossip about a coup d'état in Iran scattered across Washington with lightning speed,” recalled Ray Cline, one of the CIA analysts. “Allen Dulles was basking in the rays of his own glory.”

Thirdly, the use of religious extremists. A group of fanatics called “The Warriors of Islam” - essentially a terrorist brigade - threatened with physical violence to political supporters of Mossadeq, organized attacks on respected religious leaders, which they later accused of communists and the prime minister himself.
Fourth, the training of gangs, which at the right moment would plunge the country into bloody chaos. By order of the head of the operation, Kim Roosevelt, CIA agents were taken to Iran and cached money and weaponwhich was enough to fully equip and provide 10 thousands of tribal militia fighters for six months.

I will quote a fragment of an article by Ralph Blumenthal, prepared based on the materials of the investigation and later published in the New York Times: “It was reported to the heads of the security forces (FBI-I.P.) that the terrorists were preparing an explosive device, which was later used to detonate the International Trade center. The possibility of neutralizing intruders by imperceptibly replacing an explosive with non-combustible powder was considered. The FBI informant was supposed to assist the attackers in making the bomb and give them powder instead of gunpowder, but this plan was canceled by its head of the FBI, who had other intentions to use this informant, whose name was Emad Salem. ”
This is how the myth of the “global threat of Islamic terrorism” was prepared.
Today, the US intelligence services are starting a fuss with the new “world threat”, the organization “Khorasan” - according to the “absolutely reliable” data of the American special services, it is even worse than Al-Qaida, which was stuffed by American agents like a good ham of garlic.
It is worth remembering that the head of this “horrible Khorasan,” Muhsin al-Fadli, was recruited by the CIA at the beginning of 2001. Then for two years he took an active part in the joint operations of the Americans, Pakistani interdepartmental intelligence and the Saudis to create traces of "support for Al-Qaeda" by Iran, because after the 9 / 11 events, Tehran was also proclaimed part of the "axis of evil." Having been put on the international wanted list - the US State Department appointed a remuneration of seven million dollars for 2012 in the year - Muhsin al-Fadli quietly visited Romania, where, under the leadership of NATO officers, a training base for the terrorist organization “Mujahideen of the Iranian People” is being created. Openly led the fundraising "for the needs of the Syrian jihad" in Kuwait. In a word, not only did he not experience any inconvenience from the “international search”, but also actively carried out the assignments of the representatives of the US intelligence community, who, apparently, are preparing this “veteran intelligence agent” for the role of the new “Osama bin Laden”.
The Americans actively used their agents among the jihadists to supply them with weapons, bypassing the bans set by both Barack Obama himself and the US Congress. Washington and its Western allies never particularly denied that they fed up the Syrian "secular" opposition, but they constantly stressed that their help was "non-lethal" - food, communications, computers and cars. But as soon as weapons arrived at the warehouses of the “Syrian Free Army”, “Islamist raids” immediately occurred. Through such a simple combination of only a few months 2013, US intelligence, with the participation of Turkish and Saudi colleagues, transferred ISIL - the current "Islamic state" - 2 thousands of AK-47, thousands of automatic weapons of other systems, anti-tank and jet grenade launchers, heavy machine guns of 14,5 caliber mm, 200 thousand tons of ammunition and a hundred military off-road vehicles.
The US intelligence community entered the new century from a fabulous failure - the events of 9 / 11, but this failure in a strange way turned into a surge in the financial and political capabilities of American intelligence agencies.
Private corporation "Intelligence USA" is experiencing today the "golden age", because its "war on terror" turned into a downpour of money, awards and highly paid positions. And so that this contradiction is not strongly conspicuous, the division of the corporation responsible for strategic misinformation - a kind of “falsification factory” - regularly throws in “sensations” about the ties of terrorists with Russia, Iran and other countries. Of the “fresh produce” produced by the “factory” is the story of the capture by the rebels in Syria of the Center for Electronic Intelligence near the city of Al-Khar, which was managed by specialists from the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to Western European media, "Washington believes that the evidence found indicates that Moscow was directly involved in the Syrian conflict, because the information gathered about the negotiations and the movement of opposition groups was transmitted to official Damascus." The “experts” of the US intelligence community have already confirmed that the “evidence” captured by the rebels at the Center is one and all authentic. Senator John McCain, whose true role in Islamic relations with American intelligence "The Century" already told, hurried to declare: "I have no reason not to trust this information. Now we can say that Russia not only provides Damascus with military support, but also directly coordinates and manages this conflict. ”
The whole impression is spoiled by only one circumstance - the use of the defector from the Syrian embassy in the US in the anti-Russian operation, Bassam Barabandi, who was recruited by the Americans approximately between 2009-2010 for years.
Prior to his escape, about which the American “knights of cloak and dagger” say “He chose freedom” since the days of the “cold war”, Bassam Barabandi helped his curators in the design of visas to “the right people” from among the oppositionists and, as reported, “ established close relations with some American parliamentarians, supplying them with materials that may be useful to the international court over the regime. " In June of this year, Bassam Barabandi deserted and applied for political asylum in the United States. Like any self-respecting transnational corporation, the US intelligence community is actively working to open "foreign affiliates."
Since the beginning of the seventies, having suspended this activity before the US government by concluding agreements on “intelligence services of allied states,” American intelligence transferred part of its operations under the auspices of the Safari Club, which includes intelligence services of France, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Turkey and some more states. The Turks al-Faisal, head of Saudi intelligence in the eighties-nineties, without the invisible presence of which none of the operations of the Western intelligence services in the Middle East could do, the personal curator of Osama bin Laden from the Saudi royal dynasty once said to Diana Feinstein in rare moments of frankness , the current chairman of the US Senate Intelligence Committee, that "the Safari Club was originally created to conduct the CIA operations for which they would never have received the consent of the American Congress." And soon, under this club, which today, in essence, is the real headquarters of the American intelligence community, a financial instrument was created - the Bank of International Credit and Commerce. The official founder is Pakistani financier Hassan Abedi, and in reality, representatives of the intelligence services of the United States, Saudi Arabia and inter-agency intelligence of Pakistan, who then, for example, Turki al-Faisal himself, his uncle, and, at the same time, the immediate superior in the Saudi security service Kamal Adam, then CIA Director William Casey and a number of other American intelligence officials, became shareholders of the bank.
After a scandalous investigation of the bank's frauds in 1991, which did not entail, however, absolutely no punishment for his leadership, he was closed. But by that time, the functions of the “financial instruments” of the US intelligence community were transferred to almost three hundred different offices and desks around the world — only in the Middle East 52 such financial organizations are known for certain — outwardly with unrelated intelligence services.
The circle is closed. Having brought most of its operations into "parallel structures", forming its own financing system, preparing in the nineties and starting in the "zero" years an endless "war on terrorism", which serves as a source of endless profits, the American intelligence community finally turned into a private transnational corporation.
She works only for herself and for her business partners from the world of politics, business and the military-industrial complex of the United States ...
Coincidence: almost immediately after the performance, with accusations of Barack Obama against American intelligence, the memoirs of Leon Panetta, the former CIA director and defense minister in the administration of the current White House, came out. There is a very interesting point in them: Panetta argues that over the past few years the president has "strayed from the course" with regard to leading the conduct of US military policy in the Middle East.
Given the fact that today we know about the American special services, Leon Panetta’s significant reluctance is a kind of recognition of one of the influential members of the American establishment that the president of his country has nothing to do with the management of the US Intelligence Corporation.
