Kremlin's strategic mistake?

Kremlin's strategic mistake?Everything that we see in recent days in the international arena and, above all, around the events connected with Ukraine and Novorossia, says only one thing. Washington and its allies put an ultimatum to the Kremlin, which is becoming tougher every day, and Russia is desperately making efforts to form a compromise and preserve the "existing status quo."

This line is reflected in the Minsk protocols, and in the speeches of Lavrov at the UN General Assembly, and at numerous press conferences of representatives of the Russian "power vertical". It is significant that the president himself remains silent in this verbal war, since, apparently, he also wants to preserve the "peace", even more than that, to restore some constructive interaction with the "western partners". The political leadership of Russia could not understand that Washington, and with it the whole of NATO Europe, took the course of inflicting a full-scale defeat of Russia in Ukraine. And this will find expression in the second, more prepared attack of the Kiev junta on Novorossia.

Speech by Barack Obama at the 69 session of the UN General Assembly 24 September, a joint statement by the G7 seven foreign ministers 25 September, violations of the Kiev junta truce in Ukraine, unrest in Hong Kong and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, revitalization of the Islamic Caliphate in the Middle East with threats against Russia, - all these pieces of the mosaic are gradually forming a coherent and dangerous picture. It is even more disturbing that no adequate response to these actions by the West from Moscow, and, especially, Beijing has not yet been observed. As if nothing had happened, spacecraft with Russian and American cosmonauts take off to the ISS, our gas and oil flow into Europe, and the money for Russian resources continues to “spin” by hook and crook in the Western economy. From Russia, “pacifying” signals are being sent to the “Washington Regional Committee” and its European branches, and the stronger they are, the more “weaker” are the US and its allies in the international arena. It is possible that the whole Kremlin’s “peace plan” implies a different scenario than unconditional surrender to the victor’s mercy, but the window of opportunity for its realization is catastrophically shrinking with each passing day, Russia's positions are becoming less strong in the international arena, and the political and the socio-economic situation in our country is slowly but steadily destabilizing. The Americans strike each of their new blows in the “hybrid” war against Russia only after they are convinced that the previous one had achieved the goal and there was no smashing answer to it. Here, inevitably, Gorbachev is recalled with his "new political thinking", the essence of which was to surrender everything and everyone for the sake of "peace on earth." What came of this is known. Almost the same thing that happened in the 30 of the last century with the "pacification" of Hitler's Third Reich.

So it turns out that so far the most tough and frank assessment of the actions of the "Obama team" is given by his political opponents in the United States, for whom this criticism is an integral part of the preparations for the November 4 congressional elections in November 2014 and for the presidential elections 2016.

"It is absolutely inconceivable to observe how the President of the United States confronts the whole world and speaks blatant lies that everyone sees while simultaneously demonstrating double standards and the belief that Washington has the right to violate all laws because of the exclusivity and irreplaceability of the United States. It is even more inconceivable that no one I did not get up from those present and did not leave the meeting. The diplomats sat and listened to this blatant lie ... They even applauded as a sign of support! " - such an assessment of the 40 minute speech by Barack Obama at the UN was given by the ultra-Republican Paul Roberts.

As you know, there is no more blatant lie than a half-truth. The half-truth "from Barack Obama" - in particular, on the Ukrainian issue - was this: "When Ukrainians mobilized public protest and called for reforms, the corrupt president fled. The Crimea was annexed, contrary to the will of the government in Kiev. Russia pumped weapon in eastern Ukraine, supporting the separatists and the conflict that killed thousands. When the plane was shot down from the territories controlled by these proxy structures, for many days they refused to give access to the crash site. And when Ukraine began to regain control of its territories, Russia stopped creating the appearance of simply supporting the separatists and sent in troops. "

The second part of the truth, about which Obama was silent, is that:

- "mobilization of public protest" in Ukraine in the form of "euromaidan" was carried out by the US State Department and special services, as well as their agents in the government of Yanukovych and "non-state organizations" of neo-Nazi persuasion;

- “Ukraine’s corrupt president” fled not because “Ukrainians called for reforms”, but under tough pressure from the United States and their European allies who helped carry out the February 21 coup d'état of 22, while the candidacies of those “Maidan leaders” “which became part of the new“ government of Ukraine ”were actually approved by the US State Department (see Victoria Nuland’s negotiations with the US Ambassador to Kiev, Jeffrey Payette);

- “the conflict that killed thousands” was unleashed by the new “government in Kiev”, which looked through all the crimes of the “Maidan” militants, but used the army against the first peaceful protests of residents of the south-east of Ukraine who disagreed with the neo-Nazi massacre;
- Malaysian "Boying" was not shot down by a rocket from territories controlled by "pro-Russian separatists", - all objective evidence suggests that this tragedy was organized and carried out by Western intelligence services as the "second series" of September 11 terrorist attacks of the year "(the same Paul Roberts writes about it like this: "The whole world knows that Washington ... refuses to submit photos of the destruction of the Malaysian airliner, that Ukraine refuses to provide instructions to air traffic controllers who were given to the liner, that Washington is hindering the real IAOD that European experts have pointed to the bullet holes in the skin of the aircraft is not provided with any explanation why the Ukrainian fighter jets chased the plane, following the instructions Ukrainian air traffic controllers. ");

- Finally, Russia did not enter its troops not the territory of Ukraine.

The US allies were quick to express their solidarity with Obama, literally the day after his speech, signing a joint statement stating: “Russia must immediately fulfill its obligations under the Minsk Agreement, including the withdrawal of all its troops, weapons and equipment from Ukraine, the border between the two countries, when monitored by the OSCE, and ensuring the release of all hostages. Russia must also ensure that all commitments under the Minsk Agreement and the lzhenie political process in Ukraine ... We reiterate our condemnation of the illegal attempt by Russia to annex Crimea ". In this regard, it is worth noting that "the withdrawal from Ukraine of all its troops, weapons and equipment" means for the West complete Russian evacuation from the Crimea as well.

"In recent weeks, we have introduced a number of additional agreed sanctions against Russia. Sanctions are not an end in themselves, but they can be revoked only if Russia fulfills its cease-fire obligations and the Minsk Agreement and respects Ukraine’s sovereignty. Otherwise we are still ready to make Russia pay even more for non-fulfillment of obligations, ”the document says.

How did our country, publicly accused from the UN rostrum in all mortal sins and set before the ultimatum about the actual surrender, respond to this? At least at the diplomatic level? The speech of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on September 27 was maintained in the same conciliatory tone: they say that the relations between Moscow and Washington need a “second reset”, we are striving for dialogue and we keep it even in the present, “very truncated and shortened form”, we interested in normalizing relations, although we did not destroy them, and so on.

In support of this position, an agreement was reached in Berlin, according to which Russian gas deliveries in the amount of 5 billion cubic meters to the territory of Ukraine should be resumed without any guarantees of payment for these supplies by the Kiev junta, but in exchange for promising payment of past debts. "We will not let the Ukrainians freeze!" - triumphantly commented on this news Barack Obama. Meanwhile, under the flag of the "Minsk truce" over 650, the military personnel of Ukraine and those who arrived on its territory "to participate in the exercises" of NATO special forces with the support of artillery and heavy equipment that beat "on the squares", that is, in residential quarters, broke through to Donetsk airport blocked by militias . Neo-Nazi terror will be spread over the territory of the South-East, which until now has "remained aloof" from the conflict - the example of Kharkov is evidence of this. The inevitable resumption of hostilities will take place in much less favorable conditions for the army of New Russia than it was before the armistice.
In other words, restoring the “dokrymsky” status quo in the international arena is impossible. Russia was chosen as another victim of the West not at all because of the events in Ukraine - on the contrary, the events in Ukraine were provoked by the West in order to strike at Russia. Because the campaign around “violations of the rights of sexual minorities”, “violations of children's rights for adoption” and other “tolerant” husks could not be a reason for such a blow and were used as a “warm-up” of anti-Russian sentiments in Western society.

The March of Peace 21 September was clearly timed to the arrival in Moscow of the new American Ambassador John Tefft, was a kind of "parade of the pro-American opposition" - a show of strength for all those who are ready to build personal and corporate well-being on the ruins of a national catastrophe. Compare with Obama's speech the advance of the "round table" of the opposition and the resolution of the "peace march" published on the Internet, stating:

- that the political leadership of Russia is carrying out criminal aggression against a neighboring sovereign state, i.e. Ukraine;

- that this aggression became possible as a result of the dishonest and unfree elections of 2011 – 2012, which resulted in Putin and his entourage concentrating enormous uncontrolled power, both executive, legislative and judicial;

- that in Russia the fascist-type regime is rapidly forming;

- that Russia should withdraw its troops from the territory of Ukraine (including the Crimea? - auth.) And stop propaganda, material and military support to the separatists in the South-East of Ukraine;

- that a criminal investigation into the facts of unlawful coercion by the Russian authorities of Russian military personnel to take part in hostilities in the South-East of Ukraine, which has led to many of them to serious injuries and even death, is required;

- that “it is necessary to stop the lies and propaganda hysteria on federal TV channels, stop defamation and persecution of citizens who publicly condemn the aggression in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea as a“ fifth column ”, give them the opportunity to freely express and defend their point of view in the media”;
- that it is necessary to cancel the anti-sanction measures, which caused a sharp rise in food prices, limited the rights of citizens to their consumer choice;

- that the trade and gas war against Ukraine should be stopped, and all the organizers of the above actions should be brought under investigation and trial.

Is it not clear that all of this - links of one chain, that any hopes of the virtual "peace party with the West" in the Kremlin are compromised in a compromise, that "crawling away," like Gorbachev after 1991, will not be given to anyone of the current "power vertical" that the cup of shame and betrayal will force to drink to the bottom? What are the current Russian president and allies preparing the fate of Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein and Slobodan Milosevic?
Is it not clear that we have a dilemma: either surrender, or the path of continuous concessions with complete defeat at the end?

Is there a way out of this situation? Yes, there is, and very simple. We must uncover all the lies of Obama and Co., we must not tie the hands of the army of Novorossiya, but support it in resisting ukronatsizmu, declaring this from the same UN rostrum, created thanks to the victory of the United Nations in World War II. It is necessary to warn Europe that any new step taken against Russia, either of their own accord or under US pressure, will be considered as a force majeure situation that prevents full-fledged cooperation, primarily in the energy sector. Finally, we need to appeal to the people of Ukraine, where all things need to be called by their names: the fascist-nationalist coup - the fascist-nationalist coup, the participation of the Kiev junta in the "hybrid" war of the West against Russia - the participation of the Kiev junta in the "hybrid" war of the West against Russia, with all the ensuing consequences. Of course, we need to get out of the “Washington consensus” and its associated model of an oligarchic-raw materials economy. Of course, Russia needs to build a society of social justice and progress. Because with the current socio-economic and ideological-political "foundation", we cannot win a "hybrid" war against the West. This, in fact, is what western geostrategies are counting on. This is their main calculation, and it must be overthrown in the first place. Otherwise, the "dashing nineties" will seem to all of us children's games in the sandbox - a defeat in the current "hybrid war" will most likely put an end to the existence of Russia, the Russian people and other peoples of our country, the Russian civilization and the Russian state.

So, the Russian public is waiting, first of all, for a new Munich speech from its commander-in-chief, where all the points will be placed over "and" with regard to the unfolding US aggression, the Russian public is waiting for a cardinal cleansing of all structures from the "pro-Western agents" and, above all, from the financial block of the cabinet ministers, the Russian public is waiting for retaliation against the Kiev fascist junta and victory, which will stop the neo-Nazi revenge of the revision of the results of the Great Patriotic War.

The article, for my taste, is too verbose ... all this is known ... and as for Russia ... I don’t think that everything is so bad ... you just need to continue to do your job, not paying attention to screams from across the ocean ... and, first of all, to return Russian assets from abroad ... Russia always only won from the authorship ... as regards the continuation of the war in New Russia ... I think that the Kremlin is not sitting idly by ..

Quite right - back in May of this year, when it suddenly became clear that "we are not handing over our own people" does not apply to Donbass and Novorossia as a whole, the whole point of this article was moved across the Internet in the form of a quote from W. Churchill: "Who is trying to avoid war at the cost shame, he will receive both shame and war. "

Moscow. 3 October. INTERFAX.RU - Militiamen of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic reported establishing control over the airport terminal of Donetsk Airport.

"All terminals are under our control, the DPR flag is hoisted over one of them, but the airport is being cleaned up," a representative of the DPR Defense Ministry headquarters told Interfax.

At the same time, the agency's interlocutor clarified that "there is still something to fight for", and it is too early to talk about absolute control. "According to preliminary data, enemy forces may still be located in underground structures," said a representative of the headquarters.

He noted that control over the Avdeevka village adjacent to the airport has not yet been established. “We haven’t entered Avdiivka yet, but Avdiivka’s gardens are adjacent to the runway. The enemy can pull up his free forces there,” the source said.

Meanwhile, from the Kiev press center of the military operation it is reported that the Ukrainian side, as a result of a counterattack, recaptured the first floor of the old terminal of Donetsk Airport.

“During the assault on the old terminal, the militants used smoke bombs against the Ukrainian servicemen and, under their cover, seized the first floor. The counter-attack of our forces threw the terrorists back to the starting lines,” the press center of the security operation said on its Facebook page.

The report notes that Ukrainian servicemen continue to defend the strategic facility. "Part of the old terminal is on fire," the press center informs.

The first news about taking Donetsk airport began to arrive on Friday night. A message about this appeared, in particular, on Twitter militias. However, in the morning the representatives of the DPR themselves denied this statement. They specified that the fighting was ongoing, and at that time they could not achieve full control over the air harbor.

The battles for the territory of the Donetsk airport have been going on for several weeks. On the first day of October, DPR Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko announced the readiness of the militia to take the airport by the end of the week - "in two, maximum three days." According to him, militia forces already control 90% of the air harbor territory.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported citing a source that the EU could impose additional sanctions on Russia if militias establish control over Donetsk airport or Mariupol.

I support. It is categorically naive and dangerous to live in hopes that the "kgb" and "supermen" in the country's leadership will magically save us from external threats! The USSR was destroyed! And what about the Russian Federation ?! Those who sawed the Russian Federation for the last 25 years continue to successfully steer the state. And what, they suddenly became guardians of the fate of the people? Rave! It's amazing that an adult can think like that.

          - Now Obama personally will bring you a bad world on a silver platter ?! If you do not know, then the war has already begun and Russian people are being killed in it.
Secondly - For war on all fronts, you must have a complete lack of brains.

But, to substitute yourself on all fronts, brains are by definition not needed - you need the full presence of a large number, excuse me, of anal holes.
Thirdly. Do you really think that the "former" GB-Schnick did not know the situation in Ukraine? Or do we have no specialist analysts in our Country? or the entire General Staff on "content"?

And I, personally, in relation to the correctness or incorrectness of the actions of our Supreme Commander, in this matter, do not say anything at all - not my level of competence. Our problem, in my humble opinion, is not the specific actions (inaction) of the country's leadership - but the understanding (lack of understanding) that the country, our Russia and, in particular, all of its "society" (society from the word "common" is not) specifically at such a stage of decomposition that it simply cannot adequately respond to external challenges of the level of the Ukrainian crisis - we in Dagestan alone have not been able to restore order for 25 years, and then there is Ukraine ... - this is all our common misfortune, in which the "upper "just out of a sense of self-preservation, they act" along the path of least resistance, "fearing" something might happen. "

And the "lower classes", unfortunately, in their significant number, if not the majority, are inclined to sit tightly on their sofas with beer and applaud everything that does not threaten them with a "fifth point separation" from the sofa and the fullness of a poured glass.

          And as for
The article is also - because it is an "unspoken" call for radical action that will call US the Evil Empire.

          - We will be called an empire of evil as long as "either we are them, or they are us" - we are for them (the West) an intolerable alternative. For them we are a wall that has stood in the way of all lovers of world domination for centuries. And there is nothing to be afraid of. And trying to make them fall in love with yourself, as some of our "lovers of the bad world" try, is also completely meaningless - they only need us in the form of either a carcass or a stuffed animal, and not alive and healthy.

Back in the middle of the XNUMXs, when everyone in the West pretended to love us, the children's film The Chronicles of Narnia was released on the screens of the world distribution. My older children went to see it in the original - in English. They returned angry.
          - What's the matter? - I ask.
          - Dad, and there are villains, when they speak their "villainous" language, you can hear that they speak Russian (foreigners generally identify the Russian language well "by ear", even without understanding what is spoken - we have a very characteristic sound - like us , for example, we identify German or French, even knowing these languages. So the "Russianness of evil" was clear to almost all non-Russian viewers.).
This is just a children's film from an era when, it seems, we had no big problems with the West, and you say: "They will call it the Evil Empire ..."

Obama himself is afraid of our answer, and he hurries, and takes the next step only when he is convinced that we have silently swallowed the previous dirty trick. And we have already "lost the pace" three times. The first time was after the Crimea. The second time - after Boeing. The third - by stopping the offensive and giving the dill, almost already lost by them, Mariupol. Otherwise, the Americans would have been forced to negotiate with us on the salvation of the remnants of dill and the non-alignment of Moldova, and not to introduce new sanctions.
Now, in connection with the events in Hong Kong, Syria and Iraq, the deepening European economic crisis and the partial penetration of truthful information about Ukraine into Europe and the United States, etc. Finally, with the onset of the winter season, we may have a new "window of opportunity" and we would like our president and government to act more decisively this time.

It’s better if this world is between good neighbors who, after an OBA quarrel, are looking for an opportunity to make peace. In our situation, everything is diametrically opposite: our power by hook or by crook persuades Wanton nigger calm down and stop us, poor little, to thrash! And in response to these slobbering persuasions, he only becomes inflamed even more, and is trying on where to cut more painfully: on the shin, or in the groin!
The West, led by the Russian Monkey, has been assigned the role of a sheep for slaughter, and regardless of our "peaceful" behavior, nobody is going to cancel this role! So maybe it's really time to stop pretending to be this sheep and show them all the true Master ?!
The author may be verbose (as I am now hi ), but with this he substantiates his position, the essence of which is as follows: IT IS TIME TO STOP KEEPING BEFORE THE WEST, AND START TALKING WITH THEM IN THE LANGUAGE WHICH THEY UNDERSTAND - IN THE LANGUAGE OF FORCE! It is shameful for such a great power to look so MUCH! ..

"Didn't know" and "didn't want to know" are slightly different concepts. He himself, or someone nearby, did EVERYTHING so that Russia, as an example, as a reference point, as a source of good-neighborliness policy, would LEAVE from all the former republics of the USSR! For Belarus, whatever one may say, we need to thank Father Lukashenko - another would have joined the "Baltic Union" long ago. As for Ukraine, V. Chernomyrdin once said that he regularly reported to Moscow about the deterioration of the situation in hohlyatsky brains - but in response he received only a vague phrase: "We have our finger on the pulse." It turns out they knew - and did NOT DO ANYTHING!

Death as a nation, death as a power. And the GBShnik - as you say - simply cannot (or perhaps does not want) to cope with a pack of oligarchs and officials, a pack of traitors who occupied our Motherland in the 90s. The goggle-eyed iPhone slows down, the ministers - economists slow down, the multi-mouthed "fifth column" slows down, whose representatives think that after the collapse of the hated "Raska" Uncle Sam will attach them all, feed them, and give them all their hearts to do with their favorite abominations - from pederasty to cannibalism. I wrote about the same thing. We have been called the Evil Empire for 30 years. And the more independent our politics, the more we are the Evil Empire.
However, we are not ready for a war "against all" now. We have to wage a war of sanctions, diplomacy, etc.

Recently, Lavrov was awarded some sort of award. I wonder for what? What did the Russian Foreign Ministry and his minister do this? What interests of the country did they defend? Judging by the fact that the Russian Federation has no allies on its western borders, it is not necessary to hand over a prize, but .... Why Obama regularly addresses the nation, why the President of the Russian Federation does not speak with the people. The situation is becoming more complicated, but he is silent. Why not at least once a month tell us - the Russians, the situation is such, we do this and that. He is the president, not the chief of the FSB.

      I totally agree.
The Russians, as you know, harness for a long time, but drive fast. I somehow do not believe that absolute boobies are sitting in the Kremlin, not understanding what and how to do. This is evidenced by at least the return of Crimea to Russia, to which the West responded with empty nonsense and insignificant, by and large, sanctions for Russia. Which once again confirms the presence of too small intestines in NATO to fight Russia.

The article, in my opinion, is not intended for the category of those who think actively and have a firm position, but, unfortunately, for many of those who need to be hammered every day due to their weak position and weak orientation in the "political space".
So I don’t see the point in categorical backing.
At one time, in childhood, my parents taught me and spoke in this way constantly.
To my comments, as much as possible, I already understood everything, my mother replied: Accept this as a thousandth Chinese instruction (ours were also taught by the Chinese in ancient times). It is better to hear and understand a thousand times, but forever, than to make a mistake once, but for sure.
Someone is immediately given an understanding with ease, someone needs to hammer it, like "Chinese punishment" ... But this also takes place.

A very long way from understanding to action in the Kremlin
He lies through a bloated bureaucratic apparatus (remember the joke from Putin about the spy who came to surrender)
This apparatus is also sick with the 5th column. In power, a serpentarium of representatives of so different interests - that the sum of the target vectors gives zero.
In order for the power vertical not to slow down, a reduction in its staff and removal from a hostile element is required
“cadres decide everything,” Stalin understood this. What is called the 1937-38 repression was the purging of the Trotskyists from the apparatus before the war.

there is a policy similar to the policy of J. V. Stalin before June 22, 1941 - "under no circumstances provoke Hitler". Why this is so - the article just" on the shelves "and puts it. Well, maybe about the return"to building socialism in a single country"- it's still too early - we don't need a civil war with the oligarchy inside Russia. Brilliant!
We will frustrate the vile designs of American imperialism!
We will not regret our people in Novorossia, but we will save Geyropa who is fondly loving us!
If necessary, she will pump gas almost for free! And we will supply the killing Russian people of the Bandera-fascists with gas "at a reduced price" so that they do not encroach on the transit of our gas to Geyropa!

PS: it is clear that without gas dollars (gas euros), the level of consumption in our country will drop (especially if the oligarchs squeeze out the usual "rate of profit from the national wealth", and the lower classes will have "what remains").
But ... gentlemen! We are all obliged to remember - there are other gas markets such as China (and Geyropa herself chose her fate as the American litter) and (and this is important!) - the less gas we sell now to the West, the more it will remain for our children and grandchildren. And gas (like oil) is generally invaluable material for the production of anything!
(as smart experts say - to heat a CHPP with gas now is the same as, in the full sense of the word, to heat a stove-potbelly stove with banknotes, which are guaranteed to grow in purchasing power tomorrow).

"Well?" - this is you, dear 52333, you will speak to the traffic cop before breathing into the breathalyzer.

And in the field of hydrocarbon energy, a huge number of "breakthrough ideas" have already been invented before us and they are associated with renewable energy sources.
And the fact that we still don’t invest money in the development and production of this very biofuel is not a question for me, but for those who prefer our common "blue" and "black gold" that hits from the ground, to convert to the world's largest pleasure yachts and foreign football clubs.

By the way, by the way, strange as it may seem, applied science, directly related to gas and oil refining, has practically died, precisely because all sorts of smart people simply prefer to pump this raw material to the west "raw", justifying this by the fact that "funds are needed to patch holes in the budget ", but there is no money for science (including applied science).
Those. corny we eat up "tomorrow" (eat, sorry, seeds, from which the harvest was supposed to grow in the future). And everything so that today the ratings do not fall, and social stability does not swing, and football clubs have something to buy for the respective football fans - as usual we try "both ours and yours", despite the fact that everyone understands - endlessly this cannot continue - sooner or later someone will have to offend.

And AvtoVAZ, mentioned by you, by the way, from the moment of its foundation for many years has brought the country excellent profits (including in foreign currency) - until, again, someone who is very worried about achieving a "positive trade balance without difficulty" it did not occur to me to start a global reorientation of the entire economy in the direction of raw materials (why, they say, be engaged in some kind of production there, "know-how" to develop and implement, compete with competitors in the world market, when you can simply grab wells, what are our grandfathers drilled, and pump any currency out of them straight into your pocket.

I still remember the words of the Prime Minister of South Korea, from whom, when he visited Moscow back in the 90s, our officials, out of habit, began to ask for money for investment projects and access to "high technologies".
About technology, he answered something like this:
"Why do you need high technology ?! You will first learn how to make ordinary cars"
            And about the money:
“You, as I was told, work 8 hours a day with a 5-day work week, while in South Korea we have a 6-day work week and a 10-12 hour work day. And you ask us for money? ! "
So, if you want advice about a "positive trade balance" - then it is simple: you need to roll up your sleeves and start real production, and not sit in front of the "Bloomberg creeping line" and not follow with bated breath the price of Urals oil on the London Stock Exchange - will fall, they say, by another two points and there will be nothing to pay salaries to public sector employees.

By the way, I didn’t come up with all this either - for the good twenty years, more or less patriotic-oriented economists have been talking about it, so if you are seriously interested, you can find a lot of materials on the Internet for self-development on this topic. You can start with the well-known to everyone S.Yu. Glazyev - his works are intelligible (at the level of journalism).
From foreign authors - modern Brazilian economists (from among the supporters of the English economist and philosopher D.M. Keynes) have very good and suitable works for our problems - although they usually write in Portuguese, and in Russian they do not prefer translate (so as not to confuse the adherents of monetarism instilled in us from the "Chicago boys").

It’s abrupt now that everything will be cut off and a collapse will come in Russia.
And again I see that the authors turn to the leadership of Russia, like adult uncles to unreasonable children.

"Is it not clear that all of these are links in the same chain, that any hopes of the virtual" party of peace with the West "in the Kremlin for a compromise are untenable, that none of the current" power vertical "will be allowed to" crawl aside "like Gorbachev after 1991 that the cup of shame and betrayal will be forced to drink to the bottom? What are the current Russian President of the United States and its allies preparing the fate of Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein and Slobodan Milosevic? "

        Everything is clear to everyone!
Putin has already gone too far and has no way back. He is not stupid not to understand this.

Of course, there are several people in the Kremlin who will flee the ship. We must get rid of them. Get rid.

I think it is just right for Putin to appeal in the spirit: "Brothers and sisters" and "Get up, this is a huge country" ... However, he does not do this. Why? The answer to this question is today the main mystery for the thinking part of the people. God forbid ... - if the answer turns out to be vulgar and vile with the most tragic consequences for Russia and the Russians ...
This is one side. On the other hand, why isn't the ground under the feet of the swamp devils burning? Are we Russians only capable of denouncing on the site "Zavtra" and there are no decisive people left in our boundless Motherland who are capable of rigidly putting in place a white tape, on ....... dskoy, collective whore ...?

Right. The US will not fart if it is not backed by gold. They will not start a war for the sake of war, but in order to seize the European markets from Russia and become the only monopolist in them, they will in every way harm Europe and Russia, fanning regional wars like Ukrainian, Balkan, North African and Middle Eastern. The fact is that the Anglo-Saxons are now at stake is more than just money. Today they are afraid of a change in the world order that developed after the collapse of the USSR and the Warsaw Pact.
If they lose this round to us, the situation may become (for them) critical.
Therefore, we are goal number 1. we win, they lose, if not all, then a lot.

Russia always only won from the authorship ... as regards the continuation of the war in New Russia ... I think that the Kremlin is not sitting idly by ..

The article is a set of anti-Putin stamps. If the forum often talks about cheers-patriotism, then here the authors give such a pessimistic forecast of the development of events that it’s just scary to get how bad everything is.

. I would like to ask the authors, but what did Churkin and Lavrov, after all, the same Putin, have never talked about American lies? Or do the authors hear only what is convenient for them to hear?

Churkin probably has more freedom to express his attitude to what is happening. And the character of Vitaly Ivanovich is somewhat different than that of Lavrov and Putin. Lavrov, in his last speech, said the truth about the role of the United States in what is happening in the world. - Finally! Since the beginning of the Maidan, both he and Putin have only delighted the "partners" by diligently chewing snot. As for Crimea? Yes, that was the right thing to do. But if this had not been done, the Obama baboon would have already figured out: where to hang the skins of Lavrov and Putin in his hunting lodge? A useful article - so that the Kremlin walls do not collapse - unable to withstand the pressure of chocolate brewed by approvals. Thanks to the authors.

Vitaly Ivanovich has no character, Vitaly Ivanovich has such a job in the Security Council, he defends the interests of his homeland. Moreover, his position was agreed with the leadership of the Russian Federation.
But Putin, he did not chew snot, he was silent, and he did what he saw fit. And the whole world, from such silence, all "civilized mankind" had stomach incontinence. Do you remember how Obama said that Alaska will not be Russian? This is probably from the fact that Putin chewed snot.
The article is useful only for those who want to sow panic and disbelief in the leadership of the country, and panic in war conditions, albeit a cold one, is no less harmful than the lack of ammunition.

What did the BZHRK do? Defended? Excuse me, from what year did he stand? and who put it? How much money was invested in its conservation and maintenance? And now the main question. What cut the Battle railway missile system, or a bunch of worthless rusty iron?
The decision to close the bases in Cuba (Lourdes) and Vietnam (Kamran) was also made at EBN.

Personally, I will fight according to the order, when one arrives.

In January 1992, when our country was already falling apart, and military units on the outskirts were already beginning to take native oaths, a live broadcast of the All-Army Officer Assembly was broadcast on television.
The thought: "There will be an order and we will all go ..." - came through in almost all the officers' speeches.
                No order has been received.
Nobody went anywhere (officers from former military units in Azerbaijan, Georgia, etc., came only later "on civilian basis" with personal files in their hands - they got a job in the RF Armed Forces).
About Chapter 5 of the Constitution of the USSR, which stated that the armed forces should protect sovereignty and territorial integrity no one else remembered the country.

Everyone was waiting for the order. The most powerful army in the world has not fulfilled its function of protecting the territorial integrity of its country.

This is how I recall the words of the head of the "Soviet department" of the German Abwehr, quoted by VS Pikul in the novel "Square of the Fallen Fighters", who said that the weakest point in a huge Soviet military machine is not old tanks and technologically raw aircraft, that in the Red Army the commander enjoys less freedom of action than the sergeant major in the Wehrmacht, who has a Charter, and a Manual on the conduct of hostilities, and that's all - nothing else interests him - no political winds, but opinions.

            Oh yeah! Very noticeable!
With this fairy tale, our liberals consoled the masses ... although Geyropa showed just complete disregard for Putin's demonstrative "silence." And he fell silent, let me remind you, after his last harsh statement regarding the actions of the ukrofashists, which happened on April 24 this year at a meeting with journalists from regional media. Then the ukry began the first assault on Slavyansk, and we responded with sudden exercises near the border. And just about to bring in troops! ... but did not bring in. After that, the Great Silence of Putin began, accompanied by a complete disappearance from the TV screen, and his next appearance "on the people" happened upon the arrival of Mr. Burkhalter in the gold-domed, with whom they gave a press conference. It was on May 7, already AFTER ODESSA AND THE STORM OF THE SLAVIANS, after the BIG BLOOD already shed in Donbass.
Since then, the decisive condemnation of the aggressors has disappeared from the President’s rhetoric, as well as the words about Novorossiya, the referendum, etc., and if later it was clear at least that support was still coming, then the events of these two weeks of SILENCE for me personally remained a mystery ..

I agree. Prices are rising from the desire of the huckster to get more money. The government must fight this. The speech of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation on the fight against rising prices did not impress me either.

And then ... on the score, everything is not so bad, I disagree! It's just bad. And this is not alarmism, but an analysis of the real situation in Russia. Who controls Russia ?! In my opinion, the rotten comprador oligarchic elite, led by the guarantor Putin, which acts in Russia as a gang of robbers of the national wealth. They don't give a damn about us-people. They quietly negotiate with the Americans behind our backs, talking about a new reset of relations and other bullshit! In the country, rampant crime, drug mafia and theft. Only the militias of New Russia were ready to clear Donetsk and to take Mariupol by storm, as the guarantor with his peace plan appeared ?! The confrontation is serious. And this peace plan is like a blow below the belt for the militias! The dill will regroup, and the war will break out with renewed vigor. How many more people will die. Or the Americans will "devour" us, or Oh, we will answer them with an iron fist on the "turnip". There is no other way out! We must stop flirting with Western partners (it’s not possible to call our enemy that way) and pursue our national interests in Ukraine!

Colleagues to get harbor in the fall, what do you need?
Two factors - sow the seeds in the right soil, wait time, carefully caring for the seedlings.

A cavalry attack certainly looks great, but in order to succeed, you need an appropriate army, a developed plan and the necessary equipment and rear.

Can we wait "go to you" to America (Anglo-Saxons) with the visor raised?
We can. If proactive with nuclear weapons. What will happen later, we can also guess ...

If you remove the emotions that we see. And we see that time works for us. The United States abandoned everything they had, have against us. We are focusing so far:
      - the army is being trained
      - weapons are forged at an accelerated pace
      - the country is preparing for defense, autonomizing and diversifying into China, Asia, the BRICS countries ...
      - At the same time, representatives of the 5-6 column are provoked and checked.

We are still passive. States are active. China is passive.
We are waiting for something important ...
This is IMPORTANT they say will come soon. Within a month, China must decide what to do with their "Maidan" - to violently disperse (ie, it will go into an "active" state), or the very IMPORTANT Phenomenon will come. USA - hysterical in full. Most likely, he already feels the coming crash.

Let us return to the "cavalry attack", indeed, the Russian army is capable of reaching the borders of the Ukrainian border in a couple of weeks. But what will happen next? We'll have to retreat ... or feed 30 million. a hostile population. Do you have funds for this?

As for the offensive of the army of New Russia. Of course, they can easily take Mariupol and go to the borders of the Lugansk-Donetsk regions. Again, this will require money. Then this level is not sufficient for Russia. It is necessary, at least, to reach the borders of Transnistria ...

It is worth waiting for the onset of winter and complete chaos in hostile territories ...

Returning assets is not enough. Oil is getting cheaper ... So it is necessary to create a situation in which it will rise in price. To push someone with their heads together ... To provoke unrest in some countries ... Launch an information "duck" ... Find a weak point and click on it ... Here is no luck "kayuk" - Russia stood, stands and will stand

Russia stood thanks to the people to whom it was dear. And the true patriots headed it at the turning points of history! Today? .. In the past, in critical situations, all power - political, military and economic - was concentrated in one hand! And against the owner of these hands, no one dared to utter a word without risking being put on a stake! Today political line is a "broken line": each strives to pull in his direction. Military power, without nuclear weapons, is not enough - let's be honest! The command is rather mixed, and not everyone is patriotic - especially the rear. Well, this issue can be solved by mobilization - there are not many veterans who want to evade the defense of the Motherland are not so educated!
But with the economic power of the pipe: those who stand at its "vaults" are not at all interested in a strong and independent Russia! Because a strong state is the observance of the Law, protection of the rights of everyone, control over the fulfillment of obligations .. oligarchs are like a sickle for .. eggs - they are not used to obeying general rules, they prefer to establish their own! And therefore the war will also be with them ..
So - YES, RUSSIA WILL LEFT! Just at what PRICE? And for what will this price be paid? In Novorossiya they tried to build a state idea on the principles of democracy, as "the rule of the people" - that is, in a classical form. The result was not weak "pressure" from Mother Russia (not from the people, of course!) Are we surprised by the subordination of the Novorossians to proposals for a truce? Refusal to nationalize Akhmetov's property? What's surprising? "Guys, do you need supplies? Food, clothes, ... a lot of other things? Well, do AS WE SAY!"
I would really not like the result of popular unity in a difficult situation, popular support for the authorities, and efforts of ordinary people in achieving the Victory of Russia to become another enrichment of an insignificant handful of "Russian elite" ..

I agree, because by virtue of my craft I don’t drink at all.

but who told you that money goes to the treasury from tobacco and vodka? Liberals? They lie to you! More A.S. Pushkin wrote about Eugene Onegin: - "I read Adam Smith (English economist) and knew that the state gets richer when it has a simple PRODUCT!"

A product appears when the State produces it T, E, WORKS, and does not "do business" like buy and sell.

Works in factories, factories and fields, and livestock farms ...

That was where the money came from in the USSR.
Yes, they didn’t live richly, well, so the Civil War, the restoration ...

The complete devastation of the 90s ...
Ah, here is the recovery, so far, we don’t see ...
if we restore the POWER, there will be money in the treasury, and full-fledged money, as an equivalent of LABOR and PRODUCT, and not US "candy wrappers". In general, this is a long topic, it will not fit into a comment. But in short, in simple words, I suppose - he explained !?

It's your right. But it’s possible, from far away, to appoint anyone to blame! Everything is much more complicated.

For example: - Liberals are now JOKING: about free medicine. But there was no USSR free medicine. Medicine was paid for from the most perfect and fair MHI - it was a public consumption fund. Every citizen paid a little of his life to the fund, but HE scooped up the benefits from it: health care, education, HOUSING and low housing and communal services tariffs - there is nothing else ... And the state was responsible for this fund.

This fund was sacked after the bourgeois counter-revolution. Like many other things that the NATION has been creating for 70 years.

Kosygin suggested giving light industry and trade to private hands. The Central Committee of the CPSU did not agree to this. As a result, there is a shortage in stores, and a people who, without thinking, replaced the Great Country with jeans and Coca-Cola.

                        I don’t know here.
Maybe if the Central Committee agreed, they would have received the bourgeois revolution much earlier.

In my opinion, trade should: 1) Give to private hands, but also leave the state. I am trading. (as it is today in Belarus) Let them compete! Also with light industry. It was not necessary to destroy everything, according to the Bolsheviks. In my opinion, it should have been evolutionary: to modernize the former state and build a new private.
But, for this, the president was needed not a traitor and ALCOHOLIC (Yeltsin) and the prime minister, nor an ignoramus (Gaidar).

Something I do not understand, Alexander - at least kill! You already have a few comments here, the essence of which boils down to a terrible fear of being left without money! Sorry: Do you think that without the proceeds from the sale of gas to Europe, we will find ourselves in a financial hole? ..
The state has a gold reserve, which is the property of Russia, and does not depend on the export of hydrocarbons - but only on the work of gold mining companies. There are significant reserve funds, which for some reason are not yet used in any way - just lie, "just in case." There are gigantic circulating assets that are spent by the people, including to pay for hydrocarbons, which are consumed in the domestic market several times more than exported! And the turnover of money is happening all the time, and economists know that the real value of the ruble is much higher, and its “impoverishment”, as it is now, is an exclusively artificial event.
So - in case of refusal to supply geyroperam without a piece of bread, we will not stay. 400 billion turnover (!) WITH THE WHOLE EU - this is an insignificant part of the entire turnover of the country. And about the penalties: the Europeans are well aware that the penalty paid by Russia will not save them from the inevitably expensive American gas - so it would be more profitable for them to get out with Obamka, but maintain relations with the gas pipe from Russia. The question is to demonstrate a tough position, which for some reason our "top" is terribly afraid of.

The political leadership of Russia can’t understand that Washington, and with it the whole of NATO Europe, has embarked on a full-scale defeat of Russia in Ukraine

Now the question is no longer just about Russia's defeat in Ukraine, but defeat in general. But the leadership is engaged in saving its assets in the West, first of all.
So, the Russian public expects, first of all, a new Munich speech from its commander-in-chief, where all the "and" will be dotted in relation to the unfolding US aggression,
For the Kremlin, they are partners, which they are not regularly saying ...

Listen, stop singing these praises already, in your teeth is obtrusive! Crimea can not be taken in that situation - it was necessary to be idio. Then! If not for the Crimeans themselves, the same Aksyonov, Alexey Chaly (that's who is worthy of respect!) - not to see the Crimea of Russia, as their ears! And most importantly, “ATO” would not be happening in Donbass now, because, due to the absence of a reason, the historical phrase “Russians don’t abandon their own!” Would not have been heard, which gave Donbass activists hope for help. And Ukraine would already be "associated" with Europe with might and main, under the tacit approval of the hohlyatsky masses ..
In that situation, management acted spontaneously, but RESOLUTELY AND CORRECTLY, defending first of all - let's be honest! - the interests of Russia, not the Crimean people. But since there was neither a plan nor a strategy of action, in the future the sequence was disrupted, the resolve dropped, and disappeared somewhere .. We are now "observing the result with our own skin."

"I am tebe adzin clever veschch skaju - only ti ne abijaisa": Russia itself is a candidate for the "drain". In my inexperienced view, Russia simply needs to bend its line and wait without loud statements. The Obama presidency will end. The new president will most likely be a Republican. But whoever he was, he did not put his personal reputation at stake in the confrontation, in particular in Ukraine. Therefore, unlike Obama, you can talk to him without fear of hurting his personal pride (or what Obama means by personal pride). Moreover, Obama very soon will not be up to it. The election promises to further increase the preponderance of Republicans in Congress and, quite possibly, the control of Republicans in the Senate. And budgetary issues in the United States are the prerogative of the legislative branch, without the approval of Congress Obama cannot spend a cent, and without money it will not be possible to pursue a policy, including foreign policy.

And what directly concerns the USA.
The American economy doesn’t seem to be able to draw out debt, which is increasingly requiring budgetary cuts. For this reason, the line went out of the recession through the war. Given the new realities, Americans do not want to do this with their own hands. Rather, they use the whole range of opportunities from feeding nationalists and fascists to direct bombing.

The article contains propaganda cliches that are already tired.
Of course, we need to get out of the "Washington consensus" and the associated model of an oligarchic resource-based economy

The raw material model of the Russian economy is not a consequence of any "consensus". She inherited from the USSR. In the 70-80s, our economy was no less resource-based than it is now.
In 1985, the share of oil and gas in Soviet exports was 53%, about the same as now.
And if we take exports not from the USSR, but from Russia, then this share was even higher.
The share of export of raw materials with us has been growing since 1960. Since the same year, food imports have increased. From 1960 to 1985, the share of imported grain in the consumption of the USSR increased from 0,2% to 20% (100 times), the share of imported meat from 1,5% to 7,5% (5 times).
Only facts and nothing but them.
Our problems are old, rooted in the distant past, and so simply they can not be solved.

In 1985, the share of oil and gas in Soviet exports was 53%, about the same as now.

Where does this data come from?
If you look at the collections of the Central Statistical Bureau of the USSR, then in the period indicated by you the fuel and electricity (!) accounted for about 45% of exports (industrial products - about 40%).
And in Russia, for example, 2012, only crude oil and non-refined gas - 45%, other products of the fuel and energy complex - another 25% (total - 70%), despite the fact that the share of engineering products is 5%.
It is difficult to make an absolutely exact comparison, since the "cutting by export structure" of modern Russian statistics does not correspond to the Soviet ones.
      Why do you think?

the Russian public is waiting for retaliatory measures against the Kiev fascist junta and victory, which will stop the neo-Nazi revenge from revising the results of the Great Patriotic War.

No more, no less! We are waiting! We are waiting for cleansing, we are waiting for liberation from this filth of previous years, looking into the anus of the West and admiration for the "values of the so-called Western democracy"! Russia has always had its own road in this world and to turn off it is tantamount to suicide! Russia has never wished harm to anyone, but in relation to itself it also does not want it! We expect from the authorities decisive steps to protect our statehood and independence from external manifestations of destabilization from the amers and others in their wake!

A lot of words and a little sense! Putin is confined to a narrow range of political maneuvers. On the one hand, we may not have enough reserves to cope with the sanctions, but they may be added. On the other hand, save New Russia. Therefore, you need not scream from the UN stands, especially since it is useless, but wait for Ukraine to strangle itself. It’s not so long to wait. Until spring. And nobody is going to deliver gas to her for free. At least there are no such solutions yet.

Yes zapadlo Putin throw pearls in front of pigs. And Vaska listens and eats. The word is silver and silence is gold. What else is there, I don't remember offhand. So what if the West is screaming and threatening? So what if oil and gas "flow like a river to Europe" and our rockets fly to the ISS. The country does not need money or what? Is money circulating in Western banks? Maybe they are spinning, maybe not. In any case, the authors of the article did not hold a candle over the hypothetical "spinners". Even if they are spinning, it is definitely not to the detriment of Russia. And in general, ordinary people simply cannot understand the actions of the leaders of states, no matter how they are called (king, king, emperor, president). Not because they are stupid, but because they are not the rulers of the state. Moreover, such as Russia. All the more so at a time when our country rose from its knees, on which it was placed not by an external enemy, but by an internal one. External is an enemy with an enviable ... No, not with an enviable (to hell with such envy), if the matter was really serious, he grabbed the fucking stars. Locally, then we sometimes received them, where without it ... But here's an internal enemy, especially in the days of the "rulers", who, if you follow the logic of the authors of the article, acted correctly, pizdo ... or, without closing their mouths, did loud statements, etc., etc. (Gorbach and EBN). These two aforementioned pancakes. And hopefully get theirs. One has already received, the other is on its way ... I would NEVER want to be in Stalin's place. Monstrous (no fools) power, but no less monstrous responsibility. Stalin coped with everything and everyone. I would never have been able to. Not a hat for Senka. In general, we'll see. It is impossible to put an end to the existence of Russia" already because Greater Russia, with the exception of the capitals and cities with a population of one million, all these sanctions and threats are far from the drum. The country has survived for the last 500 years, relying only on its own strength, patience and sharpness of the peoples inhabiting this territory, so it survives today.

Washington and its allies have issued an ultimatum to the Kremlin that is getting tougher with each passing day, while Russia is desperately making efforts to form a compromise and maintain the "current status quo."

Russia reserved the right to a military response if air strikes by an international coalition led by the United States are launched against objects of government troops and infrastructure of the Bashar al-Assad regime, WND.com reports September 29.
On the sidelines of negotiations with UN representatives, Russia expressed concern that coalition strikes on Syrian territory are a violation of international law. Russia warned that it could potentially strike back if the United States or Arab countries bomb any targets in Syria controlled by that country's government.
Officials told WND that they had no information about the seriousness of the Russian threat and whether Moscow had in mind the possibility of delivering a direct military strike against the coalition forces or whether it would help Assad’s regime with military equipment and weapons.
It is also reported that the Russian and Iranian armed forces are on high alert due to the situation in Syria.
The U.S. said the coalition attacks the headquarters of the terrorists in the northern Syrian city of Tel Abyad, located along the Turkish border. Http://swip.su/rossiya-prigrozila-voennym-otvetom-oon/

This is all our common misfortune, in the conditions of which the “tops” simply, out of a sense of self-preservation, act “along the path of least resistance”, fearing “that something might not work out”

And this is not only Ukraine. This weakness of both the authorities and society can be traced, unfortunately, in all acute and sensitive issues - from tattling with the notorious “fifth column”, to Serdyukovism and banal crime of diaspora communities.
Many people say: “The government has become detached from the people!” Or (more loyally): “The authorities still cannot decide whether they are with the majority of the people, or with the renegades gathering in the center of Moscow under Bandera symbols.”
    And the casket just opens:
power focuses on more visible centers of internal strength (again, out of self-preservation)
    - loud-mouthed visiting bandits can gather an active and aggressive crowd in a few minutes - so they will be “more polite” with them,
supporters of Riot vaginas can simultaneously carry out their vile actions “in the spotlight” throughout Moscow and other cities - and the all-powerful prosecutors and the heads of the Internal Affairs Directorate will justify themselves to them. In front of them, and not in front of those who, sitting on the sofa, welcome someone’s attempt to disrupt the concert of the traitor Makarevich in Moscow, but will never get together to stand up and say: “There is no point in arresting a good man who is letting the traitor Makarevich down!”

It seems that only sanctions opened our eyes to our shortcomings, and we are now starting to think about our self-sufficiency. Maybe it's enough to smile, it's time to show your teeth.
Retaliatory sanctions on the food market are clearly not enough. We need to switch to raw materials and, first of all, energy. Let them pump their own oil, cut down their own forests, extract shale gas, ore, rare earth metals and not use our railways, sea and air space.

But the fact of the matter is that we are trying to stop them from taking ill-considered steps. Because they don't know what they are doing. But when they manage to lure the bear out of the den, they will realize that it was not a den, but Pandora's box. And they will watch the consequences with horror, but they will not be able to resist such an onslaught. Their defeats will be total everywhere. What ISIS is doing now will seem like baby talk and everyone will remember these times with affection. This has always been the case in our history. There is too much hatred accumulated in our people and the tension is too great. There was no need to touch Ukraine. It is significant that the president himself remains silent in this verbal war, since, apparently, he also wants to preserve “peace”, even, moreover, to restore some kind of constructive interaction with “Western partners.”
The President speaks very rarely, because of this his words take on a very significant meaning. Barking mongrels often cause either laughter or irritation. I will add that with his silence and very thoughtful and rare words, and most importantly, with his deeds, GDP has earned itself such a rating in the world that most can only dream about it.

The article is empty. With a pretense of analyticity, but, alas, without it...
He describes for a long time how Russia is being pressed, but she only weakly tries to pacify the enemy.
And, as expected, suggestions on what to do to correct the situation. Very interesting, frankly speaking, proposals:
“We must expose all the lies of Obama and Co., we must not tie the hands of the army of Novorossiya, but support it in resisting Ukronazism, declaring this from the same UN rostrum.... We must warn Europe that any new step taken against Russia: own will or under pressure from the United States - will be considered as a force majeure situation that prevents full-fledged cooperation, primarily in the energy sector. Finally, we need an appeal to the people of Ukraine, where all things must be called by their proper names: a fascist-nationalist coup d'etat - a fascist- a nationalist coup d'etat, the participation of the Kiev junta in the "hybrid" war of the West against Russia - the participation of the Kiev junta in the "hybrid" war of the West against Russia, with all the ensuing consequences."
Great!!! It is proposed to win through increased chatter and appeals to who knows who!!!

The authors did not notice real practical steps to protect Russia: the selection of allies and the formation of an anti-Western front, work to change the global financial system, strengthening and demonstrating the strength of the army, support for Novorossiya (personnel, political and material) and much more. But they suggest strengthening the verbiage... Some kind of looking glass

The situation in Ukraine is ENTIRELY Putin’s fault. Instead of chewing snot and mumbling something, we should send troops to Lvov, immediately after Crimea. Then there was a REAL possibility that 90% of the Ukrainian army would go over to the side of Russia and everything would end QUIETLY AND PEACEFULLY. The West would have whined, whined, just like with Georgia, and would have come to terms with it. And now Russia has a REAL DANGER. And it lies in the zombification of the population of Ukraine plus the attack of the West on the economy plus the fifth column in Russia itself plus the INCOMPETENCE of the current Russian leadership... It doesn't take much intelligence to get involved in a war. But then how to get out of it?
And where does such confidence come from in the 90% transition of the Ukrainian Army to the side of Russia? Did you think it yourself or did someone suggest it? There is no need to talk about the value of such an acquisition for Russia, as 90% of the Ukrainian Army. It would probably be cheaper to completely destroy it than to maintain it.
And there would be no need to say “quiet and peaceful” after the entry of Russian troops - there would be a universal howl. It is still standing.

“And now Russia has a REAL DANGER. And it lies in the zombification of the population of Ukraine, plus the West’s attack on the economy, plus a fifth column in Russia itself, plus the INCOMPETENCE of the current Russian leadership.”
Yeah, but if Putin had entered Ukraine in a timely manner, none of this would have happened...
And the population of Ukraina would not be zombified. And there would be no attack from the West. And the 5th column would have disappeared somewhere. And most importantly, there would be no INCOMPETENCE of the current leadership. Before there was no trouble in the form of incompetent leadership, but now they have screwed up everything - it has appeared... Well, where should a peasant go?

The author writes everything correctly. Only the coup in Ukraine is not fascist-nationalist, but fascist-Nazi, and these are slightly different things.
The attack on Mariupol was stopped, after Strelkov was removed, a ceasefire was signed, the Voentorg was closed, now opposition has begun to the people who helped Novorossiya, they want to open a case against Prosvirnin, the National Bolshevik Mironov disappeared, a rally in support of Donbass was not allowed to be held. Meanwhile, civilians and infrastructure are being destroyed. The fifth column is in action.
In fact, it was necessary to send troops in the spring. The best thing to do is to destroy the punitive forces with aviation and OTRK, avoiding unnecessary casualties from the infantry.

20:50. Message from military observer Boris Rozhin.

Kassad posted a description of the situation in Novorossiya, from “Kozyr” (his squad killed dill near Shakhtarsk). It’s sad, but our general spoke on the side of the dill during the negotiations. Obviously not on my own, but on instructions from the Kremlins...

    1. The airport has not been completely taken, therefore, the relay that everyone has finished is again somewhat ahead of events. In practice. the army of Novorossia will obviously squeeze the airport (which the junta was supposed to give in the Minsk agreement, but did not give it back) and after a while it will clear it. But here it is important to understand that the junta with this kiddie forced the Novorossia army to slaughter a fairly powerful defense, which led to mutual and rather serious losses, which is more beneficial for the junta, which has more opportunities to restore the number of battered units. In this regard, attempts to capture Avdeevka and the village of Peski were more promising from the point of view of fighting for the airport, but since Avdeevka should remain behind the junta along the demarcation line, it is not possible for the Novorossiya army to get artillery positions supporting the junta at the airport (while under pressure from Moscow the provisions of the Minsk agreement are respected). What is noteworthy, then Sands along the line of demarcation of the junta was obliged to give, but in the end the promise was taken away with blood.

    2. Even along the line of demarcation - Debaltseve along it remains behind the junta, as well as a number of adjacent villages, right up to Fashchevka. On the one hand, this is of course a potential boiler, but on the other, the most dangerous bridgehead for the development of an offensive in the depths of New Russia. This is clearly understood, therefore, no truce is actually observed to the north of Debaltseve (neither the junta nor Mozgovoy adhere to it and the war goes on there as it was - the junta is defending, Mozgovoy and other commanders are crushing, trying to narrow the corridor connecting Debaltseve with Svetlodarsk (real the neck of the ledge is much wider than they are shown on the maps.) The Donetsk-Novoazovsk highway is not completely controlled by the Novorossiysk army on the demarcation line - in the Starobeshevo area, part of the route is controlled by the junta troops. The villages of Lugansk, the demarcation should go along the North Donets. Slavyanoserbsk and Pervomaisk should remain behind Novorossia, Popasna, by demarcation, due to its position (the city is in a lowland) should have remained in the neutral zone, but now the junta’s troops have already entered it. Uglegorsk by agreement It remains for the junta. The same applies to Maryinka. South of Komsomolsky, the parties have already reached the planned demarcation lines.

    3. The situation with the supply of weapons to the combat units of the army of New Russia is close to deplorable - today there is a flagrant situation when there are not enough people than small arms, heavy weapons and ammunition for them, most of the reserves spent in battles for the Donetsk airport. Internal reserves are depleted, the military trade in this direction is closed. Accordingly, the army of Novorossia was actually deprived of the opportunity to conduct offensive operations. Volunteer growth continues (quite a lot of young people join the army in Donetsk), but due to the lack of weapons and uniforms, it is actually very difficult to enter military units, the army of Novorossia ran into a resource limit that it could not be overcome without Russia's help. Brain, to whom the flow of volunteers has increased, has similar problems.

    4. There is a serious possibility of an offensive by the junta on October 6 (in any case, they are preparing for this, and the same “Kozyr” named this date as a possible date for the start of the offensive) in converging directions from Volnovakha and Debaltseve, with the same goal - to cut off the DPR from LPR. The previous 2 attempts near Shakhtarsk and Krasny Luch failed, but the junta command is not abandoning this idea and therefore forces are being built up in these areas. The army of Novorossiya cannot prevent the assembly of strike groups; already now in the Debaltsevo region, the junta has deployed enough forces and built a powerful fortified area that is capable of withstanding the offensive of the army of Novorossiya and going on the offensive. At the same time, our people note that the junta does all this rather clumsily.

    5. The situation with equipment is difficult - despite a significant amount of it scattered among various parts, its use is limited by the banal problems of shortage of fuels and lubricants, ammunition, and components. There is no unified repair system; equipment is often repaired in the field, although it requires factory repair. It gets ridiculous: if it is impossible to repair the cannon on an infantry fighting vehicle, they remove it and put a regular “Utes” there. Or, for example, there is an “Acacia”, there is ammunition and even fuel, but there are problems with the chassis and so far they don’t know how to solve them in the field. A larger example is that some of the tanks in service with Oplot are used as donors for combat-ready vehicles. As a result, there seem to be a lot of tanks, but only a fraction can participate in battle. There are quite a lot of hand-held anti-tank weapons, and there are also enough air defense systems - junta aviation and helicopters are seen extremely rarely, but there are a lot of enemy drones, and in addition to reconnaissance drones, attack drones based in the Kharkov region have also been spotted.

    6. Direct questions about Mariupol were answered unequivocally - the city could easily have been taken at the beginning of September, when there was still no equipment there from Perekop and Zaporozhye, and some of the military and punitive forces fled from the city. Subsequently, the window of opportunity was closed by the “truce” and the forces near Mariupol gradually became equalized. As a result, the clashes going on there no longer have any operational significance, because now the army of Novorossiya does not have the strength to launch a full-scale attack on Mariupol. There is no superiority in forces, there is not enough equipment and ammunition. The junta's defense during this period has strengthened significantly, although there is hardly any talk of an attack on Novoazovsk. In general, this is now a positional front with a routine war.

    7. Regarding “Oplot”, the main part of the humanitarian cargo goes to Zakharchenko and is distributed by him, although even there, due to the closure of the military trade store, military supplies are, so to speak, rather poor. “Oplot” has long grown into a brigade, but Zakharchenko controls only part of the unit; there are detachments there that pretend to be there. that they obey Zakharchenko, and Zakharchenko pretends that he believes in it. In fact, there are autonomous units inside the Oplot itself. A decrease in the level of military supplies naturally reduces Zakharchenko’s ability to attach militia units to himself and he is essentially only the first among equals, although in terms of equipment his brigade is the most saturated.

    8. They asked about who commands other parts of Vostok besides Khodakovsky. We answer, one of the units of “Vostok” operating autonomously is commanded by a person with the call sign “Cadet”. Khodakovsky still does not obey anyone except Akhmetov, but since he has lost all political power, and cannot govern the entire “East,” he is considered a “lame duck”, quite harmless. His people hold certain areas and this suits everyone as long as he doesn’t get involved in politics.

      9. The shortage of winter uniforms is quite significant, in addition to the story with the uniform for “Khmury”, “Kozyr” pointed out that in his brigade approximately half of the fighters do not have winter uniforms (the issue is currently being resolved), in less organized units cut off from the main ones Through humanitarian aid channels, the situation is even more sad. In general, the army of Novorossiya at this stage is 50-60% ready for winter, and meanwhile winter is getting closer. The junta has a roughly similar situation, especially in parts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

      10. Regarding Bezler. The rumor about his appointment as DPR Defense Minister did not arise out of nowhere; the position of the “Tsar,” that is, DPR Defense Minister Kononov, has now weakened and Bezler is considered as one of the possible candidates (by some, as the main candidate) for the post of DPR Defense Minister. No decision has been made yet, but imminent changes in the military leadership of the republic cannot be ruled out. Apparently, Kononov was not ready for this position - although he is an excellent tactical commander, he does not quite cope with the responsible work as Minister of Defense.

      11. Of the good Cossack units that have proven themselves in battle, the Cossack battalion “Don” and the detachment of Ataman Petrov were noted. Most army commanders interact poorly or not at all with Kozitsyn. Since Kozitsyn has a fairly large detachment, they cannot touch him, so he will continue to fight the way he wants. There is nothing that can be done about this at this stage. Perhaps at the council of field commanders some more effective format for the relationship between the army of Novorossiya and the Kozitsyn brigade will be found.

      12. Naturally, there is no truce, both Mozgovoy’s units and the Kozyr brigade fought for most of September, and during the “truce” the brigade lost more people than during the war. The attitude towards the truce in general is purely negative, but given the lack of military resources, the army of Novorossiya at this stage will be able to do little about it, so the sluggish war continues in the same format.

      13. The information published by Murid regarding the fact that General Lentsov at the negotiations in Gorlovka pressed the military of Novorossiya in favor of the junta was confirmed. Moscow was in a hurry to reduce the intensity of hostilities as much as possible, hence the obviously unacceptable conditions that the junta began to put forward to the military of Novorossiya, including at the suggestion of Lentsov. The approximate line of demarcation of troops described in paragraph 2, in many moments (even if we do not take the global meaning of this “truce”) is extremely unfavorable for Novorossia, especially in the Debaltsevo and Shchastya regions. As a result, some commanders essentially follow the line - only open return fire, while others give it up and continue to fight the same way they fought. Lentsov was generally characterized as a “bad person” (if censored). From Gorlovka there are completely belligerent statements that they will soon show the junta near Debaltsevo. Since this is Bezler, no one is surprised by these statements anymore - neither ours nor the junta. In general, “everything is complicated” with this.

      14. To the key question, whether Russia will help if the fascist junta begins an offensive with the intention of once again trying to destroy Novorossiya by military means, there is no definite answer. Voentorg has suspended operations before, so of course it can open the same way it closed. But for now, the commanders of the army of Novorossiya are forced to proceed from the fact that at the moment they are left to their own devices. Decisions when events transition to this scenario will apparently be made according to the situation.

Isn’t it clear that all of these are links in one chain, that any hopes of a virtual “party of peace with the West” in the Kremlin for a compromise are untenable - just don’t panic. Is the introduction of food sanctions a search for a compromise? The author needs to understand that when Lavrov talks about peace with the Amers, he is not saying this for the Amers, but for Europe. It is clear to everyone except the author that we have everything with the amers. The next 5 years of open conflict.

Is it not clear that we have a dilemma: either surrender, or the path of continuous concessions with complete defeat at the end? - why defeat in the end? in the end there is only an admission of defeat, a statement of fact, and defeat itself along the way;) Here are the authors, but nothing else comes to mind besides the dilemma? We remember the toast: “Let’s drink so that our desires coincide with our capabilities.” They press, no one argues. They're putting pressure. It will be hard. But their opportunities do not match their desires. In a dream, yes, but in reality, no.

Is there a way out of this situation? Yes, there is, and it’s very simple. It is necessary to expose all the lies of Obama and Co., we must not tie the hands of the army of Novorossiya, but support it in resisting Ukronazism, declaring this from the same UN rostrum - Yes, it’s already been opened, every day and several times a day. Go up to a cow chewing hay and tell her what you think is necessary, how will she react? Americans are cows chewing hay. Today, Nuland called on Europe to endure and remain courageous in the face of the difficulties that Europe is experiencing due to sanctions against Russia. Is the woman normal or not, and what did Europe think about this?

Europe must be warned that any new step taken against Russia: either on its own or under US pressure, will be considered a force majeure situation that prevents full cooperation, especially in the energy sector[ - So what, turn off the gas to Europe? And then what? The Americans will scream, we warned you, it’s the Russians...Europe will somehow figure it out, it will switch to coal and wood until LNG arrives, and until we build the Power of Siberia and deliver gas to every house in Russia, we need to behave diplomatically and calmly and supply gas to Europe, it pays. And these are pensions, salaries, etc..
Yes, and she, Mother Europe Gay, understands everything, she did not go against us of her own free will.

Finally, we need an appeal to the people of Ukraine, where all the things we need - Dill is all about dill, but those who cave in to them already know everything. Victory in Novorossiya will be a fairytale. We must again continue what we started, create a revolutionary situation, and so on in the text...

So, the Russian public is waiting first of all for a new Munich speech from its commander-in-chief - let the Word of God be, Yes - Yes, No - No, everything else is from the evil one. The word is silver, and silence is golden. There is a lot of folk wisdom on this topic. Quietly, silently, sniffling, we do our job, and we don’t care about the rest...

Everything that we have seen in recent days in the international arena and, above all, around the events related to Ukraine and Novorossia, speaks of only one thing. Washington and its allies have issued an ultimatum to the Kremlin that is getting tougher with each passing day, while Russia is desperately making efforts to form a compromise and maintain the "current status quo."
The Americans deliver each new blow in the “hybrid” war against Russia only after they are convinced that the previous one has reached its goal and there has been no devastating response to it. Here one inevitably remembers Gorbachev with his “new political thinking”
As you know, there is no more blatant lie than a half-truth. Half-truths “from Barack Obama” - in particular, on the Ukrainian issue.
In other words, restoring the “pre-Crimean” status quo in the international arena is impossible. Russia was chosen as the next victim of the West not at all because of the events in Ukraine - on the contrary, the events in Ukraine were provoked by the West in order to strike a blow at Russia.
Is there a way out of this situation? Yes, there is, and it’s very simple. It is necessary to expose all the lies of Obama and Co., we must not tie the hands of the army of Novorossiya.

Very weak, flimsy article. Well, what could be an “adequate reaction” to... inadequacy?! And one should not “be alarmed” when peering into the “whole and most dangerous picture.” Well, the Yankees pulled the same string on Hong Kong, so what? So this is from weakness, from misunderstanding (when there is no time for reason), from complete defeat in tactics and strategy, from hopelessness. Out of despair and Obama's "bold" speech at the UN. In every sense, dollars are at stake, so there is no need to intimidate fellow citizens. As they say, “there will be no kin... Not only did they screw up the anti-Russian national fascist coup in Ukraine, but for another six months they supplied the fascists with free gas. They are openly, with the support of the leading fascists from the United States, destroying the Russian population in the Donbass and Novorossiya. All summer, the Bandera fascists waged a war to destroy the Russians in Novorossiya, including those unpaid for gas billions, kindly provided to them by our Kremlin bosses. This is actually criminal smuggling on an especially large scale, when huge volumes of material assets are moved across the border without payment and with vague hopes of receiving payment for it from a hostile national fascist state.

-So, in reality you are right. But we shouldn’t rock the boat, because the state will collapse in a month!
-So are you a patriot? Yes! From a young age, homespun truth, do you want to beat Kamarinsky?
-So forward to the barricades, to the rally, to arms, to the trenches, to battle!
    - No, what kind of barricades are you talking about, I don’t have good credit for my iPhone.
-So are you a patriot or what?
-He’s already pulled it up, the stump is clear, the patriot!
-So you don’t see that the oligarchs are destroying our property, surrendering all positions in the world and licking their enemies’ assholes?! It's time to put them up against the wall! Under machine guns! Absolutely!
-I see, but this was only possible under the ghoul Stalin. But this is unconstitutional, repression, then hundreds of millions of innocent souls were killed! Have you read Radzinsky?
And you know the trenches, the revolution is irrelevant. The 21st century is upon us. What if America and its bankers lose all our dollars, what to eat then, huh? For some reason, I can’t imagine at least the same Mehlis or Sudoplatov wasting money in little jars and blaring Stalin for “what will Europe think of us, or what if Roosevelt cuts off Lend-Lease?” But neither nuclear weapons, nor the nuclear submarine fleet, nor strategic bombers were even close, somehow they managed to butt heads with the whole world. The article is a big plus. The author, in my opinion, is right in absolutely everything. The Kremlin’s vague, vacillating policy scares away, makes real and potential allies doubt the strength of Russia, and does not provide a basis for uniting the people of Russia. Really, what is the goal? What needs to be achieved and what should we unite around? No one says anything and calls things by their proper names: enemies-enemies, murderers-murderers, sanctions-blockade. The people need an understandable, clear, noble goal, confidence in leadership - and they will move mountains. And a policy like: “Trust us, we know what we are doing, but this is not your level, so we are silent” causes mistrust..

Obama insulted Russia at the UN, the EU supported him. Where is the official response from the Country? An anti-Russian Sabbath took place in the center of Moscow with calls for the overthrow of the government - and again there was no response from either the authorities or the ruling party. How is this possible, this MUST be answered!!

    Good evening.
The situation around Ukraine has attracted the attention of almost all Russian citizens. It seems that something has changed in the world. State leaders lie, politicians give orders to exterminate part of their people. It has always been this way. Maybe in light of the Maidan events this is more clear.
Since the formation of civilizational groups opposing each other - East and West; The conflict acquired the features of open confrontation and a sluggish Cold War.
Our Western opponents will never calm down. There have never been double standards. IN THE WESTERN WORLD there is one standard - the standard of POWER. And around it, in the form of military, financial, technological and cultural interventions, beautiful words about rights and freedoms.

I read the article. There is a grain of truth, but I don’t agree with much. Take the street... One person runs into another. And then there is the question of reaction. If she’s hysterical, it means you’re afraid, and you can press further; if she’s calm, then this is still not clearer for frostbitten people. And more often than not, the conflict comes to naught, because even those who have been completely beaten off have a moment that the street has already explained. It’s better to take into account those who are calm and not hysterical, since they can fly in very strongly. I won’t speak for Russia’s mistake, time will tell, but I think that self-control is always better than hysteria... but getting into a fight is based on the principle and then whatever happens is wrong. hi

It is quite possible that this is our strategic mistake. Which might not have happened if we had destroyed the Dill army back in May, after the first artillery shots on Slavyansk. But the party of the drain, which was warmly supported on the Internet, began to scream its mantra about “America-wants-to-harass us.” As a result, we have that our “partners” are still screaming about Russian troops in Donbass. The media in Dill are trumpeting how our special forces are being killed by the thousands. At the same time, so far we have only a pitiful piece of Donbass, and not the whole of Novorossia from Kharkov to Odessa. Thank God that Novorossiya is alive and we hope, of course, for the best.

Yes, I don’t want Maidan in Russia. But I also have a question: did Minin and Pozharsky also organize a Maidan in 1612?
So I repeat - we judge by the result. And if something happens, I believe, individuals will not be happy.

To live with wolves is to howl like a wolf: a blow will be dealt to the fascists, I hope powerful, not yet final, but sobering. The time for the final, victorious battle has not yet come.

I listen to the speeches of Ukrainians on the Svoboda radio station and understand that these people are not only deceived, with a plague-ridden consciousness, but they are also semi-literate. If this Ukrainian mass of Neanderthals, led by overseas blacks, Celts, Maghreb magicians, etc. scum will rush into our territory again, I will personally take up arms to protect my family, destroy them, and their lairs, from where they will come to us. This I know for sure! And there is nothing to discuss here.

Yes, they are ALREADY ON OUR territory! What the hell is Ukraine? What are the boundaries? The ones that EBN and Kravchuk drew?
I live in Magadan, and since Donbass does not affect us, then Voronezh will not affect me personally. For me it's just as far away.

    "...constructive interaction with “Western partners.”
For Russia, this is only possible in the “cancer” position.

    1. Applied Materials refused to supply equipment for the production of microelectronics to Crocus Nanoelectronics, which is trying to localize MRAM technology in Russia
    2. The representative of the German Ministry of Economy Tanya Alemany directly stated that at the national level her country decided to terminate the contract between Rheinmetall and the Russian Ministry of Defense back in March, that is, at the very beginning of the EU sanctions campaign against our country. Let us recall that under this agreement, worth a total of 120 million euros, the German concern undertook to build and equip Europe’s largest combat training center for the Ground Forces in the village of Mulino, Nizhny Novgorod region. Moreover, this test site was also supposed to be the most advanced in the world. Now the UAE and the Germans themselves have approximately the same one in Letzlinger Heide, but the latter was built more than ten years ago, and the technologies used there are somewhat outdated. Initially, it was planned that up to 30 thousand people would undergo retraining at the center every year. That is, with proper loading, in four years it would be possible to drive through Mulino all the army formations of our Ground Forces. At the end of spring, the center was 90% ready; in fact, all that remained was to install the software, without which the entire training complex would be meaningless. But this is precisely what was not done. Already in June, the German Ministry of Economy officially canceled the permit previously issued to Rheinmetall for the supply of equipment in Russia. And this despite the fact that the second package of sectoral sanctions, which came into effect on August 1, did not apply to previously concluded contracts, which, in theory, should have been fulfilled. As for Russia, we will have to replace almost all the equipment with domestic ones, which are not cannot be compared with German. “It will only be a pitiful semblance. It’s not a training, it’s just a toy,” a high-ranking expert close to the leadership of the Ministry of Defense told us.
And that's not all. Against the backdrop of all this, Russia’s answers really look quite pathetic. Product sanctions are a good answer, but THAT'S ALL???

Instead of asking "Is the Kremlin making a strategic mistake?" it is necessary to make a proven statement: “Catastrophic (apocaleptic), criminal “mistake” of the West”

Understanding that Ukraine is systemic. All the same, for a small amount of money, doing what you did without encountering resistance and even approval (the words Maidan is an internal matter of Ukraine) is a success.
How much could have been avoided...however, this is sprinkling ashes on your head...
The article is good not even in the content, but in the comments.
Thank you - I enjoyed reading it

It is significant that the president himself remains silent in this verbal war, since, apparently, he also wants to preserve “peace”, even, moreover, to restore some kind of constructive interaction with “Western partners.” The political leadership of Russia still cannot understand that Washington, and with it the entire NATO Europe, have set a course for inflicting a full-scale defeat on Russia in Ukraine.
I really hope that at least you understood about the machinations of the enemy, otherwise the whole country would have perished in complete ignorance.

    The article is not adequate...
To make an assessment, certain data on the current situation is required. States, if desired, can increase the pressure. Yes, they will lose part of the global market, which may (or may not) lead to major upheavals within the country (the loss of part of the market is not fatal, it all depends on the indirect and long-term consequences and the ability to prevent the predicted damage). A similar situation will be everywhere. But! The States (together with forced and voluntary “allies”) have advanced technologies in almost all areas (as it happens), while our technological “potential” is uneven and fragmented by level of development and areas in comparison... For technology development It may take years or decades (depending on “subjective” factors, and for us they are not favorable...). What to do in areas where we have gaps? Is it tearful to ask China? If there was a desire, they would have already filled in some of the gaps (this is a question about allies: are they really such allies or just “allies”...). Temporary problems with delivering Americans to the ISS and rocket engines are all trifles (for those who know the situation: technologies are not lost and an alternative may be ready to be replaced), and cutting off the supply of high-tech products is very painful (and has very far-reaching systemic the consequences are quite pessimistic) when there is no alternative (at least at the level of technology ready for implementation).
You need to play hard when you have significant trump cards in your hands. The states have them. We have it too, but... not a complete set (far from the ideal situation). It was a strategic mistake to hope for the status quo, when many high-tech products and elements are purchased instead of developing their own technologies (we should not hope that the current advanced technologies will be given to us for any money - this will not happen). However, this is a complex problem (and not a problem as such, or rather it is not formulated correctly), and you can look for the guilty and procrastinate about history forever, but it’s not productive. The problem is in our engineering thought, or more precisely in the fact that there is practically nothing to invest money in, or there was no desire to invest (not without exceptions, of course: where there was order, there is progress, and where there were failures..., for the most part parts of the failures remain).
Brief conclusion: there is no point in doing anything headlong, not even fighting. However, war has long been declared. Now we need to patch up the holes in the defense, attacking along the way, but we need to do this with a cool head.
