A provocative poll from the Levada Center about the "Pskov paratroopers killed in Ukraine"
First question asked Levada Center:
Have you heard reports that paratroopers of the Pskov Airborne Division were killed and wounded in the battles on the territory of Ukraine?
Distribution of answers:
Yes, heard a lot and read: 7%
Yes, I heard, but without details: 39%
No, I have not heard: 50%
Another 4% of respondents found it difficult to answer this question.
The second question concerned the opinion about “these events”, with which respondents could agree. As a result, the majority of respondents said that if Russian paratroopers were on the territory of Ukraine, then they are most likely volunteers. So spoke 54% of those who heard about the Russian paratroopers in Ukraine. 22% of respondents said that paratroopers sent command to Ukraine. But 35% of those who have not heard of such information, consider it a newspaper "duck".
The third question is:
Do you believe the reports of the loss of the Russian troops involved in the battles in Ukraine?
Believe - 42%, do not believe 31%.
And then the fun begins from Levada. Question number XXUMX does not give much choice. Judge for yourself: HOW DO YOU RELATE TO THAT RUSSIA'S SUPPORT OF POLITICAL RELIEFS DNR AND LNR LEADS TO THE DEATH OF RUSSIAN SOLDIERS?
That is, “Levada” seems to be hinting: “they know that Russian soldiers are definitely dying”, and the first questions, it turns out, were asked to maintain the conversation ... So?
The inadmissibility of such losses against the background of the support of the DPR and LPR, designated by Levada, was expressed by 40% of respondents, 30% found it difficult to answer, and 30% stated that the losses are justified.
And question number XXUMX concerned the attitude towards Russian volunteers fighting in Ukraine. 5% spoke positively and “rather positively”, and 57% spoke negatively and “rather negatively”. The rest found it difficult to answer.
The impression was that the entire survey was started only for the sake of question No. 4, to which the staff of Levada led the respondents to the roundabout paths.
