Will the Strategic Missile Forces of Russia be able to maintain its power?

2
Today, Russia's security largely depends on the functionality of the Strategic Missile Forces (RVSN). As a rule, the presence of modern missile defense systems is the main argument in the negotiations on topical issues, for example, the deployment of US and NATO missile defense systems in Europe. But today, more than 80% of the missile systems in service with the Russian army have served out the initial warranty period. This was reported to Interfax-AVN by the Deputy Commander of the Strategic Missile Forces for logistics, Colonel I. Denisov. In particular, the officer said: “They are on permanent combat duty with significantly prolonged service life, which is 2,5 – 3 times the warranty.”

Lieutenant-General S.Karakayev, commander of the Strategic Missile Forces of Russia, stressed that the modern tasks of competent operation of weapons systems in the Strategic Missile Forces have reached a number of top priorities, without solving which further progress is impossible in terms of forming a group of Missile Forces.

At the same time, according to S. Shorin, the official representative of the information department and the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Strategic Missile Forces, the number of modern launchers, as well as new missile systems, increases significantly from year to year. In particular, in 2011 in the Teikov missile division, which is deployed in the Ivanovo region, it was brought to full staff and the first missile regiment was in charge of combat duty, the main armament of which is modern Yars mobile missile systems. Work continues on the modernization and re-equipment of the stationary-based Topol-M missile system, which will go into service with the new missile regiment in a separate Tatishchevsky missile division deployed in the Saratov region.

Finally, the 2010 of the year for the Strategic Missile Forces of Russia were 375 individual missile systems that are capable of carrying 1259 nuclear warheads. From this number: 171 mobile soil complex Topol (SS-25), 58 heavy rockets of class Р-36МУТХ and Р-36М2 (SS-18), 18 of mobile complexes Topol-М (SS-27), 70 of rockets Class UR-100НУТТХ (SS-19), 52 complex "Topol-M" stationary mine-based (SS-27), 6 mobile complexes "Yars" armed with missile RS-24.

It's hard to comment on something here ...
And why is the trajectory of launching a ballistic missile parabola? Mannerv?
    Can anyone comment?
I doubt that this was a launch at the Kura test site ...

    I don’t understand these videos, RS-20.
Having cut half of the sharks (for the money of the Pindos population) without finding a replacement for the RSM-52, although in my opinion, it was possible to resume cooperation with Ukraine, for the production of rockets, to the extreme, just order ready-made steps from there by paying with gas, oil or real money (but apparently played the fact of the bori-emperator, boris2, with delusions of grandeur, like we rosiyans, you know, and you ...), but you decided not to order from the design bureau, which always did land complexes, at the same time laying down apl, where they do it - not I know, maybe they calculated on a super-nano-computer.
Then they decided to quietly withdraw from the structure and dispose (with the money of the same gondola) of the 667 project (like there is no rocket, what the hell .. you need), but it turned out that there is a blue 2, which is quiet (apparently the same principle worked for people as Grabin with his ZiS 2 or Koshkin with T-34) modernized. Whether they will do it at all is a big question. This is what concerns the marine component ...
Our ground group consists of mines and mobile installations, all this is of course good, but there are moments, if everything is more or less clear with the mines, then there are questions on mobile, there was such a topic of a BZHRK with a scalpel on board, where is it? - it is not there, if we compare the poplar and the scalpel, the conclusion will not be in favor of the first - 1 head versus 10, with the same charge (550 kt vs 550x10 = 5.5 mt). Then, showing an enthusiastic video about Satan (although this is the NATO designation SS-18 "Satan"), they somehow forget that the governor's resource is not rubber, especially since it is liquid, nevertheless.
Although I don’t understand why to reinvent the wheel, there are a lot of developments, even of the USSR-s, remake the electronics and drive the P-36 M4-infinity, especially since it (the electronics) has been greatly reduced in size since its inception (1975), but for this again, normal relations with Ukraine are needed.
Everything is clear with the air component: the Tu 160 and Tu 95 long-range bombers, the Medium Tu-22 bombers and everything, there is neither escort either ..., no shorter shit, although in common sense there should be either carrier ships or fighter bases in the path of the missile carriers the interceptors of our partners must accompany and drive away (read NATO), neither one nor the other ...
Moreover, all of the above is only a drop in the ocean ...
When you start to think how far it all went, it’s not so uncomfortable, it becomes scary ...
