The militia of the DPR defeated the 30-th separate mechanized brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, which tried to get out of the encirclement near the village of Stepanovka on the territory of the Miner's District near the border with Russia.
“Having failed to withstand just a two-day shelling, the valiant warriors from Stepanovka rushed to Amvrosievka. But since they do not know how to use the cards and went on the navigator, they got straight to our roadblock in Torez, where they lost 2 cars and rolled back. We almost reached Amvrosiyivka, but managed to turn on one of them again and turn on Navigator to Snezhnoye, where our regular checkpoint finished off the convoy, ”quoted the head of the operation, Major General DNR with the call sign“ Bad Soldier ”RIA "News".
According to representatives of the militia headquarters, during the clashes, soldiers and officers of the brigade, including a major and lieutenant colonel and deputy brigade commander, were taken prisoner by the militia.
“The brigade chief of staff went missing, leaving an identity card of an officer in memory of himself to my people. Most likely, he drowned while crossing the river, ”said“ Bad Soldier ”, noting that“ there are so many prisoners of war that it is time to build prisoner of war camps ”.
