Ukraine has previously used this view. weapons to attack the militias and cities in eastern Ukraine. This caused a great international scandal. And, in particular, American intelligence confirmed the launch of the Ukrainian military in the cities of Donbass. It can be said unequivocally that in the conditions of low qualification, the lack of digital maps of the terrain at the Ukrainian General Staff, the use of this class of missile weapons can only lead to a massive, non-selective defeat of civilian objects and the death of dozens of people.
"Point" - a tactical missile system. The minimum firing range is 15 thousand meters, the maximum is up to 120 thousand meters. The Armed Forces of Ukraine exploit about 100 similar complexes.
