Another desecration of the monument to Soviet soldiers in Poland
66
In Poland, another act of vandalism was committed against a memorial to Soviet soldiers who fell for the liberation of this land from Hitler’s troops. A police spokesman for the Warmia-Mazury voivodeship claims that a red star was torn from a monument to Soviet soldiers and several graves were desecrated. For some reason the criminals took the red star with them.
The same police spokesman states that desecration of memorials in Poland is punishable by a fine or correctional labor. Reports about it "Russian newspaper".
The question is whether the county Polish police intend to search for vandals, because none of these acts of vandalism has yet been investigated. None of the vandals did not bear the deserved punishment, which indicates the disinterest of the Polish authorities to investigate such crimes.
It is reported that the incident occurred on the night of last Sunday, but in Poland, information about the desecration of the monument to Soviet soldiers was distributed only the day before.
