YUKOS - Russia: give money, give money ...

74
When the word “Russia” alone for the so-called democratic world becomes an object of heightened and unhealthy attention, the machine starts working, this warming attention to the limit. Moreover, the machine works in such a way as to link increased attention to Russia with exerting unprecedented pressure on all spheres of Russian reality: from politics and economics to social programs, sports and cultural events. The goal is the same: choking with “democratic” saliva, forcing Russia to dance exclusively to the western tune. And if Russia demonstrates that it is not going to participate in such dances, then Western saliva, I'm sorry, rushing even more intensely, in addition to the heads of Western “friends”, their own yellowish liquid hits — and the soul has flown into paradise ...

During the week, a new cycle of the anti-Russian machine was launched with the help of the Arbitration Court in The Hague. The Permanent Chamber of this organization published a paper stating that the Arbitration Court decided to partially satisfy the claim of the former major shareholders of Yukos to the Russian Federation, of which they accuse the state of misappropriating their assets. And the assets of Yukos are, as you know, funds that have passed the Russian tax system through offshore harbors.

The Hague "traffickers", having caught the general anti-Russian war (and where should they go from the "democracy ship"), said that Russia should pay billions of dollars to 50 to the former shareholders of Yukos! Moreover, the assessment of the value of Yukos, which at one time was carried out both by YUKOS itself and by international expert groups, did not go beyond 40 billions of dollars.

Who are these former major shareholders of Yukos? And why now their impressive financial claims to the Russian Federation were so quickly satisfied? Two of them are companies registered in Cyprus: Hulley Enterprises and Yukos Universal Limited, which were part of the Menatep Group of Companies. Another one is the so-called Yukos pension fund Veteran Petroleum Ltd. And the lawsuit was satisfied right now for the reasons already voiced: anti-Russian hysteria in the West should receive fuel in order not to fade - the motto of Washington and its main puppets.

Shareholders of the Russian Federation demanded 114 billions of dollars to demand from the Russian Federation, but the Arbitration Court in The Hague considered that 114 billions of dollars - too much and “limited itself” to fifty - let's say, “for minor expenses” to Khodorkovsky and his partners.

YUKOS - Russia: give money, give money ...

Mikhail Khodorkovsky, on the other hand, said that he had nothing to do with the suit against Russia. They say that all these outsiders started, and right now the Hague court "unexpectedly" supported these third-party personalities. And all Khodorkovsky was believed, because his every word is an example of indisputable truth ... At the same time, Khodorkovsky believes that he can be congratulated on the decision made in The Hague and predicts big problems with long-term transactions with Rosneft and Gazprom, expecting also a European decision human rights courts in the case of "shareholders of Yukos against the Russian Federation." The ECHR makes its verdict on July 31.

With interesting wordings after the arbitration decision, publications of a “belolentochny” sense came out, saying that Russia, they say, lost the process to the shareholders of YUKOS in the Arbitration Court of Arbitration in The Hague. At the same time, the same publications added that the arbitration also accused Russia of violating the so-called Energy Charter, signed by Moscow 23 a year ago. In this regard, questions arise: a) Is Russia involved in this process? b) unless, having signed the Energy Charter mentioned by the Arbitration Tribunal, Russia ratified this charter? The answer to both questions is no!

Then why the hell did this Hague court make its decision? And what are the powers of this court in general in terms of financial proceedings between companies registered in sunny Cyprus, which were evading Russian taxation, and directly the Russian Federation? Perhaps the Arbitration Court with its decisions to go to hell ...

It seems that it is there that the Hague Arbitration will be sent by the Russian side. And he will be sent for the reason that the plaintiffs are going to collect $ 50 billion dollars mainly from Rosneft, which allegedly received the greatest benefit from the recognition of Yukos at the time bankrupt. But no matter how much the plaintiffs, who were accustomed to operate with revenues bypassing the Russian budget at one time, would say that Rosneft is a state-owned company, and therefore its accounts for exactly 50 billions need to be frozen, Rosneft is first of all OJSC . And this company has tens of thousands of private shareholders who, from any third-party decision to freeze the company's assets, will start losing their funds.

As a result, a paradoxical situation: the Arbitration Court of Arbitration in The Hague makes an unreasonable decision to recover 50 billions of dollars from Russia, in effect confirming that Rosneft should deal with “YUKOS” shareholders in the first place to the detriment of their own to shareholders. And what is this solution? On what basis should the ordinary shareholder of Rosneft (and tens of thousands of private equity holders of this company) pay out of their pocket to satisfy the demands of fraudsters who used Western political pressure on Russia?

In this case, the shareholders of Rosneft may well issue Hulley Enterprises, Yukos Universal Limited and Veteran Petroleum Ltd. a return invoice through the same Hague arbitration for the recovery of 50 billion dollars + of one “guilder” for having the Energy Charter was violated, and someone wanted to get rich at the expense of ordinary shareholders of Rosneft. What does the Arbitration Court of The Hague say? So he will simply close his eyes to this potentially possible lawsuit in the light of recent events, because playing on the Russian side today is not in the principles of the progressive Western Themis. Well, since this Themis closes its eyes exclusively selectively, the conclusion is still the same: it must be sent exactly ...

By the way, what about the third case of Yukos? If Mr. Khodorkovsky managed to leave his “native lands” and settle in Europe, where it is more convenient to take a crap on the country, on plundering which he made a fortune, then the released Mr. Lebedev is still in Mother Russia ... And what Platon Leonidovich thinks about 50 billions ? .. It is unlikely that he wants to "shake" another term for himself and that guy ...

Another ex-shareholder of YUKOS, Mr. Nevzlin (hiding in hospitable Israel), offered Rosneft a deal: he (Nevzlin) is ready to reduce financial claims in exchange for the annulment of sentences and the termination of criminal cases against him and in relation to other gentlemen from Yukos. The head of Rosneft, Sechin, who is on a visit to Caracas, responded to this (quote RIA News):

You can't buy justice for money. Of course, it seems to me that the old Russian proverb “on a thief is burning a hat” is applicable. Apparently, Mr. Nevzlin did not have enough excerpts, and he proposes the exchange of people's lives for banknotes.

The theater of the absurd is that the Russian leadership, specifically now the Medvedev government, relies on foreign investment, the sale of securities of Russian enterprises to foreigners, instead of investing Russian money in the Russian economy, it drives them to the West, to the USA, investing in the banks and papers there.
When will the treacherous pro-Western liberal course in the leadership of Russia be finished?
It seems that everything is already taking shape in favor of the development of the economy, industry, agriculture of Russia - US and Western sanctions, blocking accounts with Western banks, breaking business and economic ties, and banning the supply of products.
Even the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin adopted Decrees on the restoration of the strategic planning principles of economic and industrial development, held repeated Russian Security Councils on import substitution of products prohibited for delivery to Russia, and the "cart" in the Russian government is still in the old position - as much as possible fulfill the plan for the sale, that is, the privatization of the remnants of state property, the introduction of new and the increase of old taxes.

Yes, no one even thinks that someone will pay with some kind of chmyry.
The whole question is, based on the decision of this court to repair the dirty tricks of the Russian Federation, not to allow the acquisition of state assets abroad.
It is necessary to culturally send the Hague the fuck, they say there is no such right for him, the jurisdiction is not the same. Yes
To withdraw assets, since they do not want to cooperate with us, we cannot force them.
Export of consumer goods, food from the EU at zero. Let Ukraine buy.
And the way out of all treaties with the West, which we are not entirely profitable, is, they say, they are not legitimate sanctions to us, solid lawlessness, we cannot do that.
А those who file such lawsuits - eliminate, as Bandera in my time. laughing
But the most important thing is to develop domestic demand and its industry.
Corruptionists and the like scum are equated with traitors to the motherland.
No offshore! Working in the Russian Federation means automatically under our jurisdiction.

and the constitution of the Russian Federation says that international agreements and treaties take precedence over domestic law. and if there is an agreement on the recognition of the Hague arbitration (and it most likely is), then it is necessary:
      either pay money
or challenge the decision in the same international instances (with a known result),
or send in three letters along with the constitution.

Claims against Russia were based on the so-called Energy Charter Treaty (ECT).
Russia signed this document, but did not ratify it - accordingly, for Russia it does not have legal force.
It turns out that on October 31, 2005, a preliminary hearing of the case was held, in which the parties signed an agreement in which they agreed to the dispute by this court, and also stipulated that the dispute would be resolved in the framework of the ECT. For what reason was this done? Indeed, if it were not for this circumstance, the court would simply not have taken place: in accordance with the rules of the court, only the parties can submit a dispute for its resolution. Refusal to refer a dispute to a court would automatically resolve all issues.
It is also noteworthy that in court Russia was represented by foreign consultants of Western law firms. But how can a lawsuit against one’s own country worth 112 billion dollars be handed over to foreigners? What responsibility do they bear before Russia for the result?

Brief description and essence of Hodor
Shortly before Khodorkovsky’s filing in the Basmanny Court, Khodor became interested in politeness and even decided to finance opposition parties (the Communist, for example) in the upcoming elections, which, according to the opposition, did not like Putin, who drank a rival. Since then, among the opposition, Khodor is considered almost a holy martyr, and his release was a priority.
It is not possible to find out what really happened, because the Khodorkovsky case takes a few thick volumes cabinets full of obscure legal terms. Therefore, no one has ever read this case and is not going to read it, and the arguments in terms of guilt or innocence of Khodorkovsky are built on the principle of "I believe - I do not believe." So that. Which, of course, leaves infinite space for trolling of any thickness.
There is an opinion that Comrade Khodorkovsky was burned up in an attempt to sell his company (analog of the national treasure, see Gazprom) to the American ERZH (Jewish racial expectations). Moreover, at such an unsuccessful time, when Putin made a strategic decision to create an energy superpower. Under the terms of the transaction, from half to three quarters of the oil produced by Yukos would have replenished Hodor’s zeros in AI, leaving this country Putin is a little more than them * me.

The article is not like what Volodin previously published, but ska truthfully, without cuts, so to speak. It remains to add that Sechin correctly said that Khodor went through the stage once and wants to repeat with his company scumbag friends in the second round. Justice cannot be bought for money, but where is justice in Russia today, Vladimir Vladimirovich decides.

Baltics -18 ... it's not pathos, but the fact that behind Hodor and Yukos, there was the Rothschild family ... Economist, MGIMO professor Valentin Katasonov claims that the ultimate beneficiary of YUKOS is Jacob (Jacob) Rothschild. Khodorkovsky and Co. are just clerks, that is, dummies who conduct business on behalf of the owner. This statement explains in the best possible way how oligarchs suddenly appeared in Russia at one time, for the most part - "financial" nationality, who yesterday did not have any capital. And here, apparently, it is worth looking for an explanation for all the strangeness of the Yukos affair.

Here is the oligarchy of the wave of the XNUMXs (people from the Ozero cooperative and other persons close to a person), the situation there is somewhat different, although the source of their billions is known, this is the budget of the Russian Federation (direct theft blessed from above). As smart people say, why did Russia even agree to participate in this process? Why did Putin need this, who was also president then? After all, Russia could simply abandon this process and the question would be closed. In order for the Hague court not to take its decisions, they would have no legal force.

However, the verdict against Khodorkovsky has not yet been canceled and has legal force. The decision of the Hague court (tribunal) is not the basis for its cancellation. In accordance with the verdict, Khodorkovsky is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the state. His bank accounts are seized. Any assets appearing on these accounts are automatically deducted as compensation for damage caused by the crime. Therefore, the money awarded to him by The Hague will be transferred to his bank account as indicated above and the rules of the international agreement will, as always, be implemented.

From the series "I'm getting a point, Slavik"
During a public, through the media, exchange of remarks with the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, former Yukos shareholder Leonid Nevzlin said he regarded the next response of his opponent as a threat.

“I took Sechin’s words“ and let Nevzlin worry about himself ”as a threat. But I hope that she was said in hearts, ”said Nevzlin in an interview with RBC. “Despite this, I asked my lawyers to evaluate this statement by Sechin regarding the presence of a threat from a legal point of view,” the former Yukos shareholder said.

Many people in power have relatives, property, money, generally wealth, not in their homeland. These are two. Too many foreign agents of influence that are close to power. These are three. Information for consideration:
    1. The war against Khodorkovsky was not a war against the oligarchy.
    2. In fact, it was a war of the oligarchy among themselves.
    3. As a result, instead of Khodarkovsky, dozens of new oligarchs appeared. But not in the 1990s, but in the 2000s.
    4. Gennady Timchenko, Andrey Molchanov from the LSR group, Arkady and Boris Rotenberg, Andrey Rogachev, Zakhar Smushkin - chairman of the board of directors of the Ilim group, Alexey Gudaitis and others. Many go to Putin's "friends". Putin publicly recognized them as his friends.

I agree! you know, lately we have been talking a lot about hysteria in the West and in "Bandera" Ukraine ... but look around, just think for a minute: after all, exactly the same hysteria is happening in our country, all the same double standards as in the West, the same venal and controlled media, the same aligarhat stolen to pants, in the same way, people are only consumables in the games of politicians, they are already sick of the delirium that they say at first: about what Russia thinks about its supposedly brothers in Ukraine, which stands up for their protection, so that they do not become "puppets of the West" ... well, for God's sake, what a heresy! And with Sashko, the Whites were generally amusing to watch how the villain of humanity No. 1 was made of him: here, they say, what kind of people are striving for power - he killed ours in the first Chechen one for "hello"! Isn't it a former field commander who exterminated ours with even greater satisfaction in the first Chechen war, who boasted that he had killed the first Russian at the age of 14, is he now in good standing with VVP - the president of Chechnya, a hero of Russia, a deserved, over-served , savior of the galaxy and the devil knows how many more empty words in the full list of his regalia? Well, isn't it pulling citizens from this stream of lies? Minus as much as you like, call it a traitor, because I don’t shout to Ave Putin, but this will not change the fact: our "defenders" of our country are putting cancer, sorry, and it is very insulting for that!

People, why is there such a fuss about Yukos and others like it? The fact that Yukos was created with ill-gotten money is undeniable. The fact that its leadership has a head in the cannon is also visible to everyone. But here's what's interesting. Why is the anger of the Russian themis and the Russian people directed specifically at Yukos? Is he, Yukos, the only one or is his name legion? So why did they “tear apart” only one Yukos, but completely forgot about all the other “sharks of capitalism”? Or are the rest closer to the “sovereign body” and their leaders do not imagine themselves to be such a “body” as Khodorkovsky once imagined himself to be? So Khodorkovsky at least served time in remote places for his illusions, regularly handing out canvas gloves to the mountain, but where did the rest sit and sit? Is it really still in the Canaries? It’s time to go to bed already. Still missing mittens
