“There is evidence that Russia used missiles against Ukraine. This once again indicates that the international community should take action (in relation to Russia), ”he said. INTERFAX.RU.

In addition, on Tuesday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said at a press conference in Washington that Ukrainian security forces did not open fire in the direction of the Russian Federation, ignoring the provocations of Russia.

According to him, the Ukrainian side has evidence that mortar and artillery shelling is underway from the Russian side, and aviation Russian Air Force violates Ukrainian airspace.

Klimkin stressed that the Ukrainian military is not attacking Russian helicopters that violate the border, so as not to provoke the development of the situation.

“We fully act in accordance with international law and do not violate political agreements in this sense,” said the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

Meanwhile, on July 27, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov assured US Secretary of State John Kerry that Russia is not shelling the territory of Ukraine.
