Communists forever?
These guys sitting in government offices today, one of the "smart" American or European advisers, probably suggested: find an enemy against whom everything - your own loser and profanity in governing the country, stupidity, war, impoverishment - and push them away. And explain: they say, if there are no communists, then no one will lead people to the "social maidan". For Americans, for those, everything is so simple. Due to stupidity or something else, they are incredible fans of formal logic: for example, they clearly know that if a person does not have a tail, then he, the tail, does not itch. In life, everything is much more complicated ...
As you know, on July 24, 2014 in the District Administrative Court of Kiev, the first meeting was held on the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to ban the Communist Party of Ukraine and, at the request of the former Komsomol functionary Alexander Turchinov, who had disguised himself as a neo-Nazi and speaker of the Verkhovna Rada. Judge Lyudmila Marulina granted some of the requests from the CPU to provide evidence and decided to postpone the meeting until August 14. For the parties to prepare.
However, the idea of finding both the enemy and the artificially “guilty for everything”, I repeat, fails. Firstly, because everything turns out like in the "bearded" anecdote about a bearded man who looked like Karl Marx and who was ordered by the guardians of communist morality and ideological purity to shave off his beard so as not to discredit the "light image". “I’ll shave off my beard, but where am I going to put my mind? ..” Karl Marx answered them philosophically.
So here: the Communist Party can be banned, but how to bring down the social protests, which will necessarily be led by the new left? And they will be called "communists" or something else, it does not matter.
It is also clear that, in addition to the neo-Nazis' innate hatred of the communists as political rivals in the struggle for the masses and the desire to find someone to blame, the ruling Kiev regime has one more idea - to palm off the rebellious people with deceived and tame leaders. Say, they will help release steam of discontent into a whistle, and not into a social revolution. That is, there is a search for modern "priests Gapons" who will deceive and lead the masses to the "good king", and there they will all be shot.
But in any case, in the event of further deterioration in the lives of the majority of the population and the mood of hopelessness and disappointment, a real new left will surely arise. Those who will not sit "sucked" by the oligarchs and only imitate the "class struggle". And it turns out that by banning the CPU of Petro Symonenko, which has lost its electorate because of the compromise policy towards the oligarchic-clan system in Ukraine, the Kiev regime acts as the midwife of the new left party. It is not excluded - a new Communist Party. Uncompromising, more honest and combative. Which will bury what the left has long called the "Kiev junta."
And social sphere is the main trump card of the left. “... They will also make a decision on the next budget cut by more than 30 billion hryvnia. This means that the Ukrainian society will live even poorer for this amount, ”says Symonenko. And no one refutes his deed.
In general, there is a basis for the fight against the authorities. As well as the growing demand of citizens for a new leftist party, for genuine defenders of their rights. Moreover, in addition to social tension, people are being pushed into the arms of the left by the civil war in Ukraine. “Today we have consistently and frankly stated, when the question of partial mobilization was put to a vote, that we, as a party that stands for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in the east, are against war. We demand to stop the bloodshed. Because a Ukrainian kills a Ukrainian, civilians, old people, women, children are dying. We are against war. How could we vote for partial mobilization? Mobilization is the continuation of the war. And in this situation, they blame us and try to ban our faction. That is, they want everyone to act today the way they do, ”said the leader of the Communist Party of Ukraine. And all Ukrainian leftists will repeat it after him. Both new and old. And they will be heard, no matter how much the mouths of the speakers are silenced ...
Secondly - and this is also important! - the Kiev ruling regime has negatively exposed itself, so to speak, ideologically. He spotted how neo-Nazis and neo-fascists. All communist leaders speak about this today - the Communist Party of Ukraine Pyotr Simonenko, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, etc. They pay attention to the main thing - only fascists and Nazis banned communists in Europe. For example, Adolf Hitler in Germany in 1933. “... There is an open reprisal against the communists, this obscurantism once again testifies that a dictatorship of the national-fascist regime is being established in Ukraine, this dictatorship denigrates Ukraine due to the fact that, declaring about European values, a decision is made against the fact that in Europe preached and confessed. Opposition parties are never banned, much less disbanded in Europe. Therefore, it became obvious that Ukraine has crossed the line, and you understand where they will lead Ukraine in the near future, ”Symonenko said.
There is some historical stretch. Even after World War II, one way or another, communists and communist symbols were banned or banned in Germany and in several countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine). Yes, yes, in Ukraine in 1991 the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine (as part of the CPSU) were banned by a decree of the Verkhovna Rada. However, it was soon canceled by the decision of the Constitutional Court, and after that the CPU (already as Ukrainian) was registered by the State Registration Service - in October 1993.
Thirdly, the ban on the Communist Party of Ukraine caused damage to Ukraine in the international arena as a democratic state. The same Symonenko drew attention to the fact that by prohibiting the Communist Party of Ukraine and dispersing its faction in parliament, the Kiev rulers "do not take into account the will of 3 million of our citizens - and this is more than 13% of voters who voted in the elections and supported the communists." And he points out the illegality of the decisions made: “The law of Ukraine, as well as the regulations, gives grounds, regardless of how many people there will be in the faction, to have a faction. Because it is the will of the voters ”.
And not even homegrown communists, but their Western colleagues were the first to say about the similarity of the “Kiev junta” with the Nazi regime of Hitler and its undemocratic nature. The curator of the European human rights organization Solidarity Movement, Alexander Mitz (Netherlands), in a commentary to the GolosUA correspondent, said: “It looks like the arson of the Reichstag, as a result of which Hitler's team strengthened its influence. The entire civilized community, including the world one, must condemn the provocations against the CPU. "
And the Declaration of the French Communists on Ukraine of July 17, 2014 says: “... The pretext used by the minister 'anti-constitutional activity of the Communist Party' is aimed at allowing the Kiev fascists to shut the mouth of the working people of Ukraine in the face of an unprecedented policy of tough economic measures. This policy is being imposed by the real leaders of Ukraine - the US, EU, IMF and their local servants, the Ukrainian oligarchs. By banning the CPU, Kiev thereby wants to ban the ideas of communism. ... The Communist Party of Ukraine stands for federal Ukraine and protects the interests of workers. ... The criminal intervention in Donbass, sponsored by the US and the EU, has resulted in numerous civilian casualties. Thousands are seeking refuge abroad. The West wants to provoke a conflict that destabilizes the Russian Federation. The French Communist Party expresses support for the Communist Party of Ukraine and the working people of Ukraine. "
According to the European left, the CPU is the only real force in Ukraine today that can effectively resist the growth of Nazism and intolerance. And it is clear that Turchinov has other "curators", inspirers and sponsors, who demand to ban the CPU also because it advocates closer cooperation with Russia and the CIS.
But this is the United States, and here is Europe. In many EU member states, communists have factions in parliaments and members of the ruling cabinet. Only a werewolf Komsomol member can ignore this, confident that his patrons will save him. But how many made it to the Canadian border, fleeing popular anger in 1917? And in 2014, ex-President Viktor Yanukovych left even a golden loaf in Mezhyhirya - life was more expensive ...
