The Russian Foreign Ministry called the UN report on the Ukrainian events hypocritical and biased

92
The report, which was published by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), the Russian Foreign Ministry called biased and hypocritical, reports RIA News with reference to the statement of the representative of the department Alexander Lukashevich.

In particular, he said:
“We have carefully studied the fourth report already published by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the basis of information prepared by the United Nations Monitoring Mission on Human Rights in Ukraine. The main conclusion: the report is biased and even hypocritical. What is his key message that the Ukrainian government can legitimately use force in order to restore law and order in the east of the country? This actually justifies the operation carried out by Ukrainian punitive ".

According to Lukashevich, the document distorts some facts.
“Thus, it is alleged that Kiev launched a military campaign in response to the actions of the militias. In this connection, I would like to remind you that the local population has taken weapon in order to protect themselves and their families from ultranationalists and neo-Nazis, including those hired "
said the representative of the Foreign Ministry.

He also noted that “there was no place in the report to fix the fact that the Ukrainian army and the National Guard radicals used the Grad multiple salvo fire systems at least four times, resulting in the death of 16 people and injuring a significant number of civilians ... ".

Nevertheless, according to Lukashevich, "observers could not ignore some facts of violations of human rights and international humanitarian law, as well as the brutal violence of the Kiev authorities, the concealment of which would have turned out to be a complete discredit to the mission."

“In particular, it is noted that it was the ignoring of the legitimate demands of the East of Ukraine for greater independence in matters of self-government and the possibility of using the native language to become the root cause of the current conflict”
noted the representative of the department.

The authors of the report did not ignore the “witch hunt” taking place in Ukraine.

“Kiev authorities detain everyone who is suspected of sympathizing with the militia, prohibit Russian TV channels and remove objectionable comments from social networks”- Lukashevich stated the facts. According to him, the document “talks about intolerance and extremism, attacks on members of ethnic and confessional minorities, facts of anti-Semitism”.

According to the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, observers are right in the fact that “amendments to the constitution of Ukraine should undergo widespread public discussion, and not be prepared in private.”

“However, in the report of the UN monitoring mission there is no main thing - the demand to immediately stop the punitive operation that the Kiev authorities are conducting against their people. Without this, talking about human rights in Ukraine loses all meaning. ”
sure Lukashevich.

Russia believes that UN efforts "should not be aimed at directly or indirectly justifying the violence perpetrated by the Ukrainian authorities, but at promoting a cease-fire and beginning Kiev’s dialogue with representatives of the East of the country in order to restore peace in the region."

You are not alone with you, many agree. Their impudent hypocrisy and purpose are the same, to crush Russia, it is hard to assert Russia’s self-assertion on the world stage, for more than 20 years no one has taken into account us, after the collapse of the USSR.

In my opinion, since the founding of the UN, she has ovsky horseradish in her mouth. The only thing, the UN, is the rostrum with which the whole world can hear our country and, of course, the veto in the Security Council.

The UN has become a tool covering its owner.
The UN has outlived itself and instead of the UN (United Nations Organization), it is necessary to create an SES (Slavic Organization of Nations) or a MON (World Organization of Nations) where each country has the right to vote equal to the area of its state.

              Why by area - because:
              - The state is responsible for the controlled territory in the territory of which it exists.
              - the territory that is least polluted and pitted for mining and free from chemistry and GMOs is of the highest importance for the future of the Earth.
              - further subtle point of the fact that the territory is large - this means that the population and the leadership have fewer ambitions to capture someone. According to the principle “We don’t need someone else's, but we will not give our own,” which means that they are less prone to violence in the World in general and are more reasonable and wise.
And if we take it on the basis of the number of people, it turns out that China and India will all ... send and imprison everything for themselves.
It is clear that not only the country's area must be taken into account, but also the number of people, GDP and, most importantly, natural resources.
And if in terms of corruption and democracy, then some kind of England and the same super democracy of the United States will again prevail along with the rest of Geyropa. UN to confirm and for example.

The UN has already discredited itself so much that I personally do not see any point in it! The UN has actually turned into a prostitute supported by the FSA! The only more or less effective body is the UN Security Council, but this is far from a panacea! The FSA, as practice shows, even spits on the decisions of the Security Council when it is beneficial for them! I see no reason to play by all the rules with a sharper, especially if you know that he is a cheat, and he knows that you know about it (sorry, I stole a phrase from the movie "Special Forces")!

Yeah ... the United States in 1989 - Panama raped in front of the whole world and what ??? AND NOTHING...
Especially I quote extracts of the reaction of the UN and other "Sharashkin offices" to the invasion:

After the invasion began, 15 member states of the UN Security Council voted to condemn the US invasion of Panama, but the United States, Britain and France used the veto to block the resolution. [47] Later, on December 29, 1989, at the 44th session of the UN General Assembly, a resolution was passed condemning the US invasion of Panama [48]. In support of the resolution, 75 states voted, 20 against, representatives of 40 countries did not vote [49] and demanded that the United States immediately stop the intervention and withdraw troops from Panama. In response, the US representative to the UN made a statement that during the military operation, the United States "realized the right to self-defense" [50].

The Organization of American States condemned the US invasion of Panama and demanded the withdrawal of US troops from Panama. For the adoption of the resolution, 20 states voted, against - 1 (USA) [51]

The EEC adopted a resolution expressing concern over US actions [52].

The US invasion of Panama caused discontent and protests among the population and many governments of Latin America [53], the island states of the Caribbean [54] and other countries of the world, including the USSR, Libya and Australia [52].

The Socialist Party adopted a resolution condemning the US invasion as a direct violation of international law [52].

In the United States, 69 public and political figures (including politician J. McGovern, Senator J. Fulbright, writer E. L. Doctorow) signed an open letter to the US president in which they condemned the US invasion of Panama [55]. Also, the intervention was denounced by the National Council of Churches of the United States and the Council of the United Methodist Church of the United States [52]

AND EVERYTHING! What SANCTIONS? What are you talking about? What Veto ???

Everyone understands everything ... And about double standards, and about "who is dancing to whose tune" ... One thing is unclear - if half of the world has already sold out against us, then why are those who happily shook the hand of GDP and accepted "gifts" in in the form of writing off debts and concluded contracts. Our restraint and composure, of course, freezes the west, but the east is in no hurry to do its bit either ... And this is sad!

The UN has long become the pocket dog of the SGA. It is foolish for the world community and Russia to hope for a fair and adequate assessment of any conflict, situation. Russia, together with other BRICS countries and all comers (tired of the uniformity of world politics, offended by the Americans) should create a truly independent organization that prioritizes justice and international law.
PS Yes, and for a long time Russia should stop explaining itself to the West at the UN or somewhere else. It looks as if Russia is making excuses.

It has long been known that the UN protects the interests of the United States and the world oligarchy. One thing is not clear why for our sake they have become attached to the UN. They are trying to prove something, appeal to the UN resolutions, they want to solve something there with the help of the UN. Once again, I repeat in my statements, THERE ARE SOLUTION IS FORCE IN THE WORLD !!! It's a shame, for so many years they tried to kiss the West, and it was necessary to strengthen the Army and the economy. As a result, they now beat our lips !! 10 years ago I read analytical articles of people who were devoted to the secrets of the world development of Western countries and ours too. So there, it was written that sooner or later there would be a protest of East and West, right down to the military !! Well !! survived to these times !! ORASES were right.

everyone understands that the UN is a screen. as it was recently written in one of the articles, the UN, the EU are whores !!!!
the question is that everyone is afraid of the one who stands behind the UN and the EU, and behind all the lawlessness on the planet. It is the source that needs to be "addressed", not the consequences!
Hence, I don’t understand the following: why we never act on the destruction of our main eternal enemy !? I understand that the creation of the BRICS bank, not a clear alliance with China, are all links in one chain. But everything is too slow. The enemy is on the doorstep. Ukraine is on fire. The "civilized" world is "pumping up" the situation around Russia. Against the background of 17 trillion in debt and the struggle for resources, only Russia and China can offer real resistance. On the eve of World War II, the "League of Nations" (the predecessor of the UN) showed its helplessness in solving global problems, as a result, fascism was nurtured and directed against the USSR. In this case, the US allows RUIN to commit lawlessness in Donbass, and the UN, in turn, does not actually have its own position ... In a word, Russia is facing a serious test, like the USSR did in its time. There is a lot to do http://worldcrisis.ru/crisis/1584472 to resist us and Win.

Dialogue is hardly possible from the positions on which the parties stand.

Different goals, if not diametrically opposed:
The United States needs resources, territory and a puppet-obedient Ukrainian government.
Russia needs a buffer - Novorossiya, in order to protect itself as much as possible from the emerging threats from the United States and NATO.

This UN has been ... for a long time ... In 1950, when the conflict broke out in Korea, between the North and the South, the USSR supported the North, and the FSA with their puppets harnessed to the South ... and the UN Security Council decided to send troops 21 states (headed by the FSA of course) to Korea ... and a war for three years. Between the USSR and the UN, to put it mildly, there was dislike then ... A cartoon from the Krokodil magazine of those years, Stalin said in small words: “In fact, the UN is now not so much a world organization as an organization for the Americans, acting for the needs of the American aggressors. " From the conversation of Comrade I. V. Stalin with a Pravda correspondent, 1951.

It is worth remembering that the UN passes in its existence (as in its time the Ling of Nations) all phases of development right up to liquidation. Such a sad outcome is possible in the absence of timely reform of the Organization.

the feature of the game in Europe is to create the illusion that almost now Europe will come to its senses and see all the injustices of what is happening. For this reason, the reliable facts of what is happening are periodically thrown into the European media, and it seems that Europe already sees everything, but this is a divorce.

Yes, it is now obvious that the Pindo-politicians have long and carefully prepared the Nazi-Ukrainian provocation. All the so-called experts and analysts, including the UN experts, who could be bribed or intimidated, were bribed or intimidated. But it is one thing to assent to phishington, and it is another to present objective information and facts to the world. With this, they will now have more and more problems, for one lie inevitably gives rise to another greater one, and so on to infinity. And now they will constantly build up a river of outright lies against Russia in order to at least somehow justify their actions. But sooner or later it starts to annoy everyone! Lying is actually a striking symptom of anger - in this case, the anger of the so-called Western civilization. It is impossible to build a long-term policy on a lie. You can only stretch time, delay the collapse, which apparently they are trying to do. But at the same time, the citizens of the BRICS countries (and this is essentially half the world's population!) Are increasingly understanding who the real aggressor is and the source of all wars in recent years. So, the split in the world community into two camps will inevitably increase according to the principle: on the one hand, the lied and presumptuous west, and on the other, the developing countries of all other parts of the world. And Russia is compelled and simply obliged to become the ideological and economic center of anti-Americanism. This is expected of us in the world, history obliges us to this (sorry for the easy pathos, but in this case it is justified)!

It has long been clear that the sovereignty of Russia cannot be achieved by semi-liberal methods ala Gorbachev and Yeltsin. At any stage of state transformation, a strong will is needed. Stalin purges are needed. Otherwise, you cannot cleanse and transform shit. There is not a single case in the history of the successful transformation of the state by a liberal leader.
Liberalism is possible only in periods of success and prosperity!
What nah liberalism during a period of overwhelming hostile encirclement, but in fact an undeclared war!

Two reasons to recognize the DNR-LC
Taking advantage of Kiev’s refusal of access by the accused party (RF) to the investigation of the crash, it’s time to ultimately recognize the DPR to access the scene of the accident. For success in the investigation should change the rhetoric in the EU and the support of the UK.
Substantial occasion, accusations of Kiev and the entire international community!
Which in the future will help and implement humanitarian and military assistance to protect civilians.

Since the international red cross recognized the actions of Ukraine in the Donbass as a war and voiced the number of victims, it is worth embodying the proposal of Vitaliy Tretyakov:
To deliver an ultimatum to Ukraine, with new victims of the civilian population, to recognize the LPR - the DPR, which will allow providing humanitarian, military-technical and other assistance to prevent civilian victims.

The Europeans are trying to resist the mattress and their vassals in their hegemony Russia, China and some countries of South America. Such as he, like Lyashko, Turchynov, Yatsenyukh and others. It is necessary to shoot like mad dogs without trial, as he comes around and responds. All of them will soon leave the long-suffering Ukraine saving their skins abroad, leaving the Ukrainian people in complete ruin and hatred for each other, and only Great Russia will once again lend a helping hand to its fraternal native Ukrainian people. The UN has long outlived itself as an organ of all nations. This is just an elite club hosted by the United States. Why spend money, time and effort on membership in this one-sided organization, fully controlled by the United States.

It is necessary to create a new organization for countries that do not recognize a unipolar world. Let it be at the beginning with a small number of members, but withdrew from the UN and not recognizing its world organization.
Now knock, don’t knock a boot on the UN rostrum, they still won’t hear you.

But besides the UN and many other world organizations and courts, hiding behind a sign of democracy, they completely discredited themselves in the eyes of the world community.
As long as there is a unipolar world, the primacy of US interests will be inherent in all of them.

The USA is the # 1 enemy of the entire world community.

Russia believes that UN efforts “should be aimed not at directly or indirectly justifying the violence perpetrated by the Ukrainian authorities, but at promoting a ceasefire and starting a dialogue between Kyiv and representatives of the country’s East in order to restore peace in this region.”

The UN ceased to be an international organization of nations, but began to serve as an international mouthpiece for the policies of the United States and its henchmen. Therefore, UN efforts cannot be aimed “at promoting a ceasefire and starting a dialogue between Kyiv and representatives of the East of the country in order to restore peace in this region,” since this contradicts the interests of the American masters
