I don’t know who writes the matches to him, but again the phrase was said about “80 children” who died during the plane crash. Of course, it turns out more pitiful. The Commander-in-Chief invited all, without exception, including me, to make a choice: “with whom, gentlemen, are you with the whole world or with terrorists?” I must say, I took his request very seriously. I thought for a long time. On the one hand, Honduras as part of the world is good. On the other hand, I recalled the legendary dilemma of Vitali Klitschko, formulated by him during the election: “I saw the world and many countries.” Agree, it is rather difficult to make a choice in favor of peace, because, as practice shows, everyone frankly does not give a shit about what is happening to us. The Verkhovna Rada honored with a minute of silence the memory of the victims of the crash. They don’t care at all that dead girl in the Adidas T-shirt, which is lying on the Lugansk asphalt mutilated by explosions. There are already more than two hundred, these nameless victims of artillery shelling. Of course, terrorists killed people, not patriotic liberators. So say the speakers of the ATO with wonderful horse names. They with wide open eyes, through which the emptiness of their cynical brains are visible, talk about the barbaric shelling of residential buildings by separatists. After all Tanks and ATO guns never shoot at civilians. Therefore, the whole country mourns the citizens of Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Great Britain. Among them are Europeans. As for the residents of Lugansk and Donetsk, they just need to be lightly sprinkled with bleach and buried in some inconspicuous ditch. In the name of nation consolidation. It will be better this way.
Sorry for the retreat. Let's go back to the meeting of the National Security Council. It was led by Andrei Paruby, known for his brilliant oratorical abilities. He immediately denied rumors about his resignation that have been circulating for several days. However, he noted that “I absolutely will not try for Qiu and I will land on the yak after eating some food for the Maidan”. Thus, he once again made us think about the diagnosis made to him at the age of seven - “certain mental retardation”. For the first time, everyone thought about his help when Paruby publicly stated that "he has no mental delays that prevent him from performing the functions of the state husband." Very eloquent statement.
The main issue that was actively discussed was the conduct of partial mobilization and further disbursement of funds for the conduct of the ATO. Let's start with the mobilization. Of course, holding this event will significantly increase the morale of the army in general and of the entire people in particular, since only by wearing a uniform and receiving clear guarantees from the state to do everything possible for a worthy funeral, one fully feels part of society. When the population goes without a system and does not read the statutes, it begins to think about any unnecessary trifles. For example, the payment of utility bills, wage growth, medical care. Despite the excellent work of Ukrainian canals, which proved long ago that all Ukrainians are Europeans and can theoretically travel to Brussels to see a real fagot, some have not yet fully penetrated their European essence. Therefore, it is necessary to organize a clear system of recruiting civilians into a coherent army system. This will streamline social and other payments, reduce consumption and, in the long term, reduce the burden on fertile Ukrainian soil.
Offered a model of "army reservists." Without exception, men under the age of fifty, and in the future up to sixty years old, should not suffer from this nonsense, but be organized in training at the landfills and dig deep ditches in the form of trenches. War with Russia is on the agenda. It is already underway, just some have not yet penetrated this concept. That's when Kiev will begin to liberate the Crimea, then, of course, complete understanding will come. Especially since the economy as such is no longer in the country. It is not for nothing that Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk introduced such a concept as “mobilization economy”. Its essence comes down to the phrase “everything for ATO, everything for victory”. Financiers say that, according to the most conservative estimates, one day of the anti-terrorist campaign costs 95 million euros. The funds allocated by the Cabinet at the ATO, have already been mastered. According to the most preliminary calculations, the “antiterrorist operation” will last another five months. Therefore, we must urgently find a half yard of euros to meet all the needs of the army. Although, taking into account the upcoming mobilization, the level of expenditures should increase dramatically. However, none of the members of the National Security Council is not afraid of such trifles. As well as the complete destruction of the industrial potential of the country during the antiterrorist operation.
The Verkhovna Rada, which today represents the interests of the phantom, which existed until February 2014, fully supported both the developments of the National Security Council and the presidential decree on partial mobilization. 232 MP from 450 voted in favor. No, bitch, necessary in such cases of unanimity, but most importantly the result. Paruby, presenting a partial mobilization plan, said that such events would bring the 15 parts and the 44 parts of the supply to a “combat state”. How many people are planning to call is unknown. However, in accordance with the mobilization plans, the residents of Galicia, who correctly understand the threat of terrorism hanging over the country, will be called upon. This is the fourth mobilization announced after February 2014.
Based on this decision of the President and the Verkhovna Rada, it can be concluded that, first, the three-month battles in the east have completely depleted the ATO grouping, which, as a result of irretrievable losses, needs urgent strengthening and rotation.
Secondly, the “liberated cities” of the southeast need constant monitoring by military units, since “undetected terrorists” and “separatist supporters” live there. It was recognized that in order to maintain the Ordnung it is necessary to form military commandant's offices, which will be entrusted with the functions of law enforcement agencies.
Thirdly, mobilization will allow to reduce the level of social discontent about the constantly worsening economic situation. The society will become more homogeneous, especially if everyone is dressed in military uniform and at least given a shovel.
Fourthly, mobilization will make it possible to effectively impose martial law throughout the country, since military registration and enlistment offices and commandant's offices will become the main centers of power. Their competence will be to collect funds for the needs of the army, to attract vehicles of enterprises and organizations for military purposes, and to manage residential and non-residential funds.
And finally, fifthly, the sharp militarization of society will significantly simplify the management model, make unnecessary decorative elements of the regime, such as freedom of speech and assembly, the inviolability of private property, the right to a decent life, and such nonsense. Everything will be subject to the requirements of wartime, because the enemy does not sleep.
