Oleg Tsarev: DPR authorities did not receive invitations to the Ukraine-Russia-OSCE videoconference
According to the Speaker of the Parliament of Novorossia, Oleg Tsarev, the leaders of the Donetsk People’s Republic were not invited to take part in a videoconference of the trilateral Ukraine-Russia-OSCE contact group. His statement leads RIA "News".
Earlier, OSCE representatives said that the videoconference of the trilateral contact group, which was scheduled for Tuesday, did not take place because of the unwillingness of the militia to negotiate a truce.
“I heard about this idea from open sources - from the Internet. He asked Borodai (the DPR premier of Alexander Dorin) - he did not receive any invitations either. With whom we had to communicate and conduct these negotiations - it is not clear, "said Tsarev, noting that negotiations are possible under the condition of" withdrawing enemy troops. "
“Now Ukrainian troops have come close to Donetsk and Lugansk and are shelling our cities, we have many dead among the civilian population,” he stressed.
According to the “people's governor” of Donetsk, the head of the DPR mobilization committee, Pavel Gubarev, he also did not receive any invitations to the videoconference.
“We just read about it on the Internet,” he said.
