...The second president of Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma, once stated: “I know for sure: we have destroyed the country.” And do you know when he came to such a profound conclusion? You will not believe: October 27 1992. That is, almost two weeks after it was almost 22 approved a year ago by the Prime Minister of independent Ukraine. He then became famous for almost the first of his famous phrase: "Tell me, what kind of society are we going to build, and I will build it." He didn't seem to have been told. And less than a year later he resigned. However, do not sprinkle ashes on your head ...
And in order to be elected president in the summer of 1994. And already to offer ways of development. But it did not work. In October of the same year, however, he proposed a reform program. However, a couple of months later, the following visionary joke appeared to the world: "Kuchma took the path of reform and stands firmly on it." And you had to move, as you understand ...
Justifies Kuchma that neither before him nor after no one moved either. On the same path of reform, which each of his followers pledged to build and follow it. Together with the country, of course.
Today in Ukraine they again started talking about possible early parliamentary, and even presidential (decent response of deputies who do not want to disperse) elections. And this makes the political strategists of the potential main participants already bog down in search of convenient doctrines “for people to shaval.” When not even known the start date of the campaign.
And it should be noted that for almost 23, the existence of an independent Ukraine, its would-be politicians have always found such ideas. And now you can see why Ukraine today is in such a deplorable state. Its politicians always, in the main theses and algorithm of work, put the struggle in the first place, but not FOR something, but always, I repeat, ALWAYS AGAINST someone or something.
And Ukraine has not won anyone since independence, but this is the most important thing! - nothing is not found. And not built.
Since Kuchma, nothing has changed. Nobody says anything to build about anything - everyone is just fighting. The first president Leonid Kravchuk in 1991 stopped the "bourgeois Ukrainian nationalism" of the leader of the National Movement of Ukraine Vyacheslav Chernovil. And then he himself took them, Ruha and Chernovil, the doctrine as the basic ideology of the new state, giving the economy to the "red directors" from the old communist party economic nomenclature, and humanitarian and spiritual sphere to the nationalists.
Kuchma himself twice (in 1994 and 1999) built his election races already in the fight against the “red communist revenge”. He was convinced that the Communist Party of Ukraine, in the wake of social discontent, wants to regain power and continue to build "the bright future of all mankind - communism" in a single country.
The third president, Viktor Yushchenko, in 2004, fought the same communists, but added to this confrontation with Russia, which allegedly interferes with the course towards European integration - towards full membership in NATO and the EU.
Viktor Yanukovych, on the contrary, fought with the West and its forward detachments - the EU and NATO, opposing them with partnership and cooperation with Russia and the CIS, as well as with the “Bandera revenge”. And for the sake of successful struggle, Yanukovych brought up ultranationalists from “Freedom” at the suggestion of a clever environment, in order to overcome the “brown revenge” of neo-fascism again in 2015. But, alas, I lost in 2014. And mainly because he himself refused to fight. With anyone. And for anything. Just betrayed everyone and saved his life.
The fifth president of the country, Petro Poroshenko, in May of this year, came to power again in the wake of the struggle against "Russian aggression" supporting "separatists, terrorists and saboteurs" in the southeast.
It Poroshenko and announces today the early parliamentary elections. And the type of life itself (at the suggestion of political technologists, of course), voluntarily or unwittingly, suggests the authorities of the “main enemy”. In addition to Russia and its imaginary "aggression", it is again a "red communist revenge". And, of course, its main carrier is the Communist Party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko. And they want to remove the Communists from the struggle even before it starts - by banning the Communist Party itself by a court decision now. For what? And not important. But a good reason will be found - the anti-state position and aiding the "Russian aggressor."
Many arrogantly claim that all this is being done in order to divert public attention from failures in the civil war in the southeast and to carry out the necessary political and economic reforms. But the president refuses to believe it. And calls on all to follow his example - to fight against the "red revenge" and "aggression." And the rest, they say, will follow after defeating the enemies.
And most importantly - to prevent a possible social revolution in the fall of 2014, which, as you understand, will again be with unpredictable results. Because "the whole world of violence" can be destroyed. And maybe the Ukrainians, it will even succeed. But who will answer the next question of the “Internationale”: what will happen next? What will the struggle again come against someone, and not for something?
The current government again proposes to fight. This time, for fulfilling the conditions of the IMF and the Association Agreement, which will immediately make everyone in Ukraine "evuropeyatsyamy." But will they know about it in Europe? ..
... And in Ukraine on this occasion - about the struggle of Ukrainians with all imaginable and inconceivable enemies - there is a rather “bearded”, but no less symbolic and charming anecdote:
