Near Moscow you can see the unique military equipment of the Second World War.
7 July 2014 - Wargaming invites guests to the largest battlefield festival in Russia. The event, which is part of the global “We Remember Everything” initiative, will take place on the 12 – 13 July weekend at the Dubosekovo junction in the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow region. Wargaming will be the general partner of the festival.
On the “Battlefield”, more than 20 units of heavy equipment and weapons from the Great Patriotic War will be demonstrated, including unique operating models: the Soviet tank T-35А and the German assault rifle StuH 42 Ausf. G. The Yak-18 and U-2 aircraft will appear in the sky.
July 12 program of the first day on the "battlefield" will summarize the performance of the group "Lube".
On any day of the festival, visitors will be able to see the reconstruction of military operations “Summer 1941. Counterstroke ”and“ Summer of 1944. Operation Bagration. Tank breakthrough ”, visit interactive museum sites, shops and souvenir shops, as well as chat with reenactors, modelers and members of search teams.

About the festival "Battlefield"
"Battlefield" is one of the most ambitious militaryhistorical festivals in Russia. Its main feature is the demonstration of a unique collection of samples of military equipment. Visitors will be shown legendary combat vehicles: Soviet tanks T-26, T-34/76, T-34/85, German PzKpfw V Ausf. G "Panther" and many others.
More than 1000 people from 90 military historical clubs of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and other countries will take part in reconstructions of the battles of the Great Patriotic War.
Organizers evaluate the potential attendance of the festival at 10 000 people daily.
