According to Dmitry Rogozin, who for obvious reasons was also present at the meeting, the dynamics of financing looked as follows: 2011 year - state guarantees in the amount of 122,5 billion rubles, 2012 - about 188 billion rubles, 2013 - 362,27 billion rubles.

At the same time, Rogozin emphasized that the growth in the volume of state guarantees in terms of support for enterprises participating in the implementation of the state defense order is associated with the growth of the state armament program. Such concerns arise, if only for the reason that the other day the Chief Military Prosecutor Fridinsky announced the extent of non-compliance with the GOZ and other violations in the field of work with the state defense order.
