The “Peace Plan” for the South-East, the implementation of which was vaguely and mysteriously announced by the Acting Defense Minister Mikhail Koval, is a classic example of such a “trojan”. This political virus is being masked for the time being under the “unilateral cease-fire.” When? The answer is striking in its ambiguity: "just the other day." This, I repeat, says the Minister of Defense. Maybe tomorrow. Or the day after tomorrow. Or ever. So what do we know about the plan? It is assumed that the president gives an order for a unilateral cease-fire. The deadlines for the cessation of hostilities are not defined, but they will be “very short”. During this time, I quote, "members of illegal armed groups must disarm, and Russian mercenaries are obliged to leave the country." And there is another interesting passage: "we must immediately get the support of the civilian population." Miners throw helmets into the air, women go to the square with portraits of the new Ukrainian leadership, the children eat the right chocolates, everyone laughs and express “strong support”.
Do you understand anything? I personally do not. Some Russian mercenaries must very quickly, in a very short time, leave. Not Russian mercenaries have to pass someone weapon. They can not leave. Then, with the stormy support of the civilian population, they will either be shot or given a life sentence. The corresponding statement was made by speaker Alexander Turchinov. Very encouraging prospect. Especially given the passionate desire of the authorities to tightly close the Ukrainian-Russian border.

What is this nonsense? They cannot even determine the “degree of Russia's involvement” in the conflict, so they do not know how long it will take to implement the “peace plan”. Then, according to counsel Arsen, should continue the "recruitment of volunteer patriotic units of the National Guard." How to connect this with the settlement of the situation in the South-East? It is very simple: the more punitive-minded patriotically, the more successful the “peace plan”. Further Anton suffered, as he spoke of some "personal program of action." Feel insane situation? The man was asked to talk about the president’s peace plan. As a result, a “Gerashchenko plan” appears, which consists in “disconnecting Russian television channels, Russian Internet sites that carry filth and propaganda”. After all, why the ATO began? Because the population had been reading dirty sites, had seen enough NTV, took the machines in their hands and began to successfully crush Bandera. This, as it turned out, does not correspond to the “Gerashchenko plan”, which is trying to copy the style of Victoria Syumar, who recently escaped from the National Security and Defense Council. She also turned off the TV channels, struggled with Internet sites, and now she is in a deep depression, because she realized that in Donetsk “the proletarian revolution had begun” and “that for a long time”. Gerashchenko, of course, did not understand anything. This is not its function. He is going to "carry out explanatory work among the population on the causes of the emergence of terrorists and on the role of the Russian Federation in all of this."

In the meantime, in order to implement the peace plan of the head of state, the already mentioned Koval, who thinks he is the minister of defense, proposed the creation of the Special Operations Force in the army. Koval has seen enough television programs about the actions of such a unit in the Russian Federation. Moreover, he personally received a foot in the jaw from the ensign of the Russian SSO unit in the Crimea and decided that it would be useful to create something similar in Ukraine. I now do not understand how this all is connected with the settlement of the situation in the South-East? In the area of the ATO already runs thirty some special units with marvelous names "Sich", "Azov", "Narnia", "Chronicles", "Fighting Fagots". The battalion "Donbass" Sema is the third composition on Independence gaining. And that's all, bitch, special squad. There is only one conclusion: no peace plan is even discussed. There is an attempt to create at least some semblance of an efficient group in order to clean the Donbass once and for all. That is the essence of the peace plan. Forces, blah, special operations. Who will we recruit there? And the answer to this question is given by the Verkhovna Rada, which adopted in the first reading the draft law “on military service”. Now all men under the age of 60 are considered military service. If you are an officer, then up to 65 years. The difference between retirement age and recruitment almost disappears. Nothing can be done, the peace plan requires a lot of cannon fodder.
