A new series from Oboronservis. Dynkov wait Vasilyeva?
63
The defendants of the extensive Oboronservis case, Natalya Dynkova and her son Nikolay Dynkov, were convicted by the court of committing a crime under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”. The court sentenced Natalya Dyn'kova to three years of imprisonment with serving in a colony-settlement, and Nikolay Dyn'kov, recognized by the court as an accomplice of a crime, to two years. In addition, the Dynkov relatives must pay a fine of 200 thousand rubles. Reports about it ITAR-TASS.
The Central Investigation Department of the RF IC has been collecting evidence that the Dynkovs participated in a fraudulent scheme involving the lease of 6000 square meters. m of real estate front company "Storyalls" (the company was framed on Nikolai Dynkov), in turn, sublet the same thousand square meters. As a result, it turned out that due to frauds with the rent of state property, the Dynkovs made a profit of approximately 11 million rubles. The evidence to the court seemed exhaustive.
If the terms of imprisonment in Russia depended on the amount of amounts actually stolen from the state (unpaid to the budget), one of the main persons involved in the Oboronservis case Evgeny Vasilyev should hypothetically receive at least several hundred years of imprisonment ... This figure appears based on a comparison of the amounts and the terms of Dynkovykh with billions of frauds of Vasilyeva, in which the investigation suspects her. But after all, the Russian court is the most humane in the world, like the legislation. Anatoly Serdyukov knows this better than others.
