Andropov as a forerunner of perestroika

Andropov as a forerunner of perestroika

100 years ago, 15 June 1914, was born General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee and political father of “foremen of perestroika” Yury Vladimirovich Andropov. Andropov's Figure stories Russia, even though he ruled for just over a year, can be considered unique. He ruled for just over a year (November 1982 - February 1984), but left a legacy that played a decisive role in the fate of the Soviet Union.

Andropov actively began to eradicate the shortcomings of the nomenclature, restore discipline in society and at the same time became the “politically father” of Mikhail Gorbachev and other “superintendents of perestroika”, who literally in several years crushed the great Red Empire, which Joseph Stalin left the Soviet people.

Yuri Andropov is called the “forerunner of perestroika” and there is truth in this statement. Now it is obvious that the USSR collapsed not because the socialist experiment ended in failure, the people rejected the system, and the country could not stand the competition with the capitalist Western world. They argued that the USSR allegedly could not stand the arms race and turned out to be economically untenable in the 80s. However, this is a blatant lie. Just a certain group of people wanted to hide their crime before the people. To legalize their wealth, plunder the country and obtain the official status of "owners of life" of the USSR and destroyed.

Obviously, the decisive word in the collapse of the USSR, and in preparation for the collapse of the great country, was played by the Soviet "elite". The current experience of all kinds of “color” and Arab revolutions shows that internal socio-economic problems and public discontent are not enough for a change of power in the country. With strong power, the people can express dissatisfaction as much as they like, they will ignore it, or they will simply arrange for an exponential shooting from machine guns or crush it tanks like in China. Crucial is the mood of the "elite", or a significant part of it.

One of the most vulnerable points of the USSR was the contradiction between power and property, the status of the Soviet "elite". The Soviet nomenklatura possessed enormous power, controlled the resources of the superpower, but personally the wealth of the USSR did not belong to the representatives of the “elite”. Everything belonged to the people. As a result, the desire to turn from clerks-managers was a powerful motive not for strengthening socialism and implementing Stalin’s plans to create the first world society of creation and ministry in the USSR (and not for consumption), but for “reforming” the system in its favor.

In the 1930-s of the Soviet "elite", three factors prevented the transfer to "normal" capitalist rails, that is, the redistribution of property in their favor. Firstly, the revolutionary, "Bolshevik" sentiments of a significant part of the leaders of society and the overwhelming majority of the people. The former exploiting classes were destroyed or fled abroad, grabbing hundreds of millions of gold rubles of popular property. The insignificant part hid itself, adapted itself or adopted a new order from the heart, serving it conscientiously. The society was full of enthusiasm and energy, the people really built a bright future. And with my own eyes I saw how reality is changing for the better - illiteracy was eliminated, thousands of schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, creative houses, music and art schools, clubs (not in the current sense of the word, there were places for the development and manifestation of creative abilities of the person), erected thousands of enterprises. Across the country, implemented dozens of large-scale infrastructure projects. Life was rapidly changing for the better. The press, cinema, theaters promoted the image of a new Soviet person who embodied all the good basic qualities of a Russian person - justice, hard work, humanity, rejection of evil, resilience, courage and chastity (purity).

Therefore, the betrayal of the "elite" could cause a sharp rejection and instant response. I had to carefully conceal my “elite” ambitions. Secondly, Joseph Stalin pursued the creation of a new society (Empire of justice; What killed Stalin). Russia-USSR, after the hardest trials that threatened the death of Russian civilization, was finally lucky with the leader. This strong-willed and wise person, a Georgian of “Russian nationality,” wholeheartedly loved the peoples of the Russian civilization and began to pursue a course that fully revealed the great potential of Russia. Under his leadership, the USSR became a superpower, which became a model for all mankind. The Soviet Union showed the world a brilliant alternative to the slave (capitalist) order that the Western world was building. The germ of the society of the future was created. Societies where a person builds and serves the Motherland not for money or from under the whip, but for the realization of their spiritual, intellectual and creative potential.

The Stalin course received the strongest support among the people. The Russian people finally saw the real leader. People built order that was in the interests of the overwhelming majority of the population. There was a return to the normal hierarchical "pyramid", where the highest posts were occupied by decent people. When the creators, designers, pilots, experts, Heroes of the Soviet Union, foremost workers, professors, the best teachers, and doctors occupied the top of the hierarchy, received honor and were financially rewarded. Now this “pyramid” is turned upside down: various parasites, “jesters”, tradesmen on the top, and the laboring masses, the “salt of the earth” are exploited and reduced to the position of disenfranchised, slave masses. At the same time, people with the help of the media are subjected to total “zombies” aimed at the degradation of their spiritual, intellectual and physical potential (the classical non-slave system).

Thirdly, in 1930-1940-e years there was a question about the survival of the USSR, the people and the leadership. Explicit opponents of the policy of building socialism in one country - the Trotskyists-internationalists, were destroyed. A significant part went to the "ideological underground", that is, officially supported the course of Stalin, applauded and expressed consent, but retained its parasitic essence. Hoping at a convenient moment to stab in the back of the USSR. The independence and security of the country in these harsh years was the key to their existence. At this time it was necessary not to divide property, but to strengthen the country. Therefore, the enemies of socialism are hidden.

The liquidation of Stalin and Beria allowed this group to start the first “perestroika” led by Khrushchev (Betrayal of the USSR. Perestroika Khrushchev; "Khrushchev" as the first restructuring). However, the potential of the Stalinist system was too powerful and had transcendent strength (the Russian Federation is still driving through this foundation). Therefore, a group that was unhappy with the destabilization of the system and was afraid of the acute reaction of the army and the people who were dissatisfied with Khrushchev's “reforms” turned the experiment off.

In the middle of the 1960s, the economy produced stable incomes, the accumulated nuclear potential and the strength of the armed forces guaranteed security. In foreign policy, it was possible to allow a course for the "peaceful coexistence of the two systems." Stalinism, as the embodiment of rapid development, discipline, general mobilization and responsibility of the elite, remained in the past. The elite had the opportunity to "relax."

If in 1930-1940-s almost all the resources of the country went to increase defenses, to accelerate the development of basic and breakthrough directions and industries, to increase the intellectual and cultural capabilities of the population, now it was possible to increase the level of comfort. Naturally, first and foremost privileged groups. Began a rapid process of decomposition of the "elite". In this situation, the influence of that part of the public "pyramid", which under Stalin was in its place, quickly increased. The influence of those who allocated resources, not only parts of the “elite” group and its household and acquaintances, but also workers in the services and trade sectors, has grown. As a result, the process of restoring a proper and healthy hierarchy in society, when there are workers of the scientific, intellectual spheres and warriors at the top of the "pyramid", interrupted and took a reverse course. Now merchants, speculators, "shadow businesses", etc. were held in high esteem. It is clear that this process was not one-time, the foundation in the USSR was still healthy, teachers, instructors, designers, doctors and officers were still valued and were held in high esteem. This process reached its peak in 1990-2000-s. When the "pyramid" was finally turned around.

In those areas of the economy where control was difficult, in particular in agriculture or trade, unrecorded goods, products appeared or disappeared, which were then sold through state trading networks or collective farm markets. The shadow economy, and then the black market, began to develop actively. Underground millionaires appeared, their bond with representatives of the authorities took place. Especially these processes developed in the national republics, in the Caucasus and Central Asia. Here, the survival of leadership contributed to the remnants of the primitive communal system, with its cronyism, nepotism. In the national republics, entire mafia clans arose, where the power was closely intertwined with the shadow (and "black") economy. In Moscow, they preferred to close their eyes to this in order not to stir up the water. As a result, the national "elites" became one of the most powerful detachments of the "fifth column" that crushed the USSR. Local representatives of the "elite" dreamed of legalizing their wealth and sitting on the neck of the common people. Become "presidents", "premiers", "governors" (parochial khans and bays) to officially rob people.

At the same time, in the Soviet society itself, against the background of criticism of the “cult of personality” and “thaw,” an ideological crisis was brewing. The society lost its goal, the people felt that they were being deceived. The period of "developed socialism" was delayed and it became obvious that the authorities were not going to build communism. Soviet propaganda was becoming more absurd and clumsy. The country began to openly promote Western values, to show the "beautiful life" of the Western bourgeois with villas and several cars for one family. Void began to fill the seductive pictures of Western life.

All this was superimposed on the real domestic problems of the Soviet man. Instead of investing in advanced development and making a breakthrough in the future, the Soviet leadership was preparing for the wars of the past with their tank armadas and thousands of artillery systems, riveted thousands of tanks and aircraft. Although one could think of a more active development of light industry.

Naturally, in such an environment in the Soviet "elite" could not appear influential people who decided to radically change the course of the country. Andropov, who from 1967 to 1982 the year headed the KGB and was one of the most dedicated people in the country, and was such a man. This explains both the failure of propaganda, although it had all the tools to properly educate the population, and oddities in the “struggle” against dissidents, when “repressions” against them led only to the growing popularity of opponents of Soviet power, and the inaction of the powerful intelligence services during the collapse of the USSR.

By the middle of the 1980-s, the process of preparing a large-scale "restructuring" was basically completed. Including the cleaning of security agencies, the Interior Ministry and the armed forces, which could have prevented the operation to transfer state property into the hands of private individuals. It was Andropov who conducted the main part of the operation called “perestroika”. Actually, Gorbachev's “perestroika” was only a visible part of a huge iceberg. And Gorbachev himself became a frank “scapegoat” for which the people poured out their hatred. This is an ordinary "parsley", which simply implemented the plan, in the essence of which, it was hardly dedicated. He had enough of external brilliance, trinkets ("beads"), which he was handed to him with pleasure by the enemies of Russian civilization. Absolutely empty and controlled figure.

No need to think that two or three Soviet leaders gathered, including Gorbachev, and destroyed everything. For the destruction of the USSR, it was necessary to coordinate the efforts of several thousand representatives of the central and local "elite". In 1950-1970-ies. in the USSR there were elite clans who decided that the destruction of the USSR was beneficial to them. They wanted to raise their social status to “masters of life” and become the absolute masters of people's property, to get the opportunity to transfer property and status by inheritance. To do this, and conducted a "restructuring".

Andropov not only did not stop their activities, but also headed, trying to preserve the core of the USSR, but in an updated form. The new Union was supposed to end the confrontation with the West and become part of European civilization. The post-Soviet elite clans, having redistributed people's property into their own hands, were to become on par with the old world (western) clan families and join the world hierarchy. The late Soviet "elite" was oriented to the West, including by integrating part of the Soviet economy into the world market - trade in raw materials.

In the Russian Federation, the situation has become even more aggravated, this is the root of the current tragedy of Little Russia, when the Russian “elite” simply cannot challenge the West, as they are completely tied to Europe by the lives of children and property, and their cultural and intellectual content. Although Western elite clans will never allow Russian and all post-Soviet representatives of the “elite” to rise to their level, they will always be slaves and lackeys for them. True, this does not prevent them from inviting to all sorts of "elite" gatherings, to include in all orders, closed clubs, to award them with "bead-medals."

Do not blame Andropov. And how much he did for the KGB! He simply naively believed that young people would solve all problems. That's just with the goat-dangerous Gorbachev miscalculated. This is pure coincidence. This happens in history.

This is not an accident, there were programs on REN-TV that stated in plain text: Gorbachev, being in the Politburo, visited the United States many times and every time he disappeared from sight of foreign intelligence for several hours. This was reported to the head of the KGB, Andropov. He called Gorbachev to him, they talked about something, but no punishment should be given. It is clear that an honest man will not hide from his spies, he simply does not notice them. And Gorbachev used the methods of highly qualified espionage organizations. And from this it follows that the author of the destruction of the USSR was a traitor who was sitting in the chair of the head of the KGB, otherwise Gorbachev would be shot.

Andropov was the best of all the leaders that I could remember. And the fact that he elevated Gorbachev - so everyone made mistakes, even Stalin. Although Stalin did not mean to make Khrushch his successor, he still raised him high enough to make an attempt to seize power. Unfortunately the attempt was successful. It would be better if the liberals were now breathing the name of Khrushchev, as "an innocently executed" victim of "Stalin's repressions."

I guys don't care about you: "Rafik has nothing to blame." The fact that Stalin made a mess of such a Trotskyist bastard as Khrushch is his greatest mistake. Tolley overlooked, roofing felts did not have time to figure out (after all, this bastard did not give a real reason to suspect him of something, he did it in general, as ordered), before he was poisoned (I personally agree with this position, the autopsy should show. Why this do not do?)

Each manager must bear full responsibility for his activities. And when he pushes up executive bastards, who in reality care only for selfish interests, then in the end it is his fault.

Over a rather long period of time, it was precisely the sneaks and executive people who are unprincipled and uninitiated, so that no matter what the order, even the most idiotic one, they would rush to execute it with a puppy screech. But at the same time, leaders of higher ranks always keep in mind, initiative people, purposeful, competent people, who, in the case of a large schukher, could pull the situation into a stable channel. Each working forum member can, and not only can, but he himself sees such a situation in life with his own eyes

Well then, this is a national trait. But personally acquainted with many Jews ...
Of course they are terribly assholes awful, but I remember the words of my former colleague Aaron:
"A real Jew is not one who will earn a good deal, a real Jew is one who will earn a good deal to everyone around him, including himself!"
At that time in our unit there was a fierce struggle against smoking (the deputy tried to educate). Therefore, there was a problem with smoking and the only person who managed to get it to the bewilderment of the authorities was Aaronchik. But he did not pinch, but simply handed out sometimes free then)
How he got out of the unit (the chip was extremely far ~ 2km) and managed to return in 20 minutes no one knows. Personally, I thought that he had agreed with someone from the locals.

About Andropov - I agree completely. And what about the fact that Gorbachev was elevated - he needed to be introduced into the Politburo and win over people to his side. Error? Yes!. But Gorbachev came to real power after Andropov's death. And even as secretary general, Andropov was deeply ill, constantly dependent on the "artificial kidney" apparatus, and he had a bunch of other health problems. For health reasons, he could not lead, but he was forced to do so. And the people remember him!
In general, the country was simply unlucky. After the death of Chernenko, one or two votes decided - who will be at the helm: Gorbachev or Romanov. Romanov was craped about the wedding of his daughter, either in the Hermitage, or with a service from the Hermitage. It was a lie, but the sediment remained - Gorbachev came to power. And we have what we have.

The General Secretaries of the USSR after Stalin were the same screen as the US Presidents after Roosevelt. There were interest groups that put forward Khrushchev, Brezhnev, etc.
Do not be naive. The only one who kept these interest groups in check was Stalin. And even he did not overlook and they killed him, and then they cleaned his proteges and associates (Beria, Merkulov and others).

About A.Yu.V. there is still a lot to learn, it was he who gave dissidence the status of a political force, put on a scientific basis ridicule of the fundamental foundations of that society with the help of Bakhtin's "carnival theory", returning the latter from exile. The actions on inspections in cinemas and baths, apart from irritation from the performers and laughter from the inspected, did not bring anything, since the society of late socialism badly needed economic, social and political reforms and it was impossible to change the situation with KGB inspections. It is necessary to investigate his relations with the leaders of the world social international, who moved him up the career ladder, the fate of his rivals will probably clarify a lot.

We are with you, dear government,
In this difficult time for homeland,
      Raising the price of alcohol
You can count on us again.

      We understand the increase is
No matter how you cut it or curse it,
      Serves to strengthen the budget,
That is, the prosperity of Russia.

      To a doctor, miner, engineer
      Pay on time salary
With understanding we will meet this measure,
Gritting our teeth, we will continue to drink.

      Achieve economic growth -
This is the motto of today's authorities,
If they say to hell to get drunk,
Let's get drunk all over the country.

      Pave the way to paradise
      We can only come together.
      May drinkers help drinkers
      Dragging them with a drag.

Andropov took charge of the country in November 1982. Many, many fell under his charm. Including I am a sinner. Andropov’s articles and his speeches - after streams of rounded Brezhnev idle talk - seemed like a sip of something fresh, smart, energetic. Yuri Vladimirovich conquered hearts with words about increasing labor productivity, that we need to seriously study the society in which we live and which we do not know at all. Now, years later, you understand: people yearned for a new way. Andropov, having come after the late Brezhnev, was perceived approximately as early Putin - after Yeltsin. Society longed for a strong hand, order, dynamism. The Brezhnev years were perceived as a mess and weakness. Yuri Vladimirovich was credited with much of what they themselves were striving for. And Andropov was lucky: the period of his supreme reign was too short. Having ascended the throne in November 1982, he died already in February 1984. It simply did not have time to be disappointed.

After this visit, EBoN soared to the top, contrary to the rules for promoting the nomenclature. I wonder what such outstanding abilities, well, except that he could suck a bottle of water at a time, noticed YuV in EBoN? After a trip to the Caucasus, Leni and his negotiations on three on the platform - Gorbachev, Brezhnev, Andropov, as famously two "faces" of perestroika - Gorbachev and Shevardnadze, ended up at the very top. If he were alive, in Ukraine there would definitely not be such a mess.
He was a man of iron endurance, clear intellect and great will, a true leader.
    Not like now.
With him, there wasn’t such a disagreement in the PV (then the KGB of the USSR), BMPs just didn’t ride through our territory through the state border.
OSpn "Alpha" and "Vympel" were created under him.
And scum anywhere in the world, if they screwed Russia, then they certainly didn’t feel safe, if they managed to leave alive, then they went on and looked around for the rest of their short life. The KGB of the USSR had long arms, they could turn any scum into a ram’s horn.

It was really a shield and a sword of the country.

Compared with the Western elite, they will not allow our servants and their table in our servants. In vain they turned away from HIS PEOPLE, the people despise them, and they have no place among the Western people. Here they are bewildered and we can accept the West to shed their hair and grease them a little . Probably true systemic crisis ...

Andropov was the most mysterious of all Soviet leaders. And the most controversial. He put dissidents in psychiatric hospitals and at the same time provided them with a career in the West. He strengthened the USSR and quietly undermined its foundations. He fought with the Western way of life and adored him in his soul. His main mistake is a rapprochement with the West, an attempt to merge the Soviet and Western systems, the so-called convergence. And perhaps this was not a mistake but an intentional matter. Andropov could not fail to understand that in the event of a merger of the Soviet elite, they simply would not be given equal status, and they would try to make the country a raw materials appendage. And the appointment of Gorbachev then seems completely logical.

For such a characteristic, Stalin is BIG +. As for the repressions (so, if you recall the French, then PRIVATE heads were chopped up, they even invented a typewriter), so by virtuous exhortations, a great power, alas, cannot be built without violence - no one will respect. The discharge of the potential of suicide of global civilization was supposed in the project of convergence of the two opposing systems, which (at least since Herbert Wells visited Soviet Russia in 1920) has been developing both in terms of theoretical justification (starting from Pitirim Sorokin) and in terms of its promotion into real politics (F.D. Roosevelt, J.F. Kennedy, Yu.V. Andropov, M.S. Gorbachev).

The convergence project is focused on the unification of social management on a global scale and involves the construction of a socio-economic system that has the virtues of Marxist pseudo-socialism and capitalism based on the ideas of liberalism and, at the same time, free from their shortcomings. At present, this project is the basis of the GP policy with respect to all countries, and, in particular, in relation to their civilized part, hidden from the layman.

It was during the implementation of the convergence project at the first stage that Marxist pseudo-socialism in the USSR and in other countries of the socialist camp under the leadership of the KGB of the USSR and the Central Committee of the CPSU was eliminated. And now, at the second stage, the next step is the elimination of bourgeois liberalism. These circumstances are key to understanding the roles of the KGB of the USSR and Yu.V. Andropov personally in the liquidation of the USSR and the world system of Marxist pseudo-socialism, as well as everything that happens in post-Soviet Russia and in global politics.

A natural question may arise: Why was the USSR with its pseudo-socialism, and not the USA, first liquidated? Indeed, in the countries of pseudo-socialism, the consumption race was condemned as a manifestation of "philistinism", unworthy of man, but consumption standards were still much lower than the consumption standards of the West, which was and remains the locomotive of the rampant consumption race?

The answer to this question is that the GP knew perfectly well what danger lies in the incomplete construction of pseudo-socialism due to the fault of JV Stalin, which, however, could not go on forever: sooner or later there would be people in the USSR who understood if there were a substantial difference between pseudo-socialism and socialism, they would expose the essence of “Marxism” and create a true theory of the construction of socialism, after which no “perestroika” in the USSR, and, therefore, its liquidation would be impossible.

That is, the USSR had to be destroyed before the construction of real socialism entered the stage of irreversibility. In other words, it is all about the danger priorities for the SOE, i.e. what is more difficult to suppress - the growth of the consumption race or the construction of a new society in which its intellectual and moral potential is more fully revealed? The answer is obvious - building a new society.
