The cost of construction of the submarine "Yuri Dolgoruky" amounted to 23 billion rubles, including the development of the project took 9 billion rubles, the construction - 14 billion rubles. "Yuri Dolgoruky" (project 955 "Borey") has a displacement of 14700 / 24000 tons. Dimensions - 170x13,5x9 meter. The maximum depth of the dive is 450 meters, the speed is 15 / 29 nodes, the crew is 107 people, including 55 officers.
