“We have been holding onto Gaydar’s region for twenty years”Therefore, in China - economic growth, and in Russia - quite the opposite

The secret of China's economic miracle has once again become one of the popular topics. Vladimir Putin’s recent visit to this country once again showed that our eastern neighbor had become an industrial giant interested in large-scale energy purchases.

Many analysts have called Moscow a great success in signing a contract for the supply of Russian gas to China, and this is an evil irony. The USSR and then the Russian Federation conducted reforms under the slogan of getting rid of commodity dependence, and as a result, the share of oil and gas revenues in the budget only grew. In turn, China, which began its transformation just a few years earlier than us, has achieved impressive industrial success.

Why didn't we succeed in what China managed?

Third-world expert, State Duma deputy Vyacheslav Nikolaevich Tetekin analyzes the causes of the Chinese economic miracle and the failures of Russian reforms.

Ryzhkov proposed a gradual modernization of the industry, but Gorbachevites prevailed

- China for many years shows very high growth rates. This indicates that their economic strategy is correct, otherwise over a short period of success there would have been a failure. The fallacy of the policy becomes apparent in two or three years, and we hold onto Gaydarovism for twenty years. This is not done by a great mind: for it is clear that such a policy is wrong and it is high time to change it.

Let me remind you that at the end of 80-s we were standing at a fork: either follow the path of China, modify the system, or break everything and start from scratch. Gorbachev said that the system was to blame for everything, it was implicitly believed that it was fundamentally irreformable. So we decided to break everything to the ground first, and then, maybe, we will succeed.

There was a conflict between the team, conditionally associated with the name of Mikhail Gorbachev, and the team of Nikolai Ryzhkov. Ryzhkov proposed a gradual modernization of the industry, but Gorbachevites prevailed. They were not at odds with the economy, but were able to operate with theoretical concepts.

The blame lies primarily on Gorbachev, but not only. The political system of the Soviet Union was built in such a way that the opinion of the Secretary General outweighed the opinion of the entire CPSU, the entire state. By the way, the party itself has already sounded the alarm: it has already become clear that we are not going there. But Gorbachev’s opinion turned out to be stronger, and, following the wrong path, we came to today's results.

The Chinese have managed to combine the advantages of the state and market economy.

Is the experience of China and the Soviet Union relevant for us now? Fortunately, the industrial and scientific potential in our country is preserved, and there is a chance to rise. Successful reforms in China started in conditions when the situation in this country was worse than what we have now. So it's all about political will and strategy.

The Western school dominates us about the maximum reduction of the state’s impact on the economy, but the West itself has refused these recipes, and all the more China strictly controls its economy. The Chinese were able to combine the advantages of the state and market economy. There is nothing complicated about it, although, of course, I don’t say that it is quite simple. Nevertheless, experience in this regard is sufficient.

Does this mean that there are no problems in China? No, it does not mean, and it is no coincidence that the Chinese Communist Party is studying not only the positive, but also the negative experience of the USSR. I know that the Chinese partners are constantly turning to the Communist Party of the Russian Federation with a request to tell about the reasons for the defeat of the Soviet model of socialism. In China, they do not idealize their success and closely monitor what is happening in their own country.

They do not deny that 400 of millions of Chinese living in coastal, free economic zones has achieved wealth, but there are still 800 of millions of people who have a different life. If the problems of hundreds of millions of villagers are not resolved, the consequences will be disastrous. Without further ado, in China there is a renewal of personnel, and so they are struggling with harshness. This is one of the reasons for their economic growth: after all, the country's leadership is fueled by new energy.

Not to say that in China they make no mistakes. They do it like everywhere else. But their common vector of development is most likely correct.

Now our country has come a period: either pan or disappear. Crimea already, and Novorossiya, will soon be on the maintenance. The existence of Russia will depend on how we economically manage these "pilot" projects. On the foreign arena, everything is in order, but inside the country .... The current liberal cabinet, headed by a dim-witted LADY + corruption at all levels will only lead to decline. There are no specific plans for modernizing the economy (except for the military-industrial complex), only due to the state defense order, many enterprises are kept afloat. The engine of business is cheap loans, but they don't even talk about it ...
If the GDP does not disperse thieves and loafers there will be an ass. So far it's sad ...

Yes, it’s not the genes that matter, and the international has nothing to do with it. It's just that someone needs the Russian Federation to choke in the Gaidar region. Someone has a very big bakshish from this. They invented macroeconomics in order to row big. But since these people are still in power, the result for, as they say, ordinary people is deplorable.

We must carry out a "new industrialization" and return to the country the production of many goods that the Chinese are successfully producing ... This will solve the problem of regional employment and fill the market, it will also raise the need for technical education ... Establish different taxation for different income levels and different types of activities ... It seems to me that all this is quite realizable ... Otherwise, everything will remain as it is and we will walk under the shadow of the national family trade mafias from the South-Armenian, Azerbaijan and others ... To forget Gaidar and Chubais once and for all- they are just speculators and nothing else ...

But there is no need to tell tales: China is also in recession, a slowdown in growth. And if you think that everyone in China lives like the middle class in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, then you are deeply mistaken. Where did the "global factory" come from? From cheap labor, from extensive industry. Yes, a lot of advanced industrial production is located in China, but this is by no means the success of the Chinese technological genius, but the factories that were stupidly built by Europeans and Japanese. And if now the bourgeoisie begin to withdraw production from the country (and there is progress towards this), then China will only have to return to stealing technologies and embodying them in its version on the basis of rapidly aging capacities.
The fault of our capitalist ministers is not that they did not follow the Chinese path, but that they ruined Soviet industry and the scientific school without creating anything new in their place, stupidly following the path of exporting raw materials and importing everything else.

I have liked the Chinese for a long time. Not in terms of kissing them passionately, but in the fact that the Communist Party of China did not let go of the power, did not allow the collapse of the country, switched to capitalism quite deliberately, without "shock therapy", corruption was suppressed quite harshly, right up to execution, they did not allow " "key positions of the economy (heavy industry, transport, electric power, banking system). Of course, it was not without dislocations like the red guards, iron smelting in every yard. But they quickly coped with this, at the same time dispersed their beloletochnikov on their "Maidan". And, taking into account our sad experience, they continue to develop their PLANNED economy at the state level. They do not make hasty decisions, but do only what is beneficial to them, without listening to any "advisers". In this regard, I envy them, although I consider them rather dangerous neighbors.

Specialist in the history of the Krasnoyarsk police D.A. Bugaev, traditionally talking about the victories of Golikov, allegedly won in battles with the Solovyovites, considered it necessary to indicate that the reason for his withdrawal from his post was the shootings of captured bandits that he admitted.
Golikov was no different from other representatives of the red military, who could transfer their hatred of an armed and fighting enemy to the surrounding population. Being psychologically exhausted, in a state of constant stress, he was the initiator and participant in executions, other crimes typical of the Civil War.

A wonderful example of demagoguery! Golikov / Gaidar is 18 years old (full) to the quotes mentioned in the commentary, so don’t advocate, he won’t be a youngster.

No no - on the contrary, back to the source:
            1. Removal from office on denunciation of his own subordinates for the extrajudicial execution of prisoners (This means that he "got" his fellow executioners so much! I would not "get it" without limits - there would be no denunciation!).
            2. The Red Terror over the conquered population took the form of red banditry - extrajudicial reprisal against the conquered population, in the implementation of which A.P. Golikov took an active part as commander of the CHON (this is a generalization of statistics).
You, having summed up a little, swapped the arguments (since you were just too lazy to read the article indicated in the link!) And try to make your opponent inadequate! Shulers (in the absence of electric light in the 19th century) were beaten with candelabra (read what a candelabrum is).

By and large, this fundamental non-competitiveness of Russia is our verdict, and no exceptions can correct this unsightly fact. For example, China throughout the zero years has been actively increasing its own production of metal, against the backdrop of growing global and domestic demand - and now Chinese metal is replacing Russian metal everywhere, since it is cheaper. At the same time, in the pre-crisis period, while prices were high, Russian metallurgists could also find a sale for their products, with the only difference that the prime cost was higher, and they had to be content with a lower margin. Now the situation is different and the metallurgy industry in Russia is unprofitable - in fact, Mechel is already warning of a possible default of its own. The plant in Karelian Nadvoitsy is capable of producing aluminum at a cost price of $ 5000 per ton. Now on the LME it costs $ 1740 per ton. This plant has no future - and, what is much worse, there is no future for the people working there. And - everything that is tied to this plant.

You are right about some things, I also believe that if we want to be competitive, we need to constantly invest in modernizing production. Well, it is impossible to compete with technologies of the 21st century on technologies of the middle of the last century, and the reason lies at the top, because the current owners of all these industries just got it all so, they did not create it, they just skimmed the cream "and after us, even a flood." And time is running out if it's not gone, so soon it will be necessary not only to modernize, but to create everything from scratch and then oh, how hard it will be to break through to the world market. And with people what to do with these enterprises, which are now rapidly becoming obsolete, both morally and physically ? Most likely, what kind of government program is needed and the responsibility of the owners of production for modernization to the flesh to criminal, although there is another way to nationalize all energy, metallurgy, chemical, in a word, all strategic branches of the economy and introduce planned management, taking into account domestic consumption and with the analysis of external consumers

    - No! The author is wrong, but the article is "+". The West aimed to destroy the country, turning it into a "raw material appendage". For this, Western advisers "worked" on the Constitution of the new Russia. Apparently, the goal was to change the state system into an oligarchic one. In the steep 90s, there was a bandit redistribution of property, factories were falling apart, raw materials were cheaply sold abroad, nonferrous metals, for example, were bought by the Balts, well, almost for beads for the natives! We had to repeat the fate of Ukraine, do you think we have few national traitors? What was the cost of the war in Chechnya!
In general, it’s too expensive to break everything! The USSR was in many ways superior to the Western world; modernization of the economy and political reforms were needed, but much was taken under demolition. Only now Russia is reviving, trying to take its rightful place in the world.

What is the x-th economy growth with the growth of tariffs and taxes, and with lack of control and irresponsibility

... there is enough control .... the services are different every day. And one day there were already four checking services .... Damn !!!!!

The state must control the economy in any form! This, first of all, meets the conditions of state security. And if power neglects this, then power is not a tenant!

on the Tian-an-myn square in 1989 - that's where the CIA agents were hit with tanks in full: the American intelligence did not succeed in the "Maidan" in China, they were outsmarted by narrow-eyed

Why didn't we succeed in what China managed?
By the fact that people are no longer shot for "embezzlement on an especially large scale", an example for you is the case of Oboronservis.
Is the experience of China and the Soviet Union relevant for us now?
Of course, they put him to the wall at a time, and they will show on TV.

Gaidar brought to life the colonial economy under the dictation of his American bosses. The harm to the Russian people was colossal, but even greater harm - to continue to live with an economy subordinate to Western private financial institutions.

Industry and investment were not lured by the Chinese. And it has been written about that story a lot, but now a new interpreter has appeared. So why does the interpreter not justify the lack of Western investment during the Gorbachev-Yeltsin period? Or are the Chinese still more liberal in profit laws than we have under Yeltsin? Or having the most competitive product - energy carriers - do you need to save them trade for the future, until better times, but dream of breaking into the market with the best televisions and refrigerators?
The psaki only did not appear for a day, but they forgot what they considered to be their desire: uokraina is a strong and democratic country, in Russia the autocracy is under Western sanctions!

In order for Russia to become an industrial power, it is necessary: 1) to throw out all the oligarchs from the country and nationalize the entire industry, including medium-sized enterprises. 2) to bring to criminal liability all participants in the "privatization" with the confiscation of everything stolen, 3) to nationalize the bank and the banking system, Remove absolutely all commercial intermediary banks and leave only one bank in the country - the State. 3) return the Soviet education system, 4) nationalize all media outlets - only state programs should be broadcast on them. 5) introduce a system of public control over the state apparatus and strictly follow the rule of constant rotation of personnel. and so on. 6) introduce barriers against bonded labor contracts and the receipt of over-wages and over-profits, 7) introduce a differentiated taxation scale, 7) return to a planned economy in the main sectors of the economy, etc.
Well, do you think it will be done? Yeah, how about- "don't tell my slippers".

I wrote and will continue to write mediocrity, dumbasses, and by and large it’s a crime against my people and the state, the current economic policy of the highest authorities and the government. For 2013, GDP in Russia is just over 1%, in China - more than 7%, almost the first quarter of 2014 the same indicators, here only the expression begs, WELL LAWYERS, WHAT TO TAKE FROM THEM.

But there is no need to tell a fairy tale about the "genius" of the Chinese reformers! The secret of the casket is simple: the opening of sales markets by the Americans for China. Hence the inflow of investments and the transfer of industrial capacities. Due to the negative trade balance that developed subsequently for the Americans, etc. , the Chinese have to throw the grannies into the amerskie state papers. They put more than a trillion there.
And today for the Russian Federation there is a fundamental task: to engage in import substitution. Reducing imports in the Russian Federation will give 5-6% of GDP per year for about 10-15 years.
All these "left" stories about the super-duper economic genius of someone is not worth a damn. Any country, if you single out a large and solvent sales market (this was the basis for the so-called Marshall plans for Z. Europe and Asian miracle breakthroughs and the last - China) and give technology and dough, quickly enough will receive a powerful impetus for development.
