What army does not need Russia

9
What army does not need RussiaIt is what is not needed, because looking at our reformers, one gets the idea that they don’t want to see her strong in the “new look”. The fact that in the old guise she has outlived herself no doubt, but what she is being thrown into is not the best.

So let's start with the holy of holies, the very principle of manning, which is so exciting for the younger generation of young citizens and their parents. Judging by social surveys, the latter are even more concerned than their children. “Chad” is still somehow ready, although with reservations, to serve as an emergency service, but their parents mostly oppose it. Why? Let sociologists understand themselves. I see this in the fact that the State of us, the middle and older generation of its citizens, “threw” so many times that it no longer has any faith ...

In the army of "unnecessary Russia" a mixed principle of recruitment is proposed, where professional military personnel (sergeants, foremen, ensigns, officers and generals) form the backbone of the army, having a numerical minority of the total number of armed forces. Common sense and elementary operational calculations suggest that there is not enough “compact professional army” to protect one seventh land area. We must have a combat-ready self-sufficient army and no less combat-ready mobilization reserve. It was the mobilization reserve that we won the Great Patriotic War, because almost the entire regular Red Army fell in the battles of the first months of German aggression. Professional staff should be staffed with all command positions, except for some sergeant categories. Well, why do we need a professional sergeant at the post of commander of a branch in a guard company? But the commander of a motorized rifle, parachute or reconnaissance squad must be a professional military, but with one reservation - in parts of constant combat readiness (about them below).

Consider the option of recruiting a motorized rifle company. The company commander, his deputy and the commanders of the three motorized rifle platoons - officers, the commander of the 4 platoon (command and control and fire support platoon) - lieutenant (sergeant, sergeant). The calculations of this platoon are given to motorized rifle platoons or are under the direct command of a company commander (his deputy). Company technician, medical instructor, branch commanders (motorized rifle and collective weapons) and infantry fighting vehicles - professional sergeants. The rest of the posts in the company are staffed as conscripts, but with the proviso, these soldiers, with their annual service cycle, come to the army with basic knowledge and skills. These basic knowledge and skills should be given to them by the school and interschool educational institutions of pre-conscription training. They can be taken under the care of ROSTO-DOSAAF or the same Ministry of Defense. The experience of the functioning of such interschool educational institutions - training and production combines (CPC) in our country was there, however, senior pupils were trained for peaceful professions. One six-hour class a week would be enough. Such training should be covered by every student, regardless of his suitability for military service. After all, every citizen should be able to use the basic techniques and skills of action in the war period. The program for training schoolchildren in the UDP should replace the initial military training that once existed in Soviet schools, but with a number of specific features. More thorough professional training of future defenders of the Fatherland can be carried out within the framework of ROSTO institutions, by training in the military specialty. Such training pre-conscripts pass voluntarily (if there are medical indications) and (or) in the directions of the military commissariats. It is no different from the practice of DOSAAF. Such training can be carried out both on the basis of DOSAAF and the Ministry of Defense (military units and training centers). Moreover, in some cases, military units are personally involved in the preparation of their future conscription force, studying its moral and business qualities. There are many young men ready to master the skills of parachuting and shooting business, to get the right to manage wheeled or tracked vehicles, to study radio and information systems, or to acquire other professions close to military affairs. Again, a teenager will be somehow isolated from the negative influence of the “street”, more fully and specifically covered by the system of civil (patriotic) education. Kohl talking about the pre-draft training of young men, then something must be covered and girls-senior pupils. An alternative could be the same CPC on vocational training, “maternity education courses”, sports and physical education sections and compulsory attendance circles, etc. Boys can also be involved in them, but in a specified case, beyond the format of the topic of the article.

With the recruitment of the army soldiers conscripts bit sorted out. Now about the units of constant combat readiness, which include parts of the Strategic Missile Forces, missile defense and air defense, airborne troops (airborne corps), units and institutions of strategic and operational reconnaissance (GRU General Staff, separate special-purpose brigades), Special Operations Forces (new branch of troops as part of the MTR existing in each form of the armed forces, designed to solve combat missions in peacetime and wartime in any space), units and formations of the Ground Forces, Air Force and Navy which bring to high combat readiness does not require significant time and material costs, parts of the Russian Armed Forces are members of the Collective Rapid Reaction Force (CRRF) of the CSTO member states, etc.

All of them are staffed with a permanent composition, with the exception of subunits and certain categories of military personnel for whom the staffing table does not provide for direct participation in the performance of combat missions (offensive and deterrent-defensive actions). For example, it may bring ammunition or food at the wheel of a car and a conscript soldier, but coolly hit the enemy tank with the first launch of an ATGM only

Professional, who studied his weapon "to screw." And if tomorrow is the next Caucasian war, - the reader will ask me, - and a conscript driving a fuel tanker? So what? In Afghanistan, conscripts not only turned the “wheel” on Salang’s serpentines, but also went on reconnaissance and fortified stormed and did a lot of other things. It is necessary to make a reservation here - in the case of attracting a conscript to combat operations in peacetime (without declaring war) as part of constant combat readiness, he should automatically receive the same monetary allowance as his professional colleagues, and in the case of his death the family should get where more compensation than in the case of the death of a professional military who voluntarily chose such a risky profession. I think this is quite true of the relatives of both categories of servicemen.

Now about the organizational and staff structure of the armed forces, which has been shaken for the second decade. More precisely - fever. About its individual components was mentioned above, where it was a question of parts of constant combat readiness. "Unnecessary" the army retains all the traditional types of armed forces: the Strategic Missile Forces, the Ground Forces, the Air Force and Air Defense, the Navy and individual commands, as well as the Airborne Corps, which is the reserve of the Supreme Commander.

Ground forces have motorized rifle divisions and brigades in their organizational structure tank, artillery and anti-aircraft missile brigades, separate helicopter regiments (as part of the Army aviation Ground Forces), separate reconnaissance regiments (brigades) of front-line submission and separate reconnaissance battalions of army and corps subordination (they are full-time in divisions and brigades), as well as separate regiments and brigades of combat and other support. Moreover, the divisions in the ground forces are only partially staffed, with the exception of regiments and individual battalions (divisions) of constant combat readiness (at least 90% are staffed). Most individual motorized rifle (mechanized, mountain rifle) brigades are parts of constant combat readiness. Each of them, depending on the operational mission, has its own organizational staffing structure. The motorized rifle brigade consists of 3-4 motorized rifle and 1-2 tank battalions, two artillery divisions and one anti-aircraft missile. Of the support units, it includes: reconnaissance and engineer-sapper battalions, units of communications, radiation, chemical and bacteriological protection (RKhBZ), commandant and medical companies, etc.

The mechanized brigade consists of 2-3 motorized rifle, 1-2 tank and 1-2 rifle (on light armored vehicles or conventional vehicles) battalions, two artillery divisions and one anti-aircraft missile, as well as individual anti-tank units (before the battery). From the support unit, in addition to those mentioned above, other units can be included in the mechanized brigade, for example, flamethrowing, small-sized unmanned aerial vehicles, etc. The mechanized brigade is more mobile than the motorized infantry (less wagons are required to transport it by rail).

Mobile units of the Land Forces are and mountain rifle brigades, the main units which are considered motorized rifle 1-2, 2-3 mountain infantry and airborne assault battalion, 1-2 artillery battalion, an antitank battery and anti-aircraft missile battalion. From the support units it includes: reconnaissance and engineering-sapper battalions (companies), communications units, RCBZ, flamethrower, commandant and medical companies, as well as a Tipchak-type unmanned aerial vehicles (in the brigade intelligence unit) and others.

A new reconnaissance regiment (brigade) in the army of the “Nenuzhnarossii” army is a new formation. In his staff, he has a 2-3 mechanized reconnaissance battalion and a deep reconnaissance company (battalion), artillery and anti-tank divisions, an anti-aircraft battery (MANPADS), an electronic reconnaissance battalion and support units. One of its tasks is to conduct reconnaissance in the area of operations of the ground grouping of troops to the full depth of the possibilities of its ground enemy fire attack. Something similar exists in the US Armed Forces in the form of separate armored cavalry regiments of the Armed Forces. The reconnaissance mechanized battalion is intended for what we used in the North Caucasus in the 1994-1996. and 1999-early 2000 ordinary MSS, but they called these tactical formations each time in different ways. The staff of the mechanized reconnaissance battalion is a tank reconnaissance company (9 tanks and BTR-T), two reconnaissance companies on infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, armored personnel carriers, armored vehicles or armored vehicles of the Vodnik and Tiger types, self-propelled mortar battery (4 - 120-MMTM) Vienna "and 4 wearable 82-mm mortar" Tray "), anti-tank platoon (3 SPTRK" Competition "(" Chrysanthemum ") and 4 Pu Ktronov" Fagot "(" Cornet-E ").

We would like to dwell separately on tank brigades. It would be naive to believe that “a tank in the 21 century has no place on the battlefield,” as one of the recent Russian defense ministers said. It was in the US aggression against Iraq in 2003 that the Americans proved the opposite. Tank divisions are not the place, but more mobile and less vulnerable to air strikes tank units and units operating in close cooperation with infantry and helicopters is still a place. The tank brigades form the basis of the armored troops of the “Non-Uzhnasrossiya” army. They have a balanced organizational and staff structure, “sharpened” for a breakthrough of the fortified enemy defenses and the development of an offensive in depth, or the containment of a mechanized grouping of the enemy troops. In the "special operation to disarm illegal armed formations" they can find a place only at the initial (military) stage of "appeasement." A separate tank brigade consists of two motorized rifle and two tank battalions, a self-propelled artillery, anti-tank and anti-aircraft missile divisions, a reconnaissance company and other support units. Moreover, the motorized rifle battalions, in addition to the BMP (BTR), will also be armed with heavy armored personnel carriers based on the BTR-T tank.

The ground forces of the Nenuzhnadrossiya army cannot do without their army aviation. It is based on combat helicopter regiments (brigades), combat helicopter anti-tank (shock) regiments, regiments of military transport helicopters and separate helicopter squadrons (anti-tank, fighter, reconnaissance, DER and REP, etc.), squadrons (detachments) of unmanned aerial vehicles and separate helicopter squadrons of SSO. The combat helicopter regiment (brigade) has a squadron of combat (anti-tank, fire support) helicopters (Mi-24, Mi-28) and one squadron (two brigade in the brigade) (modified by Mi-8), as well as helicopters control (air command post). Helicopter anti-tank (shock) regiments have two squadrons of anti-tank (fire support) helicopters in each of which include a pair or a link of reconnaissance and attack helicopters (combat vehicles with additional reconnaissance equipment such as Mi-28H, Mi-24РРК, Ka-52 and etc.).

Helicopter military transport regiments consist of two squadrons, armed with Mi-8 and Mi-26 helicopters.

Separate anti-tank (shock) and reconnaissance squadrons as part of the SV are operatively subordinated to brigades of constant combat readiness.

Squadrons of unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with reconnaissance and reconnaissance-impact UAVs, as well as spotters of artillery fire.

Separate helicopter squadrons of the SSO, which are part of the Army Aviation Ground Forces are promptly subordinated to the commander of the SSO (for combat training and combat use). They are designed to perform individual combat missions, conduct reconnaissance and ensure the actions of the SSO units.

The total number of AA CB helicopters will be 450-500 of rotary-wing machines for various purposes. For those who are frightened of such a figure, let us give an example - in the US Army as part of each of the 12 infantry, mechanized or armored division there are, on average, about 150 helicopters, plus several other separate brigades of AA CB and 18 VDK (there are three AA brigades), not with a smaller number of helicopter fleet in each.

With regard to the numerical strength of the Army "Nenuzhnadarossii" army, they are the most widespread type of the Armed Forces and include 5-6 operational commands - OK (districts). They include 10-12 motorized rifle divisions, up to 36 motorized rifle, tank and mechanized brigades, 2-3 mountain rifle brigades, about 40 artillery and rocket brigades and up to 12 anti-aircraft missiles. In each operational command (North-West, West, Central (reserve), Southern, Siberian, Trans-Baikal and Far Eastern) there will be one separate special purpose brigade, separate reconnaissance regiment (brigade), 2-3 separate helicopter regiment (brigade) and 4 -8 individual helicopter squadrons.

According to the mobilization plans for the deployment of the Armed Forces, the reserve component of the Army will be additionally divided into 12-18 divisions (2-3 in each OK) and up to 60 brigades for various purposes. These will be, as a rule, rifle and mechanized divisions and brigades, as well as artillery units and support units. Their readiness for combat use is determined by several weeks. The anti-aircraft missile units, subunits and units of the AA and other special units will require longer periods to bring them to full combat readiness. Equally important in the case of large-scale aggression will be the people's militia and the organized guerrilla movement. In peacetime, the task of training them rests with the Special Forces of the SV and MTR, and various military-sports clubs, both public and in the structure of ROSTO-DOSAAF, will form the basis for their recruitment. Thus, the defense of the Fatherland becomes the concern of the whole society, while the interests of the defense of the State are the subject of concern for the authorities. Otherwise, the officials of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation would not sell the interests of the Motherland, for the sake of career ambitions and for the sake of political castling ...

The combined type of the armed forces of the Air Force and Air Defense in peacetime consists of long-range (strategic), front-line and transport aviation, air defense brigades (radio-technical and anti-aircraft missile). Aviation is reduced to air armies and divisions, as well as individual aviation regiments. The main objective of the Air Force is to repulse an enemy air attack, gain air superiority and provide air support to ground forces Fleet. Any change in the staff structure of the modern air force is not required. All that is needed is new 4th and 5th generation military equipment, and acceptable conditions of service for the flight crew so that the pilot of the Tu-160 missile carrier with nuclear cruise missiles on board receives several times more salary than the less risky Boeing pilot of J7 . And yet, the pilots of long-range aviation of the “Unnecessary Russia” Air Force will be able to strike at ground targets with conventional (free-falling) bombs, guided by aircraft missiles and bombs in conventional (non-nuclear) equipment, and pilots of assault and fighter-bombing aircraft (it will be called tactical) - guided air-to-surface weapons. Just? Yes, because neither the first nor the second in the Russian Air Force can do this yet. A new tactical attack aircraft of the 5th generation (with a small reflective radar surface) will be created a bit later, instead of the Su-25 hard worker, capable of delivering precision-guided cannon and missile attacks on small targets in difficult weather conditions day and night, in close cooperation with attack and fighter helicopters.

During the period of growing military threat, air defense forces (fighter aviation and air defense brigades of the country) are combined with military air defense (anti-aircraft missile brigades, regiments and divisions of the SV), as well as individual fighter helicopter squadrons (designed to fight enemy helicopters, attack aircraft and UAVs of the enemy) .

The air armies on the European theater will have a tactical aviation division (2 aviation fighter-bomber regiment Su-34 (Su-24М) and one assault aviation regiment Su-25), fighter aviation division (2-3 fighter aviation regiment) military transport aviation regiment and a separate mixed helicopter squadron. On other theaters, the number of aviation regiments may vary. For example, in the Far East theater, two aviation transport regiments or a division of military transport aviation may be needed, since the scale of the region and air transportation is slightly different.

The purpose of the combat aviation regiments and the military transport aviation regiment is not necessary to explain - here everything is traditional and worked out by our aviators since the times of the Great Patriotic War. New formation in the structure of the BA is only a separate mixed helicopter squadron OSEC. The tasks of the search and rescue service (transport and combat unit Mi-8МТ5 with specialist technicians and a covering unit (combat group MSS) are assigned to it. The main task of the combat group MSS is to search and evacuate the crews and passengers of downed aircraft. In the second Chechen campaign, such MSS mixed units were formed from helicopters and specialists from military helicopter units and GRU special forces units (the Americans are assigned to the Air Force MTR units). rotary helicopters intended for transportation in the interests of the air army (transfer of command and flight technical and composition, important cargo (guided munitions, components and assemblies required for the recovery of airplanes and helicopters, urgent reports, etc.), control helicopters (air command center ), helicopters DER and REP and other types of machines.

Guards airborne corps, this is the structure into which the airborne troops of Russia will turn. The current Airborne Forces, as the most mobile branch of the military, have gained fame on the battlefields of World War II and local armed conflicts of the second half of 20 - the beginning of 21 centuries have become obsolete. It is not possible to use them in full force or at least in parts of a modern war due to the increased capabilities of air defense and enemy aircraft. As part of the 2 Guards Corps (paratroopers) and 2 airborne assault (RSF) brigades, a separate reconnaissance regiment (45-th current), a separate anti-aircraft battalion, separate communications and support. The main way to withdraw (transfer) to the rear of the enemy units and units GVVDK will be the same air, but with the landing of parts and units from helicopters by landing method. Parachute landing method is considered as additional. The GVVDK will have a separate combat helicopter brigade (around 40 helicopters - two squadrons of transport combat helicopters Mi-8 and one transport helicopter (Mi-26 helicopters)), as well as a separate combat helicopter regiment (Mi-24, Mi-28 and Ka -52) mixed composition.

Each airborne (airborne assault) brigade has its own area (several areas) of operational mission, where already in peacetime some of the ammunition and heavy weapons were laid. Both brigades differ in the number of "infantry" (light) and "mechanized" (heavy) battalions. Two assault brigades are "heavy." Three of the four battalions are equipped with armored vehicles (BMD and other self-propelled combat vehicles), and one is “light” (only portable and towed armament).

Parachute brigades have in their composition one "heavy" and three "light" battalions and are intended for operations in the composition of tactical and operational-tactical airborne assault forces, on an urbanized and impassable terrain. “Light” paratroop battalions use vehicles (armored and conventional cars) for movement, including assault vehicles (all-wheel-drive passenger cars of the UAZ type with an armament complex), “quadrocycles”, snowmobiles, and other equipment. Each of the battalions of the GVVDK brigades consists of three "combat" companies and a company of fire support, consisting of a mortar platoon, a platoon of automatic grenade launchers, anti-tank and machine-gun platoons (4 - 82-mm mortar, 6 - АГС-17, 4 - ПТРК-XRUM, 2 - АГС-9, 29 - ПТРК-XRUM, 3 - АГС-12,7, 3 - ПТРК-12,7, АТРК-94, АТРК-XNUMX, АТРК-XNUMX, АТРК-XNUMX, АТРК-XNUMX, АТРК-XNUMX, АТРК-XNUMX, ПТРК ПТРК or "Bassoon" and XNUMX- LNG-XNUMX or RPG-XNUMX, XNUMX (XNUMX-mm machine gun "Kord", XNUMX (XNUMX-mm sniper rifle SV-XNUMX). Each parachute company consists of three platoons.

Each GVVDK brigade has a mixed artillery division (self-propelled mortar battery 120-mm “Vienna” (“Nona”), minbar 120-mm towed mortars “Sani” and anti-tank battery (Kornet-E, ATNM, 73-mm SPG- 9 or 105-mm RPG-29 "Vampire"), anti-aircraft missile artillery battery (Igla-2 ("Dzhigit") MANPADS) and 23-mm ZU-23-2), reconnaissance and engineering engineer company, communications units and support. In addition, each brigade of the VDK has a platoon of snipers (8 sniper pairs) armed with precision type C rifles -98.

Despite the fact that GVVDK is a union of increased combat readiness, conscripts (future reservists) serve in one of the battalions of each brigade.

GVVDK is a reserve of the Supreme Commander, but it may also be entrusted with tasks to ensure the operation of the SSO in the foreign part of the theater, as well as international peacekeeping missions.

The forces of special operations "Unnecessary" army have three components - land, air and sea. All special-purpose brigades, the elite subdivision of the SSO (let's call it detachment “C”) and the interspecific training center of the SSO belong to the land. The MTR air component includes: a mixed MTR squadron (transport and special airplanes, combat, transport and special helicopters), separate helicopter squadrons of the SSO AA CB, separate aircraft assault squadrons in the composition of ACPs (one per each BA) and combat MSS individual helicopter squadrons of the air army.

The sea component of the SSO includes reconnaissance companies of reconnaissance points of fleets (units of combat swimmers), as well as detachments of ultra-small submarines (one for each fleet). In addition, in each fleet, one submarine with a specially trained crew is assigned for use in the interests of the SSO for the delivery and removal of the operational teams of the SSO, as well as all deck helicopters (their crews are trained in the interspecific CA SSO).

As for the Nenughnogorussia itself of the Navy, my knowledge in this area is only enough to formulate only some of its tasks: to cover the sea borders and coastal areas of Russia; constant covert patrolling of the waters of the World Ocean by submarine missile-carrying fleet (SSBN); the presence of ships of our Fleet in all critical areas such as the Persian and Aden Gulfs and off the coast of our “sworn friends” (they scared to fear otherwise they would no longer respect ...); the creation of the domestic aircraft carrier grouping 3-4 of the ship from the same considerations as mentioned above. If no joke, the carrier fleet for Russia is no less important than the underwater one. As for the ships of the submarine and surface fleets, it is in the "Unnecessary Russia" Navy armed with a sufficient number of cruise missiles in the usual equipment (penetrating warheads, high-explosive fragmentation, fragmentation and cluster equipment).

The same missiles have long-range and tactical aviation and not one or two, for the fun of the public at the International Aviation and Space Salons, but in sufficient quantities to deter a potential aggressor or deliver a retaliatory strike.

This is the kind of army that Russia does not need, say its current, yesterday and the day before yesterday restructuring reformers. What will tomorrow's tell us? Wait and see. To live is necessary. This interesting thing is Life, but in order to save it you must take care of safety.

With respect to all who read this nonsense.

The "reformers" destroyed the Armed Forces in the first place, now special militia units (police) of the OMSN are subject to complete rout and destruction (under the guise of "another reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), the next step is to hit the FSB specialists. Traitors are winning.

Achinea is complete, what the hell are "mechanized brigades" what 10 divisions and 30 brigades. Our defense industry will NOT pull such an army.

Now the only way out is to transfer all motorized rifle brigades to the "middle states" without tanks, but with machine-gun and anti-tank platoons in the companies as in the 70s, and drive the tanks into tank brigades and attach the omsbr battalions working in the tank-hazard direction.
A total of 15-17 TBR and 30-35 MSBR will be enough.
