At all times, the North Sea people worked hard, mastering the northern maritime theater, ships and equipment, and improved their fighting skills.

However, the permanent, regular Northern Fleet began in the year 1933, when the Circular Chief of Staff of the Red Army with the June 1 formed the Northern Navy flotilla with a basing location - the Kola Bay. The first commander was appointed Zakhar Aleksandrovich Zakupnev.

There is a familiar hereditary Navy officer in the 9 knee, both sons graduated from the Nakhimov School, the youngest received a dirk only last year. The eldest has already been hiking for several months. Nothing affected, neither the breakdown of 90, nor the reduction in the army, Man serves his homeland, his ancestors served and his descendants serve, this is a man with a capital letter and he rose to high posts like his ancestors, under him, and not only, with a glance they tested the Mace, now with the reform of the army and the unification of the districts, he was promoted. Our army and the fatherland rest on such people, and it is a matter of how convinced I am of upbringing, they brought him up like that and he raised his sons like that. Looking at such people and his friends, I will instill in my children a love of the fatherland and high moral principles, and I wish everyone to cultivate such excellent qualities in their children, and to protect the West from imposing dirt on us.
