And laughter and tears

146
The events of the last week are pouring out of a horn of plenty. For our delight and joy with you, our president with a solid retinue came to China and did the impossible - he signed a gas contract. Significant.

And we became happy. After all, our breadwinner and waterer Gazprom will start developing the eastern fields. And these are new jobs. New infrastructure. This is the development of eastern Siberia and the Far East. This is, after all, money. Considerable ones 400 billion dollars.

It seems to be fun. But the information passes. The Russian government exempts Gazprom from paying MET. For those who do not know: MET - a tax on the extraction of minerals. Anyone who wants to get something in our land must first pay this tax to the budget.

Everyone can ask about the size of this payment for the produced gas.
To facilitate the work I will inform you: Gazprom will not pay, and the budget, i.e. we all, receive less annually 14,14 billion rubles.

Is it a lot or a little?

Some time ago the president declared an increase in pensions to our pensioners. My mother, a participant in the war, received an addition to the pension 70 rubles. Such as my mother, we have typed a hundred thousand.

Even if you make an increase to the pension of one hundred thousand in the amount of 1000 rubles, then for the year 1,2 billion rubles will be spent on them. It is clear that we have not only small pensions. Salaries of state employees (not to be confused with officials) are also low. It would be possible to throw them.

Well, not everyone is enough. And not for long. But we don’t have a single Gazprom budget feed. Let me think, see how much this breadwinner pays to the treasury. No matter how much I searched, I didn’t really find it. But I found a list of shareholders.

Curious document. Those interested can read. And count foreign companies and foreign citizens who sit on our gas. Therefore, Gazprom’s advertising, which revolves around the clock on all TV channels, is perceived as a mockery of Russians (and not only) people. Especially against the background of information about the need to equalize the price of gas for Russian citizens with foreign consumers.

This is our victory and breakthrough in China. Here from this information tears well. The country enthusiastically watched hockey. We, thank God, won against the Finns and received deserved gold. Not without flaws. Not categorically. On the limit. But won. The president was on the podium. Followed the finale. Then he was in the locker room. Rejoiced. Shouted. We drank. Today, all of Moscow has gone mad. On a working day, traffic is blocked in the center of Moscow. There are thousands, tens of thousands of Muscovites on the streets. All yelling, screaming, screaming. Those. show emotions without regard to propriety.

It seems to be fun. Then the award in the Kremlin. And again, joy. But a different time comes to mind.

Awards for the World Championships or the Olympic Games in the Kremlin were not heard. At best, Mikhailov or Tretyak with Yakushev was given another military rank: captain, major or lieutenant colonel. And that's all. Well, it used to be given a car. But the orders and medals - I do not remember.

The price of the order and the medal was different. And during the Soviet times, the attitude towards sport was no match for today. And somehow it becomes not fun at heart. From such joy.

In fact, lately, our leadership has focused on the sport. Especially we relied on the winter Olympics held in our country. Goals and objectives that were publicly and tacitly defined - show our country to the rest of the world and try to create a positive image in the eyes of this world.

Well? Showed? Yes! No Olympic Games have been held in the world for such a price.

What about a positive image? Probably, and write uncomfortable. I remember the Russian saying - to throw beads in front of pigs. So why are we all starting this?

Do we live so well that we don’t already know where to put money? Or again about pensioners, veterans, teachers and doctors to talk?

That's where the sadness is. And the tears of those who pay out of their meager pensions 50% for housing maintenance.

The heart is squeezed by pain when old people in the supermarket buy a PIECE of something. And they count pennies. And waiting for the change in the amount of 12 kopecks from the cashier. This is grief.

And against the background of our festive everyday life, we literally in the backyard, people are hollowed out of everything that is at hand - from howitzers, mortars, machine guns, cannons.

And there remains a feeling of deep disappointment in the behavior of our state leaders. And also from our media. Especially from their rhetoric.

I hope most of you know that the word "Guard" has a high social, and above all military status. And the word “fighter” in Russian has a deep, pointedly respectful shade.

And here from the screens of our televisions we hear from day to day - “fighters of the National Guard”. Anyone will say that these formations are officially called in Kiev.

I will answer. They can call themselves whatever you like. But we must give them names that correspond to our worldview and world outlook.

I am confused a little by the word “partners” often pronounced by our president. The dictionary gives a specific definition of this word - partner, partner in any activity, life partner, roommate, lover, business companion, etc.

I wonder which of the above we consider the leaders of the United States, Germany, France? And Ukraine? Who are they for us? And unless in our language there were no other, more appropriate terms?

The fact that at the last forum in St. Petersburg, our president decided to play along with the public is also disturbing. He switched to slang - as if he was mistaken in pronunciation and marked the billion with the word "yard".

If this were said by a yard tramp, then it is clear. But?! President of Russia! Why is this in his behavior?

Many have probably heard of the verbal and non-verbal methods of communication. For the ignorant: verbal - hearing, sight, speech; nonverbal - body language. Gestures, facial expressions, body movements. Curious to propose to read the book by Alan Pisa. After a month, you can remove the sound from the TV, and you will clearly know when a particular character speaks lies.

So here. When you look at our president, you have a very clear understanding of the moments in which he lies and does not blush. The body betrays its master. And what observations I managed to peep.

When the president answered questions about gas, he was frank. He cares about it, interests him, for that he cares about with all his soul. But when he answered questions about Ukraine and the conduct of the ATO, he was mostly cunning.

I do not claim that he spoke diametrically opposed things to what he thinks. But all this - from the evil one.

Many doubt the accuracy of my observations. You can try it yourself. However, I want to note this. To master your body so that 100% of the time to control it in accordance with the moments of speeches, it was not possible to anyone.

There were a dozen two great actors in the world who were able to master this art. And then at the time of performance before the public. No more.

And from these observations and tears wrapped. It is a pity about what is happening and will be happening in Ukraine. And it is especially a pity, to tears, that our president is absolutely indifferent to what is going on outside our door.

It is sad and insulting from what you know, you know, but you can not do anything.

The author does not want. Stupid comparison and dibious conclusions. A purely superficial analysis of the average tradesman.
(So for information, for Gazprom, it’s a very small vector out of thousands - the Russian Federation didn’t let TNCs into its markets for a reason, this is the norm for the modern model of the economy - but you won’t take us much with sanctions)
To all those who think that Putin needs to be tough - ask yourself - what would you do in Putin’s place, where would you push the country, and how many corpses would you take to Russia, guys, if we invade the incomprehensible substance of Novorossia / UKROBAMIA

In addition, think about how much information you really have about the events in the world, and how much this information Putin has. And also think, do you really think that the media present us the true truth without any speculation and they are the ultimate truth on all issues. And is everything known to the media ...?
a question for filling, why did the militiamen have faces similar to "Czechs", AGSs, plenty of ammunition, plenty of Metis and other MANPADS. Maybe tanks will appear soon? ;)

And finally - here's a laugh through tears:

Even if you make an increase in pension to these one hundred thousand in the amount of 1000 rubles, then 1,2 billion rubles will be spent on them in a year.

In Russia, 40mln of pensioners, if you raise everyone with the same 70 rubles, well, let 100, then you get 4 yard of rubles, in other words, all this discount is equal to an increase in pension by 400-500 rubles (this is also subject to the author's figures being correct). And in general, the women were ordered into politics and business, and even more so in hockey. They gave the children orders, let them rejoice not Heroes of Russia, they were given ??

About OI is also already worn out. The whole country lived in this Olympiad, after the closing ceremony, I could not get used to the week that I did not have to root for anyone, only if I was for the Crimeans. Divide the amount by all residents, you get 10000 rubles per nose, and so, take another, even twice as much, and spend the same summer Olympics in the Crimea. With joy!!!

            Well, about Ukraine.
Whatever the election, Poroshenko, but they showed that the Ukrainians put a bolt on everyone and live in their own dimension and do not want to be released. The same Donbass and the same miners tried to play multi-vector and played out in Odessa, in Mariupol, in Kharkov. Everything was clear with Crimea, they got down to business decisively and courageously, and the same DPRs have been talking nonsense for several months now, and polling stations for presidential elections are still opening up, people don’t go to the militia, everybody sits in huts and doesn't really believe in these 95% of people who are for independence, because visually this is not noticeable. 10-20% at maximum.

We have already liberated Europe from the Nazis, but for them we immediately became invaders, just like with Ukria, especially, if you recall, these same people loudly slammed the door after the collapse of the USSR.

It should also be added that this is a new / undeveloped field. And there you need to build a lot of things - roads, settlements - in general, the entire infrastructure. This project is not commercial, but infrastructural and image-building. We are developing Eastern Siberia, they have clicked on the nose of the West, we are establishing relations with China - is it bad?

I agree with you, an impetus is given to the development of the region, in general this is only the beginning, in the future I think the tax on the extraction of mineral resources will be restored. At the beginning of field development, a large amount of funds is required.
It’s interesting, what taxes are received from the organizations involved in the extraction of minerals in the budget? As far as I know, there are two taxation regimes (OSNO and USNO) plus special regimes (for example, UTII). Well, Gazprom is definitely not on the USNO, the turnover is very large. When OSNO p / p pays VAT, income tax, contributions to extra-budgetary funds, depending on the specifics, there are still additional taxes. I’m very interested here, those who pay mineral extraction tax, they pay income tax and VAT or are they exempt, is there any special regime in this area?

And I set the score off to the author! The author thinks not as a tradesman, but as a person! Just like a man with a heart and a head! How much Putin is in power ??? A year or two? What kind of cunning plan does he have such that he does good to Russia, only Russia doesn’t notice the hell of this good? Probably, Russia is a bad, intelligent Putin, who owns extensive and secret information, and does not understand his thousand-year plans! I do not belong to the radicals, but Stalin for 7 years, from 1933 to 1940, made candy out of shit, and what did Putin do during the entire period of his reign? Putin is not a Russian person and this is evident from his deeds. A Russian man lives in his heart, dies for his companion and not for the sake of some tactics, profit, dies at the behest of his heart, not his mind! From Ukraine, from its fucking Maidan, and Russia to cleanse themselves from the slavery of the oligarchs!

Politics is slippery and usually dirty. If you "wave a sword" without thinking or maneuvering, you can "chop into cabbage" and your international authority and get dirty in someone else's shit. Does Russia need this? Therefore, the GDP has a very difficult and responsible task. So far, he is doing well, and in places very well. And then "the war will show the plan" ...

I read half of the article and scored on this thankless task. After the author’s story about grandmothers waiting for 12 kopecks for change, he regretted the time that was spent not on work (in 98, with an average pension of $ 60, the author probably was completely sad and earned an ulcer due to nerves)

Such characters are unhappy when we lose in sports. Competitions begin that the sport is poorer, life expectancy is shortened due to the fact that there is no sport.

We are dissatisfied when we win, because the state devotes too much time to this issue.

They also calculated how much Gazprom underpaid to the budget. Conscientious Reasons

For all the good in general, against all the bad. Realities and reasons are not important in such matters. The main complaint is to show that the author is smarter than all these Putin and Milerov with their Gazprom combined

totally agree with the commentators! Afftaru - drink yadu or kiss Novodvorskaya. (She will probably be delighted, but for the author the result is the same as with yad).
There is a category of people. who are always dissatisfied with everything, their sick imagination finds negative moments in any even the most positive events.
That counted all non-payments to the budget from others. Interestingly, did the author himself refuse a black or gray salary? Does he pay personal income tax of 13% for all his income?

Although they themselves receive their salary in envelopes, so that God forbid the state would not get an extra penny !!!!! I wonder who says that it’s time for someone to act. Probably they themselves already had everything they had to do in life.

The article is shit, another vyser of a liberal shit. In the last couple of years, not a trace has remained of their dominance in the information space, the descendants are now afraid to stick out their filthy head and say what they think. They begin to write such a vise, it seems as if it is a shame for "Motherland" and "poor grandmothers", but all the same the essence is "Putin has missed everything.
These geeks realized that their old State Department manuals are no longer working, therefore they are looking for new models of influencing the consciousness of our citizens. So far, it doesn’t work out, but we should always be on guard of our consciousness. Citizens do not relax, too early.

Now about the article. We have not about 100 pensioners, as this idiot writes, but more than 000 people. The coefficient for each employee is already approaching 40
This is bad for the economy. An increase in each pensioner by 1000 rubles of pension, this is the result of budget expenditures (the pension fund is formed from the contributions of citizens, that is, you and I) 480 billion rubles. Is it a lot or a little?

Regarding the gas deal, just the usual lie and juggling the facts. The preferential regime in the severance tax has nothing to do with the deal with China, the benefits have been mentioned since 2004. They are provided for new fields that have not yet been developed in regions where there is no suitable infrastructure. For without this benefit, no one would ever have started developing new deposits, since this is a colossal job and very expensive. You need to understand that each gas ruble pulls another 10 rubles adjacent. Because there are no privileges for our metallurgists and other allies who work under contracts with Gazprom and, as a result, drag our entire economy.
The same can be written about the Olympics. In world history there were no more examples when a new city was built in such a short time, and it is about a new resort city. and not just the Olympics.

So that citizens keep gunpowder dry, and provocateurs at a distance.

How sweet it must be when you manage to "spy" something behind Putin, yes, guided by the book of Mr. Pisa, to interpret (whether his theory is true or not is not discussed: an axiom!).
For our previous president, there was no need to speculate anything, just look verbally: he got out at the international airport and was empty under the wheels of an airliner ... Russia’s rating was raised. There was no equal in lie at all, the rails are still waiting. And here we are so carefully looking for a sliver in the eyes of others!

      About Gazprom.
Yes, the company is exempt from taxes on the extraction of resources, but comrades, think about who else will be able to really invest in order to develop a new field and remain in positive territory, therefore - yes, tax benefits. Also, the author did not think that there are other deductions - UST, VAT, income tax, and this is billions of $. In addition, hundreds of enterprises in Russia produce equipment supplied to Gazprom, thereby having a piece of gas pie.
About cultural events in the country.
The Olympics is always a holiday, the Olympics in Russia is a passion. Expensive? - Yes, it's expensive, but try to create a sports facility and related infrastructure from scratch. We can say that a new city was built - and this is not enough.
And besides everything else, the Olympiad made an imperceptible "patriotic revolution" in the country - and this is priceless.

I didn’t set a minus, but I can remind the author that he forgot about rewarding Olympic athletes from HIS past. For example, for winning the Winter Olympic Games 1988, the head coach of the USSR national hockey team V. Tikhonov was awarded the Order of Lenin (he was already a colonel then, in my opinion), and the captain of the national team V. Fetisov was awarded the Order of the Red Banner. The rest - as far as possible. So here the respected author is mistaken, they knew how to evaluate athletes in those days and awards. I won’t say about earlier times, I was still small, I was not interested in such things.

The author simply does not know what the severance tax is and what it is eaten with. Virtually no mining company MET tax pays, or rather pays, but then this money is returned in reimbursement for ongoing geological work. Pay only those who do not carry out such work.
Well, those who have the cost of research exceeds the tax paid, the difference between the amount returned from the budget and the real cost of the work is covered by profit. It’s just that Gazprom will receive less refunds and invest more from profits for the amount of mineral extraction tax from gas sold to China.

And by the way, as for pensioners, I can say one thing: I’ve been at factories in Germany more than once and was amazed at the number of age-related employees, and it turned out that quite a small number of pensioners live happily — those who successfully invested in the right fund, etc. And the rest, as a rule, continue to work. "purely concrete" article of a pseudo liberal wing. Almost the entire set of stamps for the fifth column has been collected.
    - The price of the contract with China is not so much a matter of selling gas, but rather development of the eastern regions of Russia.
Also, very good. a strong political move that allows the amers and the EU to take a sober look at realities. Yes, it costs money, but it’s unlikely that we can calculate hidden dividends
    - About the Olympics I am already tired of arguing. Why do all liber ... ignore the fact that the lion’s part went to Sochi’s infrastructure. Oh, damn, I don’t want to. A hundred times explained.
It also touches that any expenses of the state are transferred to pensions, the elderly, children, etc. Who told you that if there were no Olympiad then this money would go there ???
    - About hockey ... Here, friends tell me where the "author" comes from this topic: "Not without flaws. Not categorically. At the limit." THIS IS A PURE LIE. In fact - WITHOUT SINS, UNAUTHORIZED AND CONVINCED.

Well, okay, it's me on emotions ... Article .., exactly, the author is a provocateur.

Well, we don't know a lot of things, I think we should hope for the best. The situation in Ukraine certainly darkens, but it could have been much worse, and who knows, maybe the worst scenario did not happen at will ... I think after the inauguration on June 25-26, I already forgot when he would be there. Poroshenko will already "divert" public opinion from the events in the South-East, so he needs to hold out until the end of June. In addition, by this time, a policy of rapprochement between the Ukrainian authorities and the Russian authorities will most likely be established.

Personally, I am always hurt and surprised by one thing in such articles:
When, under EBN, the whole country sucked its paws, and there were no pensions, no salaries, no prospects, no future, when the country was on its knees with cancer on the West, when they looked towards the country like a prostitute, and the lazy just didn’t kick and don’t laughed at the dancing drunk president all over the world on TV, in debt like in silk, when the families fell asleep half-starved in the evening, they did not know what day they were preparing, how to feed and dress children tomorrow, how to explain everything to the elderly parents if you do not understand , you don’t know how to support them, because you can hardly get it yourself make ends meet ...
And now, when life has become much better, and there is still something bad and bad, BUT, it’s not scary for the future, but it’s hard, BUT you want to live, you need to write articles of this kind ...

The Russian government exempts Gazprom from MET. For those who don’t know: mineral extraction tax is a tax on the extraction of minerals. But this is no way, they already have superprofits so they will not be taxed. In mining countries, people pay rent to citizens, but we don’t even want to pay taxes - this is arrogance.

Guys special attention to this article. Apparently, a new direction in the information war is being worked out. Now the 5th column in Russia by all means prevents from providing adequate assistance to the South-East, which causes the predicted discontent of the Russian people. At the same time, the buildup of popular opinion against Putin begins under this discontent. It did not work out with the Crimea, we will do quite the opposite with the South-East. If the junta bloodshed the uprising of the South-East by the first to accuse Putin of leaking the Echo of Moscow, Dozhd, etc. to the Bandera's Russians, the main thing for them will be to bring people to the streets and there ... The technologies of intercepting protests have been worked out in the CIA to the smallest detail ... After all, 85% of people dissatisfied with the dominance of oligarchs and corrupt officials initially went to the Maidan, and then the organizers "worked" with them. Therefore, to all who are responsible for the information war, this article is given special attention.

yesterday I watched a program on local TV (20th anniversary of the first regional Duma elections) ... I especially remember the "speech" of a deputy from EdRa ... like, we are the ruling party and responsible for everything in the country ... unlike representatives of others factions, we cannot afford "populist" promises to the people about when and how much better they will live ... such promises are the lot of "minority parties" that are not responsible for their bazaar ... and we, the qualified majority, clearly we realize that giving such promises to the people is fundamentally wrong, because unlike other deputies, we know that they (promises) will not be fulfilled anyway ... and we do not want to instill unrealizable hopes in people ...
in the context of your post, I understood this servant of the people as follows ... "- We have our own cow (Russia) and we have been successfully milking it for a long time ... And we don’t have to cuddle on her udder - we will tear off our hands! ..." laughing

I do not understand how the author made social justice dependent on questions of the foreign policy situation? Gazprom has done and is doing a great job, and it is not necessary to jam on him the problems of Mezhregiongaz and other gas offices that deliver gas to the population.

The author does not know, speaks with emotions.
On mineral extraction tax. Is there any idea about the process of exploration and development of deposits? Including gas? Not only does it take a lot of expensive exploration work - salaries for people, fuel, lubricants, spare parts and other consumables for equipment, and this is all in the tight winter period (easy to get in the summer) - and after the field is confirmed, prepare it for operation. To equip a well, provide housing for personnel, lay a gas pipeline, provide transport infrastructure and much more. And all this in remote places of Siberia. Where in winter -35 is considered a thaw. In summer - swamps, +30 and clouds of gnats. All worth the money.
Victory in the World Cup in hockey - not categorical? Why on earth? 10 matches won out of 10 possible, not a single victory on the bullets - all in the playing time and with a decent superiority - and this, according to the author, is not categorical? Yeah ... That there are flaws in the game - I agree here, I still have to work and work on the passes and speed.
Olympics dear came out? Yes darling. And there is no desire to look at the created objects, infrastructure? They will remain in Sochi, the people will use them.
You see, Putin is insincere when answering questions about Ukraine? So he has something to hide, doesn't he? I do not think that our special services are inactive. Advertising in such matters hurts the case. Yes, my heart is heavy at the sight of the war in Ukraine ... But it is impossible to rush into battle headlong. ".... Don't make decisions in anger ..."
There are problems in the country, no one argues. There is something for all of us to work on. Not all the "contra" has been cleaned out yet ....
The article is a categorical minus.

Good article. Politics by politics, and all should be called by their proper names. If we entered into a confrontation in the struggle for our near borders - Crimea and NOVOROSSIA (this is what the president called it and made it clear to the southeast how to call it), that is, partners are enemies. Partners - China, Venezuela and others who really support us. And who makes sanctions, adds fuel to the fire in Ukraine, kills the Slavs, these are clearly not partners. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzXLAcJWh_M and here’s another excuse (I’m also on slang) why Russia doesn’t have to send troops. Having taken Crimea, we no longer have demonstrations in support of the southeast, we suddenly lost our daily Soloviev’s program. Suddenly we all calmed down. Suddenly we began to analyze what if we introduce what ?, but how? and they drag us in ..., but that’s us, and that’s us. planned gas for China is exempted not only from mineral extraction tax but also from export duties. By the way, it turns out gas for Turkey, along the Blue Stream, is also exempted from export duties. For example, gas for Ukraine was exempted from export duties until 2019 (the Kharkov agreements are now denounced by Russia), and under this agreement Russia owned a lease of Sevastopol until 2042. Interestingly, by anology, will the Chinese return Port Arthur to base the Pacific Fleet, or will the Turks provide the base for the Mediterranean squadron?

Dear author. Do not be upset that the mass of commentators amicably revolts what you have written. Well they are. For more than 20 years they have been taught that the capitalists led by Putin came to power for their complete happiness. After all, they chose him, not as a hired worker, from whom you can ask, but as a king who will decide everything for them. And faith is not so easy to give up. The level of their consciousness today is approximately equal to the level of serfs, who wrote petitions to the tsar-father, so that he would punish the "evil" landowner, and one day you cannot make them think. And such articles are needed. Sooner or later, even the most "downtrodden" of them will understand that he will never be among effective managers. By the way, there are more and more of them, including thanks to such articles. I have a negative attitude to all kinds of ratings, but the rating of the article is very, very indicative. 50 to 50.
