The bodies were destroyed by the 24-th "hundred" self-defense of Maidan, preventing outsiders from entering the premises. According to the investigation, about fifty people passed through the hands of Ukrainian “black transplantologists”. At the same time, there is information that the dead were previously “gutted”, seizing their organs. They also say that the organs there are being withdrawn not only from the dead, but also from living people. It is impossible to check, doctors and law enforcement officers are not allowed into the territory. In general, it is not clear why the nationalists needed this crematorium - precisely now, when the power was seized and the country returned to peaceful life, according to the Ukrainian authorities. "Revolution" is over, and the stream of its victims - not yet? I remember that in Kosovo, local nationalists, having seized upon the authorities, organized real fairs of human “spare parts” for foreigners in the morgues and maternity homes - do not the Kiev impostors repeat the sad experience of the Kosovars?
Although trafficking in human organs is officially banned in most countries of the world, according to statistics from the World Health Organization, about 120 thousand of both legal and illegal transplantation operations are performed annually. It is not easy to understand what the percentage of illegal transplants is: most clinics involved in such operations keep the origin of human “spare parts” in the strictest secret.
According to the public organization Organs Watch, annually held from 15 to 20 thousand illegal operations. They are usually made in Kosovo, Romania and Ukraine. In Russian legislation, the removal of organs from a person without his consent is considered an aggravating circumstance on charges of trafficking in persons - the relevant amendments to the Criminal Code were made in the 2003 year. However, it is extremely difficult to prove cases of unlawful extraction of human organs and tissues, and, according to some information, they also occur in Russia. True, criminal cases in this category are not initiated here. But although the sale and purchase of organs in our country is prohibited, the so-called donation is allowed - free of charge. And go and figure out how a healthy kidney got to a patient in need of a transplant - either for free or for money. And whether by voluntary consent.
How Ukrainian babies were dismantled in parts
If an organ transplant operation cannot be done in Russia, then what prevents to do it next door, in Ukraine? Hundreds of articles were written about “medical tourism” in Ukraine, and there is no point in repeating. But it makes sense to remind those who are behind the “black transplantology” in the former Soviet republic. It would seem that can connect a respectable candidate for the presidency of Ukraine Oleg Tyagnibok with “black transplantologists”? In 90, the chief doctor of the Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital Bogdan Fedak organized a criminal group that sold children, mainly to America, children's organs. The mothers were informed about the death of newborn children, then they made out a false rejection of the mother from the child, and then ... Whether the children were sent abroad still alive, or already in parts - the investigation failed to establish the details. But no one saw these children alive again.
According to investigators, in two years a group of doctors led by Fedak sold at least 130 babies abroad. In 1997, the Ivano-Frankivsk court convicted Fedak for two years. However, after serving only a third of the term in the SIZO, the doctor left under an amnesty. And when Viktor Yushchenko came to power in Ukraine, Fedak was invited to work at the parliamentary health committee. Strange isn't it? A person with such a reputation - and in the Verkhovna Rada! They say that for Fedak no one else but the nationalist Oleg Tyagnibok, who now heads the Svoboda parliamentary faction, was busy. Why would such a concern, you ask. Perhaps, it is explained by the fact that in 90-e, he worked in the same hospital, which Fedak supervised. Moreover, the criminal case of “black transplantologists” as an accomplice took place in the aforementioned criminal case, but the investigation failed to prove his involvement, and the future presidential candidate of Ukraine was transferred to witnesses.
And here's a new one история with his participation: 24-I "hundred", flatly refusing to let the observers into the morgue on the Greenhouse, was hiding behind the name of the Pygnibok. Is it casual?
Actually, in Ukraine there are as many as five centers involved in the transplantation of human organs: in Kiev, Donetsk, Odessa, Lviv and Zaporizhia. There are centers, and there are those who wish to improve their health. But there are not enough organs for transplantation. Every year, doctors manage to make operations only 2% of patients in need of transplantation. According to the official all-Ukrainian price list, which was in force until recently, a kidney transplant operation costs 2500 dollars, hearts - 2000, liver - 1500. And in Europe, a kidney or liver transplant will pull on all 50 thousand, hearts - on 250 thousand. It is clear that in this situation donor organs are more profitable to sell abroad than in their homeland. So transplantologists go "in the shadow" for the sake of earnings.
Six months ago, the Obolonsky district court of Kiev closed the high-profile case of “black transplantologists”, in which the leading experts of one of the five mentioned centers, the Shalimov Institute in Kiev, appeared. The reason is that the statute of limitations has expired. Although since the criminal case was filed, it has been some incomplete three years. According to the investigation, several doctors of the Shalimov Institute, in particular the surgeon Vladislav Zakordonets and the anesthesiologist Jaroslav Romaniv, with the help of “recruiters” Yevgeny Slyusarchuk and Ruslan Yakovenko were engaged in the selection of people willing to part with a kidney for money. The donor got the order of 10 thousand dollars, and from the recipient the doctors took 50 thousand, sharing the margin among themselves. According to the investigation, about 50 donors passed through the hands of transplantologists.
The bloody trail of Western Ukrainian babies stretches on the Maidan
At the same time, in the Kiev criminal case, there was a slip of evidence that only part of the “material” was seized from voluntary donors. It means that there were other people who, perhaps, are not already among the living ones? In this case, transplantologists could “wind up” a much longer period, because, in fact, it could go not just about illegal transplants, but about murders. Finally, the investigators established that the Ukrainian doctors acted as part of an international criminal group, led by a certain Israeli citizen. And it was here that the case stalled completely. From the materials disappeared without a trace important evidence. The collective responsibility of colleagues also connected. “I realize that they have violated the law,” explained the director of the Institute of Surgery and Transplantology at the Academy of Medical Sciences named after Shalimov Yuri Polyachenko, “but we must understand that they are professional doctors. They should be given a chance to redeem their guilt with blood, as they say. ” In general, according to the head, the defendants “from the point of view of morality would be correctly sentenced to correctional work at the Shalimov Institute.” Too soft a punishment? As a result, the doctors did not suffer anything at all: the statute of limitations had expired. So why not take up such a profitable business for which no one is actually punished?
But back from the events of six months ago to the current events. The lists of the already mentioned 24 th "hundreds" of self-defense, which blocked one of the Kiev morgues and consisted of immigrants from Ivano-Frankivsk region, include three names - Zima, Doroshenko and Ursul. It would seem that last names as last names. And here it is the turn to return to the history of Bogdan Fedak and Oleg Tyagnibok - in the past of his subordinate, and now, it seems, the patron. So, with whom did the head doctor of the Lviv clinic hit the dock? Together with the former head doctor of the regional Ivano-Frankivsk perinatal center, Vladimir Doroshenko, with the former deputy head of the regional administration of the city of Lviv, Yuri Zima, and with the former head of the Galician district state administration, Zinoviy Ursul. Strange coincidence, isn't it? No, of course, it may well be that these are not children or even relatives of Vladimir Doroshenko, Yuri Zima and Zinovy Ursula, sentenced to four, three and two years, respectively, for selling 130 western Ukrainian babies abroad, either live, whether or not. But, you see, a surprising coincidence. By the way, those who are now burning corpses in the morgue on the Greenhouse, several times presented to law enforcement officers who were trying to get inside, a “security certificate” signed by ... itself. Another coincidence?
And here is another coincidence. In 2010, a resonant scandal occurred in the Odessa region, in which two women appeared: head of the department of pathology of newborns and premature babies of the Odessa Regional Children's Clinical Hospital Larisa Torbinskaya and head of the children's department of the Kominternovsky central regional hospital Zhanna Ukhova. As reported Ukrainian edition of "Duma. Net, the criminals allegedly gave up abandoned kids for a fee from 1,5 to 3 thousand dollars. And what happened to the children further is not quite clear. They were either adopted, or sent abroad for entirely different purposes. Here is what the Segodnya newspaper reported on this: “The scheme of trade in live goods, as was told in the regional Department of Internal Affairs, was as follows: mothers reported that her child died (and his body was not shown).”
The same article also contained such a remarkable passage: “People from the district state administration are involved in this story, and the locals are very dependent on the officials ... We note that the president recently dismissed the head of the Kominternovsky District State Administration, Lyudmila Prokopechko. Her former assistant, a deputy of the district council from Our Ukraine, Ruslan Syrotyuk, told us that he did not believe in the official’s involvement in the sale of children. “Lyudmila Yaroslavovna is a sincere believer, she could not do that,” the deputy states. And one more quote from the same article. “Mortuaries in the share? 17 cases of illegal transfer of children have already been proven ... According to our source in the regional Department of Internal Affairs, “the investigation has been digging deeper, there is evidence that the trade has been going on since the beginning of the 2000's, respectively, and there are much more episodes”. It is possible that employees of the regional and district morgues were involved in the scheme. ”
A lot of Ukrainian politicians appear in dark cases with organ removal.
It would seem, why do the morgue workers, if it was conducted solely on the sale of living children? And what does Lyudmila Prokopechko, who led the local administration on behalf of the party of moderate nationalists "Our Ukraine", do with it? And what does Oleg Tyagnibok have to do with it? So, according to some information, it was precisely Tyagnibok who petitioned to drop all the charges against Prokopechko. And he motivated his petition with the fact that Lyudmila Yaroslavovna de- “Lyudyna Svidoma” and thanks to her, a monument to the victims of the Holodomor appeared in the region. It is said that the newly-built deputy at the same time strove for the other two female figures of the Odessa affair - Torbinskaya and Ukhov.
It is quite possible that all these episodes are only miraculous coincidences and one of the leaders of the coup in Kiev, Oleg Tyagnibok, has nothing to do with “black transplantology”, nor the sale of Ukrainian children abroad, or even strange events in the morgue on the Orangery . It is also quite possible that this article could be perceived by someone as an attempt to soil the name of one of the presidential candidates in Ukraine in the mud. So, so that you do not think so, a small addition. Other Ukrainian politicians, who are now running for the highest state post, may have had something to do with “black transplantology” at different times.
According to some reports, none other than presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko contributed to the return to Israel of surgeon Michael Zis, who was detained in Donetsk and accused of illegal transplantation of human organs and human trafficking. Rumor has it that people from the inner circle of another candidate, Petro Poroshenko, are currently trying to hush up the scandal about the illegal seizure of human kidneys, in which the staff of the Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital were lit. They also say that in the near future the legislators of Ukraine intend to adopt a new law on organ transplantation - they say, there are too many needy and so little “material”. That would make it possible to transplant organs of victims in an accident without the sanction of their relatives to those who need an operation! And that will do.
