The lessons of "modern" diplomacy for Russia on the Ukrainian example

155
Any negotiations concerning the post-Soviet space are in the key when creating the greenhouse conditions for the expansion of NATO, US interests to the east, and the agreements signed during their negotiations are absolutely nothing on the agenda. This is a simple formula that has worked twice in Ukraine alone over the past two months. The first time was when President Viktor Yanukovych in the presence of three ministers- "guarantors" of the EU countries at once signed the so-called February agreements. As you know, right after Yanukovych put his signature on the document, and the hottest phase began on the Maidan, which ended with a coup d'état.

The second time - last week - when the Quartet gathered in Geneva, discussed ways of resolving the situation, agreed that the squares and streets of the cities of Ukraine should be liberated, and unconstitutional armed formations should be disarmed.

The lessons of "modern" diplomacy for Russia on the Ukrainian example

Immediately after the meeting of the Quartet (Russia, the USA, the EU and Ukraine), the armed forces (pravoseki and other national guardsmen) explicitly assassinated Kiev, which in turn advised overseas “partners” (the visit of the CIA director Brennan did not go unnoticed) decided to disarm whether the formation of the southeast. At the same time, of course, having forgotten that the document also implies their (associates) disarmament, too. We checked it once ... We checked it a second time ... The result was blood: the dead and wounded in Slavyansk, a new escalation in the whole Donbas, in other regions of the south and south-east of Ukraine. Apparently, having signed those same Geneva agreements, Kiev decided that now it was people in jeeps, with machine guns, noise and not only noise grants, who received a mandate to “inspect” the southeast. And the OSCE does not count ...

And when the OSCE is not counted, an episode from a recent storieswhen the “missionaries” of this organization, who arrived as observers of the elections in the USA, were not even allowed to go to the polling stations. Today’s handwriting in Ukraine is very similar, although there is still more than a month before the elections. Whose hand still writes? ..

The “official” Kiev, his puppeteers from the West, were initially invited to Geneva as a kind of holy fool, through which it would be possible to conduct precisely the policy of interest to the United States. Kiev so made a fool and made. As soon as the information about the agreement was circulated through news agencies, the Ukrainian “authorities” began to issue such comments to the Geneva accords that it seemed that these people were just raving. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, who was present in Geneva (he calls himself that way; the minister says I) Andrei Deshchytsa said that all squares and streets should be vacated except for the Kiev Maidan, because the Maidan is occupied by people on certain legal grounds ... Ms. Tymoshenko (the leader of the “Batkivschyna”) and issued at all that in Geneva it was decided to withdraw Russian troops from the east of Ukraine. Truly holy fools. Such as the West needs at this particular moment in Ukraine, but only at this particular moment ... Then, there is an opinion, cleansing is expected ... At least the prerequisites of these “purges”, more precisely - episodes of selective political filtering, manifest themselves now: right away several congressmen whom Tymoshenko’s candidate planned to meet during her trip to the States did not confirm their agreement to such a meeting. Filter - failed ...

So, what happens? And it turns out that participation in any agreements with the West on issues of today's Ukraine is nothing more than participation. The West clearly demonstrates that it is ready to multiply by zero absolutely any agreement in which there is even a hint of taking into account the interests of anyone other than the West itself. It was clear to write down the southeastern agreement to the Geneva Agreement, Russian troops take the Kiev bad "power" out of the Urals - to recognize, "it was impossible, but apparently the West scrolled this thought hundreds of times in its cranial box , even before signing the agreements, he convinced himself that it was precisely this that he was able to achieve in Geneva from Russia. Once again, a variant of political self-hypnosis has been triggered, which is also going to be extrapolated to other countries and territories, when the desired is more than frankly passed off as real.

What should Russia do now, if new “Geneva” and others like it will be announced for the near future with the participation of the delegation of the Russian Federation. Refuse to participate at all? No, you can not refuse now. After all, it is not unusual for Russia to expect precisely self-exclusion from the discussion, so that later through the world media it will trumpet what Russia is supposedly wild and boil in its own juice. We all understand that there really is no discussion, that “discussion” is only a beautiful cover for those decisions that are being pushed through by “partners”, but at the same time,. if we begin to understand this, then it is impossible not to take advantage of it. As an option - to gather, “debate”, “negotiate”, but at the same time, calmly (as the West itself teaches) to bend its line, using the possibilities of the media, public platforms and institutions to demonstrate this line, to promote its interests.

At the same time, it is necessary to stop rounding our eyes in cases where our interests are trying, as already said, to multiply by zero, to push into the background. You just need to get used to it (and Russia seems to be getting used to it), and gently - by the corner of your foot, looking at the sky and whistling a light melody - moving this most West-prepared zero towards its own (Western) interests. This method of modern “diplomacy” that “partners” are trying to implement in our respect should be used. If this is a “diplomatic” lesson in the understanding of the United States for Russia, then American “friends” should not forget that we learn the lessons, draw conclusions ...

What is the difference when Korolev started working? In the forces of Khrushchev, it was all to cover. But it was under Khrushchev that we flew into space! And they mastered the atom !!! And they raised the virgin lands. And they fed people. And in the USSR there was never a famine again. And the United States created the Caribbean crisis when they deployed their missiles in Turkey. Just Khrushchev answered equivalently. And he did the right thing! And corn is a good thing in the south. And in the middle lane it gives a good harvest, like fodder for cattle. This is a plus!
Well, and, of course, there are cons! For me, he has more minuses. This is about the crazy reduction of the army. especially artillery, aviation and navy. This and his economic councils are rural and urban. And most importantly - the drain of Stalin! Here is a good example and a lesson for us - China! Almost all of Mao Dzedong’s legacy was abandoned, but he himself was not humiliated, not cheated. His portrait is still in the main square of Beijing !!!

Typical Ukrainian. Too rude and emotional. Continuous feelings, in Ukrainian, in a feminine way. Well, he told everything about his intentions ... Oh, how much intelligence is needed to embroil us with the whole world and squeeze the whole Crimea on the quiet.
And about the killing on Easter:
Most likely, the infantry of the Right Sector was ordered to carry out an unloading check with a SHOOTING, and indicatively. That there were corpses on both sides, and that the "separatists" themselves started talking about the shootout. The type confirmed that they were not armed. Therefore, a sniper worked at the post and that is why the Pravosek people did not escape from the crime scene. They were either forbidden, or deceived with the promise of help, in short, they substituted their own.

She stated this on April 20 in an interview with the American television company CNN.
"You cannot compare the situation in Kiev, where everything that is still held by the protesters is held in accordance with licenses, with the permission of the government, in agreement with the Rada, or in the presence of an agreement with the owners of the buildings, with what is happening in Eastern Ukraine," says Nuland.

the agreements signed during their course mean absolutely nothing. This is a simple formula that has worked twice in the past two months in Ukraine alone.

The West considers all agreements with us as not binding promises and easily refuses them when it sees our weakness ... in no case should you believe all agreements with the WEST in words or on paper.

A sad example ... when this promise to Gorbachev not to move NATO east and an agreement on a no-fly zone with LIVIA did not end well for RUSSIA .. NATO's troops at our borders, the UN Security Council lost all credibility as a responsible organization that keeps its word.

Now in the world there is a policy of force and not international law and the WEST will clearly adhere to this .... until it gets too tough.

Not so important cigarettes, cigarettes or a pipe. Such people and smoking make an element of politics.
              About Lavrov found:
Lavrov became famous for his conflict with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan on a curious occasion: smoker Lavrov did not want to obey the requirements of Annan, who tried to impose a ban on smoking at the headquarters of the world organization in New York. Lavrov simply ignored him. “This house belongs to all UN members,” Lavrov objected to Annan, “and his general secretary is just a manager.” This implacable position, in all likelihood, aroused the respect of the UN Secretary General, who, upon learning of Lavrov’s appointment as Russian Foreign Minister, issued a special statement in which he “with great respect” spoke of his professionalism. http://www.km.ru/news/lavrov/dossier

And there is nothing to say about Stalin, it is simply impossible to imagine him without a pipe or cigarette (by the way, in addition to "Herzegovina flora", he sometimes smoked "Kazbek")

PS Perhaps Lavrov also smokes Herzegovina Flora, but only cigarettes ...

It is necessary to "constructively" criticize the EU and the US, to put pressure on Kiev, but quietly do what we deem necessary. It would be time to "control" a small section of the border through which to supply the East with everything it needs.
Develop and organize self-defense forces armed with small arms, not sticks and rifles.
Develop a plan to isolate and split the forces of "blocking" the insurgent regions of the nationalists with their total extermination, the seizure of equipment and an attack on Kiev with the placement of roadblocks along the Dnieper.

You just need to get used to it (and Russia, it seems, is getting used to it), and carefully - with your corner of your foot, looking at the sky and whistling an easy melody - move this very zero prepared by the West towards its own (western) interests. This method of modern "diplomacy", which the "partners" are trying to implement in our regard, must be used. If this is a “diplomatic” lesson in the understanding of the United States for Russia, then American “friends” must not forget that we are teaching lessons, drawing conclusions ...

I agree! But here that excites most of all. Our nature of the policy of Russia depends on the personality of its conduct! Lavrov and Putin are not eternal, and by the appearance of V.V. Putin, it is clearly visible that the man is tired of continuous hemorrhoids. Who will come in their place and how will we live at the same time !? Medvedev or Putin No. 2? For me, God forbid the second.

“And it turns out that participation in any agreements with the West on issues of today's Ukraine is nothing more than participation.” - thanks to the author for the article. Everything is correct.
Tymoshenko is in general already used material of the United States, which they sent for processing - she was warned not to run for president, but she disobeyed and received the "first warning." And others too - political cleansing awaits
But Russia needs, like the United States — we want to work together to push water in a mortar.
If the Maidan and the seizure of buildings in Kiev is legal, then why do the impostors in Kiev decide that in the southwest it is not legal. The Ukrainian people of the southeast created their army and governing bodies, which means that everything is legal, but the armed units sent from Kiev - are located on the territory of the southeast illegally - no one invited and did not wait, and therefore Bandera Kiev with its American managers, who are sitting in the SBU - aggressors

Good! We do not smoke such request

At one time, the UN administration decided to ban smoking in the UN building. S.V. Lavrov, being Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, sharply opposed this, believing that attendants had no right to set restrictions on diplomats. At the same time, he, as claimed by the representatives of this maintenance staff, specifically began to smoke in any premises, specially smoking them. After this, the rules were changed (Lavrov was supported by other smoking post representatives.), Excluding diplomats from the ban. This episode characterizes Lavrov as a person who, even in the little things, did not allow him to sit on his neck!
It is very pleasing that in our leadership such people as Putin, Lavrov, Shoigu, Rogozin. More to such!

    Double standards or uniform mockery:

The demonstrators who seized the buildings in Kiev are not like the demonstrators in eastern Ukraine because they have permission from the authorities, said Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland.

"It is impossible to compare the situation in Kiev, where everything that is still held by the protesters is held in accordance with licenses, with the permission of the government, in agreement with the Rada, or in the presence of an agreement with the owners of the buildings, with what is happening in Eastern Ukraine," Nuland.

If we designate our territory and keep it, everything will just bury itself. And p..ezh from the West will now be constant, you have to get used to it. And answer. Raise information about amerovskie camps for the Germans, about the operation "Unthinkable" ... Do not hesitate to show history as it was. And then we are bloody gebnya and rapists, and they are angels ... Yes, if the Russians had moved .. or as many German women as we are told about it, there would be no such garbage in Europe now.

The question is different. The conclusions were made back in the 90s, but what to do with these conclusions? Until today, there was simply no strength to knock out wedge with wedge, now the strength has more or less appeared, but there is not enough experience in knocking out and there is not enough arrogance yet... and in theory, with such a Western cowardly approach and an arrogant overseas one, it would be necessary to distribute kickers to everyone’s asses with all our might and threaten with a finger that next time we’ll tear off our legs. But we have to live until then...

Well, why are you like this ... By the way, they flew into space with him, the first .. They raised Tselin ... The Caribbean crisis has resolved, he too. And by the way, the Americans even liked him - they wrote that he was very cute, simple.

Let me add: he abolished serfdom in the country, gave passports to peasants, introduced pensions for collective farmers, and mass housing construction, also with him. But he was still a tyrant. Believing that missiles decide everything, he cut the cannon artillery, aviation, and reduced the army. I’m generally silent about the Stalinist period. So you can’t paint everything with one paint. This idea was best expressed by Ernst Neizvestny in his tombstone monument to Khrushchev, made in black and white marble.

Putin had to publicly declare that the entire territory of the former USSR is a zone of our vital interests and any attempt at intervention by the West, and even more so an attempt to include countries on this territory in NATO or any other similar alliances, will be suppressed by all available means, including the use of armed forces. Lesson No. 1 for Russia:
    1. You should never carry 10 gas pipeline lines into the territory of a neighboring country at the same time. Such gas can only be cut off by a political decision. And only by Putin himself. This is practically an UNSTOPPABLE GAS. The special services are absolutely powerless. And impunity indulges, provokes juntas into hooligan actions.
    2. Looking at the map, it is not clear why Crimea is originally Russian, and Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Kherson are originally Ukrainian? Did our ancestors fly on wings to Crimea? It would be necessary to somehow decide on history.

Consistently and steadily defend the interests of Russia and those who support it at this stage (no need to delude ourselves about various allies), more information about our interests and our initiatives, it is important to take into account aspects of ongoing information battles.
It’s nice that Russia now has one of the most powerful Ministers of Foreign Affairs, capable of defending our policies, smart and strong-willed.

It is necessary to “raise” pro-Russian forces in European countries: Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the countries of former Yugoslavia and, by analogy with Crimea, hold referendums - there is no point in listening to what the West will say to Russia. Let them observe what Russia is doing - and let the squeals and squeaks from the Anglo-Saxons and other Europeans stand aside.
