True Afghan war
For ten consecutive years, military units from 47 countries led by the United States, using ultramodern weapons of destruction, destroy Afghan territory. As a result, the blood of civilians is shed, human rights are violated, destroyed historical monuments. In the period of 2008 alone, according to the UN, more than 2009 civilians died in Afghanistan, in 2170 this figure was already 15 people, and, worst of all, the trend towards an increase in casualties is only growing. Over the course of ten years, the military operation under the loud name “Enduring Freedom” claimed 17 to 2,5 thousand human lives among the civilian population and almost 1 thousand “freedom-bearers” themselves. Moreover, official American propaganda no longer even mentions the previously proclaimed cause of aggression - the elimination of “terrorist number 120” in Afghanistan. Obviously, they are ashamed to admit that the XNUMXth contingent, armed with the latest military technology, has been chasing the “ghost” of Bin Laden for ten years, but there is no result! In this situation, the question arises: what does war mean: is the world completely crazy or is it the greatest hoax of the XNUMXst century?
The main events preceding the outbreak of the war in Afghanistan are linked to the September 11 2001 attacks in the United States. It was after these terrible events for America that George W. Bush put forward an ultimatum to the Taliban ruling in Afghanistan at the time: as soon as possible, they had to hand out Bin Laden, as the main suspect in organizing an attack on the United States, for trial by American justice. On September 21, the Taliban refused this ultimatum, stating that the American side did not provide evidence that al Qaeda was involved in the terrorist attacks in Washington and New York.
In response to the 7 refusal of October 2001, the Americans, together with the British, entered the territory of Afghanistan in order to defeat the Taliban, but the main task that was set before the troops was the search and trial of Bin Laden, a terrorist of 1. At first, only 40 combat aircraft took part in the military operation; 50 cruise missiles were launched from British and American ships. But soon, through various persuasions and promises, the United States pulled NATO into its adventure, as well as some other countries that are not members of the alliance. Thus, fifty states found themselves in a single chain bound by Afghan blood. At the first stage of the war, the United States and its satellites were able to achieve some success, which, as we understand now, was deceptive. The Taliban, of course, were removed from power and placed at the helm of the Karzai state, but the Taliban movement, having lost power, did not lose its military strength and switched to guerrilla warfare, which was extremely unprofitable for the United States. In February, 2008, the Americans were on the verge of defeat, but oddly enough, Russia saved them from shame.
It was in February 2008 that the Taliban conducted one of their, perhaps most daring, operations against NATO forces. The main objective of the operation was to destroy the NATO’s Pakistani supply route, on which the military contingent received more than 80% of the necessary food, weapons and ammunition. As a result of the constant attacks of the Taliban on the military convoys of the North Atlantic alliance, the necessary supplies were paralyzed. NATO, despite all the differences, was forced to seek help from Russia. The main assistance was to provide Russia with an air corridor for NATO aircraft, which delivered everything they needed to their units. The Taliban could not have foreseen such a development of events and were preparing to celebrate the victory, but the Russian government, for its well-known reasons, satisfied the request of NATO and opened the air corridor, which set the Taliban against themselves and saved the United States and its allies from defeat.
But even this step did not bring a significant change in the war, and the Taliban, who felt the taste of victories, continued to successfully use the tactics of small-scale skirmishes and partisan warfare. Understanding that it was almost impossible to defeat the well-armed forces of the alliance in major military operations, the Taliban carefully avoided them. Their main tactic was the attack on convoys and patrols, mining roads and bridges. NATO continued to stupidly bend its line. Losses among civilians increased, which led to aggravation of dissatisfaction with the very fact of the presence of NATO troops among the local population.
Many experts are sure that with such methods of “planting democracy” the Americans themselves are driving themselves to a dead end. The reason for this is, first of all, that almost every day people come from Afghanistan news about bloody events. That NATO aircraft "accidentally" bombed the wedding or a wake or civilian bomb shelter. Last year, 2118 killed civilians in Afghanistan, which is more on 600 people than in 2009 year. At the same time 522 peaceful Afghan became victims of the so-called "random" American bombing. Of course, it’s not worthwhile to call these acts purposeful, but this once again confirms that on their way to their goal, the Americans absolutely don’t think about the life of “other people”, but wage war against manic pragmatism and, frankly, cowardly. They strike most of their strikes from a safe distance from which it is impossible to distinguish civilians from militants. But in response to such actions, there is an increase in popular resistance. Since 2009, Afghanistan has witnessed a sharp increase in the number of terrorist attacks against NATO and government forces.
But what were the Americans able to achieve in ten years of war, except for the thousands who died? The terrorist number XXUMX - Bin Laden - was never caught. According to the Pentagon itself, the US and NATO forces did not achieve any positive change in the situation around Afghanistan by the fall of 1, and many analysts claim that the overall situation in the occupied country has only worsened. First of all, this is due to the fact that before the entry into Afghanistan, the US military promised the complete defeat of the Taliban no later than in 2010, but in 2007, the Taliban controlled almost half of the territory of their state, and at the beginning of 2010, two thirds passed under their control. By and large, the government of Afghanistan and its overseas friends control only the capital Kabul and the adjacent territory. Despite the introduction of additional military units, this did not bring changes either in the political or in the military situation.
But this war also has another side that is carefully hidden, but it brings trouble not only to the Americans, but to the entire world community. With the beginning of the war in Afghanistan, there has been a sharp increase in the production and distribution of hard drugs around the world. According to the Federal Drug Control Service, in the period from 2001 to 2008. production of heroin and opiates in Afghanistan increased 2,5 times. Currently, Afghanistan has become the second largest producer of hashish and marijuana in the world (first place is occupied by Marroko), and over a thousand tons of purified heroin is stored in warehouses in the country, which can be sold in the event of a poor harvest.
Swiss journalist R. Labeuvier published a book based on the documentary facts “Dollars of Terror. United States and Islamists. ” The book proves that behind the war in Afghanistan something else is hidden. Americans get super profits from the financing of terrorists and drug business. This is one of the main goals of a bloody war. By the way, there is a rather eloquent fact that only confirms this version - right up to 2001, the production and subsequent distribution of Afghan drugs has been the number one subject in the UN Security Council, but over the past ten years this topic has not only been discussed, but has been imposed on it taboo.
In Russia, they point out that all drugs from Afghanistan are distributed as follows: 60% is sent to Europe and other countries of the world, and 40% is supplied to Russia, which led to a sharp increase in drug addiction in the country. According to the most modest estimates of the Federal Drug Control Service, twice more people die from heroin produced in Afghanistan every year than were killed in the nine years of the Afghan war. Obviously, this is not just happening, and the process of destroying the Russian nation is beneficial not only to Americans, but also to someone in Russia itself.
It is clear that control over Afghanistan provides the United States with enormous economic and geostrategic benefits. This is a very convenient and actually not limited by any treaties or agreements platform for the deployment of various types of weapons, including also tactical nuclear ones. The Americans are stationing and rapidly modernizing airfields in Afghanistan in order to reach the nuclear centers of China. Here they are also practically in the rear of Central Asia, which was previously part of the USSR, and in the rear of Iran, and most importantly, they have access to the Caspian Sea. For the United States, this region is an extremely important base for influencing the situation. From the territory of Afghanistan, one can attack and conduct special military operations, and simply exert powerful military pressure only with one’s presence. And it is obvious that Americans really do not want to lose such territory.
But Americans are interested not only in the surface of the territory of Afghanistan, but also in what is under it, and this is practically the entire periodic table. In the Afghan depths there are huge reserves of natural uranium, oil, gas, gold and much more, which not only the United States, but the whole world, needs so much. So the search for Bin Laden is just an excuse, and the goal for Americans is completely different, and moreover, this goal is self-interest.
Many people understand that the war in Afghanistan is a battle for natural resources, and democracy or any other intentions are out of the question. The Allied armed forces carry not the freedom and human rights to Afghanistan, but the idea of exercising control over Eurasia. Control of the whole world is an old American dream, but without control of Eurasia it is not feasible, and the presence of troops in the center of the continent is the first step towards the realization of the dream of world domination. The war in Afghanistan has a very negative effect on the popularity rating of the current President Barack Obama and the White House administration. But the fact is that almost all US presidents, especially such as the current one, are nothing more than toys in strong hands. Counting future profits, financial institutions and transnational companies will continue to put significant pressure on both US administration policies and public opinion.
The war in Afghanistan will continue until the US strengthens its position in the region, and this is not about building military bases, but about real influence. American and NATO soldiers, at the cost of their lives, provide access for US transnational companies to the depths of Afghanistan, and this proves that Americans are ready to build their business on blood, and democracy is only a loud cover for atrocities.
