Sanctions as an engine of progress

114

Aggressive pressure from Western countries, primarily the United States, to which our country was subjected after the return of the Crimea under the jurisdiction of Russia, can play the most positive role. Evaluate all the consequences of the political cataclysm through which Kiev is now passing, and the effectiveness of sanctions for the West that they threaten to impose on Russia will be possible only in the future, and far from it. Now we will draw preliminary conclusions, which, it should be noted, are encouraging.

Take the military side. No one would ever have believed that Crimea would be able to be returned to the bosom of Russia without a single shot and with virtually no casualties. On the peninsula there was a fairly powerful army group of the armed forces of Ukraine, including a fleet, a combat Aviation, land units and, as it were, the elite marines. Those who started the coup in Kiev, for sure, were sure: “if that”, then the Crimean-Ukrainian fighters would engage in mortal combat with the “Muscovites” and defend the integrity of the “independent”. It can be assumed that our military leaders were not sure that everything would go smoothly. But Moscow did not want a big war.

And then a very interesting question arises: did the Minister of Defense, now the former, Anatoly Serdyukov, destroy the Russian Armed Forces or, on the contrary, carry out exactly those reforms that allowed to “win back” the Crimea without huge losses.

The answer will not be unequivocal.

According to a number of military experts, the reforms initiated by A. Serdyukov were in essence true, but were carried out “on a stool”. And if he still led the military department, then, more than likely, the result of the Crimean "battle" would have been different.
So it all happened that the change of ministers of defense happened very much by the way. Destiny ...

The main role in the fact that the protests in the Crimea did not turn into a bloody massacre, as it happened recently in Kiev, was played by "polite people" in a new military uniform, but without insignia.

Who are they? Some journalists announced that they were GRU special forces units and special operations forces - a new and very secret structure of the Ministry of Defense. Created MTRs were just under A. Serdyukov.

In any case, our country did not violate any international laws. By agreement with Ukraine, Russia could keep grouping thousands of troops in 25 in the Crimea. The limit was not exceeded. And if our special forces were able to take full control of the entire vital infrastructure of the peninsula and block the locations of the units of the armed forces of Ukraine, it only confirmed their high professional training.

As for the fighters "Square", one thing is clear - the state of the highest political power in Kiev did not contribute to upholding state integrity by military resistance. Those who banished Viktor Yanukovych and usurped state power are not endowed with either state wisdom, or patriotism, or, all the more, political professionalism.

The intelligence of the United States, which listens to everyone and seems to know everything, is not the best. Having invested billions of dollars in provoking “Maidan”, they saw real passionaries-revolutionaries in the capital of Ukraine who, not sparing their stomachs, threw themselves with chains and Molotov cocktails on the unarmed Berkut, Washington and all its special services were inspired. "Everything! The deed is done, the victory will be ours! ”, - so, probably, they thought across the ocean.

And it turned out like the bloggers are joking, the United States spent five billion dollars to literally make Russia regain the Crimea.

The peninsula, which for all the years of existence of the “Square” was its political backwater, was not taken into account. In addition, Bandera, periodically making raids on Sevastopol, in order to spoil and hide there, never received physical resistance. On the contrary, the same “Berkut” and the Crimean militia of “zapadentsev” guarded and defended.

Having grown up the homunculus of a separatist “democracy” according to only the recipes they knew, political alchemists themselves believed that it was precisely such an “independent democracy” that all the people of multinational Ukraine would be delighted with. And miscalculated.

They also miscalculated in assessing the combat capability of the Russian army, in the effectiveness of control after the Serdyukov reforms. The CIA, and even the more objective intelligence department of the US Department of Defense, most likely read the Russian press, which had angrily branded the former minister, very carefully. And they believed: the Armed Forces of Russia are in decline, Sergei Shoigu could not correct the mistakes of his predecessor in such a short time.

The fact that in the area of strengthening the defense of Russia there were very serious deep-seated processes was not taken into account. After all, it is no coincidence that Barack Obama referred our country only to the category of regional powers. After all, this is only the United States - the center of the world, before which all non-democratic regimes should tremble before the military might. And who is regional on the planet, who is sovereign, who is a democrat, and who is a dictator, Washington alone is called upon to decide. True, by whom it is called, it is completely incomprehensible.

In the US, there was no action plan for the case that took place in the Crimea. What to do? Introduce your fleet into the Black Sea? What's next? They went the usual way: they began to frighten sanctions. And again a puncture.

Our country was so long and so diligently pulled into the global market, transnational corporations were so actively taking root in Russia that now any restrictions against our country inevitably hit the United States, and even more so by their European and Asian partners.

Moreover, the threat of Western partners to curtail technological cooperation with Russia unambiguously leads to a technological take-off of the domestic industry.

Are sanctions critical for the defense industry complex of our country? To the minimum extent. As the head of Rosoboronexport, Anatoly Isaykin, said recently, the more sanctions imposed by the United States against the export of Russian weaponsthe more this export is growing. Last year, our military items were exported worth 13,2 billion dollars, which was a record. And this - despite the fact that in the samples supplied abroad there are a lot of components from Western production, this is the desire of customers.

But in the technology, which goes into service with the Russian army, the share of foreign components is insignificant. Moreover, there are no American components at all. Various microcircuits or night vision systems, for example, are the product of either transnational corporations, in which the US influence is not decisive, or are produced by joint ventures with the participation of Russia.

The French were stupid. Paris itself actively lobbied for the implementation of joint projects in the field of military-technical cooperation. And for the future, very profitable deals have been planned for wheeled armored vehicles, for various weapons systems and weapon control systems. The construction of two “Mistral”. And now, to please Washington, give up all this?

The refusal of the "Mistral", by the way, will cause great joy among our shipbuilders and sailors.

Representatives of the French defense industry, rescuing "Mistral", recently said that now it is, in its essence, civilian ships, and not warships. After they become saturated with appropriate equipment, they will be fighting, and the French are allegedly not going to do this. And why was the deal made? For metal troughs? Well, let them leave them to themselves, and then suing them for a long time for the failure of the contract.

The Germans allegedly refuse to equip us with a training center in Mulino according to NATO standards. Unpleasant But at a number of past weapon exhibitions, Russian developers showed several projects of equipment for landfills using 21st century technologies. So here we can win.

There will be a problem with microprocessors. But here, without Washington’s sanctions, on the initiative of the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, steps have been taken to create a powerful domestic production base in the field of everything related to microelectronics and software.

The only thing that will have a negative effect on the Russian defense industry is a break in ties with the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex. All Ukrainian high-tech industry is alive only thanks to well-established ties with the Russian industry. Accordingly, our manufacturers of military equipment have always been confident in the stability of such cooperation. And very many military-technical products incorporate a fair share of units and parts made in Ukraine.

And Kiev declared that such a friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation would no longer be tolerated. According to the understanding of the current usurpers of power, Ukrainian industry should not contribute to strengthening the military power of the “aggressor”. That is, Russia.

All contracts will break! And without taking into account that the price of these contracts for the Ukrainian treasury is hundreds of millions of dollars. Get out, Muscovites, get out! Like children: in spite of my mother I will freeze my ears.

If it happens that Ukrainian enterprises are indeed banned from supplying their products to Russia, then the country's aircraft industry, including aircraft engine building, will suffer the most. Zaporizhzhya Motor-Sich is one of the best engine-building enterprises in the whole of Europe. It has been preserved and developed solely due to the long and dynamically developing ties with Russia.

On all our helicopters: Mi-8, Mi-171, Mi-24, Mi-35, Mi-26, Mi-28, Ka-27, Ka-29, Ka-32, Ka-50, Ka-52 are gas turbine engines made in Zaporozhye. Under the armaments program up to 2020, the Russian Air Force plans to purchase only attack helicopters about 1000 units. This means that we will need 2000 engines VK-2500 - two for each car. And 1000 the same, in reserve. 3000 thousands of engines minimum - guaranteed order for Ukraine. Their price is more than a billion dollars. Does Ukraine need this money?

In the Leningrad Region, the Klimov domestic engine-building enterprise built the Petersburg Motors plant. From December 2012 of the year, it began serial production of the Russian engine components VK-2500 for the Ka-52 and Mi-28. Of course, there are problems, and they still need to be addressed. But the first step was the hardest, the plant was started, and in time it will reach its full capacity.

Problems will arise in the rocket and space industry. Yuzhmash manufactures Zenit launch vehicles. From Ukraine, we receive elements of the Proton and Soyuz launch vehicle control systems, as well as the International Space Station. In cooperation with Antonov Design Bureau and Aviant plant, we build transport planes An-140 and An-148. With them, we are also going to upgrade the An-124 Ruslan. Even for an absolutely new Russian military transport aircraft Il-476, as we know, we get ready-made parts, instruments and units for each board on 35.

The break of Russian-Ukrainian cooperation ties in the field of high technologies, it is worth repeating, will hit our country much more significantly than US sanctions. But what will be the result of independent political ambitions of Kiev to please Washington?

Russia is having difficulty, but it will fill its niche that Ukrainian imports now occupy with their own products. But the “Square” will forever lose its very “independent” industry. To the world community, in which Kiev is so eager, Ukrainian technical crafts are not at all interesting and unnecessary. Tens of thousands of highly skilled designers, technologists, engineers, workers will be out of work. Aviant, Motor Sich, Yuzhmash and other flagships of the Soviet industry, which miraculously survived on Ukrainian soil, would stop and soon collapse under the weight of debts.

But the industry of Belarus will go up the hill. It has finally been officially announced that the Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the field of military-technical cooperation is given the green light and the most favored regime is being created. As the State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Grigory Rapota said about the prospect of ending cooperation in the military sphere with Ukraine, “Belarus will be the first one to consult on this subject.” This is about the possibility of replacing the Ukrainian partnership.

Like most of my fellow citizens, I do not suffer from headache. I understand: there will be problems. But just as I know that the Russian "defense" can solve them. So, Western sanctions against Russia will become the engine of our technical progress.

Russia has a real chance to make such a breakthrough, which will lead the industry immediately to the sixth technological order, actually passing the fifth. It will not be easy, but the end result will exceed all expectations. The danger is that our “sworn friends” will understand it very soon, and they will not introduce full sanctions, and soon they will be silently canceled altogether ...

What will happen next? And then, if nothing extraordinary happens, we will face the dollar detachment, purges, international upheavals, turbulence in the international economy and the scrapping of all the usual configurations. It will be scary and joyful. It will not be boring. Right

The stakes are very serious, it’s clear that Putin “made a strangulation” of Lavrov’s statements on Iran (in the style of “Americans - Iranians should be in Geneva”) and in Ukraine (in the style of “we can intervene if asked”) show what Russia wants win on both boards. The Kremlin is ready to go all the way in both conflicts, which are of serious strategic importance. Even if Medvedev was “convinced” to go “on the front line” and demand from the West “to take into account the Iranian factor in resolving the Syrian issue,” then Putin expects to win in all directions, and defines dissenting parties in political and diplomatic fines.

"The Nobel Peace Prize laureate, former Polish President Lech Walesa, in an interview with the Warsaw newspaper Rzeczpospolita, expressed a rather tough stance on the situation in Ukraine, demanding decisive measures against Russia.
In particular, Walesa said about the need to "talk to Putin like a man." According to him, now the West is "building combinations", and it is necessary to create an international "solidarity commission" that will do everything to exclude Russia from the world economic system, significantly limit its opportunities in trade and energy supplies.
"In addition, the world must persecute people like Putin until the International Court of Justice in The Hague. International agreements cannot be violated. Russia must be forced to live by the principles of the XNUMXst century." - says the former Polish president.
Walesa considers the culprit of the situation in Ukraine, including the American President Barack Obama. "During his visit to Poland, we must explain to Obama that it was his concessions on missile defense that led to such results. He was wrong, and now he must correct himself as quickly as possible," the former president said.

Walesa, as today Yetsenyuk and his hedgehog were clearly working out and working off Western money, those who told them "fas" to overthrow the legitimate authorities, and at any cost and with blood. These puppets for dollars are ready to overthrow anyone, anytime!
I met in 70s in Cuba with Poles from Solidarity and still have not gotten rid of the feeling of their extreme zombie-Russophobia towards Russia, its peoples, and it is clear that one does not have to expect anything else with such rulers as Walesa and Yetsenyuk!
But another thing excites me: again, as it were, incidentally, in the article Serdyukov was praised, this is almost his merit in
in the creation of special forces units of "polite people" in military uniform in the Crimea ?! Maybe he is also a champion in aikido or has a red beret !? Does he understand anything about this !?
We will not have new "Crimea", the spiritual upsurge that has now united the peoples of Russia in the face of Western sanctions, if we do not stop lying, glossing over, varnishing and falsifying our reality! Today the officers of the Berkut are being tried, making them guilty without guilt, but what about in Russia, is everything so unambiguous when we judge our officers !?
We need to get rid of our Yatsenyuk and Valens in power, lobbying the interests of Western elites, sometimes and often simply betraying the interests of Russia in the name of personal benefits and preferences! It is naive to think that the Cold War was canceled, it went on and on, NATO and the USA lie and dodge, but they are moving their missile defense and their bases to our borders and their goal is the same - we should not be
the state of Russia, nor as the peoples inhabiting it!
Weakened, specific, commodity principalities with complete dependence on the United States and Western countries, the goal voiced by Brzezinski!
It is not for nothing that such "beddings" as Tymoshenko are tearing out today's hidden thoughts of her overseas masters of the complete destruction of Russia by an atomic strike, so that only a bare spot of it remains. And where is there about Russians, Ukrainians, Chechen Tatars and hundreds of other peoples inhabiting Russia !? There are no them, instead of them "in the style of Tymoshenko and her associates" only radioactive dust! Specifically and cynical! Who else has illusions or is it Putin's fault again !? She is more terrible than Walesa, this is a "lady with a scythe"!
But she is a contender not only in the chair of the president of long-suffering Ukraine, but I think he will pat the Nobel Peace Prize-Obama!
We need to strengthen Russia's economic and military might not in words, but in deeds, equating the embezzlement of budget funds to treason. Enough of this "dermocracy" to plunder Russia!
The impoverishment and sharp stratification of the people cannot last forever, on the example of Ukraine, we see what the authorities and ambitions of the oligarchy and the hedgehog lead to, God forbid, dissatisfaction breaks out and in Russia, Western intelligence agencies are doing everything to increase the tension.
in our country. This is the most terrifying thing, and who will be Russian Yatsenyuk or Valencia there is no longer the point!

Serdyukov were essentially correct, but were carried out “in a stool”.

Well, here's your first attempt to WASH THE BLACK MALE. Without concretizing, without pressure, - "... maybe Stooltkin is not so much wrong? You see his reforms, what are the results, Crimea is ours"

"And here a very interesting question arises: did the Defense Minister - now former - Anatoly Serdyukov destroy the domestic Armed Forces, or, on the contrary, carried out exactly those reforms that made it possible to" recapture "Crimea without huge losses."

That's just about Serdyukov is not necessary. He simply did not have time to finish everything, to which he reached. And thanks to Shoigu, who managed to recover a lot. But there is still a lot to do.
Well, the fact that you need to develop your industry - I think it’s clear to everyone (except for Serdyukov and others like him, such as the ex-chief of General Staff Makarov). It is necessary to use the achievements of foreigners, but only create your own products.

Do you really think that the Minister of Defense has the right to reform the army at his discretion.
Then it should be recognized that our supreme power has gone crazy, because Serdyukov is not even a military man, but he was appointed Minister of Defense and instructed to reform the army?
Everything is much simpler. We have the Commander-in-Chief - the President, whose instructions are carried out by the defense ministers, regardless of their last name, Serdyukov or Shoigu.
And this or that reform is being implemented with the help of a large number of military specialists, forming this or that image of the army, in accordance with the instructions of the Commander-in-Chief, and not personally by the Minister, who may be non-military.
Why the President did this, one can only guess.
Most of all, it looks like he decided to use an array of defense industrial structures, which Russia inherited from the USSR and formed the basis of Soviet industrial production.
Thus, amid the inhibition of the development of industrial production and
artificially slowing down the development of small and medium-sized businesses, it loads the defense enterprises and economic structures of the country, providing for the maintenance and development of the army, providing work for a huge number of people who would otherwise face unemployment ....
Well, of course, Shoigu didn’t fix anything, he skillfully follows the instructions of the President and forms an army that looks very much like the Soviet one.

If you look at the depth of the problem, then the Americans did for us part of the work that the system pushed away in every way. This was also blocking the official’s accounts and the ability to educate children, to have business over the hill — the authorities were afraid to do this, only announced their intentions.
The lack of a full-fledged banking system and vulnerability led our government to think about modernization. In the same way, the infusion of finances into the electronic, aircraft manufacturing and some other sectors, which are heavily dependent on imports, will begin.
Although there will certainly be problems ............ Americans will not forgive us for Crimea and a number of orange revolutions will most likely take place in the countries of the former USSR. NATO partners will force Americans to fork out for new weapons. Also chain dogs from the Baltic countries will be poured in a fury of anger to the whole world.
In short, we are at the beginning of a long journey ...

Nothing, we will survive! It's time to raise your enterprises! For example, in Ufa there is UMPO, an enterprise for the production of aircraft engines for dryers. So decayed, in fact - "the patient is more likely dead than alive!" How many specialists have gone to the side! And how many such decayed "defense industries" are there in the country? It's time to COLLECT STONES! Difficult? But no one said that it was easy to build DneproGes, Turksib and many other "breakthrough" plans with practically bare hands! And the evacuation of industry from the western territories at the beginning of the Second World War? I don’t think it was an "easy" event! And at the moment it is not a war (thank God!), But the West (without obviously thinking about the possible consequences of sanctions against Russia for itself) is involuntarily "pushing" us to develop its production! And if so - why not!

But the experience of the Second World War, the events in Ukraine, some political facts in Belarus show that the strategically important industry should be located only in Russia and preferably away from the external border. If Russian-Ukrainian cooperation is interrupted, if extremists come to power in Ukraine and there are hundreds of them. It seems that those who talk about what is happening in Ukraine, after the return of Crimea, do not want to notice the obvious things, that for the sake of all these "ifs" the Euromaidan was started and hundreds of people were sacrificed. For the sake of the coming to power of people loyal to the CIA, Ukrainians were shot in the square like rams, and hundreds more will be tortured in the Ukrainian torture chamber of the SBU in the worst Bandera traditions. Now concentration camps are being created in South-Eastern Ukraine under the guise of migration centers for the temporary holding of persons subject to deportation, and in a couple of months they will be filled with tens of thousands of people who will become hostages of the new government and the main weapon of blackmail for Russia, because they will be Russian people.
Do Lavrov and Putin really think that the United States will agree and demand that the new authorities of Ukraine hold a referendum on the Constitution in order to federalize the country? And this is now, when an illegitimate government has already crossed all borders and transgressed to massive political repression!
The usurpers of power understand only those methods by which they came to power. Now, unfortunately, time is not on the side of Russia. On the territory of Ukraine there is a powerful psychological zombie of the population, a new image of the enemy in the East is being created. And the campaign company until May 25 will further aggravate the situation. Therefore, you can not hesitate. the people of the Southeast need to be given real hope and security guarantees, as it was in Crimea, when the Russian Navy and polite people ensured the security and freedom of expression of the peaceful population. It is clear that the entry of Russian troops, although unlikely, can lead to a military conflict. But there is a golden eagle! And there is a legitimate Supreme Commander. Whatever he is, he is able and obligated to protect his people and hold a referendum. It is only necessary to collect, organize and support the soldiers of the Golden Eagle, to distribute tasks and take control of key facilities in the Southeast. At the same time, the support of the population by the forces of self-defense of the South-East, anti-Maidan and local police is guaranteed for Berkutovtsy a good guarantee to keep the situation under control and ensure order.

Whether sanctions are strengthened or not is not the point. It is important that the Russian government clearly understands for itself that the West is interested in Russia only as long as it is a raw material appendage of their economy. Unlike most BIKS countries, which are happy to develop joint high-tech cooperation and high-tech production. Based on this, it is necessary to rebuild economic relations and develop military-political alliances. But for some reason, it is precisely with these countries that Russia limits cooperation in such important sectors as nuclear, horse-drawn technologies, and the creation of national and regional missile defense systems. It is time for the GDP to reconsider its attitude to the international non-proliferation obligations, which are beneficial to the USA and Europe, in order to spread rotious governments of independent states.

Apparently in RUSSIA they forgot how they built factories for the production of engines for military equipment in just a ridiculous period of 2-4 months. And now such technology and again we whine that we are dependent on someone. Yes, internal ENEMIES TRAITORS contributed to this for good kickbacks. And now our country is reaping the fruits of the work of these “patriots”

Western sanctions against Russia are nothing more than manipulation of feces, a desire to throw it in Russia’s face while being afraid of getting an even bigger cake in one’s snout.

Well, it’s hard to believe that the West has been dragging us into world trade for a long time. Then why did it take 20 years? As for the rest, I agree with the author. In addition to a breakthrough in the economy “thanks to” the sanctions, something else will begin. Namely: the fight against corruption will move from words into deeds, and the fifth column will be quickly dealt with as a real obstacle.

This will never happen; the vertical of power is built in such a way that corruption is the connecting link at all levels. Moreover, it is impossible to move up the career ladder without participating in corruption schemes; this is a guarantee of loyalty.

It seems to me that Europe and the United States have played so much in the game “Punish Russia” that they forgot that in fact they promised to help Ukraine.

    But they didn’t promise.
It was Yaytsenyuk who screamed “America will help us!”
    And the frame immediately deflated...

Yulya also called out to NATO, but NATO answered, “not NATO.”...

And Logard generally said that the only help to Ukraine was from Russia....

And the IMF promised to first let the leaders of national interests seize power, introduce self-sanctions against the Ukrainian people, and then let them provide loans on extortionate terms.

I write and think: No other than V.V. Putin set everything up...
So that the Ukrainian people can quickly see the light and ask to return to Russia again.
In the meantime, for greater persuasiveness, the residents of Crimea will receive everything that was promised and will become the envy of the entire southeast... Europe from Poland to Portugal...

Problems will also arise in the rocket and space industry. Yuzhmash produces Zenit launch vehicles. From Ukraine we receive elements of the control systems for the Proton and Soyuz launch vehicles.
“The Southern Machine-Building Plant is negotiating with unknown customers to transfer to them technical documentation for the R-36M2 Voevoda missile (SS-18 Satan in the Western classification), Zenit-2 (11K77) and the project for the Sapsan multifunctional missile system.

Apparently in Ukraine they live according to an altered proverb - soon the fairy tale is told and the matter is not done at all

Are sanctions critical for the defense-industrial complex of our country? To a minimal extent.

The author is a windbag. He has no idea about the consequences of sanctions. He is one of those “analysts” who believe that rolls themselves grow on trees.
It's not about the types of weapons supplied or even about the technology. We have lost access to a modern machine park. Rogozin was with us in Novosibirsk on April 04.04.2014, XNUMX. acknowledged the dire consequences for Russian industry:
We ruined the machine tool industry, we do not have it

Most citizens simply do not realize that without foreign equipment, the Russian military-industrial complex will simply die, and this time completely.

The problem, even their complex, would be solved by the separation (or autonomy) of the Eastern regions from the Center and West of Ukraine. This would solve a lot of problems at once. I think.

Come on, friends, wake up. Under our economists, raised by Gaidar. Under our prime minister, he is very fond of cows. With our disregard for the assigned work of ministers, nothing will work out. Only a complete change in the development model, nationalization of energy and heavy industry. extractive sectors of the economy, (oil, gas and the list goes on) alcohol - for a start, it will give the state funds to finance new industrialization. Otherwise, without this, it’s just chatter. There is no money, no conversation.

Signalman / Don’t wake up, but stay up. Name at least one Gaidar economist in the current government. And the Prime Minister, as part of his duty, is supposed to love our domestic cows because... The Ministry of Agriculture is subordinate to him as well as the Ministries of Heavy, Light Industry and other ministries. He must love everything: cows, pigs, machines, machines, and much more that our country lives with.

As soon as they started talking about Western sanctions, I immediately thought that this was beneficial to Russia and not beneficial to the West. We will begin to raise our industry, the economy will be less tied to the West, and our “fifth column” will appear in all its glory and there will be fewer fools supporting it.
As soon as the slow-witted people in the West understand this, they will immediately cancel everything.

The author went a little too far with Serdyukov. Why was he so frightened that he connected the annexation of Crimea with a stool. They simply didn’t let that boar completely destroy the ministry; they caught it in time. And Crimea was annexed thanks to the competent and coordinated actions of Putin, Shoigu, Matvienko, deputies and leaders of the State Duma factions, as well as Aksenov, Konstantinov and the residents of Crimea. Everyone worked in one cohesive team. As a result, Crimea is ours. The role of the military and special services in this matter was also enormous, but this is not the merit of Serdyukov, but of Shoigu and Putin.

The fields are plowed, the factories are working, no one has died of hunger yet, we eat our own natural products, we have our choice of equipment, we have a choice of leisure (I prefer the beaches of Pripyat, that is, my own), and we don’t go to shitty cities, we clean up a little. And all problems that arise can be solved. You just have to work - nothing falls from the sky.

Washington and Berlin hope to do this through the conclusion of an agreement on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. In other words, Germany wants to open the European market to US goods.

Tens of thousands of highly qualified designers, technologists, engineers, and workers will find themselves without work. Aviant, Motor Sich, Yuzhmash and other flagships of the Soviet industry, miraculously preserved on Ukrainian soil, will stop and soon collapse under the weight of debts

Today I am at the censor, against the backdrop of the rejoicing of the Square over the imminent collapse of Russian aviation (almost literally, nothing will fly in Russia anymore!) I invited Ukrainian engineers to make money at Russian factories. Was banned instantly. In general, Russia now has a unique chance to get highly qualified specialists who are much more useful in comparison with Central Asian migrants. Recently I accidentally rode a city bus and heard an announcement: bus drivers are needed, even housing is provided. And I think our big country needs literate people in different areas. How can we convey information about vacancies to Ukrainians? We need a state program, it seems to me, on this topic.
