Superfinal of the Wargaming.net League kicks off on April 4

14 teams will compete for a total prize pool of $ 300 000 and the title of the best virtual tankers in the world.

3 April 2014 - Wargaming is pleased to announce the completion of preparations for the start of the Wargaming.net League Super Final. The opening ceremony of the tournament will take place on April 4 in 12: 00 CET at the Multikino Zlote Tarasy cinema (Warsaw, Poland).

“Over the first year, more 200 000 eSports athletes participated in the Wargaming.net League contests,” said Mohammed Fadl, head of Wargaming eSports division in Europe and North America. “The teams that reached the Superfinal have already proved their skills and now they are facing the most important battle of the year.”

According to the draw, the finalists were divided into two groups. The six teams that scored the most points in their regions (Virtus.pro, JL Sports, Fnatic, Na'Vi, PVP Super Friends, ARETE) automatically went to the second stage of the tournament. The remaining eight teams will have to compete for access to the second round. In "Group A" will fight Synergy, Team WUSA, SIMP and Lemming Train. In Group B, NOA, U Are Dead, The RED Rush: Unity and Energy Pacemaker.

All matches of the tournament will be broadcast on Twitch.

Wargaming is preparing numerous prizes for fans who came to support their favorite teams in Warsaw, and those who will follow the main tank battles of the year on the Internet. Along with invite and bonus codes for the game, fans of the World of Tanks from the CIS will have the opportunity to win one of the Type 59 Chinese tanks that will be played during the Russian broadcast of the Super Final in Twitch.

The championship is organized with the support of the Warsaw city authorities. The tournament is sponsored by PayPal and Razer and Alienware.

“The decisive stage of the Wargaming.net League promises to be really hot,” said Min-Liang Tan, founder, executive and creative director of Razer. “The best progamers from all over the world have gathered in Warsaw, and we hope that they will appreciate the peripherals and accessories created by us and stylized for World of Tanks.”

Details of the upcoming tournament can be found on its official website.

Well, keyboards, not keyboards, but thanks to this game, children began to be interested in military equipment and know what most tanks of the Second World War look like, so even those people who play in such leagues are really insane nerds, but the game itself has brought quite a lot of benefit.

But there is another side of the coin, let him play virtual tanks rather than add drugs, drink, rob. Nefig was to ruin sports grounds, make sports sections paid with "high-class" coaches, in big cities, at least, that is, but in the provinces they have long ago lost everything, so let him be better at a computer than in a gateway. IMHO.

      Absolutely right drinks!
Can not wait Тanchovy Бthis year's jatlon, real sport on real iron war horses. Here you and Formula 1 and shooting and teamwork - curly and cool, in my subjective opinion.
I generally fully support TB, but people do not understand me, ossification of the brain and heart is a big problem in the "modern" World (please do not attribute here any abomination such as gays, the killing and dismemberment of animals in zoos, etc.).
REAL LIFE = REAL SPORT drinks!

Better are rare articles, albeit about virtual, but at least tanks than banners everywhere to stick.

Do you know that the Japanese made a comic about WoT? Naturally advertising.

That's good, domestic IT companies are promoting their business (I think Wargaming.net is a domestic office) on the domestic military-political-patriotic website (they pay him money good, and do not give a place for "foreign" firms), children will recognize the domestic military equipment and equipment of the enemy, maybe they will be interested and they will go "further" (REAL tanker, REAL repairman, REAL designer, etc.), no matter how many children go "further", it is important that at least 1, and this is already wonderful.
I just thought that cooperation was concluded only on the basis of interactive advertising, you click on the plane and you are sent to the "Tundra", you click on the tank and you are sent to the "HERE". hi I can’t know everything. hi

The guys came up with an excellent game for housewives. In it, the reaction speed is not needed, accuracy too, but what can I say to play it, it’s not even necessary to have brains.

Yes, without brains, you can 3-4 minutes.
And accuracy, get under a burnt tank into a gap in which you can see the bottom, say Tiger-2. Which can only be penetrated from the front view.
And there are a lot of girls, 20 percent.
But there are such, so win, the chances are 0.

At artillery level 7-8 German play and you will be patriotism. This ..... only the Germans could think of it. And the T-34-85 or KV1-S tanks, ours is a song.
Although of course there are a lot of stretches Amer tanks of the middle level or the Chinese.

Brains are just what you need to have! Even in the "airplane" direction! Tactics are tactics everywhere! And in airplanes, it often takes a couple of seconds to assess the situation and make a decision.
Another thing is that yes, 90% of the people really do not know how to think, only throw "poop" (((This is me to the problem of education in the modern world and Russia in particular!
Give advice on how to do the right thing and that’s it ... a bunch of bad words arrive.

The game has both pros and cons.
It's good that the team is here and it is known who you and your teammates are.
If a partner’s caterpillar is shot down, and you go past the artillery to shoot, you want to score one point and if you roll out to cover from several trunks it’s completely different.
There are people who stand behind you and shoot for the whole game. Especially if you work on artillery for the team, out of the corner of your eye you see that they drive up to you and live for you 1 shot. And in the sight you are reduced to the enemy tank which fights with your comrade and you cannot be distracted, (remember like in the movie "Torpedo bombers" on a combat course) - and you take out a heavy tank at the last second of your life.
The sound is good. A shot of your IS-3, impressive, or ISU-152, which in the bushes stands next to such an acidly long, super, such a sound only happens in death.
"So you read the necessary books as a child" is a game from this series. fellow

I myself sometimes play. Of the minuses of the game: addictive (my friend has problems in the family because of the game, his wife is already desperate), they are monotonous in principle, they beat me up for an infusion of real money. From the pros: as already mentioned - knowledge of used technology and raising interest in this, I know cases when a person who is keen on a game begins to engage in modeling technology, developing team skills, some manage to make money on the game by releasing videos on the Yu-tube (mostly experienced players) . And the championships bring real money.

I haven’t been playing WoT for a long time, I’m waiting more for the release of the War Thunder ground, this will be an event. WoT needs to be swung for too long, and interest in the game disappears already at level 5, then out of habit, you go in and play a couple of fights, but I will play War Thunder for a long time there and 3 modes and graphics are amazing, you can just go in to fly.

I myself, after a year in Warplein (with PTA still), recently left for Tundru! They ruined the project, it seems to me, in Wargaming ((Before the MBT there were still norms! But after ... even after the release there are a lot of bugs, the maps are not optimized and you can count on your fingers, there are few planes ... in general, it seems that this project has abandoned Wargaming! in the Tundra there are on average 25K + players online, then in Warplein 2000-5000 ((
