The speech of Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky

Pereyaslav, 8 January 1654

With Russia - forever!
Bohdan Khmelnytsky

What did the Ukrainian nazis forget about?

*) Historical reference
Pereiaslav Council, a meeting of representatives of the Ukrainian people, which decided to reunite Ukraine with Russia, was convened by hetman Bogdan Khmelnitsky 8 (18) in January 1654 in the city of Pereyaslav (now Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky). The movement for reunification with Russia, which intensified during the liberation war of the Ukrainian and Belarusian peoples of 1648-1654, was completed. The decision to reunite was promoted by the closeness of the language and culture of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, the common religion and the existence of economic, political and cultural ties between them. In Russia, there were Cossack regions that did not know serfdom and enjoyed a certain political autonomy. The Russian government provided asylum to the Ukrainian Cossacks and peasants and settled them on the rights of free people. The peasantry of Ukraine hoped to secure the position of the free population under Russian rule and get rid of national oppression and religious persecution.

On the eve of the meeting, B. Khmelnitsky met with the head of the tsarist embassy, boyar V. Buturlin, in the morning he gathered the officers' council, unanimously speaking in favor of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia. In the middle of the day, an open council was convened, at which Pereyaslav citizens and peasants of the surrounding villages were present. Speaking of B. Khmelnitsky reminded of the victims suffered by the Ukrainian people in the liberation struggle, and stressed that the only way to consolidate the gains of the people is the recognition of the power of Russia. The proposal was met with unanimous approval. After that, an oath of allegiance to the king of elders, Cossacks and burghers took place.

Text of the Speech of Bogdan Khmelnitsky:

- Pans colonels, captains, all the Zaporozhye Army and all Orthodox Christians!

Guided to all of you, as God freed us from the hands of enemies who persecute the church of God and angering all the Christianity of our Eastern Orthodoxy.

For years now, 6 has been living without a sovereign, in incessant armor and bloodshed with our persecutors and enemies, who want to eradicate the Church of God, so that the Russian name will not be remembered in our land, which is already very boring for all of us, and see that we cannot live without a king . To do this, we gathered Rada, who was obvious to all the people, so that you choose with us a sovereign out of four who you want: the first king, the Turkish, who many times through his ambassadors called us under his power; the second is the Crimean Khan; the third is the king of Poland, who, if we wish, and now he can accept us as a former affection; the fourth is the sovereign Tsar, Grand Duke Aleksei Mikhailovich, Orthodox of Great Russia, the Eastern Russia autocrat of all Russia, whom we have already 6 years of incessant prayers ask ourselves. Here you want to choose! The Turkish king is a basurman: you all know how our brothers, Orthodox Christians, the Greeks, endure misfortune and how they live from godless oppression; The Crimean Khan is also a basurman, whom we, in need of friendship, accepted, what unbearable evils we experienced! There is nothing to say about the oppression from the Polish lords: you yourself know that a Jew and a dog are better than a Christian, our brother, revered. And the Orthodox Christian is a great sovereign - of the Eastern common to us piety, Greek law, single confession, we are one Church body with Orthodoxy of Great Russia, head of having Jesus Christ. This is a great sovereign, a Christian king, having taken pity on the unbearable bitterness of the Orthodox Church in our Little Russia, having not disdained our six-year-old prayers, now bending the merciful royal heart to us with our royal grace deigning us our great neighbors. If we love him with diligence, then, apart from his great royal hand, we will not find a most gracious refuge. If anyone disagrees with us, then wherever he wants is the free road.

Here all the people screamed:

- Will under the king of the Eastern Orthodox! It is better to die in your godly faith, rather than a hater of Christ, to get the banets!

Then Colonel Pereyaslavsky Teteria, walking in a circle, asked us on all sides:

- Is everything so deign?

“Everything is unanimous,” came the reply.

The getman began to speak again:

- Be so, may the Lord our God strengthen us under his kingly strong hand!

The people screamed at it unanimously:

- God, affirm! God bless!

May we all be one!

(from a speech by Hetman Bogdan Khmelnitsky)

There was no "Ukraine", there was Little Russia!
This is the misfortune of the Little Russians, the Little Russians, they abandoned Russianness, accepting the despicable "Ukrainian" from the invaders of the Poles, from Western Europe, departed from their Motherland of Russia under the influence of agents of the West, foreigners who bore this despicable name and made this name common. From this came their troubles and sorrows. It's only the beginning.
Only a return to the Russian World: Russians, Belorussians, Little Russians, can save them from the final loss of Russianness, from the loss of national identity.

I would like to. But lately I've been looking, on our side I want to help my brothers and friends like that, but on the other hand I’m not talking about people alive I can’t judge, but they don’t really want help on Ukrainian forums fool

And you can be friends in different ways. Here is an example:
my wife tells me to build a house, as if I’m going to do everything, but I can’t get out of the garage, I collect the drift of a monster, in short life is in full swing and so much needs to be done. And here the best friend for training made such a grab for me that now I am sitting in the neckband with instability of the cervical vertebrae and can not do something wrong. This is to say that our friendship with Ukrainians is also very strong. Get ready for anything. But I managed to sort through the engine and paint it before my friend helped me fraternally laughing

Excerpt from the book "Ambassador of the Urus Shaitan" by Vladimir Malik. Answer to the Turkish Sultan.

    ...
Shouts, laughter, and swearing were rushing from all sides. Everyone tried to annoy more distantly, but such a hated sultan. Serko, gleamingly flashing his eyes, shouted to the clerk:
    - Write! Record faster! Ha ha ha! .. Oh, and we thought we wondered how to answer! ..
The clerk grabbed a white pen, began to write quickly, quickly. And flew from everywhere - with a hoot, a whistle, stinging jokes ...
... Serko raised his mace. The noise began to subside. Still shaking with laughter, the cat wiped his eyes from tears, he said:
    - Thanks, brothers! That's the answer! The clerk, wrote down?
    - I wrote it down, dad!
    - Well, read it! How did this come about as a scientist?
The Cossacks again burst out laughing. And the clerk got up, laid a pen behind his ear, raised his hand. Gradually a noisy crowd calmed down.
    - "Zaporozhye Cossacks to the Turkish Sultan," the clerk began to read. "You are a Turkish shaitan, the damned devil's brother and comrade and Lucifer's secretary. What the hell are you, a knight, if you don't even kill a hedgehog with your bare butt? We are not afraid of your troops, we will fight with you by land and water! You are a Babylonian cook, a Macedonian chariot, a Jerusalem broiler, an Alexandrian goat, a pig-man of Great and Lesser Egypt, a Tatar sagaydak, a Kamenets cat, the entire Podolian thief light and illumination buffoons, and our god, a pig's snout, a bloodthirsty dog, an unbaptized forehead, so that the devil can take you! Here is the answer to the Cossacks, bastard! .. day - we have the same, like you, kiss for that, that's where we are! "
The last words sank in a riotous regiment breaking out of thousands of strong Cossack sips.

Russia won the terms of the competition ..

For two years, the Zemsky Sobor met on the issue of Ukraine's accession to Russia. Two years! People then thought with their heads, and not with emotions. At that time, Mr. Khmelnitsky conducted other negotiations. Only when the threat of the appearance of the Turks in Kiev became a harsh reality was a final decision made.
The subsequent history of relations is also far from rosy, starting with the son of the same Bogdan and ending with Yanukovych. When are we going to teach? Or does emotion overwhelm common sense? Alas ... What we in Russia call "Russianness", "brotherhood of peoples" is sacred only for us. For all the other "bros" this is just a way of getting something from us "just for yourself." That is why some consider themselves terribly cunning, and the Russian Ivan - an ingenuous burdock.

In Ukraine, there are now regular "quarrels" and "ruins" ... You should not rejoice at this and gloat, we are also to blame for this. They are guilty of the fact that for 23 years they did not pay attention to people who consider Russian to be their native language, but who remained to live outside of Russia, by the fact that they allowed the Nazis to raise their heads and gain strength on the territory of Ukraine ... And what is happening now could maybe or maybe with us, if many do not "take off their rose-colored glasses," but even in such a difficult situation, we should not slip into totalitarianism, everyone should have the right to express their opinion openly ...

In fact, it was Otto von Bismarck who was behind the idea of creating "Ukraine" and admitted that he was very impressed by this term. On Bismarck's maps, Ukraine stretched from Saratov and Volgograd in the northeast to Makhachkala in the south. The program of Ukrainization was launched by Austria-Hungary at the end of the XNUMXth century, and this was based on the re-identification of Little Russians and Galician Rusyns into the so-called “Ukrainians”.

Neither the “moderate” Russophobe Taras Shevchenko, nor the “terry” Lesya Ukrainka have such terms as “Ukrainian”, “Ukrainian nation”, but there are Slavs, Little Russians, and Rusyns.

But von Bismarck's plans began to be realized and, according to the census of 1908, up to 1% of the inhabitants of the south-west of Russia named themselves Ukrainians. In Germany, it was "scientifically proved" that the Russians are not Slavs or even Aryans (although the tribes from which the Germans and Slavs came out are called the Slavic-Germanic tribes), and the representatives of a Mongolian-Finnish tribe are "mankruts." In 1898, Germany launched the idea of creating an "independent Ukrainian nation" within the framework of autonomy on the territory of Austria-Hungary. In the Vienna-controlled press, instead of the concepts “Russia”, “Russian”, the terms “Ukraine”, “Ukrainian”, etc. began to be duplicated.

In the memoirs of General Hoffmann (From 1899 to 1901 he worked under the leadership of General von Schlieffen in the Russian department of the German General Staff. Since then he was considered a specialist in Russian affairs. During the Russo-Japanese War, he was an observer with the 1st Japanese Army in Manchuria. At the time of During World War I, he served as chief of operations for the headquarters of the newly formed 8th German Army in East Prussia, in which capacity he led the development of the battle plan at Gumbinnen, and after the defeat at Gumbinnen, General Hindenburg was appointed army commander and General Ludendorf was appointed army chief of staff. Together with the latter, Hoffmann worked out battle plans for Tannenberg and the Masurian Lakes, then served as quartermaster of the headquarters of the 9th German Army, quartermaster of the headquarters of the Commander-in-Chief of the Eastern Front, and from August 30, 1916 he was chief of staff of the Eastern Front.
In 1917 he was appointed Chief of Staff of the Commander-in-Chief of the Eastern Front Leopold of Bavaria. In this capacity he represented the German command during the negotiations on the Brest Peace. In the negotiations, he took an extremely aggressive and unyielding position, in the words of Leon Trotsky, "put his soldier’s boot on the negotiation table." At the end of World War I, he played a key role in the occupation by the German army of Ukraine and Belarus.
Since 1920, retired. After the war he lived in Germany. Together with the German industrialist Rehberg, he developed the so-called "Hoffmann plan", which provided for the invasion of the combined forces of Germany, France and Great Britain into Soviet Russia)
in 1926 you can read: "The creation of Ukraine is not the result of the initiative of the Russian people, but the result of the activities of my intelligence."

And here is the opinion of the French consul Emil Enot (1918): “Ukraine has never had its own history and national distinctiveness. It was created by the Germans. ” . The French side - an ally of the Russians in the 1st World War - is easy to understand, because the so-called Ukrainian People’s Republic (UNR), from the moment of its creation, has actually become the servant of the owner, Germany, in matters of strategic provision of Germans with food and industrial raw materials, as well as a place of deployment Armed forces of Germany and Austria-Hungary. Adolf Schiklgruber (Hitler) acted in a similar manner to Bismarck, in which the Ukrainian “sections” were reborn into the structures of the UNA-UPA-UNSO.
