Bulgaria supported the policy of Russia
7 March 2014 in front of the embassy of the Russian Federation in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, there were half a thousand people who put forward slogans: “Bulgaria supports the policy of Russia”, “Russia is the guard of peace”, “EU and the USA are a coalition of darkness”, “Russia is holding back the Zionist-Masonic regime "," We want a strong Russia "," A strong Russia is the guarantor of the sovereignty of each state. "
A week ago, March 3, Bulgaria celebrated the 126th anniversary of the end of the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878, which ended with the signing of the San Stefano Peace Treaty and the liberation of Bulgaria from the Ottoman yoke. Over the past ten years, the country's official authorities have made every effort to downplay the role of Russia in the liberation of Bulgaria and to exaggerate the role of the West European states. Although all historical facts yell to the contrary. Russia, even with the tsar, even with the general secretary, has always advocated a powerful Slavic Orthodox Bulgarian state near the Bosporus and Dardanelles. And the Western states were always ready to conclude an alliance with anyone, even with the devil, in order to squeeze the Orthodox from the Balkan Peninsula.
Although Bulgaria was conquered by the West economically and militarily a quarter of a century ago, the Russophile sentiments of the Bulgarian people remain very strong. The older generation remembers well how the USSR built our entire economy after World War II - the first nuclear power plant in the Balkans, the largest metallurgical plant on the peninsula - Kremikovtsi, the Neftohim-Burgas refinery, which today makes up almost 40% of the entire country's GDP . The older generation is deeply perturbed by the succession of national betrayals from the 90s to the present. The energy system of the country was sold to Western companies, which today tear three skins a year from the Bulgarian people. The EU has closed four of the six power units at Belene NPP and is already sharpening the ax for the last two. "Kremikovtsi" generally cut into pieces and sold for scrap. And many, many more things — not articles, an entire book is not enough, a whole series of volumes must be written. One thing destruction of the rocket troops of Bulgaria What's worth!

The modern generation of the Bulgarian youth is indignant at the unceremonious trampling of the national sovereignty of the country. For the first time after the end of WWII, foreign military bases settled in the country - the United States, which are not subject to Bulgarian legislation. At one time, the USSR supplied us with free best military equipment, but there was no contingent of Soviet troops in Bulgaria after the 1947. Now the West treats us as inhabitants of a zoological garden and constantly shows us how we should live. And incessantly gives us a boot in the nose. And it also resents that we have the audacity to bite this boot, and not to kiss.

A couple of years ago, some Russians even gloated, looking at how the West humiliates us. Type: you sold yourself to the West, so now you need it. Now, when the West began to cut Russia in a living way, in Ukraine itself, I want to believe that some understanding dawned upon our Orthodox brothers. After all, a normal Russian would not claim that Ukraine, too, "itself was sold to the West, and now it needs to do so." I hope that now the Russians will adequately appreciate that this is not a month, not a year, but whole 25 years to defend and preserve their Slavic Orthodox essence under the economic, political and direct military dictates of the West. Sleep in tents near the Monument of the Soviet Army in Sofia and near Alyosha in Plovdiv. To defend them with a living human chain against rabid nationalists and their overseas gentlemen. Defend the name of every square, every street. Prevent the deployment of missile defense elements in the country, although there are such in all neighboring states of the Black Sea zone - Romania and Turkey. And all this - without its “Berkut”, without an ulnar territorial connection with Russia, without the presence of a contingent of Russian troops that inspires confidence. All this - in full separation from their own, whole 25 years, then!

Although now we ourselves have a hard time, we are trying to support Russia, as far as our modest forces are enough. A rally was held in support of Russia in Sofia, similar actions are being prepared in Plovdiv and Varna. The text of the appeal on the collection of signatures of non-intervention of Bulgaria in the Ukrainian crisis is being discussed. Of course, we will not be able to influence the policies of the entire EU and NATO. But if we succeed in officially declaring the neutrality of Bulgaria, it will be a great success. Small and dependent Bulgaria is very difficult to cry out to the world when the Anglo-American gang and all its henchmen crave blood. But we still try, as far as our forces are enough.
Our compatriots in Canada made us very happy. 8 March 2014 The representatives of the Eastern European communities in Toronto met at a rally against rampant fascist groups in Ukraine. The list of participants, of course, no one made and did not publish, but the photos show the banners of Russia, Ukraine, Serbia and Bulgaria. Of all the European countries for which Russia has done so much, only Serbia and Bulgaria remembered the good of the old and stood next to Russia at a difficult time for it.
Of course, not all Bulgarians are Russophiles. Against the rally in support of Russia, half a thousand people went counter-numbering ... as many as 20 people. They put forward a yellow poster "Katyn" and chanted offenses to the participants of the Russophile rally. Intentionally provoked them with dirty insults and ran into a scuffle. Then to expose themselves "victims of the Bolshevik terror." In general, today this topic is very topical. If some Russian does not like the Westerners, they immediately declare him “communist fiend,” even if he is a three-time monarchist.
Unfortunately, most Bulgarians are indifferent to the East-West confrontation. 55% of people are completely indifferent to what the end of the fuss between the West and Russia in Ukraine will end. But almost 40% of the Bulgarians - if they are not convinced Russophiles, then at least sympathize with the Russians and wish them good luck. At the other extreme - 5% Russophobes and staunch supporters of the West. These are those who like the "production" of children in a test tube from two fathers and one mother, and the corresponding "families" of three "parents" after the birth of the child. This last squeak of tolerasy in the West will soon be legalized. They also like the adoption of children by gay couples and their upbringing in “families” with “parent No. XXUMX” and “parent No. XXUMX” so that they do not feel inferior. This has already been introduced by law - calling parents “mom” and “dad” in the West is considered a “relic” and “obscurantism”, they are still fighting in kindergartens and nurseries.
5% Russophobes is a very small part of Bulgarian society, but it enjoys every kind of economic, political and media support. Just what they did or said - they immediately trumpeted with all mass media. And stubborn, painstaking, massive and very wide popular resistance is silenced and crushed by all available means. Whole 25 years crushed and not passed. And never will pass.
In theory, 40% to 5% gives the ratio 8: 1, and at the rally it turned out 500: 20 = 25: 1. This shows well how cowardly and selfish the essence of the supporters of the West is. They are ready to defend the interests of their customers only when they are well and fairly paid, and besides - protected. Even with guaranteed protection, only one out of every three beasts decided to go out on counter-fighting against the hated "Moscow servants". That is why Bulgaria has preserved its Orthodox Slavic foundations, and someday will definitely return to its spiritual, cultural and historical roots in the Eastern Orthodox civilization.
