On the facts of the atrocities of Sashko Bilogo in Chechnya, the UK opened a criminal case

The basis for initiating this criminal case was the data obtained during the investigation of the criminal case into the fighting of illegal armed groups led by Shamil Basayev and Khattab with the servicemen of the Pskov Airborne Division near the village of Ulus-Kert in the Chechen Republic in 2000, official representative of the Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin.
Within the framework of this criminal case, one of the members of the nationalist organization “Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People’s Self-Defense” (UNA-UNSO), who took part in hostilities on the territory of the Chechen Republic during the 1994-2000 period, was interrogated. the ranks of the UNA-UNSO he joined the 1991 year.
During a visit to the training camp of the UNA-UNSO, located in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk of the Republic of Ukraine, he met other members of the organization, including one of its leaders and founders, Alexander Muzychko (alias Sashko Bily). On this base, members of the UNA-UNSO underwent fire and hand-to-hand combat training. In addition, the leaders of the organization, including Muzychko, conducted propaganda and ideological processing of newly arrived members, noted in the RF IC.
In the spring of 1993, he again went to the training base in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, where he had been trained and trained as a sniper for 18 months. Muzychko was an instructor of tactics and strategy of combat with firearms and cold weapons.
At the end of December 1994, the most prepared members of the organization in small groups were sent to participate in hostilities against Russian federal forces in the territory of the Chechen Republic. Initially, they were transported to the city of Kiev, from there they flew to Georgia by plane belonging to the armed forces of Georgia. At the end of December 1994 of the year, arriving in the city of Grozny, the members of the UNA-UNSO met with Muzychko, who, as one of the leaders of the organization, spoke with the commanders of the sabotage groups and gave them instructions.
In the 1994-1995 years, Muzychko and other members of the UNA-UNSO took part in clashes with military personnel of the federal forces during the storming of the city of Grozny. In January 1995, the interrogated person repeatedly witnessed how Muzychko brutally tortured prisoners of servicemen of the Russian federal forces, after which he killed.
"In total, for a specified period, Muzychko personally tortured and then killed at least 20 prisoners of servicemen of federal forces, demanding the information necessary for him. During torture, he broke the fingers of the officers, punched out their eyes with various objects, pinched them with nails and teeth, some he cut his throat with a knife, shot some of them. Thus, by his actions, he showed others his hatred of Russian servicemen, "the Investigative Committee said.
The questioned participant of the UNA-UNSO reported other facts about the crimes committed by Muzychko and other members of the UNA-UNSO against the servicemen of the Russian federal forces on the territory of the Chechen Republic during the 1994-2000 period.
In the course of the identification of the photographs, he identified Muzychko as a person who, together with him, took part in the hostilities on the territory of the Chechen Republic on the side of the militants.
7 March 2014 of the year in respect of Muzychko ordered to bring him as an accused, and he was put on the international wanted list, a petition was sent to the court to elect a preventive measure in the form of remand in custody. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
In the meantime, the Russian investigating authorities are asking the court to arrest in absentia and the leader of the Right Sector, Dmitry Yarosh. The corresponding petition is already in the Basmanny court of Moscow. His consideration is scheduled for March 12. Last Wednesday, the Investigation Committee reported that Dmitry Yarosh was on the international wanted list.
According to the investigation, in his speeches Yarosh publicly calls on anti-Russian forces for extremist actions and terror in the Russian Federation. True, the new Kiev authorities have already announced that they will not give Yarosh Moscow.
