A couple of days later, the new “revolutionary” government will declare Ukraine bankrupt. That is, the whole world will tell you that there is no money. It means that there is nothing to pay pensions and salaries ... “Pomajite, good people, although we are local, we are empty, but we don’t know what to do and go around the world with an outstretched hand”. In addition to the “victory of democracy”, this is, in fact, one of the results of the “overthrow of the criminal junta”, which, nevertheless, regularly paid the bills and at the very least contained the country's economy. The new government announced that within two years it and Ukraine are counting on receiving international financial assistance in the amount of 35 billion dollars. As they say in an old joke about a bear who saw a hippopotamus: “So I would scoop a loaf of bread and honey!”
But in this situation, another is striking. If Russia, which had previously stretched out a hand of financial assistance to the overthrown regime, refused to pay until it was clarified with whom in the new Ukraine it was possible to deal and which of the authorities in it was more or less legitimate, then the West suddenly began to fuss and express its readiness to help the powerful. European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said that within two years the European Commission was ready to provide Ukraine with a package of financial assistance in the amount of 11 billion euros "from the EU budget and the budget of international financial institutions based in the EU." Greek Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos urged the international community to convene a conference to provide urgent financial assistance to Ukraine and save the country from the economic crisis. And the United States said that the amount of US financial aid to Ukraine could be about 1 billion dollars. Small things, several thousand dollars "for poverty" have already given the Czech Republic and Hungary ...
However, such financial pliability is explicable both economically and politically, more precisely, geopolitically. It is clear that under the guise of fighting the “anti-people regime of Viktor Yanukovych” a geopolitical battle for Ukraine between Russia and the West was taking place on the so-called “Euro Maidan”. And the West in Ukraine has prepared for this well and comprehensively and won.
Clear and economic undertones. Both Barroso and European Commission spokesman Pia Arenkilde Hansen unequivocally explained that if an agreement was signed with the IMF to resume lending to Ukraine on the terms of the Fund (Hansen), then this would be a condition for the development of this program (Barroso). The new Prime Minister of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, is said to have fully agreed with the enslaving conditions of the IMF, and now it will not wait for Ukraine what the Foundation’s mission inspecting Ukraine will say about this. But the fact that Ukraine will fall into economic bondage is not even denied by officials of the IMF. That, in principle, is not surprising: this bondage is beneficial for them, and the stagnant European economy needs any new sales markets, the Europeans get them in Ukraine. However, it seems to me, in stories The newest relations between the West and Ukraine appeared another important factor accelerating the provision of financial assistance to the new Ukrainian “revolutionary” regime. They just buy him off so that he not only strengthened near the "trough", but also kept quiet about how he managed to take power in the wake of popular indignation and on the batons of the "Euromaidan" militants.
In my unenlightened opinion, it’s about the fact that the Estonian Foreign Ministry confirmed the authenticity of the audio recording of a telephone conversation between Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton that appeared on the Internet. These gentlemen talked, of course, about Ukraine, about its Maidan, and about who did what and there. And they actually confirmed what could be seen on Ukrainian television, which almost live broadcast all the vicissitudes of the armed coup 20-22 in February 2014 of the year.
February 20, as we still remember, the armed masses from the Maidan went to storm the positions of the internal troops, who at night tried to clear the Maidan, but were ordered to stop. A real street battle ensued with the use of firearms. weapons, and the first victims went en masse. The TV crews showed it practically online. And in the hastily slyapan plots-inclusions from the Maidan one could see complaining “freedom fighters”, showing the shields with which they covered themselves and which were allegedly punched by sniper bullets. But even then it was possible to see that some shields were punched by shots not in the front, but in the back, which was what the characteristic edges of the holes said. That is, the "fighters" were shot not in the forehead, but in the back. But journalists, who did not serve in the army and did not see the bullet holes before, eagerly worked out the fee for stories about the atrocities of the Berkut snipers.
And in many other frames showing the attacks by law enforcement officers by the maydanschik, one could see the characteristic bark explosives on trees and on the ground on the sides of bullets fired from behind. That is, because of the backs of the attackers, who, as it happens, were shot from behind ...
But the picture changed so quickly, and the hysteria of journalists and in their interviews with the survivors of the slaughter was so vague, but loud, emotional and aggressive, that the matter did not reach conclusions and thoughts. There was no time for this: the kaleidoscope of promotion of the “atrocities of the regime” worked around the clock, continuously and practically at lightning speed.
And now it became clear that the Estonian Foreign Minister Paet, speaking about the conversation with Olga Bogomolets, who assisted the wounded maydanschik, speaks to Mrs. Ashton at the mentioned post: “Olga also said that, according to all available evidence, the people who were killed by snipers, on both sides, among policemen and people from the street, they were the same snipers who kill people on both sides. ” Then Paet tells about the photographs shown of the God-Man, who speak about the same handwriting when shooting and about the type of bullets. And all this - referred to the opinion of doctors who treated the wounded and examined the dead.
And then Paet was generally stunned by Ashton: “And the people are becoming increasingly wary of the fact that the new coalition does not want to investigate the exact circumstances of what happened. Understanding is rapidly growing that behind these snipers was not Yanukovych, but behind them was someone from the new coalition. ... This is an extremely annoying factor. This discredits the new coalition from the very beginning. ” The conversation took place on February 26, when in Ukraine, a dubious coalition, which chose both the Speaker of the Parliament and the Acting President, actually came to power in Ukraine. the president and the prime minister.
However, it seems that the consequences of a sniper's bullet, like the sewing in a bag, cannot be hidden. Now here is the secret becomes clear. And explicit at the international level. From the lips of those who actually thought and still thinks that the Maidan’s speeches are “peaceful”, and the attempts of law enforcement officers to defend themselves and execute the half-orders of the cowed authorities are “junta atrocities”.
“Working ahead of the curve” in a purely Ukrainian way, that is, with a very long delay, 4 March 2014, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov spoke on this issue. “A big serious investigation is underway. I think the time will come, and we will publicize the facts: who shot, when shot, on which team. Facts are now collected in a single chain. I can only say one thing: the third factor was the key factor in this confrontation, which resulted in a bloody massacre, which turned the front upside down and brought it into a state of shock.
And this force is not Ukrainian. I really want us to clearly understand this. ... This is not a question of political confrontation. It is a question of human values, it is a question of our feeling of what happened. It is unacceptable when third forces allow themselves to lead us here, ”he said in Kharkov, where he went to represent the new governor of the Maidan to the regional state administration.

Pro-Western leaders blame Russia and the traditional already “Russian special forces”. And I probably hurried about the "stunned" Ashton. She, most likely, knew about what actually happened on the Maidan, and what it turned out. Including the staff of the new ruling team, and how it came to power and how it was formed. Paet says Ashton: “There is a very strong pressure on members of parliament. At night, “uninvited guests” came to the party members, journalists saw how people were beating the deputy with weapons at the parliament building right in the daytime. All this is really happening. ” At the same time, the Estonian Foreign Minister insists that Kiev should be given "an absolutely clear signal that replacing the government will not be enough, real reforms and actions are needed to increase the level of confidence", otherwise "everything will end in disrepair."
And Ashton responds to his telephone counterpart: "They need to hold out for at least a few weeks, then there will be elections." And says that the EU is always ready to help advisers in carrying out reforms. And it can be understood: the European Union, I repeat, needs to deal, and not emotions, sales markets for European products, and not investigate how these markets are mined ...
The victorious “revolution” also needs heroes and victims, and not the exposure of those who led to the victims. Namely, provocateurs-killers who incited confrontation and mutual hatred between maydanshchiki and law enforcement officers, killing dozens of those and others. And no one will look for them, and there will be no unforeseen “surprises” and there is no urgent need to “clean out” curious search engines. And so that the new Ukrainian authorities did not even think to look for the perpetrators of the bloody provocations on the “Euromaidan”, but keep quiet about the true role of Western instructors and advisers in the “battles for freedom”, the new official Kiev is also being financed with financial help. And this is truly a great temptation for the Ukrainian authorities: this is how much can be stolen if such loot goes to Ukraine! ..
Russia is sluggishly defended and speaks of American and European instructors who prepared, equipped and armed the Maidan fighters. But it is a voice crying in the wilderness. Ukraine from Russia and conquered by force of arms, and outbid by loot. And now Moscow, it seems, to restore positions in the Ukrainian direction is not enough to do without words ...
