Seven sat down, or between the "swamp" and "Maidan"
Recall that the case was brought on the fact of the 6 mass riots in May 2012, when a number of “activists” tried to arrange something on the Bolotnaya Square of the Russian capital from which Ukraine today literally diverges at the seams. The May "peaceful rally" resulted in open confrontation with law enforcement officers, during which a number of "protesters", instigated by provocateurs in the crowd, worked out actions, painfully reminiscent of today's attempts by "peaceful supporters of European integration" in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities: cobbles, flares, punched helmets of law enforcement officers, wild cries about the need to “hang up officials” on lampposts, other radical, including nationalist appeals. It was not, thank God, only small weapons. More precisely: if the law-enforcers in Moscow-2012 didn’t take decisive actions, then “peaceful demonstrators” could have their weapons with time. Who would help? ABOUT! Well, here, as they say, there were options ... By the way, is it not because the provocation of the May 2012 model in Moscow failed, does Mr. McFaul leave the Russian Federation today? Apparently, this American ambassador did not justify the hopes placed on him by the “party bosses”, and therefore the US Embassy in Russia expects personnel changes ... They are looking for a more “decent” ...
So, back to the court session. The result - seven defendants in the so-called “swamp business” got real terms. In the general regime colony, such gentlemen as Yaroslav Belousov (2,5 of the year), Artem Savelov (2 of the 7 month), Stepan Zimin, Alexey Polikhovich and Denis Lutskevich (3,5 of the year), Andrei Barabanov (3 of the year) will get rid of “maydanism” 7 mon.), Sergey Krivov (4 of the year).
Dame (Alexandra Naumova) decided to give an opportunity to think over their behavior during 3 years and 3 months in conditional mode.
During the trial, “freedom-loving people” and “free liberators” gathered in front of the court building, who tried to shout something in the style of “freedom to 6 prisoners in May!”, But some of them didn’t like the law enforcement officers ... they forgot that they are not at all of Kiev’s Grushevskogo street, but in Moscow itself, and therefore were somewhat stunned by how quickly the flippers twisted and sent to the nearest jails. Radio Liberty, of course, as it should be according to its status, talked about “violation of human rights”, but then, evidently recalling that Ambassador McFaul was already on the suitcases, and there was temporary support — switched to covering Ukrainian events, occasionally returning to the trial of the "marsh".
Of course, by and large, all these Naumovs with Belousovs and others like them are pawns. And the pawns, as you can see, got their due dates - this can cool down hot heads in the future. However, it’s not a fact that it will cool you down. Won - the Pussy skull boxes didn’t fill up with so much gray matter after being in places not so remote ... But they didn’t fill up because both Pussy and the rest of the pawn class are controlled and directed by completely different people - those who let's say, there are certain levers of influence and channels for obtaining these, how are they? - “funds”. And these gentlemen are still at large. And if they are free, then there is a certain likelihood that the recruitment of other “Lutskevich with Polykhovichs” will continue. Here they will wait for the “macfoloser”, and the matter can start with a new enthusiasm, especially against the background of the Ukrainian events ...
In this regard, it would be advisable to send those who organized the unrest themselves to the “years of reflection”, and not only those who were purposefully involved in them. But it will come to them.
By the way, the “progressively democratic” resources mentioned above are lamenting the fact that the terms are absolutely monstrous, that, they say, such punishment is disproportionate to acts, referring to European humanism. Oh how! European humanism ... Is this the “humanism” that contributed to the conviction of several hundred (!) People in the UK after the riots in the capital of the United Kingdom in 2011 year. Recall: in Britain, more than 3-x thousand people got to police stations after street rallies. Got to admit, not immediately. The policemen worked painstakingly with video materials on which particularly zealous “peaceful demonstrators” were captured. For almost half a year, “peaceful” protesters were caught one by one. As a result, about 800 people got real terms - about 1,5 of the year. A dozen organizers and instigators of riots were in the British colonies for periods ranging from 2 to 9 years. According to the British letter of the law, for participation in riots and countering the work of law enforcement officers as a maximum term you can get 10 years in prison.
In Germany, after a series of riots in 2010-2013 in Berlin and Hamburg, due to various reasons, after the court sentences, the demonstrators were imprisoned for real periods (up to 3 years) just because they, participating in the demonstrations, used masks that hide their faces. “Masochnikov” were fished out of the crowd and sent to “study German law” in a relaxed barred atmosphere.
So the Zamoskvoretsky court with 7, the real deadline of the “peaceful protester” who fought with riot police, compared to European courts, is a true example of humanism ...
But the "ukromaydanutymi" today should not fall into euphoria. There are enough personnel with their "achievements", and, guided by the fact that the revolution likes to eat their own "children", many of them, sooner or later, will at least taste the sobering gruel. For there is such a people who harnesses for a long time, but if they start moving, then ...
