The ex-privatizer in the Kremlin did not forget Putin, and the former “gray cardinal” in the northern capital did not forget Chubais.

To drown, or to imprison, or on a stake, the Russian people would like Chubais for the acts that modern textbooks stories craftily called "market reforms." For example, writer Ivanov in 2010 gave Chubais such a gentle description: "A man of unique strength of mind, clarity of thought and values that are relevant in any era." A reporter from the Medved magazine asked A. Ivanov: “Could he become president?” The writer replied: “I don’t think so, because people don’t need freedom. In principle, such people should be presidents. But it turns out as with Solzhenitsyn ... Solzhenitsyn defeated the Soviet Union, received the Nobel Prize, but there is no real victory. That people he aspired to does not exist in nature. So Chubais made a new Russia for the people who have not yet been born. To be aware of such things is very sad. ”
You can, of course, take a condescending attitude to Ivanov’s statement if you know that the Ivanovo film “The Spine of Russia” was financed by Chubais. The money, of course, is not its own, but RAO UES.

The president, as always, is right. This is not theft. This is budget capitalism. The people understand. Our so-called. The liberal market is long overdue to call the exact phrase: fiscal capitalism. The people understand. But does not accept. The people do not share those "values" that, according to the writer Ivanov, "are relevant in any era."
It is for this reason that the long conversations about bunks for A. B. Ch. Do not dry up, and his effective reforms themselves call names for "grabbing". This popular mot, firmly stuck in the history of the country, does not necessarily refer to the ninetieth years. It has become a popular synonym for the concept of "big business" and generally an evil characteristic of the so-called market.
By the way, Chubais, this ideologue and conductor of privatization and a liberal market economy in Russia, has nothing to do with the market, especially the liberal one. He devoted his entire post-perestroika life to managerial work in large state or semi-state offices (see above). To fasten to the budget and to suck in an endless stream from there is the dream of any capitalist, even ours, even the American one, though the African one. There is nothing unusual here. Many would like to turn into budget suckers, and many would long and hard suck. But, unlike Chubais, other budget leeches do not preach privatization and are not ideologues of privatization. Chubais even disdained to sell tulips, like other initiative young reformers, who were collecting money in St. Petersburg for Sobchak's election campaign in 1990. And this is the market? Paradox, as the character-taxi driver in the film "Brother-2"!
I light the postmodern era of Chubais, it is not in vain that they give meritorious certificates, medals and orders. He deserved them. The advanced production innovation of the postmodern economy is simulacra, and the “aerobatics” here is that even the market economy itself is successfully simulated under budgetary capitalism. In essence, A. B. Ch. Is a genius and a Neostakhanist from management. Therefore, writer Ivanov is right: “Chubais made a new Russia for a nation that has not yet been born.” The writer Ivanov does not even suspect how deep this thought expressed in the interview was. The production of simulacra is one thing, and the industrial economy is another. If in the last version the number of people is quite normal, it increases abnormally in the first. Simulacra will not be full. Simulacra for bread and white wine can only be changed by effective managers. It is for this reason that people once stretched into “check investment funds” with vouchers - the main simulation market paper.
