Slandered prosecutors. Who is guilty? - MASS MEDIA!

111
Yury Chaika, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, recently told the legislators about the areas in which the rights of Russian citizens are most often violated, how many people received unfair sentences, and where the media should be restrained during the parliamentary hour. your informational fervor. So, about the dust ...

According to Yuri Chaika, the Russian media on the fact of the so-called gambling case (the case of prosecutors outside Moscow) launched a campaign that does not have a quote: nothing in common with the interests of justice. The Prosecutor General stated that he sees absolutely no reason to talk about the guilt of officials (such as the first deputy prosecutor of Moscow Region, Alexander Ignatenko, for example, the author’s note), whose names in the last 1,5 of the year appeared in the Russian media. Yuri Yakovlevich Chaika doesn’t see the reasons for this, because it turns out that prosecutors conducted as many 30 checks on those gambling halls (underground casinos) owned by Ivan Nazarov, who became notorious, and didn’t reveal any violations. And the media, as well as their readers (viewers, listeners) have to fully trust these checks, judging by the intonation of Yuri Chaika.

Slandered prosecutors. Who is guilty? - MASS MEDIA!

In order to understand whether to trust the information provided by some prosecutors on the fact of the “possible” commission of a corruption crime by other prosecutors, you can refer to the words of the prosecutor general himself expressed at the same parliamentary hour before the deputies. So, Chaika noted that from 2011 to 2013 years in Russia, the number of illegally convicted citizens was more than 14 thousand people. Namely - 14261 people. And they condemned these people because the mistakes of law enforcement officers allegedly manifested themselves.

By such a promise, Yuri Chaika actually makes it clear that to this number of illegal (“by mistake”) convicted citizens could be added several more completely innocent employees of the Moscow region prosecutor’s office. But with the “lawlessness” of 14261 once the failed law enforcement officers managed to cope with the auditors who work day and night - 30 checked the gambling halls of Ivan Nazarov once but didn’t find anything criminal and illegal.

Recall that the "gambling" (or "prosecutor") case was initiated back in 2011 year. According to the investigation, the entrepreneur Nazarov organized in the Moscow region a network of illegal casinos and gambling clubs (a total of 18 halls), from which he made impressive profits, using the patronage of prosecutors and representatives of law enforcement agencies. The patronage, as stated by the representatives of the investigating authorities, was carried out on a far from gratuitous basis. The photographs in which Nazarov holds parties with the presence of rejoicing at the lives of employees of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office, spread through the Russian (and not only, by the way, Russian) media. Nazarov was detained, and he began to give, shall we say, extensive accusatory testimony. The figures of the case were such prosecutors as mentioned already Alexander Ignatenko (his face very often "shone" in photographs with Nazarov), Vladimir Glebov and Roman Nimischenko. History with the departure of Ignatenko to “rest” in Poland immediately after the start of the investigation of this case, as well as with his thorny return to Russia at the “hot request” of the domestic side, made a lot of noise. However, later all the suspects were released from custody, and some of those suspects decided to strike back by declaring “to protect honor and dignity”: they say, in our respect all conceivable and inconceivable procedural sections were violated.

And, if we go back to the statements of the Prosecutor General, the “honor and dignity” of his subordinate colleagues suspected of corruption schemes may well be “restored” with a simultaneous injection to the investigating authorities and full rehabilitation of the slandered ... Yuri Seagull on the speech, stating that the criminal case of fraud was at one time opened without any reason ...

If we summarize all the nuances indicated by the head of the RF GP, we get something like the following picture: illegal gambling took place, underground casinos existed (but what does it mean that they existed? law enforcement agencies, even despite the testimony of the owner of the business, he did not enter into a corrupt relationship with him. It turns out that the main culprits of everything that happened, except for the "mistaken" investigators, are the media. They are all vile!.. They wanted to discredit such people!.. They inflated here, you understand, out of the blue...

If it were not for the media, the Russians would have slept quietly, not knowing about, undoubtedly, the false testimony of Nazarov from the first to the last letter. If it were not for the media, no one would see “just friendly” photos in which prosecutors drink almost brotherly with the owner of the illegal gambling business. Oh, and the media! - do not allow citizens to sleep peacefully –dirty provocateurs! ..

And Yuri Chaika told the deputies that it’s time to stop calling the nationality of criminals, because criminals have no nationality, and that the greatest number of violations of the rights of Russian citizens is observed in the housing sector ... For dessert, so to speak ...

By the way, if the Prosecutor General has information about how many citizens are “sitting” by mistake, then it is interesting, but how are things with statistics about how many “do not sit” by mistake, but should “sit” ...

Georgia ... Collective farm ... There is a meeting ...
      Speaker:
      - Comrades! The party decided to reward our collective farm with a valuable gift!
Three Volga cars were sent to us. We need to separate them
according to the merits of the working people. I make an offer: for
sensitive guidance and planning to transfer one car
to the chairman of our collective farm, that is, to me. Second car
I propose to give it to my brother, deputy chairman,
for taking care of the collective farmers. And finally, the last car I offer
pass on to my son for the shock work. Any questions, objections?

      ... painful silence ... A lonely hand rises ...

      Chairman:
“Please, comrade, but literally two words.”

      Comrade:
      - Maladets, b ....

so we only have to say so in chorus.

And a matter of principle for the UK to bend the former bosses! There is no need to build illusions, here it’s not a fight with werewolves in uniform, but a fight between werewolves for a piece of cake! On the one hand, the SK and the FSB, on the other, prosecutors and the Ministry of Internal Affairs! And for the leaders of these departments (the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee), the benefit is to dump the competitor and pull the blanket (authority) over yourself and show the people (business) who is the boss! hi Something like this!

The prosecutor’s office controls the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, the Moscow Region, given that most judges are from the prosecutor’s office, the prosecutor’s office controls everything.
Moreover, judges and prosecutors in the usual manner may not be subjected to ordinary court proceedings.
Even if the FSB or the Ministry of Internal Affairs accumulate something, then they need a court decision (where all of them are).
It acted during the USSR, when folk the courts.
This is not valid now. (indicator - trial of Budanov, Kryuchkov, Khodorkovsky, Pussics, etc.)
Conclusion: another reform is needed (similar to 1939 when many of those who concocted leftist affairs were transplanted). Jurymen can replace the full-time judges (not gathered in small numbers, that is, bribed, but people gathered in a large hall (following the example of the Trotskyist processes), and voted directly in the courtroom (or via the Internet))

Excuse me, Vasya, where did you get such knowledge? You have too raised the prosecutor’s office, which since the same year 1993 has been breaking everything, but breaking it, only thoughtlessly! And as far as the jury trial is concerned, this is generally babble, a person who has never encountered such a court! This is the most unfair trial that exists! And in our country, by its mentality, a court is needed, first of all, fair, and then legal! Do not rely on the people, no matter how you say the cook can not rule the state, she can not judge! For some reason, you would hardly have agreed to an operation (God forbid to get sick) if it had been performed by 12 people (of any profession), but not doctors! You can write a lot here, but this is a topic for another conversation!

This also has a place to be, but far from the main thing. And considering which contingent is now coming to the trackers in the UK, it will not be difficult for experienced prosecutors and lawyers to ruin the case.
Chaika's strange statement on Ignatenko's innocence. Even a schoolboy has a question: Why did he run away? "I could just say that they could not take ours by the balls because of the low qualifications of the pathfinders and my personal participation. It will be even more fun. The Unified State Exam gives the opportunity to enter and study for various" excellent students ", who will soon take up leading positions, so 14 thousand innocent convicts are flowers, and I have not heard what is being done to restore the rights of these convicts, who and how are punished for falsifications.

In the spring of 1999, Artem Chaika first came to the attention of the press. On March 9, 1999, on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway, as a result of a special operation, a Doninvest-Kondor car belonging to his father, then the first deputy prosecutor general of the Russian Federation, was detained, in which there were two Ingush: Ibragim Yevloyev and Khunkar Chumakov. They had a power of attorney for this car, issued by Artem Chaika for one year, and a special passport prohibiting its inspection. A revolver, a grenade and heroin were also found in the car. In the media, Chumakov and Yevloyev were called friends and guards of Artem Chaika. In this car they were engaged in racketeering in the suburbs. During the arrest, Chumakov and Yevloyev offered the police officers to settle the case by telephone with the son of the Deputy Prosecutor General. During the trial, Artem Chaika acted as a witness, even tried to provide an alibi for Yevloyev to protect him from racketeering charges, and claimed that he had given him a car so that he could go after his young son.

In February 2011, businessman Ivan Nazarov was arrested on suspicion of organizing a network of underground casinos in the Moscow region. Soon after, it became clear that Nazarov maintained close relations with the local prosecutor's office, including the prosecutor of the Moscow region, Alexander Mokhov, and his deputy, Alexander Ignatenko. The prosecutor's office has repeatedly canceled the criminal cases initiated by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation against Nazarov, and this was done with the approval of the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. On March 30, 2011, during the investigation of the second criminal case against Nazarov, the testimony of a witness was announced, whose name was classified by the investigation. According to this testimony, the coordinators between Nazarov and the prosecutor's office were "the people of Artyom Chaika"

So we waited for a "bright day": Mr. Chaika finally explained to us the essence of the "gambling" business - the media are to blame for everything (and why they are not meddling in their own business) and they hinted to us stupid that more than 14 thousand in the country are innocent convicted and this list can be replenished with very zealous whistleblowers! In short, Chaika made it clear that they are not going to surrender theirs! Well, we do not have Gleb Zheglov with his catchphrase: "A thief should be in prison!" and point. As one of the heroes of Mikhail Boyarsky said: “This country will be destroyed by corruption” (if it has not already)! And one of the Russian questions arises before us - What to do?

What else is there to add? In my opinion, the fact that it is turned inside out is obvious to the last optimist: those in power, called the "elite," built two different rights $$ udiya - one for us, "bydlomass" and the other for them. Under this same and their culprits are composed, which, as you like and turn. But our court is beyond judgment, for it is "independent of them." The judge will justify you for nothing, and nothing will happen to him. Or, on the contrary, you will be killed “by accident,” and nothing will happen to the killer. As, for example, in Novy Urengoy, there was no one Marat Kuliev, the son of the rich man there, Yakub Kuliev, who did not like the elderly veteran of Afghanistan, he attacked him from behind, hit him, and the man fell unsuccessfully with his head on the tile. He died without regaining consciousness. Kuliev was sentenced to 1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS CONDITIONLY. He "accidentally killed." Mirzoyev is resting here. If someone has not watched the Law, read here http://www.1tv.ru/sprojects_edition/si21/fi28606
The question is - what should we do with you? So turn into bydlomass? Or wait until we have completely blown away the roof from this lawlessness and then the maidanuts with Libyan rats will seem to everyone just young naturalists? And will the scum-henchmen of the State Department take advantage of the fruits of such a "revolution"?
Or will we still figure out how to stop this, and scum Ylitarians will forever discourage us from stealing and killing us with impunity?

Is it not by chance that such a "legal order" is defended by Yuri Chaika:
""CONCEPTS. Basic law of the Russian Federation"
Article 1. Strong can do anything. All power in the country belongs to the strong, the power of the strong cannot be limited by anything but power.
Article 2. The law exists for the weak. The weak are required to comply with laws that are written by the strong. The strong are not required to comply with the laws that they write for the weak.
Article 3. Strong is not equal to weak. The strong is always to blame for the weak. For the strong, the presumption of innocence applies.
Article 4. The strong have rights, the weak have duties. Strong can break the law. The weak can also break the law, but only in individual cases and if this does not harm the strong.
Article 5. The strong can not abuse their rights in relation to the stronger than themselves. If a strong abused the right to a stronger one than himself, he is considered weak and the law applies to him.
Article 6. No strong person can be held accountable for the crime that he committed, unless he violated the right of a stronger one than himself.
Article 7. The weak can be held accountable for the crimes they have committed, for crimes that the strong have committed, and even for crimes that no one has committed at all
Article 8. The weak is not entitled to protection from the strong. The weak is strong towards the weaker than he is. Trying to protect the weak from the strong is a crime.
Article 9. The property belongs to the strong. Strengths own property with the once-decision of the strongest. The weak are obliged to give their property to the strong at its first request. The right of the strong to the property of the weak is protected by the state.

Article 10. Strong citizens have real citizenship. Strong are born from the strong, or become strong due to kinship or acquaintance, as well as in the case of recognition of such others as strong.
Article 11. Disputes between the strong are resolved by concepts. Concepts have the power of tradition. Concepts above laws. If the concepts and laws contradict each other, the laws are applied in that part in which they do not contradict the concepts.
Article 12. The power of the strong is from God. The monopoly right to explain why the powerful should have power belongs to the Church. The church belongs to the strong - along with the state. The weak should go to church.
Article 13. The strongest are led by the strongest. The strongest is not elected and not appointed, but self-determined. Elections are necessary so that a previously known result looks plausible.
Article 14. Strengths in the field themselves are managed with the weak. Some strengths do not interfere in the affairs of other strengths, if decency is respected. Intervention in the affairs of other strengths is allowed to the extent necessary to restore decency. While the strong understand each other, the weak must be silent.
Article 15. The right of the strong extends to the entire territory of the country. The weak can move out if they have time. Who did not have time, he was late.
Article 16. The laws of the strong are valid until the weak themselves become strong

All the comments are full of righteous anger and demands such as "Stalin's not on them ...", "to put all the nafig ...", etc. What's the point? I know one guy, he got behind the wheel drunk and his friend got in touch with him, they flew into a ditch, my friend was a little wounded by the car because he was not fastened and flew out. Received an injury. They brought him in an ambulance, a drunk doctor cut him up so that when he got to a sober doctor, he sewed it for 4 hours, and then in intensive care for 3 weeks he lay a hair's breadth from the other world and who brought more harm than drunk in a dressing gown or a blow from a car was not installed. But this is a prelude wink . At trial, the driver was slapped with 1,5 years of settlements for grievous bodily harm (a lawyer was appointed, a former prosecutor, in short laughing ), the victim had no complaints (friends). His mother found a sane lawyer for the last penny (not a former prosecutor, police officer, judge). When the lawyer read the case, he got a little dumb belay . He was concerned about this, the drunk driver, too, but also the killer - two pedestrians to death. 2 years of settlements, so there the relatives wanted to punish the killer. Drunk at the wheel of a criminal this is clear, and I do not whitewash him and he must bear what he deserves but only two corpses - one victim who has no claims is not an equal sign. The iPhone covers not only Serdyukov with his lover, but also the Seagull. Because it was he who, in 2011, communicated together with Bastrykin and Chaika, and asked that the media not give information about the leadership. And then the topic with his son Chaika hushed up!
When will they all be thrown out by a filthy broom ?! How they got it! Parasites of society!

I remember this matter very well. The press covered every step. When, when the strings were brought to Seagull, Bastrykin with the folder went to the Kremlin, then he came back, and that’s all. Even the newspapers stopped writing, all as one, as they got water in their mouths. And the case stumbled and stalled out of the blue. What does it mean, what do you think?
Here, as with the fat-faced Serdyukov, they gave the command, "do not touch."

The appearance of our law enforcement officers! Edika (Edie) Lyalina is an employee of the press service of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate.

Nice, modest girl. The naked eye can see that she is MORALLY STRONG! It's all just from regular stress! Why show such photographs? After all, people may not understand correctly!
After all, these people are special! And they have a very hard and responsible job - judging people! This is no joke!
But seriously, today the main moral is MONEY!
And the prosecutor’s office is a “state within a state” and has its own laws (not written) for its own people.
If you hear that someone is “a prosecutor or a judge by calling” - laugh at this lie! They go there to “work” in order to “settle well” in this life and do whatever they want without fear or moral remorse.
Such “people” should be punished twice or three times harsher than ordinary people. To the extreme! Maybe this circumstance will influence the selection of these “servants of the law”. Only there is NO authority for this. Totally OBSERVED!

One Athonite monk told me. Chaika arrived at Holy Mount Athos as part of a delegation. She visits the Greek monastery of Burazeri. Well, the Greeks give them a treat: ouzo, water, Turkish delight. The elders have arrived. Where has this been seen, the chief procurator of all Russia has arrived. Chaika drank ouzo and ate some Turkish delight. I tried the water. The elders are waiting for the spiritual conversation to begin, because they came for a reason. And he gets up with another glass of ouzo and proclaims: “Yes! Your water is good. Well, when I served in Irkutsk... You go out to the shore of Lake Baikal, pour a glass of vodka. You drink it in one gulp, and with the same glass you scoop up Baikal water, wash it down. And fresh omul, lightly salted..." The Greek monks are in shock. There was no spiritual conversation. I didn’t hold a candle, but the person who told me about it was a translator. This is the level of thinking our procurator has. Just what drags them, our rulers, to holy places? Is the “foreman” being imitated?

Hand washes his hand. If they can’t put Serdyukov in prison, then where else should they put their colleague in prison. Guts of the current. There is no normal prosecutor general now, only not good male persons with the letter P without manhood and conscience

Do you remember what he answered in the Serdikov case - that it is not the president’s business to interfere in the investigation, let them sort it out themselves. So they figure it out negative If only the deputies were indignant, then the media would raise the issue, otherwise everything will go quietly again.

Again, a statement - these were not imprisoned, others were not correctly acquitted, and the honor of the uniform - rightly, needs to be whitened, the rest is attacks from the media, the prosecutor's office is working hard, it is the law enforcement officers who are not on friendly terms with the law - the prosecutor's office has to sort it out...

Chaika’s words contain the whole essence of today’s Russia. Everything is for friends, law is for enemies. And you local commentators continue to fight America, Europe, homosexuals, liberals - the main thing is not to pay attention to what is happening in the Russian Federation. The State Duma is offended by any words of Shenderovich, the Dozhd channel (like the girls are our deputies), but Serdyukov does not give offense - his own. I just want to say to all of you in the words from the unforgettable book, “Saw Shura, saw it.” And the country is slowly but surely moving towards......, think for yourself.

Chaika, in my opinion, already distinguished himself once when there was an investigation into the Kursk nuclear submarine.
Everyone was led to one version by the explosion of the torpedo itself due to its own torpedo. By the way, he was appointed to the position just when the investigation began. ....
I completed my task! The investigation was leaked.

By the way, if the Prosecutor General has information about how many citizens are “sitting” by mistake, then it is interesting, but how are things with statistics about how many “do not sit” by mistake, but should “sit” ...

Couldn't have said it better!!! What can you answer to this? Your move, Mr. Prosecutor General.

And I remember that scandal, where the FSB took Chaika’s son in a car with Chechens and drugs, with a valid special pass. Then this matter was also quickly hushed up, of course.

What has our law enforcement system degenerated into, into one of the commercial criminal systems flourishing in Russia.
